Abstract

Background: Hospitals are organizations that provide health services. Objective: The objective of this study is to examine the impact of role conflict, role ambiguity, and work stress on the organizational commitment of nurses. Method: This study utilized a cross-sectional technique to investigate the correlation between the independent variables and the dependent variables. The population consists of all nurses employed at Eka Hospital Bekasi. The sampling technique employed was purposive random sampling, with a sample size of 88 respondents. Result. The findings indicate a favorable correlation between role conflict, role ambiguity, and work-related stress on organizational commitment at Hospital Bekasi. Recommendation: Further study needs to conduct the to conduct a cross-sectional study to assess the impact of job stress on nurses' quality of life and caring behaviors, and identify factors that contribute to excessive job stress among nurses.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how the existence of cooperative legal entities as a means of advancing MSMEs in Indonesia and to see how MSME regulations in Indonesia are according to existing legal rules. The research method used in this research is descriptive in nature. Where this research utilizes literature studies. This activity is carried out by collecting information related to the subject or problem under study through books, journals, the internet and other sources of information. The results of the study show that merging MSMEs is seen as being able to better support the national economy because it is a family-based business in addition to carrying out the tasks and functions that have been set in the cooperative.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL), time management, and learning motivation on the academic achievement of students in the Office Administration Education Study Program, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Medan, Class of 2021. The population in this study consisted of all Office Administration Education students from the Class of 2021, totaling 89 students. The sampling technique used was total sampling, so the entire population was taken as the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation. Instrument validity was tested using the Product Moment formula, while reliability was tested using the Cronbach’s Alpha technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with hypothesis testing through Partial Test (t-test), Simultaneous Test (F-test), and the Coefficient of Determination (R²). The results of data processing using SPSS version 25 showed that the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL) had a positive and significant effect on students’ academic achievement. Time management also had a positive and significant effect on academic achievement. Likewise, learning motivation had a positive and significant effect on academic achievement. Simultaneously, the implementation of Project-Based Learning (PjBL), time management, and learning motivation significantly influenced academic achievement. The coefficient of determination of 78.4% indicates that the three independent variables jointly contribute to students’ academic achievement, while the remaining 21.6% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) and Microteaching on students’ readiness to become teachers, with self-confidence as an intervening variable, among Office Administration Education students of the 2021 cohort at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Medan. The research employed a quantitative method using primary data collected through questionnaires and secondary data obtained from books, journals, and previous studies. The sample consisted of 88 respondents, with data analysis conducted using Path Analysis supported by SPSS software and Sobel Test. The results reveal that TPACK (β = 0.280; Sig. = 0.000) and Microteaching (β = 0.511; Sig. = 0.000) have a significant effect on self-confidence, with an R Square value of 0.572. Furthermore, TPACK (β = -0.481; Sig. = 0.000), Microteaching (β = 0.383; Sig. = 0.000), and self-confidence (β = 0.823; Sig. = 0.000) significantly affect readiness to become a teacher, with an R Square value of 0.785. The Sobel Test results indicate that self-confidence plays a significant mediating role in strengthening the influence of TPACK (Z = 3.534) and Microteaching (Z = 5.132) on readiness to become a teacher. Thus, this study implies that the combination of TPACK mastery, Microteaching, and self-confidence simultaneously enhances students’ readiness to undertake the teaching profession.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of Problem-Posing Learning and Self-Regulated Learning models in improving the communication skills of eleventh-grade MPLB students at SMK Swab PAB 2 Helvetiah, with learning achievement as the intervening variable. This study can provide input for vocational high school educational institutions in evaluating the implementation of learning models. This research was experimental with a purposive sampling method. Data analysis used the Shapiro-Wilk normality test, paired sample t-test, homogeneity test, and path analysis. Instrument testing used validity, reliability, discrimination power, and difficulty level. The results of the study through hypothesis testing indicate that (1) The Problem-Posing Learning Model (X1) on Communication Skills (Y): Has a positive and significant effect (significance value = 0.032 <0.05). (2) Self-Regulated Learning Model (X2) on Communication Skills (Y): Has a positive and significant effect (significance value = 0.003 < 0.05). (3) Problem-Posing Learning Model (X1) on Learning Achievement (Z): Has a positive and significant effect (significance value = 0.036 < 0.05). (4) Self-Regulated Learning Model (X2) on Learning Achievement (Z): Has a positive and significant effect (significance value = 0.001 < 0.05). (5) Learning Achievement (Y) on Communication Skills (Z): Has a positive and significant effect (significance value = 0.014 < 0.05). (6) Problem-Posing Learning (X1) on Communication Skills (Z) through Learning Achievement (Y): The indirect effect (0.404) is greater than the direct effect (0.295). (7) Self-Regulated Learning (X2) on Communication Skills (Z) through Learning Achievement (Y): The indirect effect (0.667) is greater than the direct effect (0.512).

