Abstract

In this thesis the author discusses the analysis of poetry writing in conventional media and digital media in students at SMP N 16 Jakarta. Writing poetry using digital platform media will influence students' interest in creating a work. This is reflected in the large number of poems created on almost all digital media platforms. This research aims to determine the comparison between writing poetry with conventional and digital platform media based on physical and mental elements in students. And it is a consideration for students to further optimize the use of more up-to-date media to support and increase students' interest to be more enthusiastic in taking various subjects at school. The technique used in this research is a data collection technique because it uses a Quantitative Descriptive Research system. Abstract

This research was carried out because of the importance of introducing the Banyumas Wayang Museum to add insight and introduce the existence of the museum, considering that there are still many who do not know about it. This application is expected to be an effective medium for education and preservation of local culture. To solve this problem, the research involves potential users of the application and the creation of interface design is carried out based on five stages of Design Thinking, namely Empathy, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Testing. The result of this research is the design of the User Interface of the Banyumas Wayang Museum introduction application made using the Figma application. The trial stage was carried out to test the feasibility of the design that had been made using the System Usability Scale method and obtained a score of 77.75 with a grade of B, which means that this design was successfully made and can be continued to the application system development stage. This score shows that this design has met the standards of comfort and ease of use for potential users. This research is expected to make a real contribution to efforts to preserve local culture and promote the Banyumas Wayang Museum more widely, for the results obtained conclude that this research is completed and the design can be deployed into a system.

Abstract

Pecandu narkoba sering mengalami kesulitan dalam menetapkan tujuan hidup, yang mengakibatkan ketidakstabilan emosional dan psikologis karena sulitnya menemukan arah yang jelas. Dampak negatif dari penyalahgunaan narkoba sangat mempengaruhi tingkat kebahagiaan individu, dengan depresi, kecemasan, dan kesedihan menjadi masalah umum yang dihadapi oleh pecandu narkoba, yang memperburuk kondisi psikologis mereka. Dalam upaya menangani masalah ini, rehabilitasi telah terbukti sebagai salah satu pendekatan utama yang efektif. Setelah melalui proses rehabilitasi, penting untuk memahami bagaimana perubahan tujuan hidup dan tingkat kebahagiaan individu pecandu narkoba, baik sebelum dan setelah rehabilitasi. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengalaman perbandingan kondisi pecandu narkoba sebelum dan setelah rehabilitasi, termasuk evaluasi terhadap perubahan dalam tujuan hidup, orientasi hidup, dan tingkat kebahagiaan mereka. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data melibatkan observasi dan wawancara mendalam dengan individu yang telah menjalani rehabilitasi narkoba, dengan tujuan menyelidiki dampak rehabilitasi terhadap perubahan dalam tujuan hidup dan kebahagiaan mereka. Ditemukan hasil bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengalaman dalam memaknai tujuan dan kebahagian pra dan pasca rehabilitasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa terdapat faktor penentu dalam pengguna narkoba, pentingnya dukungan kerabat dan berupaya untuk melakukan perubahan dimasa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kualitas audit, 2) pengaruh integritas terhadap kualitas audit, dan 3) pengaruh independensi auditor terhadap kualitas audit. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Kantor Akuntan Publik Kota Jakarta Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuntitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer melalui kuesiner dan data sekunder seperti laporan/dokumen peneliti terdahulu. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif, uji prasyarat analisis (normalitas, multikolinearitas, heterokedastisitas) dan uji hipotesis (uji t dan koefisien determinasi). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan 1) Terdapat pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kualitas audit, hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansinya kurang dari 0,05 (0,001 < 0,05), 2) Terdapat pengaruh integritas terhadap kualitas audit sebesar hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansinya kurang dari 0,05 (0,001 < 0,05), 3) Terdapat pengaruh independensi auditor terhadap kualitas audit hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansinya kurang dari 0,05 (0,018 < 0,05), dan 4) Terdapat pengaruh kompetensi, integritas dan independensi auditor terhadap kualitas audit sebesar 62% dan sisanya sebesar 38% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang bukan menjadi variabel dalam penelitian ini.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Integritas, Independensi Auditor, Kualitas AuditABSTRACTThis study aims to determine 1) the influence of competency on audit quality, 2) the influence of integrity on audit quality, and 3) the influence of auditor independence on audit quality. This research was conducted at the South Jakarta City Public Accounting Office. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data sources used in this research are primary data through questionnaires and secondary data such as reports/documents from previous researchers. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistics, analysis prerequisite tests (normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity) and hypothesis testing (t test and coefficient of determination). The results of this research show 1) There is an influence of competence on audit quality, this is proven by asignificance value of less than 0.05 (0.001 < 0.05), 2) There is an influence of integrity on audit quality as big as this is proven by a significance value of less than 0 .05 (0.001 < 0.05), 3) There is an influence of auditor independence on audit quality, this is proven by a significance value of less than 0.05 (0.018 < 0.05), and 4) There is an influence of auditor competence, integrity and independence on Audit quality is 62% and the remaining 38% is determined by other factors which are not variables in this research.Keywords: Competence, Integrity, Auditor Independence, Audit Quality

