Abstract

This study was conducted to assess the effectiveness of using learning media on the learning outcomes of ICT students in grade 10 at SMA Negeri 3 Makassar. A quasi-experimental research design with a pretest-posttest control group design was employed. The experimental group was class X.10, while the control group was class X.2. In the experimental class, learning was conducted using projector and PowerPoint media, while in the control class, conventional learning methods were used. Data collection techniques included tests for cognitive aspects and observations for psychomotor aspects. The study findings showed that (1) The independent sample t-test analysis of the posttest data yielded a t-count value of 0.311 with a significance of 0.05. This indicates that the significance (2-tailed) of 0.00 < 0.05, meaning the average score of the experimental class is different from that of the control class, with the experimental class having a higher average score. Additionally, the average N-Gain percentage of the experimental class was 91.21, categorized as very effective, while the control class had an average N-Gain of 45.16, categorized as less effective. (2) The observation data analysis showed that the experimental class had an average score of 68.95, while the control class had an average of 59.69. This indicates a difference in psychomotor learning outcomes between the experimental and control classes. Based on both data analyses, it can be concluded that the use of projector and PowerPoint learning media is effective in the ICT subject for grade X at SMA Negeri 3 Makassar, both in the cognitive and psychomotor aspects.are written in one paragraph consisting of 200 to 250 words. The abstract is a concise summary of the entire research paper and should include key elements such as background, research objectives, methods, results, and conclusions. The background should briefly describe the research problem and its significance. The research objective must be stated clearly. The methodology should be summarized to indicate how the study was conducted. The results should present the main findings, while the conclusion highlights the key takeaways and possible future research directions.

Abstract

Education in Arabic uses several terms, namely, al-ta'lim, al-tarbiyah, and al-ta'dib. Al-ta'lim is the delivery of correct knowledge, understanding, comprehension, responsibility and instilling trust in children. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Vocabulary is one of the three elements of language that must be mastered, this vocabulary is used in written and spoken language, and is one of the tools to develop one's Arabic language skills. Method is a way used to convey a plan that has been prepared to achieve learning objectives, while learning itself is a deliberate and planned effort by the educator, so as to enable the creation of a conducive learning atmosphere and activities for students. So from the description above, it can be concluded that the learning method is a systematic way of delivering material to students in order to achieve the desired goals. The use of the Kaisa method is one of the movement methods or known as the kinesthetic method carried out in memorizing the Quran. From the research results, the researcher concluded that the Kaisa method is also a combination of various movements, namely theater, dance, karate or silat movements that are adjusted to facial expressions, so that the Kaisa method is very enjoyable when used in learning Arabic vocabulary, because it is able to attract the attention of students and also provides a relaxed impression to students in memorizing vocabulary through their movements. This method is also very suitable for play-age students.

Abstract

Major disturbances to seafloor morphology and input of terrestrial material due to the earthquake- tsunami in Palu City in 2018 have the potential to alter the chemical form (speciation), bioavailability, and flux of lead (Pb) and cadmium (Cd) in Palu Bay sediments. This study was conducted to analyze the speciation of Cd2+ ions and Pb2+ ions and determine the concentration of elusion ions using Diffusive Gradient in Thin Film (DGT). In this study, two methods were carried out, namely the fractionation method and the DGT method. The results showed that the analysis of ion speciation at 3 locations using the fractionation method obtained the highest concentration of Cd2+ ions of 1.4492 mg/L at location 1 and the highest concentration of Pb2+ ions of 0.0200 mg/L at location 3. The results of ion analysis at 3 locations using the DGT method obtained the highest elution yield concentration of Cd2+ ions of 0.0225 mg/L at location 1 and the highest elution yield concentration of Pb2+ ions of 0.0155 mg/L at location 3. This study shows that the presence of heavy metals Pb and Cd in Palu Bay sediments after the earthquake-tsunami is still detected with varying concentrations between locations. The fractionation method is able to describe the distribution of metal speciation in sediments, while the DGT method provides information on labile fractions that are more relevant to bioavailability. The combination of these two methods is important for understanding the potential risk of heavy metals to Palu Bay aquatic ecosystems and can be used as a basis for post-disaster environmental monitoring and management efforts.

Abstract

Laboratorium sekolah terdiri dari peralatan komputer yang tentu saja tidak terlepas dari persediannya. Sejauh ini di SMP Negeri 25 Palembang, Laboratorium Komputer belum diinventarisasi dengan baik, sehingga datanya tidak tersimpan dengan baik oleh karena itu diperlukan aplikasi inventaris. Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM)  ini merupakan kegiatan untuk membantu pihak sekolah dalam mendokumentasikan inventaris aset laboratorium komputer sehingga diharapkan inventaris laboratoriumnya dapat terdata dengan baik. Kegiatan PkM yang berbentuk pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan pengenalan aplikasi inventaris yang sebelumnya telah dikembangkan oleh tim PkM, serta memberikan praktek langsung dalam penggunaan aplikasi inventaris untuk digunakan pada SMP Negeri 25 Palembang. Pelatihan kali ini bertujuan melatih tenaga laboratoium untuk bisa menggunakan aplikasi tersebut dengan lancar, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan tenaga laboratorium di dalam melakukan inventaris asset tersebut.