Abstract

This study demonstrates that organizational commitment is influenced by PT. BPR Hasamitra Makassar's job placement qualities, with a t-test value of 0.000. The results of this study demonstrate a connection between employees' devotion and their workplace. Consequently, employees feel more at ease in their current workplace the more loyal they are to the organization. This study demonstrates that job placement affects employee performance at PT. BPR Hasamitra Makassar, with a sig value on the t-test of 0.000. Accordingly, research on organizational commitment and employee performance at PT. BPR Hasamitra Makassar indicates that a significant t test value of less than 0.04 or 0.000 indicates that employees perform better when they feel at ease in their workplace. This study demonstrates the link between raising corporate commitment and enhancing employee performance. Employees will therefore perform better if they are happy working for the company. As per the Sobel test, the employee performance and job placement are mediated by the organizational commitment variable, as evidenced by the t-calculated value of 5.404, which is more than the t-table value of 1.558. While examining indirect variables yielded a value of 0.324, the direct influence of job placement variables on performance is found to be 0.346

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of career development strategy implementation in improving the performance of human resources (HR) in the Indonesian manufacturing industry. This study uses a quantitative approach with Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method and SmartPLS 3 application for data analysis. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. The results showed that the research instrument had excellent internal consistency with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 1,000. The collinearity test indicates that all variables are free from multicollinearity problems with a Variance Inflation Factor (VIF) value of 1,000. R-square analysis showed that the independent variables in this study were able to explain 52.2% of the variation in HR performance, while 47.8% of the variation was explained by other factors not included in this study.However, the influence of career development strategies, job satisfaction, and employee competencies on HR performance was found to be insignificant. Organizational culture has a positive influence on career development strategies but is not significant in improving HR performance. In addition, low work motivation resulted in the influence of career development strategies on employee performance being insignificant. Further research is needed to identify other factors that affect HR performance in the manufacturing industry.

Abstract

Kompetensi digital menjadi kebutuhan mendasar bagi mahasiswa di era transformasi digital, khususnya dalam menghasilkan produk kreatif yang mendukung kegiatan akademik dan organisasi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi digital mahasiswa dalam pembuatan e-sertifikat menggunakan Canva dan Google Workspace. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan metode pelatihan partisipatif yang melibatkan 40 mahasiswa aktif organisasi kemahasiswaan. Pelatihan terdiri dari tiga tahapan utama: sosialisasi dan pengenalan platform digital, praktik langsung pembuatan desain e-sertifikat, dan implementasi sistem otomasi sertifikat menggunakan Google Sheets dan mail merge. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kompetensi digital mahasiswa dengan rata-rata nilai pre-test 42,5 meningkat menjadi 87,3 pada post-test. Mahasiswa mampu menghasilkan desain e-sertifikat profesional dan menguasai teknik otomasi penerbitan sertifikat massal yang efisien. Evaluasi kepuasan peserta mencapai 92% dengan kategori sangat puas terhadap materi, metode, dan relevansi pelatihan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam memperkuat literasi digital mahasiswa serta mendukung efisiensi kerja organisasi kemahasiswaan dalam pengelolaan kegiatan dan administrasi sertifikat.

Abstract

Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa STKIP YPUP Makassar dalam penguasaan teknik dasar lari gawang melalui penerapan metode campuran (mixed method) yang menggabungkan pendekatan teori dan praktik. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi mahasiswa adalah kurangnya pemahaman terhadap tahapan teknik seperti awalan, tolakan, gerakan di atas gawang, serta pendaratan. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di lapangan olahraga STKIP YPUP Makassar pada bulan September 2025 dengan melibatkan 25 mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani, Kesehatan, dan Rekreasi (PJKR). Pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri atas tiga tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi-refleksi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode campuran memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan teknik dasar lari gawang. Berdasarkan hasil tes performa, sebanyak 80% mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan pada aspek kecepatan, keluwesan, serta koordinasi gerak. Mahasiswa juga menunjukkan motivasi belajar yang lebih tinggi karena keterlibatan aktif dalam setiap tahapan pembelajaran. Penerapan metode campuran terbukti efektif dalam menjembatani kesenjangan antara teori dan praktik, serta mendorong mahasiswa untuk belajar secara mandiri dan reflektif. Kegiatan ini memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di lingkungan perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Desa Peresak merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil pangan di Lombok Tengah yang sebagian besar masyarakatnya bergantung pada sektor pertanian. Namun, berdasarkan hasil observasi, Desa Peresak masih menghadapi permasalahan pengelolaan sampah plastik yang cukup tinggi, sementara pemanfaatannya masih sangat minim. Oleh karena itu, program ini bertujuan untuk mengurangi jumlah sampah plastik sekaligus mengubahnya menjadi produk kerajinan yang memiliki nilai estetika dan ekonomi. Sasaran utama program ini adalah masyarakat, khususnya remaja desa, agar mereka dapat memahami bahwa sampah plastik bukan sekedar sampah, tetapi dapat didaur ulang menjadi karya yang indah dan bermanfaat. Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan bunga sakura plastik mampu menambah estetika lingkungan Desa Peresak. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat tentang pentingnya pengelolaan sampah plastik dengan pendekatan kreatif. Program ini tidak hanya berdampak pada kebersihan lingkungan, tetapi juga membuka peluang usaha baru berupa kerajinan tangan berbasis daur ulang sampah plastik.
