This study uncovers the latent structure of systemic corruption in public procurement across Bima City, Bima Regency, and Dompu Regency, revealing a pathological convergence of state capture, neopatrimonialism, and crony capitalism. Using a critical qualitative approach with an intrinsic case study design, it integrates Foucault’s governmentality, institutional corruption theory, and Baudrillard’s simulacra to explain how procurement mechanisms shift from administrative instruments into tools of predatory power consolidation. Data were obtained through elite interviews, legal and audit document analysis, and participatory observation, and analyzed using critical discourse analysis within abductive reasoning. The findings show procurement systems hijacked through orchestrated collusion, fabricated documentation, and bureaucratic manipulation under pseudo-legality. The research concludes that procurement corruption has become an institutionalized governing regime that erodes democratic legitimacy, degrades bureaucratic ethics, and endangers the sustainability of local public governance.

This research examines the educational philosophy of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan and its role as a foundational reference for innovation in modern Islamic education. The study is motivated by contemporary issues in Islamic schooling, particularly the weakening of students’ character and the urgent need to harmonize religious teachings with modern scientific knowledge. The objective of this work is to explore Dahlan’s key educational principles, his instructional approaches, and their relevance in addressing present educational challenges. Employing a qualitative library research design, this study analyzes credible academic sources, including journal articles, books, and historical documentation. The results show that Dahlan highlighted the inseparability of religious and general sciences, promoted contextual interpretation of Qur’anic teachings, and emphasized character formation through exemplary conduct and real-life application of knowledge. His pedagogical strategies—such as contextual instruction, demonstration, and experiential learning—proved effective in developing students’ intellectual, ethical, and social competencies. The study concludes that Dahlan’s educational vision remains profoundly significant today, offering a holistic and adaptive framework that integrates cognitive growth, moral development, and social engagement. His ideas continue to provide a transformative model for Islamic education in responding to global changes while upholding essential moral and spiritual values.

This study aims to analyze the impact of bullying on the psychological development of children at the primary education level, with the perspective of Q.S. Al-Hujurat verse 11. Bullying can harm children's psychological development in emotional, social, and character-building aspects. The verse teaches the importance of mutual respect and avoiding behavior that degrades others, which is relevant in addressing bullying in the school environment. The research method used is qualitative, with a literature review approach and text analysis. Data was gathered through a review of literature related to bullying and the interpretation of Q.S. Al-Hujurat verse 11. This study also involves observations regarding bullying behavior in primary school settings. The results indicate that bullying can lead to psychological disturbances in children, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and difficulties in building social relationships. The perspective of Q.S. Al-Hujurat verse 11 offers social ethical values that emphasize the importance of maintaining harmony among individuals and avoiding behaviors that can harm social relationships. The conclusion of this study is that character education based on Quranic values, particularly those contained in Q.S. Al-Hujurat verse 11, can serve as a strong foundation for preventing and addressing bullying in primary schools. Efforts to prevent bullying through the development of character that emphasizes respect and mutual appreciation should be implemented in primary education to protect the psychological development of children.

This study aims to analyze the Islamic thought of Syamsuddin As-Sumatrani and his intellectual responses to the social, cultural, and political challenges faced by the Malay Nusantara society during the 16th–17th centuries. Using a qualitative research method based on library research, this study examines Syamsuddin’s works, classical manuscripts, and relevant modern academic literature. The findings indicate that his thought is rooted in philosophical Sufism, particularly the concept of wahdat al-wujud, which he successfully contextualized within the spiritual landscape of Acehnese and Malay society. Syamsuddin developed a Sufi-based public ethic as a response to emerging social issues resulting from global trade and intercultural interactions. Culturally, he promoted an Islamization model grounded in local wisdom by selecting and reinterpreting Malay customs that aligned with the principles of monotheism. In the political sphere, he emphasized a spiritual-moral model of leadership that prioritizes justice, ethical conduct, and adherence to Islamic law. Overall, this study concludes that Syamsuddin’s ideas are holistic, adaptive, and visionary, effectively addressing the societal challenges of his time while remaining relevant to contemporary Islamic discourse in the Nusantara region.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil tangkapan gurita (octopus sp) dengan menggunakan umpan buatan yang berbeda (pocong dan kepiting). Penelitian dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 01 Juni 2022 sampai 01 Juli 2022 di Desa Nangahale, Kecamatan Talibura, Kabupaten Sikka. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode uji coba (experiment) dengan rumus RAL (Rancangan Acak Lengkap) yang terdiri dari 2 perlakukan (umpan pocong dan umpan kepiting) dan 5 kali ulangan, sedangkan analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisissidik ragam anova. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian jumlah hasil tangkapan dengan menggunkan umpan pocong sebanyak 14 ekor dan umpan kepiting sebanyak 8 ekor, sedangkan hasil perhitungan menggunakan sidik ragam anova diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 1,025 dan Ftabel 0,05 = 5,32 dan Ftabel 0,01 = 11,26 yang berarti bahwa Fhitung<Ftabel baik pada taraf 0.05 maupun 0.01 sehingga keputusannya adalah terima H0 dan tolak H1 dengan pengertian lain umpan rapala pocong atau umpan kepiting tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil tangkapan gurita (Octopus sp).

