The Covid-19 pandemic period is a time when all conditions are not as usual for all people, including the world of education. In order for education to continue to run well, an online learning media is needed. Online learning media is media that is equipped with a controller that can be operated by the user so that the user can control and access what the user needs, such as downloading or uploading material. The lecturers usually do online learning only through online media, namely Google Classroom, even though there are several online media that can be done for online learning, such as WhatsApp, Zoom Meeting, Google Meeting and Moodle so that learning can still run well. In order to help the lecturers in the selection of learning media, a decision support system is needed. The method applied in this research is the MAUT, COPRAS and EDAS methods. In the application of these three methods, it is expected to be able to produce the best alternative. As for the results of the research on the Selection of Online Learning Media in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period, the best alternative produced is the online learning media "WhatsApp" with the MAUT method calculation with a value of Ui = 0.9273, the calculation of the COPRAS method with a value of Ui = 100% and calculation of EDAS method with ASI value = 0.165

The author examines the Smart Pure Vocational School, because the school has problems in assessing the performance of the best honorary teachers. Where the presence of a large number of teachers, of course, affects the speed of the assessment process and the accuracy in assessing the performance of the best honorary teachers. So the researchers created a decision support system that could assist the school in the process of evaluating honorary teacher performance. In a decision support system that is carried out using the MAUT method with Entropy weighting, where Entopy weighting is used to determine the criterion weight value of each predetermined criterion while the MAUT method is used to produce ranking results based on the alternatives and criteria that have been determined. So the results obtained from the decision support system that has been built using the MAUT calculation method with Entropy weighting, are very aimed at facilitating the Smart Pure Vocational School in the process of evaluating the performance of the best honorary teachers objectively, quickly and precisely. So as to produce results with a value of 0.9611 from alternative A12 on behalf of Siti Maimunah.

PT. Gruti Lestari Pratama Mandailing Natal is part of the Mujur Group which was founded on May 1, 1996 with a head office in Medan and oil palm plantations and a palm oil mill located in Mandailing Natal, North Sumatra. In an effort to improve the performance of the employees, PT. Gruti Lestari Pratama Mandailing Natal determines the outstanding employees every year. The purpose of determining outstanding employees is to improve the performance of each employee which can support the progress of the company. In determining outstanding employees, PT. Gruti Lestari Pratama Mandailing Natal evaluates only one assessment, namely achievement, even though there are several other criteria that can be used as criteria for determining outstanding employees such as discipline, responsibility, achievement, cooperation, attendance and letters of reprimand. Some of these criteria will be a more effective assessment of the previous assessment of the determination of outstanding employees at PT. Gruti Lestari Pratama Mandailing Natal. In determining outstanding employees, a decision support system (SPK) is needed. SPK in this study uses the MAUT method with ROC weights. The result of the best alternative decision is the A9 alternative on behalf of "Riswandi" with a value of U_i = 0.785 which was selected as an outstanding employee at PT. Gruti Lestari Pratama Mandailing Christmas.

Performance appraisal and appointment of managerial positions are crucial aspects of modern organizational management. In dealing with the complexity of the factors that influence this decision, a decision support system (DSS) is an important tool to help make the right decision. In this study, the authors made a comparison between two popular methods in SPK, namely the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) and Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS), to support the process of appointing a manager's position. The TOPSIS method relies on the concept of geometric distances to rank alternatives based on proximity to positive and negative ideal solutions. On the other hand, the WASPAS method assigns weight to each criterion and calculates the aggregate results for each alternative, resulting in a ranking based on the highest score. This study involved a dataset containing diverse and complex performance evaluation criteria for prospective managers. The experimental results show that both methods have their own strengths and weaknesses in generating alternative rankings. The TOPSIS method provides a more stable and consistent solution in dealing with variations in sensitivity to changes in criteria weights, while the WASPAS method tends to be more adaptive to scenarios where the relative preferences between criteria differ. In the context of appointing a manager, choosing the DSS method that is appropriate to the characteristics of the organization and the preferences of decision makers is a determining factor. Both of these methods can provide valuable guidance to decision makers in selecting the most suitable candidates for managerial positions. Therefore, an in-depth understanding of the differences and practical implications of the TOPSIS and WASPAS methods is essential in the context of intelligent and efficient decision making. The results of the comparison between the TOPSIS and WASPAS methods show that the results of both have the same highest rank, namely in alternative 9 in the name of Muhammad Faisal.

The purpose of this community service activity is to provide understanding and assistance in evaluating marketing potential in the sale of pandan woven products in Dusun 3 Pantai Cermin Kanan. This community service activity is carried out by providing counseling in the form of outreach to the craftsmen of Pandan Menday Gallery & Souvenir. Through this activity, it is hoped that the craftsmen, especially the heads of the craftsmen's group, can determine the market share of the products made so that the range of product sales is wider. The participants in this community service activity totaled 23 craftsmen. The results of this community service are mapping product marketing first starting with recognizing business identity, namely by conducting a business SWOT analysis, strengthening business image/brand, then understanding the market by determining product STP stratgey.