Abstract

Ilmu kedokteran forensik merupakan ilmu lintas displin. Ilmu ini bermanfaat menegakkan keadilan dan proses hukum. Visum merupakan alat bukti surat yang mana diatur pada Pasal 187 huruf c KUHAP. Identifikasi luar jenazah merupakan identifikasi secara keseluruhan tubuh dengan segala sesuatu yang dilihat, dicium dan teraba serta suatu benda pada jenazah. Pada kasus ini dilakukan identifikasi luar jenazah di Instalasi Kedokteran Forensik Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Makassar pada tanggal 07 Maret 2025 sekitar pukul 21.00 WITA. Pada identifikasi luar jenazah adanya rigor mortis pada extremitas atas dan bawah, pada rahang dan tangan kiri yang mudah dilawan. Lebam mayat pada lengan kanan depan, paha bagian belakang telinga belakang leher belakang dan betis belakang punggung berwarna merah keunguan, tidak hilang dengan penekanan. Pada pemeriksaan luar jenazah didapatkan washer woman's hand ini adalah keadaan Dimana terjadi berkeriput pada tangan dan kaki di karenakan imbibisi cairan kedalam kutis & membutuhkan waktu lama. Jenazah perkiraan waktu kematian adalah sekitar delapan jam sampai dua belas jam sebelum dilakukan pemeriksaan. Penyebab kematian belum dapat ditentukan dari pemeriksaan ini karena tidak dilakukan pemeriksaan organ–organ dalam (otopsi).

Abstract

Ilmu forensik merupakan cabang multidisiplin kedokteran yang menggunakan ilmu kedokteran untuk mendukung penegakan hukum. Otopsi adalah cara investigasi terhadap mayat, baik tubuh luar maupun dalam, untuk menentukan adanya penyakit atau cedera serta menjelaskan penyebab kematian. Kasus ini dilakukan pemeriksaan otopsi di Instalasi Kedokteran Forensik Rumah Sakit X Makassar pada tahun 2025. Pada pemeriksaan luar didapatkan kaku mayat mudah dilawan pada sendi kecil, serta lebam mayat pada pipi kiri, tangan, lutut, paha, betis, dan bokong berwarna keunguan yang hilang dengan penekanan. Luka jerat pada leher konsisten dengan kasus penggantungan. Penyebab kematian adalah asfiksia akibat terhalangnya jalan nafas yang kuat dari jejas trauma tumpul dengan estimasi waktu kematian sekitar kurang dari 12 jam sebelum pemeriksaan. Kasus ini menekankan pentingnya pemeriksaan forensik dalam menentukan penyebab kematian dan cara kematian berdasarkan fakta medis.

Abstract

The religious diversity in Indonesia requires a strong understanding of religious moderation, especially in educational settings. Religious moderation is crucial to fostering social harmony and preventing religion-based conflicts. This study aims to explore and understand how the reinforcement of religious moderation is implemented in religious education practices at State Senior High School 2 Donggo and State Junior High School 2 Donggo, located in Mbawa Village. The research employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design to examine the experiences of teachers and students in applying religious moderation values. The sample consists of 8 religious education teachers (Islam, Catholicism, and Protestantism) and 24 students from various religious backgrounds, selected purposively based on their involvement in religious education. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews and direct observations over one month in 2025. The data were analysed using thematic analysis techniques to identify key patterns related to religious moderation in learning. The findings indicate that strengthening religious moderation in education is carried out through integrating tolerance values into the curriculum, an inclusive approach in religious instruction, and harmonious social interactions among students of different faiths. This study highlights the role of education in fostering religious moderation through inclusive learning and interfaith dialogue. Its limitation lies in the narrow scope of two schools, which may affect generalizability. The originality of this study is its focus on teachers’ lived experiences as practical strategies for strengthening religious moderation, whereas previous studies mostly remained theoretical or policy-oriented.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk pembelajaran berupa media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis android yang valid, praktis, dan efeektif untuk siswa dan guru dalam mata pelajaran informatika. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah R&D (research and development) dengan metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model ADDIE yang meliputi lima tahap: Analisis (analysis), desain (design), pengembangan (development), implementasi (implementation), dan evaluasi (evaluation). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis android yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi aspek validitas, kepraktisan, dan efektivitas. Validitas dari ahli materi sebesar 95,6% dan validitas ahli media sebesar 92,8% mengidentifikasi bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis android dalam kategori sangat baik. kepraktisan diketahui bahwa uji perorangan memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 89,77%, uji kelompok kecil sebesar 89,49%, dan uji kelompok besar sebesar 89,70%. Keefektifan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis android didasarkan pada hasil posttes menunjukkan persentase ketuntasan kelas eksperimen mencapai 86,8%.

