Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of product quality and brand image on consumer satisfaction of Jago coffee in Puri Kembangan, West Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with analytical techniques using statistical analysis with regression testing, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction of 38.8%. Hypothesis testing shows that t count > t table or (4.669 > 1.984). Brand image has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction of 52.8%, hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (7.531 > 1.984). Product quality and brand image simultaneously have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 15.628 + 0.348X1 + 0.420X2 and an influence contribution of 61.5%, the hypothesis test obtained calculated F > F table or (76.718 > 2.70).

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi digital di kalangan siswa SMP Muhammadiyah Parakan, khususnya dalam memahami etika digital dan penggunaan teknologi secara bijak. Dalam rangka mendukung generasi Z dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia digital, tim PKM mengadakan pelatihan yang berfokus pada pemahaman tentang etika digital, keamanan siber, dan dampak negatif dari perilaku seperti cyberbullying. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan survei pendahuluan untuk menggali pemahaman siswa tentang penggunaan teknologi dan isu-isu terkait. Berdasarkan hasil survei, dilaksanakan penyuluhan dan pelatihan berupa seminar yang mengedukasi siswa mengenai etika digital, pentingnya menjaga privasi di dunia maya, serta cara-cara menghindari dan menangani cyberbullying. Melalui pelatihan ini, diharapkan siswa dapat memanfaatkan teknologi dengan lebih bijak, serta mengembangkan keterampilan yang mendukung mereka untuk menjadi warga digital yang bertanggung jawab. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa tentang pentingnya etika digital, dan mereka lebih siap menghadapi tantangan dalam dunia digital yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

Manajemen waktu merupakan suatu panduan yang bisa kita pakai dalam melakukan suatu pekerjaan. Seorang individu harus mengetahui dan memahami nilai waktu itu sendiri supaya bisa berhasil dalam aspek kehidupan. Orang yang menghamburkan waktu akan gagal dalam mengatur pola hidup dan identitas mereka sendiri.Pengelolaan waktu yang baik dapat membantu seseorang untuk meningkatkan prestasi dan kreativitas. Pengorganisasian setiap hari membantu seseorang untuk menyelesaikan kegiatan mereka secara efektif dan efisien. Memiliki manajemen waktu yang baik akan membantu mewujudkan impian setiap individu.Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian yang dilakukan yaitu (a) tahap persiapan yaitu sosialisasi dilakukan dengan penyusunan materi yang akan disampaikan secara langsung menggunakan media presentasi power point, penyusunan jadwal pemberian materi, pembagian tugas tim pengabdian, (b)tahap sosialisasi secara langsung menggunakan media presentasi power point, (c) tahap evaluasi dengan melakukan tanya jawab dengan masyarakat, (d) tahap pembagian masker dan multivitamin gratis kepada masyarakat.Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa pemenuhan aspek-aspek dalam manajemen waktu dapat membantu dalam memanajemen proses pembelajaran daring. Aspek-aspek tersebut adalah penetapan tujuan, menyusun prioritas, menyusun jadwal, bersikap asertif, bersikap tegas, menghindari penundaan, meminimalkan waktu yang terbuang, dan kontrol terhadap waktu.Dengan adanya kegiatan PKM berbasis Edukasi dini terhadap manajemen waktu dapat: (1) Remajalebih memiliki banyak waktu luang (2) Remajabisa menyelesaikan lebih banyak kegiatan positif (3) Remajadapat mengurangi timbulnya masalah

Abstract

In achieving organizational goals, of course, employees are required to maximize the performance they have. Employee performance is an important thing for the organization to pay attention to, because it can affect the achievement of goals and the progress of the organization in the changing global competition. The objectives of this study are: 1) to analyze and determine work discipline on employee performance. 2) analyze and determine the work motivation of employees. 3) analyze and determine the work environment on employee performance. 4) analyze and determine the effect of work discipline, work motivation and work environment simultaneously on employee performance.This research method uses a survey method with a quantitative research approach. survey research is meant to explain causal relationships and hypothesis testing. the population in this research are all employees of PT. Samsonite Indonesia as many as 125 employees, using the Slovin formula, the employees of PT. The sample of Samsonite Indonesia used in this study is 96 people.The results of this study indicate that: 1) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT Samsonite Indonesia. 2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT Samsonite Indonesia. 3) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT Samsonite Indonesia. 4) Work discipline, work motivation and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance of PT Samsonite Indonesia employees.

