Abstract

This gives rise to the intention to end the pregnancy and this is called abortion. Visum et repertum plays an important role as evidence in the judicial process, especially in abortion cases. The role of Visum et Repertum in determining material truth is very important and important, especially in criminal cases, considering the increasing number of criminals who hide their crimes from the law. The research method uses the qualitative analysis method, which is a way of analyzing data sourced from legal materials based on concepts, theories, statutory regulations or the researcher's own views. The aim of this research is to determine the criminal liability of perpetrators of abortion crimes, the validity of the post mortem et repertum as evidence in the process of proving the crime of abortion and the role of the post mortem et repertum evidence in the examination of abortion crime cases in Bantul District Court Decision Number 153/Pid .Sus/2022/Pn.Btl. In this research, three main theories were chosen to provide a strong and relevant theoretical foundation according to each focus of the chapters discussed, namely grand theory, middle theory and applied theory. This theory is very important because evidence is a fundamental element in criminal law, which plays a role in determining the truth of a criminal incident and identifying the party responsible for the action. Visum et repertum plays an important role in providing objective and scientific evidence to strengthen or evaluate the reliability of other evidence in litigation. The results of this research are: 1) Based on the Indonesian Criminal Code, abortion is a criminal act, except in certain conditions regulated in Articles 299, 346, 347, 348, and 349 KUHP.BTL, the abortion violates applicable legal restrictions and the perpetrator is declared criminally accountable. Courts consider several factors, including the perpetrator's intent and the circumstances in which the abortion was performed outside of legal exceptions, to determine the appropriate punishment for the offense. 2) Visum et repertum plays an important role in determining the crime of abortion, especially in Decision Number 153/Pid. Sus/2022/PN..

Abstract

Tourism, as an economic sector with significant potential, requires attractions that can be drawn from various aspects, including icons. These icons, rooted in local characteristics and culture, can be transformed into statues, monuments, and other forms of representation. However, sculpture creation poses a challenge for communities lacking adequate knowledge and skills. Natural fibers, such as bamboo, hemp, tree bark, rattan, and straw, are abundant materials that can be utilized for this purpose. Trangsan Village in Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java, is one area with tourism potential that currently lacks icons and branding. This research aims to develop methods for creating sculpture or tourism icons by translating 3D software models into life-sized objects or prototypes. The research stages include observation and data analysis, determination of tourism icons, 3D modeling, and post-modeling by composing fragment images as anatomical references. The subsequent processes involve creating and materializing prototypes, protecting intellectual property rights, and conducting public tests. This study addresses the challenge of icon creation in underdeveloped tourism areas and offers a systematic approach for integrating traditional craftsmanship with modern technology to enhance local tourism branding.

Abstract

Healthcare services include all attempts to preserve and enhance a person's health, stop and treat illnesses, and recover their condition. The purpose of this study is to investigate Pidie Jaya Regional Hospital's legal aspects of healthcare services. The study concentrates on the way patients' rights and obligations are carried out and points up the challenges to this process. One used a descriptive method in an empirical study approach. Using both primary and secondary data, data were gathered by observations, interviews, and literary reviews. The results show that Law Number 17 of 2023 on Health rules several areas of healthcare services, including legality, balance, timeliness, good faith, prudence, transparency, autonomy, non-maleficence, beneficence, justice, confidentiality, honesty, and adherence. Patients' rights and obligations are enforced at the Pidie Jaya Regional Hospital by means of processes intended to guarantee that service standards are satisfied and that patients' rights are most respectfully respected. Obstacles such as a lack of knowledge and awareness, problems with facilities and human resources, and administrative and regulatory barriers, however, prevent the full realization of patients' rights and obligations. Notwithstanding these difficulties, Pidie Jaya Regional Hospital has responded to patient complaints by making sure their rights are respected in line with the hospital's dedication and operation as a public health agent. This paper comes to the conclusion that improving service quality depends critically on knowledge and application of pertinent legal components in healthcare services as well as awareness-raising and resource management. It also provides ideas on how satisfying patient rights and enhancing administrative effectiveness in regional hospitals would help to improve healthcare facilities.

Abstract

KUB chickens are chickens that are the result of selection of native Indonesian female line chickens, for six generations. Fresh maggot (BSF) is an alternative ingredient in rations that may be added to animal feed as a source of protein. The purpose of this study is to determine how much the superior village chickens of Balitnak are fed fresh maggots (BSF) and how much of an impact this has on feed consumption and body weight increase throughout the grower phase 35–70. Findings from studies on the impact of feeding superior native chickens with fresh maggots (BSF) in their diet. Results on children's growth regarding feed consumption indicated a highly significant influence (P<0.01). According to the following average feed consumption values for each treatment: P0.1950.50 g/head, P1. 1964.18 g/head, P2. 1888.47 g/Tail, and P3. 1923.47 g/head. The findings had no discernible impact, as seen by the rise in body weight (P>0.05). The average body weight growth for each treatment, aged 35 to 70 days, was P0, 649.54 g/head, P1, 650.96 g/head, P2, 642.40 g/head, and P3. 623.40 g/head. The average feed conversion values were P0. 3.02 g/head, P2. 2.95 g/head, and P3. 3.09 g/head. Additionally, feed conversion data did not reveal a significant influence (P>0.05). Analysis of variance (ANOVA) will be used to assess the collected data. In the event that the therapy is effective, the BNT test will be administered. Treatment P1 had the greatest results, with a fresh maggot feeding level of 10% on feed intake and body weight increase, according to study on the effects of employing fresh maggots (BSF) in feed for KUB chickens aged 35–70 days. For the purpose of future study, it is advised that the percentage of fresh maggots fed to KUB chickens aged 35 to 70 days not surpass 10%.

Abstract

The research was conducted from February to April 2024 in Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. Rainfall is a very important climatic factor in influencing crop growth and production, including oil palm. The purpose of this study was to examine how rainfall affects the planting area and production of oil palm in the highlands of North Sumatra. The study used secondary data in the form of information on planting area and production in Deli Serdang Regency during 2019-2023, obtained from the Deli Serdang Regency Agriculture Office and the Food Security and Horticulture Office, as well as the Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra. The results showed that there was a negative correlation between rainfall and oil palm planting area and production, with values of -0.599 and -0.645, respectively. This means that there is a moderate negative relationship between rainfall and oil palm planting area and production, where higher rainfall results in lower oil palm planting area and production, although this is not statistically significant.
