PT Pegadaian Persero is one of the State-Owned Enterprises that helps the government to provide financial solutions to customers who are experiencing financial difficulties by providing macro-scale loans or providing legal credit to customers. PT Pegadaian creates software that makes it easier for employees and clients to process all types of business processes and transactions because the company has been impacted by advances in information technology. With the increase and development of information technology, PT Pegadaian realizes that the use of information technology is very helpful in the process of optimizing business growth. The software owned by PT Pegadaian is PASSION (Pegadaian Application Support System Integrated Online). The PASSION application is an information system used in productivity and daily operations at Pegadaian, so it is necessary to pay attention to the usability level of the application so that it can make it easier for employees to apply the application. The aim of this research is to measure employee satisfaction, effectiveness and usability scores with the PASSION application used. To analyze the effectiveness, level of satisfaction and usability of the PASSION application, the System Usability Scale (SUS) method is the appropriate solution and method for evaluating system usability based on industry standards. The System Usability Scale (SUS) method was chosen because respondents can complete questions quickly and easily by filling out a questionnaire consisting of ten statements and the results are a single score from 0 to 100, which makes it relatively easy for users to understand. Based on the calculation process that has been carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method, a value of 69.125 is obtained, which is in the grade C or "Good" position and has an Acceptable range based on the Net Promoter Score (NPS). This value shows that the PASSION application has successfully calculated its feasibility or usability level using this method so that this application can be used by employees at PT Pegadaian.

The government's efforts to provide social assistance to fulfil all economic needs for people affected by Covid-19 are not optimal. So that many people feel that the social assistance provided is not right on target. Manual data entry in Medan Estate Village is claimed to be at risk of not being on target, multiple recipients and individuals who take advantage of the situation. The WASPAS method is expected to determine the criteria for people who are entitled to receive Covid-19 social assistance, because the WASPAS method will carry out a ranking process based on attributes with different weights so that the results are more optimal. This research is to find the weight value for each attribute, then a ranking process is carried out which will determine the optimal alternative in receiving social assistance. The 5 alternatives that are the results of determining the recipients of Covid-19 Social Assistance are alternative A2 with a result of 0.7553, A1 with a result of 0.7198, A6 with a result of 0.6159, A11 with a result of 0.6086 and A8 with a result of 0.5999.

Manpower is a very important part in supporting the success of a company. In planning the needs of a company, the workforce is the most important part in conducting the training program in determining the workforce that meets the company's qualifications. Of course, in supporting the success of a company, it can be seen from the quality of work of the workforce. In the training for the best undergraduate workers, obstacles or problems sometimes arise that cause difficulties during the training for the best undergraduate workers. Decision support system (DSS) is a computer-based system that is very interactive, which helps in making a decision to utilize data and models in solving unstructured and semi-structured problems. This research was conducted using the Operational Competitiveness Rating Analysis (OCRA) method. Where this method is able to analyze in various sectors and compare from several different decision units. The calculation results of this method will be in accordance with expectations if the selected alternative meets the predetermined criteria. Thus a decision support system is needed in assisting decision making in determining the best undergraduate manpower training at the North Sumatra Provincial Manpower Office.

Problems in choosing marketing media for MSMEs are often related to limited resources and knowledge. One of the main challenges is in choosing the right media platform according to the characteristics of their target market. Due to the large selection of social media and other digital channels, MSMEs often struggle to determine where they should focus or allocate their marketing budgets effectively. The application of a combination of ROC and SAW weighting methods in media marketing recommendations for MSMEs can provide more accurate and relevant results in the selection of promotional media. With this approach, MSMEs can more easily identify the most effective marketing media based on various factors such as cost, audience reach, and promotion effectiveness. The implementation of this combination of methods helps MSMEs in optimizing their marketing budgets, increasing the visibility of products or services, and ultimately, encouraging faster and more sustainable business growth Media marketing is essential for MSMEs to increase the visibility and sales of their products. Through the right combination of media marketing strategies, MSMEs can build strong brands, increase customer loyalty, and ultimately achieve sustainable business growth. The results of MSME media marketing recommendations using a decision support system approach using the ROC and SAW weighting methods show that the first rank with a final score of 0.7919 was obtained by Email Marketing, the second rank with a final score of 0.7314 was obtained by Tiktok Ads, and the third rank with a final score of 0.6908 was obtained by Facebook Ads.

The BSM Program is a National Program that aims to eliminate barriers for poor students to participate by helping poor students obtain decent educational service requests, preventing dropouts, attracting poor students to return to school, helping students meet their needs in learning activities, supporting the 9-year compulsory education program (even up to high school level), and helping the smooth running of school programs. To obtain the Poor Student Assistance (BSM) funds, the government has set several criteria for who are the students who can be determined and are entitled to receive the Poor Student Assistance (BSM). These criteria will later help schools or educational institutions determine which students can be determined to receive the Poor Student Assistance Fund. Therefore, an educational institution must have a Decision Support System for recommending Poor Student Funds (BSM) using the Multi Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method, with the existence of a decision support system for determining Poor Student Assistance (BSM) it is hoped that the determination process will run well, be on target, and be received by those who are entitled. The final result determines that Alternative A1 is ranked first with the highest score of 22.2679. Thus, decision makers can compare the performance between the old system and the BSM fund determination decision support system using the Multi Objective Optimization On The Basis Of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method without having to re-request data on students who will be given Poor Student Assistance funds.

Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak merupakan proses yang terjadi secara berkesinambungan pada setiap individu. Setiap individu mengalami perubahan-perubahan yang berbeda dengan individu lainnya. Masa usia dini merupakan masa emas yang cukup singkat dan tidak akan terulang kembali dalam kehidupan seorang anak. Sehingga diharapkan bagi para orang tua secara optimal memberikan perhatiannya terhadap proses tumbuh kembang anak sejak dini. Oleh karena itu, perlu bagi para orang tua untuk melakukan deteksi dini tumbuh kembang pada anak, karena tumbuh kembang pada anak usia dini merupakan hal dasar yang akan mempengaruhi dan menentukan tumbuh kembang selanjutnya, sehingga tercapainya tumbuh kembang yang optimal serta sesuai dengan potensi yang dimiliki anak. Deteksi tumbuh kembang pada anak sejak dini tidak hanya berfokus pada bagaimana cara mengenali potensi anak, melainkan juga untuk mengetahui adanya permasalahan dalam fase tumbuh kembang, serta mengetahui upaya pencegahan dan pemulihan sedini mungkin pada masa-masa tumbuh kembang anak. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada guru maupun orang tua mengenai pentingnya deteksi tumbuh kembang pada anak sejak dini, sehingga orang tua dan guru dapat mengenali dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada pada anak sejak dini. Pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk pendidikan masyarakat ini dilakukan di RA Hayatin Thoyyibah Kec. Perbaungan, Kab. Serdang Bedagai, Sumatera Utara. Jenis penelitian ini berupa penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik analasis data deskriptif kualitatif yaitu mendeskripsikan kegiatan-kegiatan selama pengabdian berlangsung. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini diperoleh pemahaman materi tentang perkembangan anak usia dini, serta bagaimana tindakan intervensi perkembangan pada anak usia dini sehingga para orang tua dan guru dapat mengoptimalkan tumbuh kembang anak dan juga mengembangkan potensi yang ada dalam diri anak.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih rendahnya kemampuan motorik halus pada anak, yang ditandai dengan kurang terampilnya anak dalam kegiatan kolase. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperbaiki pembelajaran fisik motorik halus anak usia dini melalui kegiatan kolase dengan berbagai media. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan model Kemmis dan Mc.Taggart yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah anak Kelompok B RA Fadnur Aisyah yang berjumlah 31 anak, terdiri dari 21 anak perempuan dan 10 anak laki-laki. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan perbaikan pembelajaran motorik halus pada anak. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data meliputi observasi. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan selama dua siklus yang terdiri dari 5 kali pertemuan, menunjukkan bahwa motorik halus anak yang di observasi mengalami peningkatan yang baik dari kondisi penelitian tindakan kelas siklus 1 hingga penelitian tindakan kelas siklus II. Pada siklus I kriteria berkembang sesuai harapan menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 48%, sedangkan pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan lebih lagi dari kondisi sebelumnya di siklus I mencapai 87% atau sebanyak 27 orang anak. Dengan demikian kemampuan motorik halus pada anak dapat ditingkatkan melalui kegiatan kolase dengan berbagai media.

In the digital era, the use of e-wallets is increasing along with the development of financial technology. However, the many choices of e-wallets available cause difficulties for users in making choices that suit their needs. This problem requires a solution in the form of a decision support system that can help users choose the best e-wallet. This research uses the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method and Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) to solve these problems. The ROC method is used to determine the weight of the criteria used, while the MOORA method is applied to evaluate e-wallet alternatives based on criteria that have been weighted. The selection of the ROC method is based on its ability to provide more accurate weighting based on the preferences of decision makers, while MOORA was chosen for its efficiency in processing and comparing complex alternatives. This research aims to develop a system that can provide recommendations for the best e-wallet based on criteria such as ease of use, security, transaction fees, and additional features. The contribution of this research lies in the application of the combined ROC and MOORA methods in the context of e-wallet selection, which has not been widely explored before. The results showed that based on the information obtained from table 5, the MOORA and ROC methods produced a value for the Dana application of 1.103 as alternative C1. With this highest value, Dana application is chosen as the best e-wallet. Thus, the proposed decision support system successfully provides the best e-wallet recommendations with a high level of accuracy and is able to accommodate various user preferences

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat strategi pembelajaran Al-Quran Hadits di MTs Ex PGA Univa Medan baik secara kelompok maupun individu. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, dalam proses pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan beberapa metode yaitu observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Adapun analisis datanya, penulis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu berupa penyajian data secara tertulis mengenai data-data terkait, baik tertulis maupun lisan dari objek penelitian di instansi tersebut, dalam hal ini penulis menggambarkan secara keseluruhan tentang keadaan yang sebenarnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di MTs Ex PGA Univa Medan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran yang berbeda sesuai dengan situasi dan kondisi.

Rice plants are susceptible to various types of diseases that can reduce productivity and quality of the harvest. Therefore, an expert system is needed that can help the disease diagnosis process quickly and accurately. This study compares two approaches in expert systems, namely the Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) method and the Hybrid Case-Based method, to diagnose rice plant diseases based on the symptoms experienced. Data on symptoms and types of diseases were analyzed using both methods to see the level of suitability of the resulting diagnosis. The test results showed that the Hybrid Case-Based method produced a higher level of certainty for all types of diseases compared to the CBR method. For example, Bacterial Leaf Blight disease has a certainty value of 99.5% in the Hybrid method, higher than 83.8% in the CBR method. These findings indicate that the Hybrid method is more effective and accurate in the process of diagnosing rice plant diseases. Thus, an expert system based on the Hybrid Case-Based method is recommended to support decision making in the agricultural sector, especially in early detection of rice diseases
