Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee job satisfaction at the Special Class 1A Tangerang District Court. The analytical methods used in this study are descriptive analysis, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, t test and F test. With a total sampling of 67 respondents. The results showed the results of a multiple linear regression equation of 10.927 + 0.366X1 + 0.830X2, meaning that job satisfaction even without being influenced by organizational commitment and OCB had an influence of 10.927. The result of this study is based on the value of the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.923 where the value (R) is between the value of the coefficient interval of 0.80-1.000. This means that the effect of the relationship between the variables of Organizational Commitment and OCB on Job Satisfaction simultaneously is very strong. The population in this study is employees of the Special Class 1A Tangerang District Court.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh kemampuan kerja dan self-efficacy terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada kantor pos Fatmawati secara parsial dan simultan. Responden yang digunakan berjumlah 80 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat bantu pengumpul data. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi sederhana dan berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan kerja berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan nilai t hitung 4,018 (tanda positif) dan tingkat signifikan yaitu 0,000 < 0,05. Selain itu, self-efficacy berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 3,237 (tanda positif) dan tingkat signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05. Secara simultan kemampuan kerja dan self-efficacy perpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Hal ini dikuatkan dengan hasil uji F yang menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat loyalitas pada karyawan kantor pos Fatmawati dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan kerja dan self-efficacy.

Abstract

The research aims to determine the influence of organizational memory, knowledge recovery, knowledge visualization and knowledge transfer on improving the careers of lecturers at private universities in the West Java and Banten regions. This research uses a type of quantitative research with a survey approach with the method used is purposive sampling, with a sample of 211 lecturers. The data analysis technique for this research uses PLS software version 3.0 (Partial Least Square) with the research results showing that (1) organizational memory has a significant negative effect on improving lecturers' careers with a t statistic value of 2,000 > t table 1.652 and a P-value of 0.046 < 0.05, with a relationship of 5.9% (2) knowledge recovery has a positive and significant effect on improving lecturers' careers with a t statistical value of 5.113 > t table 1.652 and a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05, and a relationship value of 43.8 % (3) knowledge visualization has a positive and significant effect on improving Dodsen's career with a t statistical value of 6.236 > t table 1.652 and a P-value of 0.000 < 0.05, with a relationship value of 49.9% (4) Knowledge transfer has a significant positive effect on lecturer career improvement with a t statistic value of 6.236 > t table 1.652 and a P-Value of 0.026 <0.005, and with a relationship value of 12.6%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of artificial intelligence (AI)-based marketing, the quality of human resources (HR) operating it, and the effectiveness of the marketplace platform on increasing the number of consumers. In the digital era, AI is increasingly used in marketing strategies to personalize customer experiences, increase efficiency, and reach target markets more accurately. However, the role of HR operating AI technology is also crucial in determining the success of implementing this strategy. This study uses a quantitative method with an approach (SEM-PLS) to test the causal relationship between these variables. The research sample consists of business actors on marketplace platforms and online shops that use AI technology in their marketing. The results of the study indicate that AI-based online marketing does not have a significant influence on marketplace development, with a t-statistic value of 1.359 which is smaller than the t table of 1.983 and a P-value of 0.175 which is greater than 0.05. This indicates that even though AI is applied in marketing, its impact on marketplace development is still limited. On the other hand, the quality of human resources also does not have a significant effect on the marketplace, as indicated by the same t-statistic value, which is 1.359, which is smaller than the t table and the P-value exceeding the significance limit of 0.05. This indicates that the quality of human resources in marketplace organizations may need to be focused more on the technological aspect to support better development. On the other hand, the increase in consumers is proven to have a positive and significant effect on the development of the marketplace, with a t-statistic value of 3.212 which is greater than the t table of 1.983 and a P-value of 0.001 which is smaller than 0.05. This finding indicates that the increasing number of consumers can be a key factor for the success of the marketplace in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of total quality management and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction with employee performance as an intervening variable. This research uses quantitative research, which is based on data that can be calculated to produce a strong quantitative interpretation. The data analysis technique used is PLS version 3.0 (Partial Least Square) software which is a variant-based structural equation analysis (Structural Equation Model) and can perform measurement model testing as well as structural model testing. The population and sample in this study were cooperatives in the South Tangerang area. The technique used in this study was the Simple Random Sampling Technique. And the sample used in this study were 191 employees in the South Tangerang Cooperative. With the results of the study that total quality management has a significant effect on employee job satisfaction because the t-statistic value is 19,056 > 1,652 while the latent variable on organizational culture has an effect on the contribution to the latent variable on employee job satisfaction with a statistical value of 14,351 > 1,652. While the latent variable total quality management has no significant effect on employee performance because the value is 1.281 < 1.652. And the organizational culture variable has an effect on employee performance with a t-statistic value of 4.214 > 1.652. And for the variable employee job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance with a value of 5.115> 1.652.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat melalui pendidikan merupakan salah satu pilar penting dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan. Meskipun telah banyak upaya yang dilakukan, masih terdapat kesenjangan antara teori pendidikan yang diajarkan dengan penerapannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, khususnya dalam konteks pemberdayaan masyarakat. Fenomena ini mengindikasikan adanya kebutuhan akan pendekatan yang lebih integratif dan aplikatif dalam program pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menggali sinergi antara pendidikan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui program dialog interaktif dan pembelajaran berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah penggabungan antara diskusi kelompok, pelatihan, dan aktivitas pembelajaran berkelanjutan, yang diimplementasikan dalam serangkaian workshop dan sesi dialog interaktif dengan partisipasi aktif dari peserta didik Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Riyadhul Huda Cikalong Wetan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa integrasi antara konsep teoretis dan aplikasi praktis melalui dialog interaktif dan pembelajaran berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengidentifikasi serta menyelesaikan masalah-masalah lokal secara mandiri. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa sinergi pendidikan dan pemberdayaan melalui metode interaktif dan berkelanjutan dapat menjadi model efektif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi dan kapasitas masyarakat.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Nadi Suwarna Bumi.  Jenis penelitian merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan statistik penulis menjadikan karyawan PT. Nadi Suwarna Bumi sebagai  populasi totalnya  berjumlah  150 karyawan. Adapun  jumlah  sampel  diperoleh  dari  perhitungan  Slovin dengan tingkat galat sebesar 10% diperoleh hasil 60 responden. Analisis data menggunakan SPSS Versi 22. Teknik uji sampling menggunakan metode sensus Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Motivasi dan Disiplin berpengaruh positif dan simultan terhadap Produktivitas kerja karyawan pada PT. Nadi Suwarna Bumi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil nilai F hitung = 8098,471 > 3,160 atau (Fhitung > Ftabel) sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan antara motivasi dan Disiplin (X2) secara simultan terhadap Produktivitas kerja (Y) karyawan pada PT. Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitia n ini memiliki tujuan   untuk  mengetahui p engaruh gaya    ke pemimpinan dan budaya  organisasi  terhadap kiner ja karyawan  pada Bank BTN Kantor Cabang Tangerang.  Metode  penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Dan menggunakan sebanyak 67   responden dengan m enggunakan Random Sampling dan pengambilan data dengan rumus Solvin. Hasil penelitiandapat dilihat dari Uji F yang memberikan hasil Fhitung > Ftabel (33,173 > 3,140) maka Ha diterima, sehingga dinyatakan   bahwa   memiliki   pengaruh   yang  positif dan   signifikan secara   simultan   antara   variabel gaya   kepemimpinan   dan   budaya  organisasi terhada p  kinerja karyawan   Bank BTN Kantor Cabang Tangerang.Kata  Kunci : “Gaya Kepemimpinan,Budaya Organisasi,Kinerja Karyawan”.

