Abstract

This study have two aims to describes: 1) learning administration, 2) learning implementation, 3) learning evaluation, and 4) supervising teacher of teacher educator in SMK PGRI 1 Surakarta. This research is qualitative research with case study design. Data was collected by observation, interview, and documentation. Data validation was done through triangulation technique. Data analysis use Milles and Huberman analysis are data reduction, data display and verification. Results of this research there are two things about: 1) learning administration by teacher of certified educators are teachers prepare learning tools such as syllabi, lesson plans, annual program and semester program, 2) Learning implementation by teacher of certified educators conducted in the form of implementation of assignment learning model and ICT-based learning media, 3) Learning evaluation by teacher of certified educators in the form of product assessment, project assessment, and portfolios assessment, 4) Supervising teacher of certified educators conducted by the principal through providing motivation and guidance so that teachers can produce performance products after teachers get educator certificate.

Abstract

Study This aiming for see impact from making chips Brazilian spinach as a learning medium project strengthening profile student Pancasila, in particular in grow soul entrepreneurship in children age early. Through activity production chips Brazilian spinach, children involved active in all over stages production, start from stage preparation material until marketing product end. Population study totaling 42 children in Early Childhood Education in Kebumen. The research method used is method qualitative where the data is collected through observation, and documentation. Research results show that activity making chips Brazilian spinach can become an effective learning medium for grow soul entrepreneurship in children age early.

Abstract

This research was conducted at SD Negeri 2 Sumur, Tamansari District, Boyolali Regency. The subjects of this research were teachers and students of grade IV. This research aims to introduce and create a food product called Rose Crunch Delight, a snack made from rose flowers. The solution offered SDN 2 Sumur is one of the schools located near Cluntang Village. By carrying the theme of local wisdom, SDN 2 Sumur tries to create food innovations from rose flowers. This is also integrated with the learning of science and natural sciences material on plants, sources of life on earth about snack foods that will be used as the basic ingredients for making rose chips. The research method uses qualitative through learning activities with an edupreneurship spirit, namely a unique snack experience with a touch of roses. The results of this study indicate that the innovative product made by SDN 2 Sumur is Rose Crunch Delight. This part of the plant can be used as an innovative product in the form of Rose Crunch Delight (Rose Flower Chips). Increasing the creativity and innovation abilities of students through the Rose Crunch Delight product in the science subject. That Edupreneurship is very much needed and must continue to be developed in Educational Institutions in Indonesia, both formal and non-formal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis lebih lanjut mengenai pembelajaran yang berpusat pada murid dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SD. Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya dalam serangkaian pembelajaran yang memperhatikan kebutuhan peserta didik dalam hal kesiapan belajar, profil belajar siswa, minat dan bakat. Desain penelitian ini merupakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang diarahkan untuk menganalisis penerapan pembelajaran diferensiasi yang dilakukan oleh guru-guru kelas I, II, IV, dan V di SD Negeri Krajan 04 Kecamatan Gatak Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui wawancara. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi mampu membantu murid mencapai hasil belajar optimal, karena produk yang akan mereka hasilkan sesuai minat mereka. Dengan Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, guru telah mewujudkan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada murid.

Abstract

Pengembangan kurikulum pada anak usia dini sangat penting untuk meningkatkan pendidikan karakter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau strategi pengembangan kurikulum Merdeka dalam memperkuat karakter pada tingkat anak usia dini. Kurikulum Merdeka memiliki tujuan untuk menciptakan siswa yang memiliki karakter yang terampil, berbudi pekerti, beradab, dan berakhlak baik sesuai dengan visi kebangsaan Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan menggunakan berbagai sumber literatur seperti buku, jurnal, dan hasil observasi terbaru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan kurikulum Merdeka meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, penyesuaian kurikulum, penguatan kompetensi dasar, pemanfaatan teknologi, melibatkan pemangku kepentingan dalam pengembangan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, serta memastikan pembelajaran karakter terintegrasi dalam setiap aspek pembelajaran. Penerapan pendidikan karakter pada anak usia dini meliputi integrasi konten kurikulum karakter ke dalam mata pelajaran yang relevan, kegiatan sehari-hari di sekolah, dan kegiatan yang direncanakan, serta membangun komunikasi dan kerja yang sama antara sekolah dengan siswa tua. Studi ini memberikan pandangan mendalam tentang pentingnya pengembangan kurikulum Merdeka dalam memperkuat karakter pada tingkat sekolah dasar. Kata Kunci: kurikulum; merdeka; karakter.

Abstract

Students' reading ability still faces obstacles such as low reading interest and less interesting learning methods. This study uses a literature review to analyse the use of image media in Indonesian language learning to improve reading skills in elementary schools. The method used in this study is a systematic literature review using data accessed from Google Scholar. The research applied in this analysis consists of articles published from 2020-2024. For the initial search based on keywords, we found as many as 11,700 documents using the keyword "use of image media" in the Google Scholar database, then limited the search to the period 2020-2024, obtained as many as 7,150 documents, added again the keyword "Bahasa Indonesia" got 3,750 documents, then added again the keyword "reading ability" got 973 documents, and added the last keyword namely "elementary school" got 855 documents. Then, from the total number of 855 documents, only 10 were selected for further review by the researcher. Based on the research analysis, it was concluded that the use of visual media has proven effective in the learning process, particularly in Indonesian language learning at the elementary school level. Therefore, teachers are advised to use visual media in teaching and learning, as it is highly effective and makes learning much more enjoyable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fixed assets intensity, ukuran pe­ru­sahaan, chief financial officer expert power dan chief financial officer political power ter­ha­dap manajemen pajak dengan indikator tarif pajak efektif (ETR). Populasi yang digunakan da­lam penelitian ini menggunakan perusahaan LQ45 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia un­tuk periode tahun 2015-2018. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode pur­po­si­ve sampling dan diperoleh 52 sampel dari 13 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data se­­kunder dari laporan tahunan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama pe­ri­o­de tahun 2015-2018. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Ha­­sil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan (SIZE) berpengaruh signifikan ter­­hadap tarif pajak efektif. Abstract

Penelitian ini akan menguji bagaimana pengaruh financial target, ineffective monitoring, total aset, dan perubahan direksi terhadap fraudulent financial statement. Populasi menggunakan perusahaan manufaktur basic materials yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2020. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu sebanyak 20 perusahaan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil dari financial target dan ineffective monitoring berpengaruh negatif, sedangkan total aset dan perubahan direksi berpengaruh positif terhadap fraudulent financial statement

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi model problem based learning (PBL) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa kelas XII pada materi peluang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 18 siswa kelas XII. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa serta tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. Hasil dari kegiatan penelitian ini adalah dengan mengimplementasikan model PBL mampu meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Siswa menjadi lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran, yang ditunjukkan adanya perubahan di siklus I dan siklus II. Selain itu, guru berperan sebagai fasilitator yang membimbing siswa untuk menemukan solusi melalui proses berpikir kritis dan reflektif. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model PBL efektif diterapkan dalam pembelajaran matematika, khususnya pada materi peluang, karena mampu meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa.

Abstract

The COVID 19 pandemic has significantly altered work patterns across various sectors, including the widespread adoption of Work from Home (WFH) systems. This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance during remote work. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method. The sample consisted of 110 employees of CV. Cahaya Mandiri selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results revealed that the three independent variables work environment, work discipline, and compensationhave both simultaneous and partial significant effects on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.216, indicating that 21.6% of the variation in employee performance can be explained by these three variables. These findings underscore the importance of fostering a supportive work environment, enhancing employee discipline, and providing fair compensation to improve employee productivity in remote work settings.
