Abstract

Rainfall measurement data in the field is quite limited, however, satellite data obtained by remote sensing methods are widely available. However, its accuracy must still be tested using observational rainfall data. The objective of this research was to validate GSMaP satellite estimated rainfall data with Automatic Rain Gauge (ARG) rainfall data at rain stations dispersed over Aceh Province's west-central region, as well as to identify the primary drivers for GSMaP data error. ARG and GSMaP data sources. A comparison of GSMaP data accuracy using a combination of Pearson and RMSE tests shows that GSMaP performance is very low in the dry and transition seasons and significantly better in the rainy season. GSMaP, on the other hand, is still unable to offer sufficient precise rainfall estimation data for each season. Meanwhile, a comparison by elevation shows that GSMaP data is not fully reliable.

Abstract

This program was designed to assist MSME (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) operators in Kemuning Lor Village, Arjasa District, in securing essential business legality for their business development. The legal documents needed include the acquisition of a Business Identification Number (NIB) and a Home Industry Food Production Certificate (P-IRT). This initiative, carried out by Group 164 of the Collaborative KKN, employed a comprehensive approach involving methods of observation to grasp initial conditions, educational outreach to provide deeper understanding, and intensive mentoring to ensure that MSME operators could apply the knowledge acquired. The program also aimed to educate MSME operators on the significance of business legality as a means to enhance the competitiveness of their products in wider markets. By utilizing the Online Single Submission (OSS) platform, the licensing process became simpler and more transparent, encouraging MSME operators to promptly manage their business legality. The program's outcomes indicate a significant improvement in MSME operators' understanding and capabilities in handling business legality, ultimately assisting them in expanding their business scale and improving product quality.

Abstract

An elderly person is someone who is aged 60 years old or above. The Central Bureau of Statistics projects that the number of elderly people will reach one-fifth (19.90%) of Indonesia's total population in 2045. This increase brings problems to the elderly themselves in the form of decreased body function due to the aging process. Rumah Kumpul Lansia is a solution to help the elderly to get professional services and care in their daily lives. The behavioral architecture approach method was chosen to observe the behavior of the elderly to produce a building that suits the character and mindset of the elderly. The result is the concept of "Manoewa" which is able to answer the problems of independence, productivity, health, and insight among elderlies.

Abstract

Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan sangat penting dalam suatu riset atau artikel ilmiah. Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan berfungsi untuk memperkuat teori dan penomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variable. Artikel ini mereview faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi peningkatan kualitas kinerja personel pkp pk dalam rencana penaggulangan keadaan darurat bandar udara, yaitu kedisiplinan, pengalaman kerja dan penghargaan, suatu studi literatur akuntansi perpajakan. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini guna membangun hipotesis pengaruh antar variabel untuk digunakan pada riset selanjutnya. Hasil artikel literature review ini adalah: 1) kedisiplinan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kualitas kinerja personel pkp pk dalam rencana penaggulangan keadaan darurat bandar udara; 2) pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kualitas kinerja personel pkp pk dalam rencana penaggulangan keadaan darurat bandar udara; dan 3) penghargaan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kualitas kinerja personel pkp pk dalam rencana penaggulangan keadaan darurat bandar udara

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategy of inculcating character values in the subjects of moral aqidah for students of basic education level. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analytical study method. The data collection techniques used were observation of learning activities in madrasas, then interviews with informants, and document studies. Data analysis uses data reduction techniques, as an effort to sort out the data needed according to relevance to the research theme, then the researcher presents the data to verification to draw a conclusion. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of this study concluded that (1) the character values contained in the aqidah morals lesson, the material of adab hanging out with relatives and friends and the story of the exemplary friend of Abu Bakar Ash-Siddiq ra. (2) the strategy applied by the teacher in instilling character is the internalization of values and habituation. (3) The most supportive factor in this activity is the teacher's strategy and approach to students, then other supporting factors also cannot be separated from a good playing environment and the most important support from parents. While the inhibiting factors are students who are less obedient to the rules that have been made, then the implementation time is not right, and the most important is parental support to participate in controlling their children at home and in their play environment.

Abstract

A wheelchair is a tool used to increase mobility abilities for people who have disabilities, such as people with physical disabilities (especially people with leg disabilities), hospital patients who are not allowed to do a lot of physical activity, the elderly, the elderly, and people who have a high risk of injury when walking alone (Wakhid, 2011). According to the English Wheelchair Guidelines, wheelchairs are one of the most commonly used assistive devices to improve personal mobility. About 10% of the global population, namely about 650 million people suffer from disabilities. Of this number, about 10% require a wheelchair. So, it is estimated that around 1% of the total disabled population requires a wheelchair, which is around 65 million people worldwide (English Wheelchair Guidelines, 2007). In Indonesia itself, the Indonesian Ministry of Health (2014) stated that the percentage of people with disabilities who experience limitations in walking or climbing stairs is 10.26% of the total number of people with disabilities in Indonesia. Currently, the availability of wheelchairs that meet ISO standards is still very limited. This is because the selling price of standard wheelchairs is quite expensive so they cannot compete in the commercial market. The availability of standard wheelchairs is dominated by the European and American markets. The price of a standard wheelchair ranges from IDR 2,400,000 to IDR 3,200,000. In Indonesia itself, wheelchairs on the market are dominated by imported products from China and several domestic manufacturers. Imported wheelchairs from China are set at quite affordable prices, namely around IDR 950,000 to IDR 1,350,000. Meanwhile, one of the domestic manufacturers that makes wheelchairs is marketing wheelchairs made from stainless steel and steel with a price range of IDR 2,400,000 to IDR 2,600,000. Imported products have a relatively low selling price because the frame material is used is chrome plated steel. In addition, wheelchairs produced in China do not yet comply with ISO 7176-5:. Of the 2 brands of wheelchairs observed, several parts did not meet ISO 7176-5 specifications, including seat plane angle; effective seat depth; seat surface height at front edge and back support angle. Apart from that, based on observations, there are several shortcomings found in wheelchairs, namely the frame is too heavy, makingoperating the wheelchair difficult; armrest height that is too high from the seat so that the user feels tired when operating the wheelchair; and the distance between the castor and rear wheel is too close, causing reduced wheelchair stability.

