Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and work ethic on employee performance at PT Victory Chingluh Indonesia, Tangerang Regency. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely 100 respondents. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests. The results of this study are that leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 39.3% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7.959> 1.984). Work ethic has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 47.0% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (9.316> 1.984). Leadership style and work ethic simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation Y = 5.608 + 0.377X1 + 0.473X2. The coefficient of determination is 58.7%, while the remaining 41.3% is influenced by other variables. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated F value > F table or (68.820 > 2.700).

Abstract

Heutagogy, or learner-centered education focused on autonomy, has gained increasing attention as an innovative approach in 21st-century education. This approach emphasizes flexible learning, student autonomy, and the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills. However, the implementation of heutagogy in formal school environments faces various challenges, such as resistance from both teachers and students to changes in teaching methods, limitations in technological infrastructure, and curricula still based on traditional instruction. On the other hand, the adoption of heutagogy also presents significant opportunities, including enhanced learning motivation, the development of lifelong learning skills, and better adaptation to technological advancements and labor market demands. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving direct observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, as well as policy document analysis related to heutagogy. Data were collected from several formal schools that have started implementing this approach, at both secondary and upper levels. Data analysis was conducted using triangulation techniques to ensure the validity and reliability of the findings. The results indicate that collaboration among teachers, students, and school authorities, as well as the appropriate use of educational technology, can provide solutions to effectively integrate heutagogy into formal learning systems.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and leadership style on employee performance at Al-Syukro Universal Islamic College, South Tangerang. The method used was quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling, namely 80 respondents. Data analysis used validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, determination coefficients and hypothesis tests. The results of this study are emotional intelligence has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 51.7% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (9.135> 1.991). Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 40.5% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7.293> 1.991). Emotional intelligence and leadership style simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation Y = 9.270 + 0.471X1 + 0.290X2. The coefficient of determination is 57.2%, while the remaining 42.8% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated F value > F table or (51.458 > 2.720).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT Rekso Nasional Food, McDonald's Edutown Tangerang Branch, partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling,namely 55 respondents. Data analysis used validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and hypothesis test. The results of this study are that the work environment has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 53.4% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (7.798> 2.006). Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a determination coefficient value of 37.8% and the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or (5.569> 2.006). The work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a regression equation Y = 10.099 + 0.470X1 + 0.275X2. The coefficient of determination value is 60.6% while the remaining 39.4% is influenced by other variables. The hypothesis test obtained the calculated F value > F table or (39.929 > 2.780).