This study analyzes the application of management in improving the operational effectiveness of intercity bus transportation at PT. NEAT. Management plays a crucial role in managing resources through the Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC) functions so that operational activities can run efficiently and productively. However, public transportation still frequently faces obstacles in the form of waste and inefficiency that impact the decline in service quality and customer satisfaction. To address these issues, this study uses the Lean Management approach, a management method that focuses on eliminating non-value-added activities to increase productivity. The study was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method through interviews and observations. This research method also involves identifying improvements to process flow and measuring performance before and after improvements. Academically, this research is based on the concept of operational productivity which emphasizes the elimination of non-value added activities to increase service efficiency. The results show that the main waste at PT. RAPI is waiting time and defects (bus damage), which causes increased operational costs and a decrease in the number of passengers served. Improvements that have been made include more efficient fleet scheduling, planned bus maintenance, and digitalization of administration. The implications of this study emphasize the importance of improving the quality of human resources, both through skills training, increased work discipline, and strengthened employee responsibility, so that the implementation of Lean Management can run more optimally and sustainably.

The research was conducted at the Az Ziyadah Islamic Boarding School in East Jakarta with aresearch sample of 175 respondents. Sampling technique used is the Simple Random Sampling. Thedata analysis method used is path analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) There is an influenceof Quality Educational Services and Infrastructure Facilities on Satisfaction. 2) There is an influence ofthe Quality of Educational Services and Infrastructure Facilities on Public Trust. 3) There is an influenceof Satisfaction on Public Trust. 4) There is an influence of the Quality of Educational Services on PublicTrust through Satisfaction. 5) There is an influence of Infrastructure to Public Trust through Satisfactionat the Az Ziyadah Islamic Boarding School, East Jakarta.

Parental parenting plays an important role in supporting the cognitive development of early childhood, especially for children aged 4–5 years who are in a critical period of development. This study aims to examine the relationship between parental parenting and the cognitive development of children aged 4–5 years in Negeri Agung Village, Rambang District, Muara Enim Regency. The research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The sample consisted of 42 parents, selected using a total sampling technique. Data were collected through parental parenting questionnaires and observations of children’s cognitive development, then analyzed using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test and t-test at a 0.05 significance level. The analysis results show a correlation coefficient of 0.665 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating a positive and significant relationship between parental parenting and the cognitive development of children aged 4–5 years.

Masalah lingkungan di kawasan permukiman seringkali dikaitkan dengan rendahnya kesadaran lingkungan, yang tercermin dalam perilaku sehari-hari seperti pembuangan sampah yang tidak tepat dan partisipasi terbatas dalam kegiatan kebersihan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi lingkungan terhadap sikap peduli lingkungan di kalangan penduduk RT 02/RW 09, Desa Kahuripan, Kecamatan Tawang, Kota Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelasional kuantitatif yang melibatkan 43 rumah tangga yang dipilih melalui pengambilan sampel acak sederhana. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Analisis statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier sederhana digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa persepsi lingkungan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap sikap peduli lingkungan (p < 0,001), dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,231. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi lingkungan berkontribusi dalam membentuk sikap peduli lingkungan, meskipun faktor lain juga memainkan peran penting. Oleh karena itu, penguatan pendidikan lingkungan dan program lingkungan berbasis masyarakat sangat penting untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran dan sikap lingkungan yang lebih konsisten.

This study aims to improve critical thinking skills and learning activity of elementary school students through the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model based on local wisdom of community adaptation to the dry climate of Kupang. This study uses the Classroom Action Research method with the Kemmis and McTaggart model which is implemented in two cycles, each including the planning stage, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were 27 fourth-grade students of Sikumana 1 Elementary School. The research instruments included a critical thinking skills test and an observation sheet of student learning activity. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis by comparing the results between cycles. The results showed that the application of the local wisdom-based PBL model was able to significantly improve critical thinking skills and student learning activity from cycle I to cycle II. The integration of local wisdom of Kupang community adaptation to the dry climate makes learning more contextual, meaningful, and encourages active student involvement in the learning process.
