Abstract

PT. ALFA SCORPII is a company that works in the sale of YAMAHA brand motorcycles. In this case PT. ALFA SCORPII requires sales marketing to be able to introduce the company's products. Problems that are often faced by PT. ALFA SCORPII is not optimal in sales marketing work in terms of introducing company products. As a result, the company may experience a decrease in revenue. One way that companies need to be able to increase sales marketing even more is that a decision support system is needed using the MOORA method. The MOORA method is a method that has a level of flexibility and ease that can be understood in separating the subjective part of an evaluation into decision criteria and decision attributes. The MOORA method can make decisions with the resulting model to solve a problem. This method is used because it can take a decision that can assess the performance of sales marketing. If the sales marketing gets the best performance assessment, then the sales marketing will get a bonus from the company. From the results calculated on the Sales Marketing Performance Index assessment, the alternative result A1 with a value of 0.4272 on behalf of Budian Arifin was obtained

Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan strategi pembelajaran anak dan orientasinya dengan hukum Islam: perspektif PAI dalam konsep Al-Ghazali di TK Islam Terpadu Al-Farabi dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif berupa pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi yang dilengkapi dengan teknik analisa data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Menunjukkan bahwa hasil penelitian pada rancangan perencanaan pelatihan dimulai dengan study lapangan, solusi permasalahan, penyiapan jadwal materi, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi kegiatan, dimana pelaksanaannya di latih oleh narasumber-narasumber yang terdiri dari Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat Universitas Al Washliyah yang terdiri dari dosen prodi PIAUD, MPI dan PAI, pelatihan ini berjalan lancar dan memberikan manfaat pada para guru Taman Kanak-kanak yang ditunjukkan dengan tingkat pre tes dan post test terhadap yang meningkat dari yang 53,33 % rata-ratanya menjadi 78,33%. Penelitian diharapkan memberikan kontribusi bagi para guru Taman Kanak-kanak Islam terpadu Alfarabi agar dapat menjadi guru yang lebih kreatif dalam pengimplementasian strategi pembelajaran bagi anak usia dini berbasis Islam dalam konsep Alghazali.

Abstract

Medan City is the city with the number 4 highest population rank in Indonesia. This makes developments in terms of tourism, shopping centers, hotels, so fast. In the field of hospitality there are several 5, 3 or below star hotels with a variety of advantages and facilities offered to make it, both communities around Medan, or those outside the city area. Medan is confused to choose which hotel is the best and is good for staying and relaxing. Criteria for prices, facilities and types of rooms offered by several hotels are a guideline for the community to choose which hotel is the best. But with dozens of hotels available, this makes it difficult for consumers to determine a decision on the best hotel in the city of Medan. Based on the considerations above, researchers are interested in conducting research in determining the Best Hotels in the city of Medan by using the Multi-Objective Optimization method on The Base Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) so as to solve the problems faced by the people of Medan or outside the city of Medan

Abstract

Competition in the field of bank services is one of them in the form of cash deposits. The need for cash deposit ATM machines is currently very influential to meet the increasing needs of the community, so the Bank needs to add cash deposit ATM machines in several densely populated locations that require financial transactions every day. In the addition of an ATM cash deposit machine location placement must be very careful because it involves public funds so it needs a high level of security. Decision support system is an appropriate concept to determine the location of cash deposit ATMs. Decision support system by applying the COPRAS (Complex Propotional Assessment) method can provide value to the location for the placement of cash deposit ATM machines where this method is a multi-criteria method in the decision making process where this method is used to select based on criteria from existing alternatives so that decision making can be done precisely and in accordance with what is needed. This system can provide the best location for ATMs, making it easier for officers to choose locations

Abstract

In the Sudirejo-I Subdistrict, an election for the best neighborhood head will be held every year, this is intended as a reward for the neighborhood head for his duties in his area and is expected to be a motivation for each neighborhood head. Generally, the selection of the best kepling is done by selecting several neighborhood heads based on several criteria determined by the kelurahan and the election results are approved by the lurah. So far, the kelurahan selects criteria that have been determined manually and is quite time-consuming, the results obtained are also less than optimal. Based on the problems described above, a Decision Support System (SPK) is needed that can help with the problem of selecting the best neighborhood head in the Sudirejo-I Village because in a decision support system an effective and optimal decision will be produced. Many methods can be used in decision support systems, one of which is the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method. The ARAS method is a multi-criteria decision-making method based on the concept of ranking using a utility degree by comparing the overall index value of each alternative to the overall optimal alternative index value. In its implementation, the decision support system in selecting the best splitter in the Sudirejo-I Village by implementing the ARAS method is considered very effective because it is able to produce a ranking of the value of each attribute, so that the selection results are more systematic and objective

