Guru memerlukan kapabilitas pedagogi digital di era teknologi, terutama dalam upaya memfasilitasi pembelajaran mendalam dan bermakna sesuai kebutuhan peserta didik. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pentingnya komunitas belajar profesional guru di satuan pendidikan yang dilakukan secara face to face maupun virtual atau disebut Blended Professional Learning Community (BPLC), untuk meningkatkan kapabilitas pedagogi digital. Melalui BPLC, guru memiliki wadah berbagi praktik baik pembelajaran dan berbagi pengalaman dalam menyelesaikan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam memfasilitasi siswa belajar sesuai kodrat dan perkembangan teknologi. Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang begitu masif menuntut guru sebagai pembelajar sepanjang hayat mampu meningkatkan kemampuan pedagogi digitalnya dan terus menggali informasi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara reflektif dan survei. Subjek penelitian melibatkan 8 guru TK Pertiwi Plosorejo Kademangan yang merupakan penggerak dan anggota komunitas belajar intra sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses pelaksanaan Blended Professional Learning Community dalam meningkatkan kapabilitas pedagogi digital guru di TK Pertiwi Plosorejo Kademangan Blitar dilakukan dengan merancang komunitas belajar, meningkatkan kapabilitas pedagogi digital, meningkatkan motivasi belajar, serta terwujudnya pengembangan kompetensi berkelanjutan di TK Pertiwi Plosorejo Kademangan Blitar.

This study aims to analyze comprehensively the management of the Al-Qur’an memorization (tahfidz) program at MAN 2 Malang City, focusing on program planning, implementation, supervision, memorization strategies, indicators of success, and institutional strategies in addressing implementation challenges within a formal madrasah setting. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, tahfidz coordinator, teachers, and students, supported by direct observation and document analysis. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman interactive model, including data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing, while triangulation techniques were applied to ensure validity and credibility. The findings indicate that the tahfidz program is systematically designed and aligned with the madrasah’s vision and mission. Implementation integrates structured memorization methods, particularly tikrar and muraja’ah, accompanied by continuous supervision and periodic evaluation. Program success is reflected in the achievement of memorization targets, accuracy in tajwid application, consistency in muraja’ah, and the strengthening of students’ religious character. The study offers novelty by presenting a holistic educational management perspective that integrates managerial functions with character formation in a public madrasah context.

General Background: Global disruption has shifted success determinants from academic intelligence toward soft skills such as communication, leadership, and collaboration. Specific Background: Islamic boarding school graduates often exhibit disparities between intellectual competence and practical social abilities required in dynamic work and social environments. Knowledge Gap: Limited structured integration of community service within educational systems constrains optimal soft skill formation among students. Aims: This study examines the management of santri community service programs as a structured educational mechanism for developing soft skills through experiential learning. Results: Findings demonstrate that systematic management encompassing planning, organization, implementation, and evaluation functions as a living laboratory where teaching, learning, and service integration cultivate communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving competencies. The program also aligns with waqf-based institutional philosophy, reinforcing sustainability and collective responsibility. Novelty: The study highlights a comprehensive management framework that integrates experiential learning with institutional philosophy to produce holistic student development. Implications: The findings provide a scalable reference for Islamic education systems to structure community service programs as a continuous, experience-based learning model that strengthens social competencies and institutional sustainability. Abstract: This study aims to describe school-based management in improving student achievement where the main focus in this study is the condition of student achievement, both academic and non-academic through school-based management. This research uses a qualitative approach with case study research. This research was conducted at SDN Tanjungrejo 4 Malang City. Data collected using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Then analyzed through an interactive process through the stages of reduction, presentation and verification of data. The results of this study indicate that school-based management programs can have an impact on improving student achievement through an effective management process.

Abstract: This study aims to describe child-friendly school management where the main focus is fulfilling student's rights as a learner and individual. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study design. This research was conducted at Insan Amanah Primary School Malang. Collecting research data using interview, observation, and study documentation techniques. Analysis of research data started from data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The result of this study are: (1) the background of the child-friendly school implementation at Insan Amanah Primary School Malang, (2) the process of planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating child-friendly school at Insan Amanah Primary School Malang, (3) obstacles in child-friendly school management at Insan Amanah Primary School Malang, (4) school efforts in overcoming child-friendly school management constraints at Insan Amanah Primary School Malang, (5) parents' responses to child-friendly school management and its impact on the quality of children's education at Insan Amanah Primary School Malang.

