Abstract

Selengen Village is one of the villages in North Lombok Regency that always experiences drought and lack of clean water every year. The problem of clean water availability is caused by limited water sources on the surface. The frequency of rainwater in Selengen Village is very small and with very low intensity. In order to meet the need for clean water, the community has to pay additional costs to buy clean water or wait for a drop from the government. The Selengan Village community has limited information regarding simple methods that can be used to collect clean water sourced from rainwater. The method used to introduce rainwater capture as a source of clean water is to provide direct outreach to the Selengen Village community about rainwater storage in the form of ABSAH (Artificial Aquifer for Rainwater Savings). The ABSAH method can be done individually or in groups. The socialization was carried out at the Panggung Barat Hamlet office involving the community consisting of farmer groups, community leaders, youth organizations and housewives. The result of the socialization regarding the introduction of artificial rainwater aquifers is the high desire of the community to create rainwater storage, either independently/individually or in groups. In the process of making it, the community hopes to get assistance from the implementation team so that the calculation of the storage volume is in accordance with the volume of water used. Apart from that, the community also hopes to be given drawings of storage designs, installations for collecting water from the roofs of houses and designs of distribution networks to people's homes.

Abstract

The problem of clean water for people in the highlands always arises every dry season. Getting clean water every day requires a lot of effort to find a water source that is very far away. Some people even have to spend additional money to get clean water. This is also the case with people in Batulayar sub-district who live in the highlands, especially in the mountains. Surface water sources are not available so that it becomes a routine problem every year. In overcoming this problem, some people make rainwater reservoirs either in groups or individually. The reservoir is made with several materials in the form of a reservoir by making a hole in the ground surface covered with plastic or tarpaulin and a reservoir made of brick/brick masonry. The method of capturing water is directly from the ground surface by making a channel and there is by making a reservoir from local materials in the form of bamboo which then the captured water is channeled into the reservoir. The use of local materials in the form of bamboo is very potential to be used because in the Batulayar area, especially in the mountains, the availability of bamboo is very abundant. Bamboo with an age of 3 years already has quite high strength both for water flow materials and as construction materials. The weakness that is still faced by the community in utilizing bamboo is the connection method which is still very simple, so that when it rains with high intensity the connection comes loose. In using bamboo as a rainwater catchment network, it is very important to socialize the right connection model to be used in capturing rainwater.

Abstract

Background: This research is based on the Karawang Hospital management plan to implement electronic medical records as a whole by the end of 2023. Objective: The aim of this research is to describe perceived benefits, perceived convenience, attitudes and social influences on interest in using electronic medical records. Method: Descriptive studies are used in this research to explain the description of each research variable. The sample in this study was 210 potential users of electronic medical records. The sampling technique was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique, namely a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. Result: The results found that perceived convenience, attitudes and social influence contribute strongly to increasing interest in using RME. Perceived benefits and perceived convenience can influence attitudes. Perceived benefits, perceived convenience, and attitudes can influence interest in using RME, while social influence has no effect. Intervention attitudes positively influence perceived benefits and perceived convenience, as well as social influences positively interact with the influence of perceived benefits on interest in using RME, while on the influence of perceived convenience on interest in using RME, social influences interact negatively. Conclusion: The study underscores that fostering positive user attitudes and ensuring ease of use are pivotal determinants of successful electronic medical record (EMR) adoption, thereby highlighting the importance of user-centered strategies in EMR implementation. Recommendation: These findings suggest that enhancing positive user attitudes and simplifying EMR use are key drivers in supporting EMR implementation

The method used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on the role of digital communication in the business legality process and the importance of digital security literacy for business actors. Digital transformation opens up enormous opportunities for the millennial generation to be involved in various business collaborations. This development certainly raises several challenges in the legal field such as in the aspect of intellectual property rights protection, business ownership and partnership agreements. The results of this study indicate that the low understanding of the legal aspects in the digital business world is very often a trigger for disputes between partners. Therefore, synergy between business actors, the government and educational institutions is needed to strengthen the legal capacity of the millennial generation in running their businesses legally and sustainably. Preventive strategies are chosen as a very important foundation in creating a healthy, fair and legally protected digital business ecosystem.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the increasing number of online shop transactions in Indonesia, which are accompanied by various consumer protection issues, such as products that do not match the description, personal data leaks, and the lack of effective complaint mechanisms. The purpose of this study is to evaluate how effective the applicable consumer protection laws are and to find obstacles in their implementation. The study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, using literature studies and analysis of consumer reports from social media. The results of the study show that although regulations such as UUPK, UU ITE, and PP PSTE are available, their implementation is still not optimal due to low consumer literacy, weak supervision, and lack of coordination between institutions. The implications of these findings indicate the need to strengthen law enforcement, consumer education, and the application of technology for data protection and supervision of business actors. This study contributes to improving policies and increasing the security of digital transactions in Indonesia.