Abstract

Soil is commonly utilized as a substrate for the cultivation of plants. The level of soil moisture has a significant impact on the growth and survival of nearby plants. Flourishing vegetation assimilates water from the soil, thereby impacting soil moisture. In addition, solar radiation induces water evaporation in the soil, leading to its desiccation. Excessively arid soil leads to plant wilting, whereas excessively saturated soil hinders the optimal growth of neighboring plants. This study focuses on the real-time detection of soil moisture using a Soil Moisture sensor. The approach employed in this research is Research and Development. The research process consists of three stages: planning, design, and assessment. The Soil Moisture sensor will collect data on the moisture content of the soil. This data will then be retrieved and documented by the ESP32 device, which will transmit and store it in a Firebase database. Once the data is recorded, it will be showcased on a website developed with the PHP programming language and the Laravel framework. This will allow users to monitor the exhibited information directly. The investigation yielded variations within each category for dry soil 28.5%, moist 58.4%, and wet 68%.

Abstract

Peneliti ingin mengetahui sejauh mana peran guru dan faktor-faktor berkaitan dengan membangun karakter displin pada siswa. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan dalam membangun karakter disiplin, Untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala apa saja yang dihadapi oleh guru pendidikan jasmani dan guru kesehatan dalam pembentukan kepribadian disiplin, dan bagaimana mengatasi permasalahan yang timbul sehubungan dengan peran guru pendidikan jasmani dan guru kesehatan dalam pembentukan kepribadian disiplin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis, dan dilaksanakan pada bulan November hingga Desember 2023. Subjek pada pelitian ini yaitu guru bidang kurikulum, guru kelas dan siswa kelas IV MI QUHAS. Hasil penelitian pada penelitian ini yang pertama, dengan memberikan teladan berupa disiplin waktu masuk dan pergantian jam pelajaran, disiplin atas peraturan, serta disiplin sikap dengan berperilaku baik, santun, bertutur kata baik, tidak membedakan lawan bicara serta menunjukkan sikap menghormati orang lain. Kedua, menciptakan lingkungan berdisiplini. Ketiga, membiasakan Latihan berdisiplin. Kendala yang dihadapi guru yaitu dalam membangun karakter disiplin antara lain keterbatasan waktu yang dimiliki guru di sekolah untuk membangun karakter disiplin dan kesulitan menumbuhkan motivasi diri peserta didik untuk secara sadar dan terus menerus menerapkan kedisiplinan.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara memiliki keanekaragaman budaya masyarakatnya. Keanekaragaman budaya tersebut diikuti adat istiadat yang berbeda-beda pula. Adat istiadat tersebut memunculkan tindakan-tindakan apa saja yang diperbolehkan dan tidak diperbolehkan dalam masyarakat yang memunculkan adanya hukum adat yang berbeda-beda di Indonesia. Marcus Tullius Cicero mengatakan ubi societas ibi ius, yang memiliki arti ketika ada masyarakat pasti di situ ada hukum. Keberadaan masyarakat hukum adat diakui negara melalui kebijakan yang tertuang dalam hukum positif di Indonesia. Mulai dari konstitusi yang ditegaskan dalam Pasal 18B ayat (2) Undang- Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 hingga peraturan di tingkat daerah. Berbagai aturan dan kebijakan menunjukkan bentuk pengakuan dan perlindungan dari negara terhadap keberadaan masyarakat adat di Indonesia. Berbagai Hukum adat yang berlaku di daerah yang berbeda di Indonesia memiliki tingkat kepatuhan hukum yang efektif dilihat dari berbagai hasil penelitian baik skripsi, tesis maupun disertasi. Hal tersebut disebabkan keberlakuan hukum adat dipercaya mampu menciptakan rasa keadilan dalam masyarakat. Kebiasaan yang berulang-ulang dan menjadi kebudayaan mampu menciptakan hukum adat yang memberi rasa keadilan kepada masyarakat hukum adat. Maka dari itu salah satu bentuk dalam mencapai rasa keadilan adalah dengan memperkuat pengakuan dan perlindungan negara terhadap hukum adat atau nilai-nilai yang hidup di dalam masyarakat.