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe; (1) the role of the principal in preparing the empowering program plan in Kepanjen Islamic High School; (2) the role of the principal in the implementation of the empowering program in Kepanjen Islamic High School; (3) the role of the principal in evaluating the empowering program in Kepanjen Islamic High School; (4) supporting factors and obstacles to the role of the principal in the management of empowering programs in Kepanjen Islamic High School. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of case study research. Kepanjen Islamic High School research location. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The key informant in this study was the Principal of Kepanjen Islamic High School. The results of the study, namely: 1) the role of the principal in the preparation of the empowering program plan at Kepanjen Islamic High School includes the timing of the preparation of the empowering program plan, the formation of the empowering program group, the parties involved in the preparation of the empowering program, the strategy of preparing the empowering program and the role of the principal in the preparation planned empowering program at Kepanjen Islamic High School; 2) the role of the principal in the implementation of the empowering program which includes the background of the implementation of the empowering program, the implementation schedule of the empowering program, the empowering program activities, the organizational structure in the empowering program, and the role of the principal in the management of the empowering program in Kepanjen Islamic High School; 3) the role of the principal in evaluating the empowering program in Kepanjen Islamic High School which includes the empowering program evaluation system, the parties involved in evaluating the empowering program, how to measure the success of the empowering program, the principal's supervision of the empowering program manager and instructor, the role of the principal in the evaluation of the empowering program, and follow up on the evaluation of the empowering program; 4) supporting factors and obstacles to the role of the principal in the management of the empowering program in Kepanjen Islamic High School which include supporting factors, inhibiting factors, and solutions to overcome the obstacles of the empowering program in Kepanjen Islamic High School

Abstract: This study aims to identify and describe the innovative leadership of madrasah principals in improving the quality of madrasahs. This study uses a qualitative method with the type of case study research. This research was conducted at MIN 1 Malang City. Data were collected using interview techniques, observation, and documentation. Then analyzed through an interactive process through the stages of reduction, presentation, and verification of data. This research aims to reveal the transformation of Early Childhood Education (ECE) teachers' skills thru the integration of Canva-based microlearning in enjoyable classroom management. The phenomenon under study stems from the still limited ability of early childhood education (ECE) teachers to pedagogically utilize digital technology to create structured learning that aligns with the characteristics of young children. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research participants consist of early childhood education teachers who actively use Canva in their teaching activities. Data were collected thru semi-structured interviews, participatory observations, and learning documentation, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model. The research results show several main themes, namely changes in how teachers interpret enjoyable learning, improvements in teachers' ability to manage children's attention and focus thru microlearning, enhancements in lesson planning skills, and increased learning interactions in the classroom. These findings indicate that Canva-based microlearning functions not only as a visual medium but also as a pedagogical tool in managing early childhood education (PAUD) classrooms. This research has implications for strengthening the theory of enjoyable learning and provides practical recommendations for the development of technology-based competencies for PAUD teachers.

The partnership between schools and parents plays a significant role in creating a conducive learning environment, fostering an enjoyable atmosphere both at school and at home. This study investigates the impact of school-parent partnerships on enhancing student achievement, utilizing a qualitative case approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Two key findings about the school-parent partnership at SD Plus Muhammadiyah 1 Waru were identified. First, the school involves parents through various communication mechanisms: routine meetings, parenting sessions, home visits, parent associations, social media for information and communication, school committee engagement, violation control cards, daily monitoring books, and formal letters. Second, parents respond to school programs by integrating school and home learning activities, attending school events, providing necessary information during teacher visits, staying updated through social media, actively participating in communication groups, and monitoring student activities through the provided tools. The collaboration and synergy between school and home learning activities contribute significantly to fostering a positive and effective learning environment for students. This study will show other schools how important structured parent-school partnerships are, especially when combined with culturally relevant approaches. They will provide a replicable framework for improving student learning outcomes and professional school management.
