Abstract

Personalization of learning is a strategy used to determine the characteristics of learners so they can learn effectively. There are many approaches that can be taken to personalize learning. This system for personalizing learning content in the form of recommendations for online learning content was built using the Neural Collaborative Filtering method and utilizes a collection of implicit feedback data taken from student activity records when interacting with online learning content as reference data to produce recommendations. The design of a learning content personalization system in the form of recommendations on online learning content for students using the Neural Collaborative Filtering method has been successfully built and can run well in online learning content. The literature study approach was used to conduct the research. Data and relevant information were gathered through a review of the literature using Neural Collaborative Filtering to personalize online learning content. This research discusses traditional methods in personalizing online learning content, Neural Collaborative Filtering, relevant previous research, and the implementation of Neural Collaborative Filtering in online learning content

Abstract

This study reviews various character development strategies in schools based on existing literature. The main focus is on holistic approaches that integrate moral values into the curriculum and extracurricular activities, as well as the importance of the teacher's role as a role model in students' character development process. It was found that the direct integration of character values in subjects and the provision of practical platforms for students to apply these values are highly effective in shaping students' character. In addition, training and support for teachers in classroom management and character-based teaching contributed significantly to the success of the programme. Continuous evaluation and monitoring is an important process to ensure that the strategies implemented remain relevant and effective. In conclusion, collaboration between curriculum integration, teachers' roles, and continuous evaluation can create a school environment that supports comprehensive student character development

Abstract

This research examines the impact of multisectoral synergy in improving education quality through a comprehensive literature review. This approach involves collaboration between the government, private sector and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to pool and utilise diverse resources, expertise and technology to address educational challenges. The results of the study show that inter-sectoral synergies not only contribute to improving infrastructure and enhancing the quality of teaching staff, but also introduce more interactive and contextualised learning methods. These partnership programmes are able to create learning environments that are inclusive and adaptive to local needs, and enable equitable access to education to remote areas. In conclusion, sustained collaboration between sectors is essential to achieve a comprehensive improvement in the quality of education and provide a long-term positive impact on students' future readiness

Abstract

This research analyses the challenges and opportunities in implementing inclusive education through sectoral collaboration. Inclusive education aims to provide a learning environment that can accommodate a diverse range of students, including those with special needs. However, there are a number of challenges that need to be overcome to realise this goal, such as limited resources, lack of teacher training and structural and policy barriers. Through a literature review, this research highlights the importance of collaboration between different sectors, including government, schools, non- governmental organisations and communities, to overcome these challenges. Sectoral collaboration can provide the necessary resources, improve teacher competencies and create policies that support inclusive education. The research also identifies opportunities that can be optimised through a collaborative approach, ultimately creating a more inclusive, equitable and quality education system for all students

Abstract

The Management of School–Community Relations Program to Enhance Community Participation (At SMAN 1 Ampana Kota). This research aims to describe: (1) the planning of the school–community relations program; (2) the implementation of the school– community relations program; (3) the impact of the school–community relations program; and (4) the supporting and inhibiting factors of the school–community relations program. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, documentation studies, and observations. The data analysis process involves data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that: (1) The planning of the school–community relations program at SMAN 1 Ampana Kota is carried out through several stages, including planning, socialization, activity implementation, and evaluation. The school applies a collaborative approach with the community to achieve the program’s objectives; (2) The implementation of the school–community relations program involves the active roles of teachers and school staff in organizing activities and building effective communication with the community to foster active participation and support the sustainability of the program; (3) The impact of the school–community relations program on community participation includes increased community involvement in various school activities, such as parent meetings, social events, and school facility improvements. Moreover, this program has also shifted community perceptions about education. The community is increasingly aware of the importance of their contributions in supporting their children's education, which is reflected in their growing participation in school-organized activities; (4) The supporting and inhibiting factors of the school–community relations program include supporting factors such as awareness of the program's benefits, open communication between the school and the community, and the success of previous activities. Inhibiting factors include the community's limited time, lack of understanding of the program’s objectives, and geographical distance, which makes it difficult for some community members to attend school events. To overcome these obstacles, the school has taken measures to adjust activity schedules, improve socialization about the program's objectives, and provide better access for community members.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of dynamic capability, strategic innovation, and market orientation on competitive advantage among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector. In an increasingly dynamic and competitive business environment, culinary MSMEs must develop adaptive and market-driven strategies to sustain superior performance. Drawing upon dynamic capability theory and market orientation perspectives, this research proposes an integrated framework to explain how internal capabilities and external market responsiveness contribute to competitive advantage. A quantitative explanatory research design was employed, using survey data collected from 210 culinary MSME owners and managers. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results reveal that dynamic capability, strategic innovation, and market orientation each have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Strategic innovation emerges as the strongest direct predictor of competitive advantage. Furthermore, strategic innovation partially mediates the relationship between dynamic capability and competitive advantage, while market orientation significantly moderates the relationship between dynamic capability and strategic innovation. The model explains 67.2% of the variance in competitive advantage, indicating substantial explanatory power. These findings suggest that sustainable competitiveness in culinary MSMEs is achieved through the integration of adaptive capabilities, continuous innovation, and strong market responsiveness. The study contributes to strategic management literature by clarifying the interplay among dynamic capability, innovation strategy, and market orientation in enhancing MSME competitiveness, while also offering practical implications for entrepreneurs and policymakers.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between work stress, supervisor support, mindfulness, employee well-being, and job performance outcomes. Drawing on the Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) framework, this research investigates how work stress as a job demand and supervisor support and mindfulness as organizational and personal resources influence employee well-being and performance. A quantitative approach was employed using a cross-sectional survey design, with data collected from 250 employees across various sectors. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that work stress has a significant negative effect on both employee well-being and job performance. In contrast, supervisor support and mindfulness show significant positive effects on well-being and performance. Furthermore, employee well-being significantly influences job performance and serves as a key mediating variable in the relationships between work stress, supervisor support, mindfulness, and performance outcomes. These findings highlight the importance of reducing workplace stress while enhancing organizational support and individual mindfulness practices to improve employee well-being and productivity. The study contributes to the literature by integrating job demands, organizational resources, and personal resources into a comprehensive model, offering practical implications for organizations aiming to achieve sustainable performance through employee well-being.