Abstract

Peningkatan kebutuhan akan energi listrik menuntut sistem distribusi yang andal, selektif, dan aman dari gangguan. Salah satu komponen penting dalam sistem proteksi adalah Over Current Relay (OCR), yang berfungsi untuk mendeteksi dan memutus aliran arus lebih akibat gangguan hubung singkat. Pada Gardu Induk Lanna 150 kV, koordinasi OCR antara kubikel incoming dan outgoing 20 kV belum menunjukkan kinerja yang optimal. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menjawab dua rumusan masalah: bagaimana koordinasi proteksi OCR saat terjadi gangguan hubung singkat, dan bagaimana menentukan nilai resetting yang tepat agar sistem proteksi bekerja secara selektif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode perhitungan arus gangguan 3 fasa, penentuan setting OCR menggunakan karakteristik kurva Standard Inverse, dan simulasi fault insertion dengan software ETAP 19.0.1. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa pada kondisi existing, seluruh nilai Δt berada di atas standar minimum selektivitas (0,2 detik), dengan nilai terkecil 0,605 detik. Meskipun sudah memenuhi syarat selektivitas, nilai Δt pada kondisi existing dianggap kurang optimal karena menunjukkan variasi yang tidak seragam dan waktu kerja cadangan yang relatif lambat pada beberapa titik (melebihi 1 detik), sehingga mengurangi efisiensi proteksi. Setelah dilakukan resetting, diperoleh nilai Δt antara 0,709 hingga 0,829 detik, dengan pola waktu kerja yang lebih seimbang antar titik gangguan. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa resetting setting OCR dapat meningkatkan selektivitas, efisiensi waktu, dan keandalan sistem proteksi sesuai dengan standar IEEE 242-1986 dan IEC 60255.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to gain new insights that can serve as a reference for academics and education practitioners in formulating policies oriented toward optimizing the concept of benchmarking to improve the performance of educational institutions. Benchmarking has been proven to be an effective method for improving the performance of educational institutions. However, its success heavily depends on institutional readiness, stakeholder involvement, and continuous evaluation. The implementation of benchmarking faces various challenges, such as the lack of institutional preparedness for change, limited resources, and difficulties in obtaining valid and relevant comparative data. Other challenges include minimal stakeholder involvement and the absence of continuous evaluation. To overcome these obstacles, clear strategies, strong support from various parties, the use of technology, and inter-institutional collaboration are required. The selection of an appropriate type of benchmarking is also a key factor in ensuring success. Competitive benchmarking helps institutions enhance their academic competitiveness by comparing their performance with direct competitors. Functional benchmarking focuses on specific aspects, such as teaching methods or curriculum management, to improve operational efficiency and service quality. Meanwhile, internal benchmarking enables institutions to compare performance across units or departments to identify best practices internally before seeking external comparisons. In addition to adopting best practices from other institutions, it is essential for educational institutions to maintain their unique characteristics and distinctive culture. Benchmarking is not merely a process of imitation but a means to develop institutional potential and identity to remain competitive without losing the qualities that make them unique. With a structured, continuous, and institution-specific approach to benchmarking, this method can serve as an effective strategy for improving the long-term performance of educational institutions. Keywords: Benchmarking, educational institution performance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh wawasan baru yang dapat menjadi rujukan bagi akademisi dan praktisi pendidikan dalam merumuskan kebijakan yang berorientasi pada optimalisasi konsep benchmarking dalam meningkatkan kinerja institusi pendidikan. Benchmarking telah terbukti sebagai metode yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja institusi pendidikan. Namun, keberhasilannya sangat bergantung pada kesiapan institusi, keterlibatan stakeholder, serta evaluasi yang berkelanjutan. Implementasi benchmarking menghadapi berbagai kendala, seperti kurangnya kesiapan institusi terhadap perubahan, keterbatasan sumber daya, serta kesulitan dalam memperoleh data pembanding yang valid dan relevan. Tantangan lain yang dihadapi adalah minimnya keterlibatan stakeholder dan evaluasi yang tidak berkelanjutan. Untuk mengatasi hambatan ini, diperlukan strategi yang jelas, dukungan dari berbagai pihak, serta pemanfaatan teknologi dan kerja sama antar lembaga. Pemilihan jenis benchmarking yang sesuai juga menjadi faktor kunci keberhasilan. Benchmarking kompetitif membantu institusi meningkatkan daya saing akademik dengan membandingkan kinerja dengan pesaing langsung. Benchmarking fungsional berfokus pada aspek tertentu, seperti metode pengajaran atau manajemen kurikulum, guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas layanan. Sementara itu, benchmarking internal memungkinkan institusi membandingkan kinerja antar unit atau departemen di dalamnya untuk mengidentifikasi praktik terbaik secara internal sebelum mencari perbandingan eksternal. Selain mengadopsi praktik terbaik dari institusi lain, penting bagi lembaga pendidikan untuk mempertahankan ciri khas dan budaya unggulnya. Benchmarking bukan sekadar proses meniru, melainkan sarana untuk mengembangkan potensi dan identitas institusi agar tetap kompetitif tanpa kehilangan karakter yang telah menjadi keunggulan. Dengan penerapan benchmarking yang terstruktur, berkelanjutan, dan disesuaikan dengan karakteristik masing-masing institusi, metode ini dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja lembaga pendidikan dalam jangka panjang.