Abstract

Pelnellitian ini belrtujuan untuk melndelskripsikan kondisi lingkungan kelrja pada PT. Radiant Jaya Belrsama Wisma 47,untuk melngeltahui kondisi kinelrja karyawan pada PT. Radiant Jaya Belrsama Wisma 47 dan untuk melngeltahui apakah lingkungan kelrja belrpelran dalam melningkatkan kinelrja karyawan pada PT. Radiant Jaya Belrsama Wisma 47 di Jakarta Pusat. Meltodel pelnellitian ini melnggunakan meltodel kualitatif delskriptif. Prosels pelngumpulan data melnggunakan obselrvasi, wawancara dan dokumelntasi telntang pelran lingkungan kelrja dalam melningkatkan kinelrja karyawan PT. Radiant Jaya Belrsama Wisma 47 di Jakarta Pusat. Telknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam pelnellitian ini yaitu relduksi data, pelnyajian data dan pelnyimpulan atau velrifikasi data. Hasil pelnellitian melnunjukkan bahwa 1) lingkungan kelrja pada PT. Radiant Jaya Belrsama Wisma 47 bellum cukup baik, hal ini belrdasarkan masih ada belbelrapa fasilitas kelrja yang pelrlu dipelrbaiki selpelrti suara bising yang ditimbulkan dari komprelsor karelna tidak ada ruang khusus selrta tidak adanya gelnselt untuk cadangan listrik saat telrjadi mati lampu, 2) kinelrja karyawan pada PT. Radiant Jaya Belrsama Wisma 47 sudah baik teltapi tingkat inisiatifnya masih relndah, 3)pelran lingkungan kelrja dalam melningkatkan kinelrja karyawan dinilai sangat baik olelh karyawan dan elfelktif untuk melningkatkan kinelrja karyawan pada PT. Radiant Jaya Belrsama Wisma 47. Delngan lingkungan kelrja yang baik akan melningkatkan kinelrja karyawan selhingga tujuan pelrusahaan dapat telrcapai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stress kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Rumah Sakit Permata Pamulang di Tangerang Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel slovin dengan jumlah sampel 74 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : Stres kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 25,280 + 0,192X1 + 0,228X2, nilai korelasi sebesar 0,380 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang lemah. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 14,5%. Uji hipotesis diperoleh 6,008 > 3,126 maka dapat disimpulkan Ho3 ditolak dan Ha3 diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh positif secara simultan antara stress kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Biro Kepegawaian Tim Mutasi Kerja Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Kementerian Agama RI secara parsial dan simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh yaitu sebanyak 50 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pelatihan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 14,335 + 0,627X1, nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,751 (kuat), koefisien determinasi sebesar 56,3% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,870 > 2,011). Pengembangan karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 14,277 + 0,627X2, nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,653 (kuat), koefisien determinasi sebesar 42,7% dan uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (5,980 > 2,011). Pelatihan kerja dan pengembangan karir secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan persamaan regresi Y = 7,199 + 0,474X1 + 0,347X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi 0,812 (sangat kuat), koefisien determinasi sebesar 65,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 34,1% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (45,415 > 2,800).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance in the Warehouse Division at PT Nusantara Logistics Group Tangerang. The background of this study is based on the important role of human resources in achieving operational effectiveness and efficiency of logistics companies, which are highly dependent on employee punctuality, accuracy, and responsibility. Strong work discipline and a conducive work environment are believed to contribute positively to improving individual and team performance within an organization. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a survey approach. The study population is all 60 employees of the Warehouse Division of PT Nusantara Logistics Group Tangerang, and because the number is relatively small, a census sampling technique is used where the entire population is used as respondents. The research instrument is a questionnaire with a five-point Likert scale covering three main variables, namely work discipline (X?), work environment (X?), and employee performance (Y). The collected data are then analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, as well as t-tests and F-tests to test partial and simultaneous hypotheses. The results of the study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t value of 3.982 > t table 2.001 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 21.5%. This means that increasing discipline in the aspects of attendance, responsibility, and compliance with regulations makes a significant contribution to improving individual performance. Furthermore, the work environment also has a significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t value of 3.352 > t table 2.001 and a coefficient of determination of 16.2%. A comfortable, safe work environment, as well as good social relations between coworkers and superiors, have been shown to increase employee motivation and productivity. Simultaneously, the results of the F test show that discipline and the work environment together have a significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated F value of 7.903 > F table 2.77 and a simultaneous coefficient of determination of 21.7%. This means that these two variables collectively explain about one-fifth of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 78.3% is influenced by other factors such as work motivation, leadership style, compensation system, and organizational culture that are not discussed in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Bagian Produksi PT Samwon Copper Tube Tangerang. baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji instrument data, uji asumsi klasik, analisis kuantitatif, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh dan diperoleh sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 90 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2) berpengaruh signifikan kinerja karyawan pembelian dengan diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 17,049 + 0,284X1 + 0,294X2. Nilai koefisien korelasi atau tingkat hubungan antara variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat diperoleh sebesar 0,605 artinya memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Nilai koefisien determinasi atau kontribusi pengaruhnya secara simutan sebesar 36,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 65,9% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau (25,093 > 2,710),). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima. Artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses disiplinnya karyawan dalam perusahaan PT. Indomarco Prismatama untuk mengetahui hambatan hambatan dalam pelaksaanaan displinnya karyawan pada PT. Indomarco Prismatama, dan cara mengatasi hambatan dalam pelaksanaan displinnya Karyawan pada PT. Indomarco Prismatama. Metode dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, hasil analisis berupa penerapan SOP pada PT. Indomarco Prismatama memberikan manfaat yang besar apabila para karyawan menerapkan dengan baik sesuai dengan fungsinya. Dari pembahasan telah dijabarkan di bab sebelumnya, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan disiplin pada PT. Indomarco Prismatama di suatu perusahaan mini market memiliki pengaruh yang besar apabila para karyawan menerapkan dengan baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari Sistem Kedisiplinan di PT. Indomarco Prismatama sudah sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku, selain itu Disiplinnya karyawan PT. Indomarco Prismatama sudah baik. Walaupun masih ada hal-hal yang perlu di perbaiki lagi seperti karyawan harus mempunyai prinsip dalam mengatur waktu, harus perfeksionis tidak akan menunda pekerjaan.
