Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of the nature literacy revolution, particularly service management strategies using information and communication technology in two Nature Schools, namely SD Anak Saleh and MI Bilingual Al Ikhlas. The research method employed in this study was a qualitative case study approach involving school principals, teachers, nature school coordinators, and students as informants. This research data was obtained through observation, interviews, and literature review techniques, which were then analyzed using an interactive model. The study's findings reveal the significant role of Nature Schools in transforming the educational paradigm, making nature experiences the core of learning, and leveraging ICT to enhance students' ecological understanding. Despite both schools successfully creating inclusive environments and integrating ICT into the learning process, challenges such as financial support and community interest persist. These research findings provide insights into how the Nature Literacy Revolution can be realized through Nature Schools and inspire other educational institutions to adopt a similar approach—emphasizing nature experiences, collaborative learning, and experience-based approaches.

Abstract

Disaster events cause various impacts on victims, especially children. Problems in the field show that many PAUD institutions still need a game related to disaster mitigation. It is essential to carry out disaster mitigation education in PAUD units to form attitudes in early childhood. This research aims to analyze how the development of the mega monopoly game can improve the ability to save themselves from 5 types of disasters in children aged 5-6 years. This research is classified as a development research developed using the ADDIE model. The subjects involved in this research were 2 experts and 48 children. Data was collected using observation, interviews, and questionnaires, with research instruments in the form of media validity sheets. The data obtained in the research was then analyzed using quantitative analysis techniques. The research analysis results show that the validation results of PAUD material and game experts obtained an average of 92.20% and 90%. The recapitulation results of small group trials were 96.87%, and large group trials were 98%. Based on these results, the mega monopoly game for learning disaster mitigation for children aged 5-6 years is considered very valid and suitable. This research implies that the developed mega monopoly game can be used by teachers in learning to improve the ability to save themselves when a disaster occurs in children aged 5-6 years.

Abstract

Aswaja is a way of thinking (Minhaj al-Fikr) in observing various problems in people's lives. This view leads the people of Nahdlatul Ulama to take action or behave according to religious guidance. For this reason, this research aims to determine the implementation, contribution and inhibiting, and supporting factors in Aswaja NU learning in shaping the religious behavior of Tebuireng Science Middle School students. This research uses a qualitative approach, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation studies as data collection techniques. This research shows that the implementation of Aswaja NU learning, which is carried out inside and outside the classroom, contributes to shaping students' religious behavior by deepening the material and daily practice. The inhibiting factor for learning Aswaja NU at SMP Sains Tebuireng is the lack of reading literature.

Abstract

Prof. Imam Suprayogo is a Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University professor and was the campus's rector. Charismatic leadership is a leadership style owned by Prof. Imam Suprayogo. Many figures admire the figure of Prof. Imam Suprayogo, a leader who develops institutions while developing people in his institutions and a promoter of the advancement of Islamic Higher Education, especially in improving the quality of his education. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The researcher collected the data using interviews, observations, and documentation. The analysis techniques use interactive analysis techniques. The implementation of the validity of the data is carried out by checking credibility, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study revealed that there are five characteristics of charismatic leadership used by Prof. Imam Suprayogo in improving the quality of education, namely: (1) exemplary, (2) linguistics/rhetoric, (3) silaturahim/sowan, (4) compassion, (5) participation, and (6) function approach.

Abstract

Busy Book berbasis loose parts merupakan media pembelajaran yang dibuat dengan bahan dasar kain flanel yang dijahit membentuk sebuah buku berukuran 24 x 25 cm. adapun tujuan dari penelitian yakni 1) Menghasilkan sebuah produk yakni busy book berbasis media loose parts untuk melatih kemampuan problem solving anak usia dini. 2) Menguji validitas busy book berbasis media loose parts untuk melatih kemampuan problem solving anak usia dini. Rancangan penelitian ini dilakukan dengan konsep ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement). Uji coba dilakukan berdasarkan evaluasi ahli materi dan media, uji coba kelompok kecil, penilaian respon guru dan peserta didik, serta uji coba kelompok besar dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data uji coba dianalisis secara kuantitatif yang diinterpretasikan secara kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat validitas media busy book untuk melatih kemampuan problem solving anak usia 5-6 tahun berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli media memperoleh skor 76 % atau memperoleh kriteria valid, berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli materi memperoleh skor 78,66 % atau termasuk dalam kriteria valid, hasil penilaian respon guru memperoleh skor 92,5 % atau masuk dalam kriteria sangat praktis, penilaian respon peserta didik memperoleh skor 96,66 % yang dapat dikategorikan sangat praktis. Hasil uji coba kelompok kecil memperoleh skor 97,3 % atau masuk dalam kriteria sangat praktis dan hasil uji coba kelompok besar memperoleh skor 91,33 % atau masuk dalam kriteria sangat praktis. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa busy book berbasis loose parts bisa digunakan untuk melatih kemampuan problem solving anak usia 5-6 tahun.

Abstract

Early childhood education is a fundamental educational process. Children at an early age will be very easy to imitate or imitate whatever they see so that with the ability of the principal to show leadership that accentuated the moral aspect of spirituality will be able to help young children in shaping his character. This study aims to find out how the leadership of a moral-based spiritual principal able to improve character learning. The research method used descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that through the approach of spiritual moral leadership three stages in the formation of the moral karingek knowing; moral feeling; and moral action more easily implemented through the learning process.

