Abstract

This study investigates the impacts of auditor competence (AC) and auditor experience (AE) on tax compliance (TC) and financial reporting quality (FRQ). Employing a quantitative research methodology, the study collected data from 67 auditors in Jakarta using purposive random sampling. These auditors, with a minimum of one year of experience, responded to a structured questionnaire distributed via email and WhatsApp. The data analysis was conducted using Smart-PLS to evaluate relationships between AC, AE, TC, and FRQ. Findings revealed that AC significantly enhances both TC and the FRQ. AE also positively influences these outcomes, albeit its hypothesized role as a moderator in the relationship between AC and the auditing outcomes did not show significant effects. These results underline the importance of both AC and AE in achieving high standards in audits but suggest that the interaction between these factors is complex. The study emphasizes the need for targeted professional development that enhances both the depth of competence and the strategic application of experience. It highlights the importance of creating training programs that address specific skills and knowledge areas relevant to improving audit quality and compliance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meninjau secara sistematis literatur terkait peluang bisnis digital bagi Generasi Z (Gen Z) serta strategi optimalisasi potensi kewirausahaan mereka. Melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR), 30 artikel ilmiah dipilih dari 132 publikasi yang disaring berdasarkan akses teks penuh, keterkinian, dan relevansi, serta dianalisis menggunakan metode sintesis tematik (Braun & Clarke, 2006). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Gen Z cenderung memilih e-commerce, freelancing, dan konten digital sebagai jalur bisnis utama. Meskipun didukung oleh tingginya literasi digital dan penetrasi internet di Indonesia, partisipasi Gen Z dalam sektor UMKM masih rendah (±1,7%). Studi ini mengidentifikasi empat strategi kunci: pengembangan diri berbasis identitas digital, optimalisasi media sosial komunitas, literasi digital lanjutan, dan inkubasi bisnis di kampus serta desa digital. Secara konseptual, studi ini menyumbang kerangka awal untuk pengembangan technopreneur muda yang berkelanjutan. Dari segi praktik, temuan ini mendukung perancangan strategi inkubasi berbasis data dan kontekstual bagi pemberdayaan Gen Z dalam ekosistem bisnis digital.

Abstract

The issue of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among academics, especially lecturers, plays a vital role in assessing the quality and performance of higher education institutions. This study explores how Islamic work ethics, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment contribute to the development of OCB among lecturers. A total of 365 lecturers from 14 private universities were selected using proportional random sampling. The research applied Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the AMOS software to analyze the data. The results demonstrate that Islamic work ethics have a significant and positive effect on both OCB and organizational commitment. However, the influence of Islamic work ethics on job satisfaction, while positive, is statistically insignificant. Moreover, job satisfaction is found to have a strong and significant impact on OCB, but its relationship with organizational commitment remains insignificant. These findings reveal a nuanced interaction between ethical values, personal satisfaction, and voluntary behavior within the academic work environment. Given these insights, the study highlights the importance of fostering Islamic work ethics and job satisfaction to improve OCB among lecturers. Strengthening these elements may not only elevate individual performance but also enhance organizational commitment over time. As a practical implication, private university management should prioritize ethical development programs and support systems that improve job satisfaction. Such initiatives are expected to contribute to a more engaged, committed, and ethically grounded academic workforce, ultimately advancing institutional quality and effectiveness.

Abstract

Seminar pelatihan dengan tema "Pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence dalam Pengembangan SDM Unggul di UMKM Kecamatan Gunung Sindur" diselenggarakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan para pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Gunung Sindur mengenai penerapan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) dalam pengelolaan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama dua hari pada 10-11 Mei 2025 dengan peserta yang terdiri dari anggota Forum UMKM IKM Gunung Sindur. Seminar ini terbagi menjadi dua sesi utama, yaitu pengenalan AI dalam konteks UMKM dan penerapannya dalam pengembangan SDM. Pada sesi pertama, peserta diperkenalkan dengan dasar-dasar AI, jenis-jenis teknologi yang relevan, serta aplikasinya dalam sektor UMKM. Sesi kedua lebih fokus pada implementasi AI dalam pengelolaan SDM, termasuk rekrutmen, pelatihan, dan pengelolaan kinerja karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam seminar ini meliputi ceramah interaktif, studi kasus, diskusi kelompok, dan demonstrasi praktis. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta mengenai AI, dengan sebagian besar peserta merasa lebih siap untuk mengaplikasikan teknologi ini dalam bisnis mereka. Namun, tantangan dalam implementasi AI tetap ada, terutama terkait dengan keterbatasan infrastruktur dan literasi digital di sebagian UMKM. Oleh karena itu, saran yang diberikan termasuk peningkatan pelatihan lanjutan, kemitraan dengan penyedia teknologi, serta dukungan dari pemerintah dalam memfasilitasi transformasi digital di UMKM. Dengan dilaksanakannya seminar ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak positif bagi pengembangan SDM di UMKM Kecamatan Gunung Sindur serta mendorong transformasi digital di sektor UMKM di masa depan.

Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman terkait keilmuan wirausaha pada santri di Yayasan Panti Asuhan Al-Munasharoh Tangerang Selatan yang perlu didukung agar termotivasi menjadi seorang pelaku usaha atau wirausaha islami yang sukses di era kompetitif. Metode Pelaksanaan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini di antaranya dengan menggunakan ceramah dan berdiskusi secara bersama sehingga penyuluhan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan ilmu pengetahuan khususnya materi mengenai ilmu kewirausahaan dan konsep bisnis sebagai bekal menjadi seorang wirausaha muda islami yang sukses di era kompetitif. Hasil dari kegiatan Pengabdian oleh dosen Prodi Manajemen Program Sarjana, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Pamulang dapat membuahkan hasil yang positif terlihat dari antusias dan bersemangat dalam mengikuti pemberian materi pengabdian, tanya jawab dan kuis yang diadakan oleh Tim Pengabdian Dosen Universitas Pamulang.

Abstract

The role of information systems is currently crucial in various fields, including education and Yayasan Aldiana Nusantara (YAN), which supports many students from low to middle economic backgrounds, faces challenges in selecting scholarship recipients for financially disadvantaged students. To assist in making accurate and swift decisions, a computer-based Decision Support System (DSS) is required. This study aims to design a web-based DSS using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. This system was designed to assist Yayasan Aldiana Nusantara - YAN in selecting scholarship recipients based on criteria, such as, grade level, scholarship recipient status, father's income, mother's income, report card grades, and the number of extracurricular activities. The SAW method is used for weighting criteria, while the TOPSIS method is used to rank alternatives based on their proximity to the ideal solution. The system design follows the waterfall model, comprising analysis, design, implementation, and testing phases. The DSS is developed using PHP programming language and MySQL Database Management System. The system provides four types of access rights: administrator, jury, student, and faculty leader, ensuring security and ease of use. The test results indicate that the system has a high level of accuracy, reliability, integrity, and usability. This system also helps expedite the scholarship selection process, reduce errors in recipient determination, and facilitate the selection team in decision-making. With this DSS, YAN is able to conduct the scholarship selection process more effectively and efficiently, ensuring that aid is accurately targeted at students in need.

Abstract

Era Industri 5.0 menuntut organisasi untuk beradaptasi dengan cepat terhadap perkembangan teknologi, khususnya dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM). Integrasi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam manajemen SDM menjadi krusial untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, produktivitas, dan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini bertujuan untuk mentransformasi pemahaman dan praktik manajemen SDM berbasis AI di SMK Assa'adah. Kegiatan yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 15 Mei 2025 ini melibatkan dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas Pamulang, berfokus pada pelatihan dan implementasi konsep AI dalam rekrutmen, pengembangan karyawan, penilaian kinerja, dan analisis data SDM. Hasil PkM menunjukkan peningkatan kapasitas SMK Assa'adah dalam mengadopsi teknologi AI untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen SDM mereka, sehingga mampu menghadapi tantangan era industri 5.0 dengan lebih baik.

Abstract

Perkembangan UMKM di Indonesia terus meningkat, namun masih banyak pelaku usaha yang belum memiliki keterampilan manajerial yang memadai. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan pelatihan praktis mengenai strategi membangun usaha yang kompetitif melalui manajemen talenta dan optimalisasi sumber daya manusia (SDM), menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Sindang Jaya dan melibatkan pelaku UMKM Forsamik, mahasiswa, serta dosen. Materi meliputi strategi pemasaran, pemahaman tentang manajemen talenta, dan cara mengoptimalkan SDM. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM mengenai pentingnya manajemen talenta dan SDM dalam pengelolaan usaha mereka.

Abstract

This community service aims to strengthen the capacity of human resources of micro, small, and medium enterprise (MSME) actors in Bojongsari Village through training in managerial skills and business digitalization. MSME actors in this area often face various challenges, both in terms of limited managerial capabilities, such as financial management and business planning, as well as in terms of technology, particularly related to marketing and digital business management. This activity was carried out using a combination of lectures, hands-on practice, and discussions involving 30 local MSME actors. The topics covered include the basics of business management, such as business planning, financial management, and digital marketing strategies through social media platforms and e-commerce. The results of this activity showed an improvement in participants' managerial skills, reflected in their ability to create more structured business plans and manage their business finances more effectively. Additionally, the application of business digitalization has started to take shape, with participants now having social media accounts and utilizing online platforms to market their products. However, challenges still exist, especially in terms of limited access to technology and a lack of understanding in digital data analysis. Therefore, further training is necessary to ensure that MSME actors can maximize the use of technology. With this training, it is hoped that MSMEs in Bojongsari Village can develop more competitively in the increasingly digital market.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction, transformational leadership, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance and their impact on employee retention in manufacturing companies in Indonesia. Job satisfaction, transformational leadership, and OCB are important variables in human resource management that can influence individual and organizational performance as a whole. This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and explanatory approaches. Data was collected through a survey involving 300 employees from several manufacturing companies in Indonesia who were selected using purposive sampling. The research results show that the variables of job satisfaction, transformational leadership, and OCB influence employee performance, and employee performance influences employee retention, namely good performance will have an impact on reducing employee retention levels.