Abstract

The development of national borders is a priority for a country in the interest of sovereignty and prosperity for its citizens. This study examines the development of research that takes the topic of developing national borders. The research aims to discover the development of the number of publications and maps of the development of publications over the last ten years on the topic of development in question. This research method uses descriptive bibliometric analysis, with metadata from 982 research publications sourced and processed from Google Scholar. The results showed that in the period 2012-2022, there was an increase in the development of publications, from 20 publications in 2012 (2.04%) to 182 publications in 2020 (18.54%), or an increase of 8 times compared to publications with the same topic in 2012. The development of mapping research publications based on keywords (co-occurrence) identified a description of the network of relationships between conceptions of national border development and related topics grouped into 10 clusters. Development is the main issue discussed in various studies in the last ten years. From the visualization overlay on co-occurrence, the keyword 'Development' is the most discussed topic and highlights the need for strengthening and improvement in managing national borders. This research also obtained several topics still open for researchers to develop, including infrastructure development and loci in border areas, which are interesting for future research topics.

Abstract

The concept of heaven plays a pivotal role within religiosity, acting as both a metaphysical endpoint and an ethical guide, profoundly influencing personal beliefs and societal structures. This study aims to examine the interplay between belief in heaven and its influence on moral decision-making, psychological well-being, and economic productivity across diverse contexts. Employing a systematic literature review, this research involved a bibliometric analysis of 427 publications from Scopus (2005–2024) using VOSviewer to identify clusters and emerging trends. Through co-occurrence mapping, the study isolated five primary research clusters, including moral behavior, psychological impacts, cultural influences, economic implications, and demographic variables. Key findings reveal that belief in heaven correlates with both conservative moral perspectives and increased psychological resilience, with notable demographic differences. Economic implications suggest that afterlife beliefs support values like honesty and thrift, indirectly boosting economic productivity. The study underscores the distinct role of heaven as an isolated concept within religiosity, contributing novel insights into the broader societal impact of afterlife beliefs. Findings have practical implications for policymakers, religious leaders, and educators in leveraging heaven’s moral framework to foster pro-social behavior and societal well-being across culturally diverse populations.