Abstract

This research examines the impact of the home work environment, team interaction, and online training on employee productivity within the Indonesian education sector operating under a hybrid work model. A quantitative analysis was conducted, involving 160 employees from various roles within educational institutions. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3 software. The findings reveal significant positive relationships between the home work environment, team interaction, online training, and employee productivity. Conducive home work environments, robust team interactions, and effective online training programs emerge as critical factors in enhancing workforce performance in remote and hybrid work settings. The study contributes to a nuanced understanding of contemporary work dynamics and offers practical insights for organizational strategies aimed at fostering productivity in the Indonesian education sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marination with red ginger and garlic on the quality of beef jerky by analyzing water content, pH, and total bacterial population. This research used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments: P1 (2% fine salt), P2 (3% red ginger + 2% fine salt), P3 (3% garlic + 2% fine salt), and P4 (1.5% red ginger + 1.5% garlic + 2% fine salt), each with 4 replications. The variables measured included water content, dry matter, pH, and total bacterial population. The water content of the jerky ranged from 17.66% to 18.22%, dry matter ranged from 81.75% to 82.28%, and pH ranged from 5.96 to 6.16. Meanwhile, the total bacterial population ranged from 4.73 to 7.16 log CFU/g. The results showed that marination with red ginger and garlic had no significant effect (P>0.05) on water content, dry matter, and pH but had a highly significant effect (P<0.01) on the total bacterial population. The best treatment in this study was P3 (garlic), as it resulted in the lowest bacterial population compared to other treatments.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the content of Neutral Detergent Fiber (NDF), Acid Detergent Fiber (ADF), cellulose, and hemicellulose in corn cobs fermented with white rot fungi (Phanerochaete chrysosporium) and supplemented with various carbohydrate sources. A Completely Randomized Design was employed, consisting of four treatments with four replications each. The results revealed the highest NDF content in T3 (80.16%), followed by T2 (79.50%), T0 (77.30%), and T1 (73.63%). The highest ADF content was observed in T1 (47.08%), T0 (45.78%), T3 (44.85%), and T2 (43.13%). The highest cellulose content was recorded in T2 (17.51%), followed by T1 (15.32%), T0 (15.32%), and T3 (13.39%). For hemicellulose, the highest values were found in T2 (36.37%), followed by T3 (35.30%), T0 (31.51%), and T1 (26.54%). It can be concluded that fermenting corn cobs with P. chrysosporium and supplementing with different carbohydrate sources significantly (P<0.01) affected the fiber fractions (NDF, ADF, cellulose, and hemicellulose). Rice bran (T1) was most effective in reducing NDF and hemicellulose content, molasses (T2) in reducing ADF content, and tapioca flour (T3) in lowering cellulose content.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the fiber fraction content of oil palm fronds fermented using a local bio activator of rumen content with different incubation times as ruminant feed. The design used in this study was factorial in a 2 x 3 with 3 replications for each treatment. In factor A there was a type of bio activator A1 (Lactic Acid Bacteria) A2 (Crude Enzyme) while in factor B there was an incubation period of 0 days, 7 days, and 14 days. The parameters were the fiber content of oil palm fronds. There were NDF, ADF, Cellulose, and Hemicellulose. The results showed that fermentation based on local bio activators of livestock waste can reduce lignin content so that it will increase nutrient digestibility. The best results were in fermentation with a source of bioactivator in the rumen with an incubation period of 7 days.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of molasses use in ruminant livestock rations on rumen fluid characteristics in vitro. This study was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design experimental method with 3 treatments and 5 replications, the treatments consisted of: P0 = Ration formulation without molasses use, P1 = Ration formulation with 3% molasses use, P2 = Ration formulation with 6% molasses use. The variables observed were pH value, NH3 production and rumen fluid VFA production. The results of the study for pH value obtained P0 = 6.98; P1 = 6.94; P2 = 6.89. NH3 production P0 = 10.02 mg / 100ml; P1 = 10.89 mg / 100ml; P2 = 11.42 mg / 100ml and VFA production P0 = 104.00 mM; P1 = 120.00 mM; P2 = 130.00 mM. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the use of molasses in the ruminant livestock ration formula had no significant effect (P>0.05) on the pH, and had a significant effect (P<0.05) on the production of NH3 and VFA in the rumen in vitro. Where the use of molasses up to 6% in the ration formulation can increase NH3 production, VFA production and maintain the pH value of the rumen fluid.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the moral influence of taxpayers and taxpayer demographics on UMKM taxpayer compliance with taxation sanctions as moderating variables. This research was carried out in all Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) in North Jakarta. Sampling technique using Quota Sampling Method. This method requires taking as many samples as the amount determined by the researcher as a target that must be met. The sample in this study was 360 in the UMKM field in North Jakarta. Data collection method uses a questionnaire method. Data testing in this study uses multiple regression and moderation tests. Data processing was done using Partial Least Square (PLS) version 3.00. The statistical method used is the coefficient path. The results of this study indicate that the taxpayer's morality has a significant positive effect on UMKM taxpayer compliance, taxpayer demographics have a significant positive effect on UMKM taxpayer compliance, tax sanctions have a significant positive effect on UMKM taxpayer compliance, moderation of tax sanctions has a significant positive effect on the taxpayer's moral UMKM taxpayer compliance, and moderation of tax sanctions has a significant negative impact on taxpayer demographics on UMKM taxpayer compliance.Keywords: Taxpayer Moral, Taxpayer Demographics, UMKM Taxpayer Compliance, Tax Sanctions.
