Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh penggunaan e-commerce pada platform gofood terhadap profitabilitas usaha kuliner di kecamatan Candi Sidoarjo. Objek penelitian adalah usaha kuliner yang menggunakan e-commerce dan platform gofood di Kecamatan Candi Sidoarjo. Populasi penelitian ini sebesar 209 dan teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan rumus slovin yang didapat 137 sampel dari jumlah populasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan bantuan softwehre SPSS versi 25. Data diperoleh dengan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan platform gofood menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas usaha kuliner. platform gofood memberikan kemudahan dalam pemesanan dan distribusi. penggunaan platform ini juga cukup untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas secara signifikan. Namun, tingginya tingkat persaingan di dalam platform gofood membuat sebagian besar pelaku usaha merasa kurang optimal dalam menjangkau konsumen. Oleh karena itu, mereka memilih untuk menggunakan lebih dari satu platform e-commerce sebagai strategi diversifikasi pemasaran. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya strategi adaptif dalam menghadapi dinamika persaingan digital, serta perlunya optimalisasi fitur dan layanan dari masing-masing platform untuk mendukung keberlangsungan usaha kuliner di era digital

Abstract

MSMEs play a strategic role in Indonesia's economy, particularly in job creation and improving societal welfare. The rapid digital transformation encourages MSMEs to utilize e-commerce and financial technology to increase their income. This study aims to analyze the impact of e-commerce and financial technology usage on the income growth of MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency. Using a quantitative correlational approach, data was collected from 100 MSME respondents through a Likert-scale-based questionnaire. Regression analysis results indicate that e-commerce significantly influences MSME income growth, whereas financial technology has not shown a significant impact. These findings suggest that business digitalization through e-commerce is more effective in enhancing MSME income compared to financial technology adoption. Therefore, increasing digital literacy, particularly in financial technology, is necessary to help MSMEs optimize their use of financial technology in business management. Abstract

MSMEs have a significant impact on the national economy, particularly in terms of job generation and welfare. As a result, given the growing number of MSMEs and their significant contribution to GDP, they must master services, administration, and financial services. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the financial performance of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs) in Celep Village is impacted by the interaction of literacy, technology, and financial inclusion. The Slovin algorithm was used to pick 90 responders from a pool of 584 MSME actors. Data was collected using questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS. The results show that the financial performance of MSMEs in Celep is positively impacted by the three factors that were partially and concurrently analysed. This study highlights the significance of financial services accessibility, fintech use, and financial literacy in enhancing MSME financial performance

Abstract

MSMES Euforia Garment is a screen-printing t-shirt business that is facing challenges in increasing revenue in the digital era. The purpose of this research is to determine how MSMES Euforia Garment can increase its revenue through the application of e-commerce and product innovation, with a case study on MSMES Euforia Garment. This research uses a qualitative approach, where data is collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research results show that since the utilization of e-commerce from 2020 to 2022, there has been an impact on revenue increase with respective growths of 15.90% (2020), 42.47% (2021), 69.09% (2022), 95.70% (2023), and 126% (2024). Meanwhile, product innovation, which was implemented maximally and consistently starting in 2021, has had an impact on revenue increase with growths of 21.48% (2021), 44.18% (2022), 54.04% (2023), and 65.11% (2024). It can be concluded that the implementation of e-commerce and product innovation has increased the revenue of MSMES Euforia Garment, but it is necessary to expand the platform and develop product innovation to be more optimal. As a solution, MSMEs are advised to expand the use of e-commerce to other platforms such as Lazada and Tokopedia

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of digital payments and e-commerce on the increase in income of MSMEs in Celep Village, Sidoarjo Regency.This type of research uses a quantitative method.The sample in this study consisted of 237 respondents, and the analysis was conducted using SPSS Version 27 software.The research results show that digital payments have a positive but not significant impact on revenue increase.E-commerce shows a positive impact on revenue growth.Then, the simultaneous results show that digital payments and e-commerce have an impact on increasing revenue.In this study, not many researchers have conducted research in rural areas because most researchers tend to focus on urban environments, thus not providing a comprehensive picture of the challenges and opportunities in rural areas.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Sebagai negara beriklim tropis, Indonesia memiliki iklim dan kelembaban yang mendukung parasit cacing untuk tetap melangsungkan hidupnya. Kecacingan merupakan suatu masalah kesehatan yang masih dijumpai pada  masyarakat khususnya yang tinggal di negara tropis seperti Indonesia. Infeksi kecacingan lebih sering di jumpai pada anak, baik itu pra sekolah ataupun sekolah dasar. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis pengarh perilaku dan sanitasi lingkungan terhadap infeksi kecacingan pada anak Sekolah Dasar. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan  rancangan studi cross-sectional yang dilakukan di Kabupaten Seluma yang dilaksanakan pada April 2020. Sampel berjumlah 140  anak yang  merupakan anak Sekolah Dasar usia 9-12 tahun dan berasal dari 5 kecamatan.  Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara dan observasi. Selain itu juga dilakukan pemeriksaan feses untuk mengetahui infeksi kecacingan. Hasil: Hasil pemeriksaan feses didapatkan bahwa 37,9% anak mengalami infeksi kecacingan,  45,0% anak yang terinfeksi kecacingan mempunyai kebiasaan defikasi kurang baik, 45,7% anak yang terinfeksi kecacingan mempunyai sumber air kurang baik serta 25,0% anak yang terinfeksi kecacingan mempunyai tempat BAB kurang baik. Hasil uji chi square antara infeksi kecacingan dengan kebiasaan defikasi didapatkan nilai p= 0,201 dan PR = 1,66 ; infeksi kecacingan dengan sumber air didapatkan nilai p= 0,028 dan PR 2,3 ; infeksi kecacingan dengan  kebersihan kuku didapatkan nilai p=0,268 dan PR=0,57. Saran: Bagi Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Seluma dan jajarannya diharapkan terus menggalakkan lagi edukasi tentang pencegahan dan bahaya penyakit kecacingan serta melakukan pemberian obat cacing lebih rutin (6 bulan 1x) dan melakukan skrining infeksi STH untuk sebagai upaya preventif. Kata Kunci : Perilaku, Sanitasi Lingkungan, Kecacingan, Anak Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