Abstract

This program is implemented with an integrated approach in students' daily activities at school, both in academic and extracurricular activities. Character cultivation is carried out by providing real examples through the teacher's attitude, as well as strengthening the religious values taught by involving parents in supporting students' religious discipline at home. Evaluation of student character development is carried out continuously through behavior records and intense communication with parents. This research uses qualitative research methods with case study research (field research). By using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Test the validity of the data using triangulation. And the data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, conclusions. The research results show that the NU-based religious character development program at MTs Miftahul Huda Silir Sari has had a positive impact on students' attitudes and behavior, especially in developing discipline, tolerance, honesty and concern for others. This program succeeded in creating a harmonious school atmosphere, based on moderate Islamic teaching values, and further strengthened the school's commitment to forming a young generation with noble morals in accordance with NU traditions. The contribution of this research theoretically enriches the study of character education based on local religious values. Practically, it provides a character development model that can be adopted by other educational institutions. Socio-culturally, this research shows the importance of preserving NU's traditional values in education. Meanwhile, in a policy context, these findings can be input into formulating contextual and effective character education programs.

Abstract

This qualitative research aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of entrepreneurship education management in shaping the independence of students SMK Trisakti Jaya Bandarlampung. Independent is the attitude of someone who can do things on their own without relying on others. Independence will make a person able to make his own decisions with confidence and responsibility for his decisions. As a form of attitude, independence can be formed by internalization. The results of the research that the formation of student independence with entrepreneurial character at SMK Trisakti Jaya Bandarlampung teaches core values that need to be transformed in education, namely honesty and discipline. Such transformed values in order to shape, maintain, build and develop, even in certain efforts lead to changing the culture of society.   The learning of the values of independence associated with entrepreneurship is sought to be integrated into each subject. The role of the teacher of entrepreneurship subjects determines the formation of student independence because it takes real action in the form of creativity to foster entrepreneurial interest in schools so that independence is embedded. Careful planning of learning materials, must adopt more entrepreneurial values and implement in the form of curricular ectra that adapts to the major and its competence.  Industrial work practices or PKL that contribute to student independence need to be well managed and managed, as well as industrial visits or study tours because they can provide benefits in forming independence. The success rate in terms of planning has been good, as well as its implementation, but the evaluation to find out the factors that support and hinder the management of entrepreneurship education in shaping student independence has not been realized properly.

Abstract

Wakaf merupakan institusi ekonomi Islam yang memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung pembangunan sosial dan ekonomi umat. Artikel ini menganalisis peran kelembagaan wakaf dalam kerangka ekonomi Islam dengan menekankan transformasi dari fungsi filantropis ke arah investasi sosial yang produktif dan berkelanjutan. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif berbasis studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana optimalisasi wakaf baik dalam bentuk aset tetap maupun wakaf tunai dapat memperkuat layanan publik di bidang pendidikan, kesehatan, dan pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat. Studi ini juga menyoroti tantangan kelembagaan yang menghambat produktivitas aset wakaf, seperti lemahnya tata kelola, kurangnya transparansi, dan minimnya inovasi teknologi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa digitalisasi, integrasi wakaf dengan sistem keuangan syariah, serta kemitraan lintas sektor dapat menjadi strategi kunci dalam mengakselerasi peran wakaf sebagai pilar ekonomi Islam yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penguatan kelembagaan dan regulasi yang adaptif guna memastikan kontribusi wakaf terhadap keadilan sosial dan pencapaian tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan (SDGs).

Abstract

Alley cropping is an agroforestry system that plants annual crops or food crops between alleys formed by hedges of trees or shrubs. This study aims to determine the effects of the alley cropping system, the provision of Gamal (Gliricidia sepium) biomass, and the doses of N, P, and K fertilizers on corn production. The study was conducted in 2022 at the educational plantation area, Integrated Farming System, Faculty of Agriculture, Bosowa University, Bontoramba Village, Pallangga Subdistrict, Gowa Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The experimental design used was a split plot with and without hedgerow plant treatment as the main plot and doses of N, P, and K as subplots. The subplots consist of the control or without fertilizers,  P fertilizer only at 100 kg.ha-1 SP-36, K fertilizer only at 100 kg.ha-1 KCl, N  and K (250 kg.ha-1 Urea, 100 kg.ha-1 KCl), N and P (250 kg.ha-1 Urea, 100 kg.ha-1 SP-36), and N, P and K (250 kg.ha-1 Urea, 100 kg.ha-1 SP-36, 100 kg.ha-1 KCl). The research showed that the alley-cropping system increased corn production from 4,690 to 6,089 tons.ha-1, with an average increase of 50% compared to corn production without the alley-cropping system. The N, P, and K fertilization produced the best average corn yields. The alley-cropping system achieved the highest land productivity compared to those without the alley-cropping system.