Abstract

Training carried out to improve the quality and quality of scientific articles for school teachers is very important because a scientific article is an idea or a solution to solving a problem, the importance of scientific research is to improve the quality of thinking of future researchers, the problem that often occurs is that there are still many authors of scientific articles especially from among teachers who are still messy, not according to the writing scheme and even writing bibliography which is still manual, this has an impact on teachers' difficulties in carrying out scientific publications in places that have a high reputation such as accredited national journals and international journals. This made the authors pay attention to providing training in the use of Mendeley to teachers with the aim of providing convenience in writing scientific articles, making bibliography, searching related scientific articles to improve the quality of writing scientific articles, the number of teachers in training was 35 people. The result of this activity is that the teacher's ability to use Mendeley is increasing, especially in making references or bibliography, the process of evaluating lecturers' understanding is carried out by giving a questionnaire to 6 questions to teachers who have attended training on using Medeley on downloading application knowledge and linking the Mendeley application with word is very helpful for understanding teachers well, the service that is carried out goes well with satisfying results

Perlis Village used to be a mangrove forest, founded by fishermen from Perlis Country, Malaysia. At first they were looking for fish, then they were stranded on the island of Sumatra. Gradually, due to the occurrence of small-scale migration, many residents of Perlis Malaysia also stopped by this Perlis Village. Abstract

Video files have a large enough capacity, and to access them takes a long time, so a data compression technique is needed. In this case the video file will be compressed using the SPIHT (Set Partitioning In Hierarchical Trees) algorithm, SPIHT (Set Partitioning In Hierarchical Trees) is a video file compression capable of achieving a high compression ratio. Problems that arise due to the large file size include the wasteful storage media used, as well as more time in terms of data exchange, data transfer over the internet is a big problem in Indonesia because of the very low download and upload speeds. To overcome this problem, data compression techniques are needed. The concept of compression was born as a real solution to problems regarding the space needed to store various digital files, including the MKV (Matroska Video) format video files. The compression technique is a technique that compresses files so that they become smaller in size while maintaining the quality of the representation of the file. Through the compression process of MKV (Matroska video) format video files using the SPIHT (Set Partioning In Hirarcical Tress) algorithm, it is hoped that in the future this compression system will have a major effect on video file storage and can increase storage and it is also hoped that this algorithm can be used for other objects to be compressed.

Abstract

The important determinant factor for the success of a service company in achieving its established objectives is its workforce. The selection process for new and contract employees in the company should be objective in order for them to become permanent employees. However, many companies still lack measures to evaluate the level of objectivity in their selection process. In this study, the author observed that sometimes companies experience difficulty in determining which contract employees should be promoted to permanent employees due to the lack of objectivity in the selection process. Therefore, the author used the Simple Additive Weighting (WASPAS and ROC) method to determine the best employees who can be promoted to permanent employees with criteria such as participation, level of education, competency, workplace, knowledge, teamwork, work quality, English language skills, and others. Based on the research results, the ROC and WASPAS methods are very useful in determining the best employee candidates and solving identified problems, as well as providing better and more optimal results in decision-making. In this study, variant A2 with the highest utility value of 0.982 was chosen as the best contract employee to be employed as a permanent employee.

Abstract

Coordinator is a person who has experience, knowledge and good skills to lead and process and develop a product or an organization to achieve a goal. Consignment is a form of sales cooperation carried out by the owner of goods/products with distributors (stores/distros/ company). Consignment Coordinator is a person who is given the responsibility to control, process and develop goods that have been entrusted by the product owner to the store so that the product that has been deposited can generate profits for the product owner. The problem faced in choosing a consignment coordinator is that the recruitment process is still done manually. Another problem is that the recruited consignment coordinator does not have the ability and quality as desired by the company. .Decision Support System is an information system that produces alternative decisions to solve a problem. The Decision Support System to determine the consignment coordinator can be generated based on several criteria in determining a criterion that is made to prevent mistakes made by certain parties. Many methods are used in the Decision Support System, including the AHP, TOPSIS, SAW, VIKOR, MOORA, ARAS and many other methods. The ARAS method is the right method for determining qualified consignment coordinator candidates. The ARAS (Additive Ratio Assessment) method is a comprehensive frame of mind method considering the hierarchical process which is then calculated by weight to calculate a criterion in determining the acceptance of the coordinator consignment