Research Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of accounting knowledge, subjective norms and control perspectives on interest in implementing accounting through digital financial recording in MSMEs in Kepadangan village. Design/methodology/approach: To answer the hypothesis about this see, the statistical analysis method used is to apply multiple linear regression. Research Findings: The population in this study is all MSME actors in Kepadangan Village whose commercial business is within the scope of the cooperative office totaling 208 MSMEs. The slovin formula is the calculation used in determining this sample, the sampling method is simple random sampling so that the sample amounts to 68 MSMEs. The result of this observation is that accounting knowledge and behavioral control perspectives have a positive influence on interest in carrying out accounting through virtual economy information. Meanwhile, subjective norms have no effect on hobbies in the use of accounting through virtual programs. Limitations and implications of the research: This study is predicted to provide consideration for MSME actors in Kepadangan Village that with adequate expertise and experience in the field of accounting, they can use accounting information well and can produce monetary evaluations so that monetary records can be recorded properly

Abstract

P. falciparum and P. vivax are among the most dangerous types of plasmodium , as they cause morbidity and mortality. Long-term use of Anti-Malaria Drugs (OAM) causes resistance. The purpose of this study was to determine the mutation of the pvk12 and pfk13 genes as a marker of resistance to artemisinin . This study used a systematic review method that was compiled based on the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta Analyzes (PRISMA). The article search used five databases, namely PubMed, Google Scholar, BMC, Portal Garuda and the National Library (Perpusnas) of Indonesia. The keywords and boolean operators used in the literature search were "artemisinin", "resistance", "mutation", "gen", "plasmodium falciparum", "kelch 12", "kelch 13", "PvK12" PfK13" The inclusion criteria for this study were articles published at least in 2018 (the last 5 years). The exclusion criteria were paid articles, textbooks , articles systematic literature review , articles that use languages other than English and Indonesian. The results of a systematic review use 688 articles and finished of 10 articles showed that 8 articles found that there were no mutations in the pvk12 and pfk13 genes as markers of resistance to artemisinin and 2 articles found that there were mutations in the pvk12 and pfk13 genes as markers of resistance to artemisinin.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) or Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is caused by the dengue virus which is transmitted by Aedes aegypti and Aedes albopictus mosquitoes. The spread of this disease has become a significant global health problem, especially in countries with high levels of poverty. The purpose of this study is to understand the role of factors such as geography and social norms in the spread of dengue disease, so that it becomes the main motivation in investigating the spread of dengue cases. The approach used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review. The sources used include various international and national journals accessed through platforms such as PubMed, Google Scholar, and Scopus between 2019 and 2023. There were 22 selected articles that met the exclusion and inclusion criteria. The results of this study involve the impact of the physical environment and human behavior on DHF. Dengue prevention efforts include actions such as emptying water containers, closing water storage containers, increasing used goods, using abate powder, keeping clothes dry properly, installing wire nets in vulnerable areas, using mosquito repellent lotions, and maintaining cleanliness and behavior. good in general. Therefore, it is hoped that the village head will initiate a DHF prevention program by involving the community in cleaning the physical environment through mutual cooperation activities and the local health center will implement the DHF prevention program.

Abstract

Infeksi Saluran Kemih (ISK) merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang sering terjadi terutama pada mahasiswa yang kurang mengonsumsi air putih. Kurangnya asupan air dapat menyebabkan urin menjadi lebih pekat sehingga meningkatkan risiko pertumbuhan bakteri dan terjadinya ISK. Pemeriksaan jumlah leukosit dan eritrosit dalam urin dilibatkan sebagai indikator risiko ISK, dimana pemeriksaannya menggunakan urine analyzer dan mikroskopis untuk mendeteksi adanya sel yang abnormal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui hubungan antara jumlah leukosit dan eritrosit urin sebagai indikator risiko ISK pada mahasiswa yang kurang mengonsumsi air putih. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel sebanyak 35 mahasiswa Program Studi Teknologi Laboratorium Medis angkatan 2021 Universitas 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan pemeriksaan laboratorium kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 54,3% responden dengan konsumsi air putih kurang dari 2 liter per hari mengalami peningkatan jumlah leukosit ≥5 sel/LPB (Lapang Pandang Besar) dan 51,5% responden mempunyai eritrosit ≥3 sel/LPB (Lapang Pandang Besar) dalam urin yang mengindikasikan risiko lebih tinggi terhadap ISK. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah kurangnya konsumsi air putih berhubungan dengan peningkatan risiko ISK. Disarankan mahasiswa meningkatkan konsumsi air putih minimal 2 liter per hari untuk mencegah terjadinya ISK. Kata Kunci: Infeksi Saluran Kemih, Konsumsi Air Putih , Leukosit dan Eritrosit urin