Abstract

Many problems occur in the world of education, especially moral (character) crises among students, some of which are violence between students, promiscuity, free sex, and drugs. School participation is really needed to deal with the problems that occur, and teachers are the main spearheads in the process of forming student character at school. This research aims to develop character education through Islamic boarding school culture in Islamic elementary schools. This type of research is qualitative research using a phenomenological approach with the aim of describing, understanding, and interpreting the phenomena that occur. This research was conducted at an Islamic school located on Sumenep Island. The reason the researcher conducted research at an Islamic elementary school was that this school was unique in implementing Islamic boarding school culture into the school environment. The research subjects used a purposive sampling technique because the target informants met the research objective criteria. The informants in this research were school principals, religious teachers, and students. Data collection techniques in this research used semi-structured interviews and non-participant observation. Data analysis in this research uses Miles and Huberman's theory, which includes data collection, data consolidation, data display, and drawing conclusions or data verification. The research results show that Islamic boarding schools are one of the educational institutions in Indonesia that contribute to developing the character of students in the form of culture and can be applied at the elementary, middle, and high school levels by internalizing the process of instilling attitudes within oneself through coaching and guidance. Abstract

Abstract: Writing this article aims to find out how the extracurricular management process starts from planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising as a vehicle for educating the character of students at MI Manarul Islam and MI Khadijah Malang City. This article uses a qualitative approach with a multi-site study type of research. Data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants in this study were school principals, student assistants, extracurricular coordinators, and extracurricular coaches. The results of this study indicate that the extracurricular management process in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah supports the development of the character of students, namely cooperation, religion, tolerance, mutual assistance, integrity, respect for differences, sportsmanship, maintaining cleanliness, training leadership, discipline, independence, self-confidence, responsibility, obedience , never give up, work hard, concentrate and focus, these characters will affect learning at school and outside of school.Keywords: management; extracurricular; student characterAbstrak: Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses manajemen ekstrakurikuler mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan sebagai wahana mendidik karakter peserta didik di MI Manarul Islam dan MI khadijah Kota Malang. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi multi situs. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kepala sekolah, waka kesiswaan, koordinator ekstrakurikuler, dan pembina ekstrakurikuler. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses manajemen ekstrakurikuler di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah menunjang pengembangan karakter peserta didik yaitu bekerja sama, religius, bertoleransi, saling membantu, integritas, menghormati perbedaan, sportifitas, menjaga kebersihan, melatih kepemimpinan, disiplin, mandiri, percaya diri, bertanggungjawab, ketaatan, pantang menyerah, bekerja keras, berkonsentrasi dan fokus, karakter tersebut akan berpengaruh terhadap pembelajaran di sekolah maupun di luar sekolah.Kata kunci: manajemen; ekstrakurikuler; karakter peserta didik

Abstract

The planting of Aswaja in the GP Ansor Training and Training is a program of the GP Ansor Leadership of Pungging Branch Children which is given to all its members. With their young age, all members of the GP Ansor, Head of the Pungging Branch, are expected to become people with good moral character. The focus of this research is the points in the Qanun Asasi, strategies for strengthening and implementing aswaja an nahdliyyah based on the Qanun Asasi KH Hasyim Asy'ari in the Ansor youth movement training, Pungging sub-district. This type of research is field research which is used to obtain the data needed to study how to strengthen Aswaja An-nahdliyah based on Qanun Asasi in the Ansor youth movement training in Pungging District. The results of this research are that: (1) The points in Qanun Asasi in chapter xii article 31 explain that Muslims have the right and obligation to receive Islamic education and teaching facilities. (2) Strategy for planting Aswaja by spreading the wings of organizations based on aswaja and nahdliyah and holding formal and non-formal activities such as training, prayers and pilgrimages. Ansor cadres who are involved in educational institutions also use the same strategy by inviting students to pray, do dhikr and include Aswaja lessons. (3) Strengthening the planting of aswaja is carried out by means of training, rakerancab, shalawat, dhikr and pilgrimage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bentuk, proses dan efektivitas pendekatan komunikasi pendidik dengan orang tua dalam mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan pada PAUD Kartika Pradana. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penilitian studi kasus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di PAUD Kartika Pradana. Sumber data diperoleh dari orang tua peserta didik, pendidik dan pengelola lembaga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Jalinan komunikasi orang tua dan pendidik dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dilakukan dalam 3 (tiga) bentuk yakni: Komunikasi interpersonal, komunikasi kelompok dan komunikasi organisasi. 2) Proses komunikasi orang tua dengan pendidik dalam mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan di PAUD Kartika Pradana Kota Malang melalui program-program yang bisa mewadahi komunikasi antara orang tua dengan lembaga baik secara formal maupun informal dengan prinsip-prinsip kejelasan, konsistensi informasi serta empati yang tinggi dari pendidik menjadi penentu keberhasilan komunikasi yang dilaksanakan antara pendidik dengan orang tua peserta didik. 3) Komunikasi yang terjalin antara pendidik dengan orang tua peserta didik di PAUD Kartika Pradana Kota Malang dalam mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan sudah cukup efektif yang didukung dengan pelatihan ketrampilan berkomunikasi kepada para pendidik dengan mengedepankan sikap positif, pemahaman, menciptakan kesenangan dan kenyamanan, dan berupaya merangkul orang tua peserta didik dalam berpartisipasi meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.