North Sumatra possesses abundant potential for tourist attractions, yet achieving the optimal selection of these attractions poses a challenge. Therefore, a decision support system is required to aid in the decision-making process for choosing the most suitable tourist attractions. In this study, the Multi Atributive Border Approximation Area Comparison (MABAC) method is employed to rank tourist attractions based on predefined criteria. MABAC combines geometric approaches with boundary approximation area comparison analysis to calculate priority scores for each tourist attraction. Additionally, the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method is used to assign weights to the identified criteria. This research reveals various issues in the selection of tourist attractions in North Sumatra, such as complex criteria, variations in criteria weights, and insufficient tools to address these challenges. The primary objective of this study is to develop a decision support system capable of assisting stakeholders in selecting tourist attractions aligned with their preferences and objectives. The outcome of this research is the development of an efficient decision support system to aid in the selection of tourist attractions in North Sumatra. This system reduces subjectivity in decision-making, provides more accurate ranking based on established criteria, and assists stakeholders in understanding the process of selecting tourist attractions in a more transparent manner. The implications of this research include enhancing the quality of decision-making in the tourism industry and optimizing the utilization of tourist attraction potential in North Sumatra. As for the tourism recommendation with the highest rank, alternative 3 is obtained with a value of 0.6343, namely Paropo natural tourism.

Being an outstanding student in higher education is certainly a positive and proud thing. Where national education aims to develop the potential of students, in order to become educated, creative students and become democratic and responsible citizens. In determining outstanding students, there are several criteria that must be met by each student as a condition for determining outstanding students. The problem that occurs is that sometimes there are obstacles when assessing the criteria set for each prospective participant. To help the evaluation team in determining outstanding students, a decision support system is needed, sometimes experiencing obstacles when assessing the criteria set for each candidate. In the assessment carried out directly there are prospective candidates who do not meet the criteria standards but excel in other criteria. The Multi Attribute Utility Theory (MAUT) method is a quantitative comparison method used to convert several interests into numerical values on a scale of 0-1 with 0 representing the worst value and 1 the best value. The result of this research is a student determination decision that has the highest score value, namely Netralman (A1) with a utility value of 0.462.

Abstract?IM Perfume Rantauprapat store is a shop that offers various types of perfume scents under the IM brand. Even though it provides a wide range of choices, not all types of perfume sell quickly, some are in demand and some are less desirable. Data on sales, purchases and expenses at the store is irregular, so that the data only functions as an archive without being used for developing marketing strategies. The data that has been collected should be used as a decision-making system to solve business problems. To achieve this, the authors designed a data mining application in this study with the hope of providing maximum and effective results in analyzing perfume sales at the IM Parfume Rantauprapat store. The application of Data Mining with the K-Means Algorithm is proven to provide the best analysis and be a solution in developing the perfume business. Through clustering modeling with the K-Means algorithm and by dividing the number of clusters into 3, rapidminer succeeded in forming three clusters, where cluster 1 consisted of 9 products, cluster 2 had 3 products, and cluster 3 had 13 products out of a total of 25 product items observed

Nasyid Art Festival is an opportunity for young people, especially Muslim youth who are interested in the field of Islamic music. Usually, in this nasyid art, we often encounter an Islamic organization or every mosque or musholla administrator, there must be an organization called Youth Mosque or BKM (Mosque Management Agency) which will certainly facilitate the development of this cultural art so that it does not become extinct. However, we often find that in a Nasyid Art Festival fraud and KKN (Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism) often occur in the selection of champions at this nasyid art festival. Therefore the researcher is interested in implementing the MOORA method in solving a problem, after applying the MOORA method in determining the winner in the nasyid festival competition, the final results show that the best alternative with the highest Yi value is the A3 group Salahuddin alternative with a Yi value of 0.4765. The second position is occupied by alternative A2 group Rabbani with a Yi value of 0.4473, while the third position is occupied by alternative A4 group Qhairun with a Yi value of 0.4472

Nowadays people cannot be separated from cellphones. Mobile phones are a communication and technology tool that is commonly used to make it easier for users to communicate and do various things, such as playing games. To be able to play games, you need very good cellphone specifications, for example battery life, high RAM, high screen resolution, and a good cellphone processor. So, a decision support system is needed in choosing the best cellphone for playing games so that it can help cellphone users in determining the best gaming cellphone. Therefore, in needing to choose the best gaming cellphone, we can use the WASPAS (Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment) method to get a ranking of the best gaming cellphones.
