Abstract

Abstract

Introduction: Pneumonia cases globally infected 450 million people in 2022, with 25.3% being pneumonitis cases. Chemical pneumonia is inflammation of the lungs caused by chemicals that are acidic or basic. Chemical pneumonia has a mortality of up to 70%. Case report: A 21-year-old female college student came to the emergency room with the chief complaint of shortness of breath and vomiting. The patient has an introvert. From the anamnesis, there was a history of drinking 100 cc of floor cleaning liquid (hydrochloric acid). After 15 minutes she felt nauseous and vomited, accompanied by coughing and shortness of breath due to aspiration. In the CXR, bilateral infiltrates were dominant on the right, and on the CT scan, there was Ground Glass Opacity and fibrosis; the patient was diagnosed with pneumonitis. Clinical improvement was obtained after administering antibiotics and steroids as the main therapy. Patients with a history of drinking chemicals have a risk of aspiration, which can cause complications in the lungs, especially because the material is corrosive. The presence of a gagging reflex causes the liquid to enter the airways. Precise diagnosis can be made with appropriate investigations to minimize the risk of more severe respiratory complications. Conclusion: Chemical pneumonitis can occur in cases of suicide attempts, with fast and appropriate management of anti-inflammatory agents for 7-14 days, which can minimize the risk of respiratory defects and mortality.

Abstract

Entrepreneurial intention needs to be considered by the Indonesian government when creating entrepreneurs, especially among students who have the potential to become entrepreneurs. Two psychological variables influence entrepreneurial intention in students. This study aims to test the effect of perceived behavioral control on entrepreneurial intention by involving self-efficacy as a mediator variable. This study uses a quantitative method, using Hayes' Process Macro analysis and the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The research subjects involved in this study were 199 active students. This study obtained a BootLLCI value of 0.1576, which is greater than BootULCI 0.418, which shows that self-efficacy does have a significant influence as a mediator between perceived behavioral control and entrepreneurial intention in students. This study is expected to provide a deeper understanding to researchers and practitioners, especially in educational institutions, about the development of entrepreneurial intention by considering psychological factors in students.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance tax awareness and understanding among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Blambangan Village, Banjarnegara. Despite increased awareness following training, low tax literacy remains a major challenge. Many participants were still unfamiliar with tax regulations, calculation procedures, and administrative processes, including the synchronization of their Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP) with their national ID number (NIK). The program was carried out through planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Educational materials included general tax provisions, applicable tax rates, everyday tax practices, and fraud prevention. Results showed improved participant knowledge and awareness. However, continuous educational efforts are needed to ensure compliance and prevent potential administrative sanctions. Sustainable tax education—delivered in a practical and contextual manner—is essential for building a tax-compliant culture, especially in rural and developing communities. This program also supports the national goal of increasing state revenue through improved voluntary compliance among taxpayers.

Abstract

Abstract

Effectiveness of learning unplugged coding in improving the computational thinking abilities of elementary school students in 2020–2025. Computational thinking is an essential skill that needs to be instilled from an early age, but limited technological infrastructure in many schools is a challenge in implementing learning. Coding digital-based. For this reason, learning unplugged coding can be an alternative that can be used. This Research uses the method Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with the PRISMA model, analyzing 19 articles consisting of 9 national journals and 10 international journals obtained through the software Publish or Perish. The findings of previous Research show that learning unplugged coding is effective in developing algorithmic thinking skills, logical reasoning, pattern identification, and problem-solving in students. In addition, learning unplugged coding provides an innovative and enjoyable learning experience, thereby motivating students and preparing them to face future technological challenges. The implications of this Research encourage the integration of learning unplugged coding in the elementary school curriculum as an alternative solution, especially for schools with limited technological facilities, to support the development of 21st-century skills.
