Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi serta menciptakan produk terbaru sesuai perkembangan zaman. “Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah R&D (Research and Development) menggunakan 4-D untuk mengembangkan model. Ini meliputi fase-fase definisi, desain, pengembangan dan penyebaran). Hasil yang ditunjukkan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Adobe After Effects app Media Video Animasi Topik 7 (Keindahan Keberagaman Negeri Kita), Subtema 3 (Keindahan Persatuan dan Kesatuan Negeri Kita) Pembelajaran 3 dan 4 berlaku di sekolah dasar dengan skor rata-rata 100% Validator Ahli Media, 94% Validator Ahli Materi, dan 90%. Validator Ahli Bahasa. Respon guru SD dan siswa di SDN 16 Air Tawar Timur terhadap Uji Coba Media Video Animasi menggunakan aplikasi Adobe After Effects untuk Topik 7 Sub-Topik 3 Pembelajaran 3 dan 4 sangat praktis, dengan rata-rata 95 % tanggapan guru dan 91% tanggapan siswa.

The purpose of this article is to improve the knowledge, understanding and skills of elementary school teachers in Batang Gasan District, Padang Pariaman Regency based on Community Service activities that have been carried out. This program is carried out in the form of training and meetings. Presentation materials include the nature of learning media, interactive multimedia Articulate Storyline 3, with Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Approach in integrated thematic learning. The method used in the interactive multimedia training of Articulate Storyline 3 is the lecture method, question and answer, assignment and discussion. This program is focused on training in the creation and use of learning media in accordance with the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0, namely media that are in accordance with the times and technological involvement, with the introduction of an understanding of the media can increase teacher motivation for technology-based media users to be able to support creativity and new innovations. for teachers in designing media. This training can improve the skills and professionalism of teachers to design media used in learning practices so that learning messages are conveyed and attract the attention of students.

This research is motivated by the low level of Civics learning activities in grade IV SDN 01 Pancung Problem Pesisir Selatan. Activities are more teacher-centered so that in the learning process students only listen, do not understand Civics concepts and are less able to express ideas, and are still passive. This research is a classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approaches consisting of 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. This research was conducted in the second semester of the 2015/2016 Academic Year. The research subjects were fourth grade students of SDN 01 Pancung Question. The results showed that the learning process using the Picture and picture model could increase student learning activities in Civics learning in class IV SDN 01 Pancung Question. This can be seen as follows: student learning activities in the first cycle of Visual Activities obtained a percentage of 78% with a Good category (B), while in cycle 2 increased 88% with a Very Good category (SB), in cycle 1 Oral Activities obtained 76% while in cycle 2 it increased 98% with a very good category (SB), in cycle 1 Mental Activities gained 76% while in cycle 2 it increased by a percentage of 81% with a good category (B). Thus the use of the Picture and picture learning model in Civics learning in class IV can increase student learning activities.

Teaching Materials are one of the learning resources used to support educators and students in teaching and learning activities. The purpose of this study is to develop integrated thematic teaching materials based on project-based learning (PjBl) in 4th grade elementary school. The type of survey conducted is a development survey (R & D) using a 4D development model (definition, design, development, diffusion). The subjects of this study were 15 fourth graders of SDN015 Simangambat. Research results on the development of developed thematic teaching materials, the results of the field test of the teacher's answer questionnaire that achieved 91.66% of the results, and the result of the field test of the student's answer questionnaire, the result was 94.66%..Thus, it can be said that the integrated thematic learning teaching materials in fourth grade elementary school have been used practically.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning in class IV SD Cluster IV, Agam Regency. This type of research is quantitative research with experimental methods and Quasi Experimental design, in the form of Nonequivalent pretest-posttest control group design. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling with a population consisting of several elementary schools in one cluster IV, Agam Regency, which was selected as the experimental class, namely class IV at SDN 13 Sungai Sariak and class IV at SDN 22 Koto Gadang as the control class. Based on the results of hypothesis testing using t-test, the results obtained tcount = 3.28 and ttable = 1.68 with a significant level of 0.05. Thus, tcount 3.28 > ttable 1.68, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted, that is, there is a significant influence from the application of the Think Pair Share (TPS) cooperative model on student learning outcomes in integrated thematic learning in class IV SD Cluster IV District. religion.

Training on matrix model value clarification technique approach in PKn-IPS learning for elementary school teachers in Talawi Sawahlunto sub-district Reinita Reinita

The VCT approach can foster student’s awareness of critical thinking through clarification and test the truth of values. In practice of learning sometimes teachers ignore the guidance of attitudes and character values. This is caused by lack of teacher’s skills to implement the learning approach in learning Civics and Social Science. So that impact to low student character and student unready to face competition globally. The purposes of this training are to increase insight and train teachers in Talawi to apply VCT approach model matrix in Civics and Social Science lesson, in order to improve the student’s character. The targets are elementary school teachers in Talawi (20 people). The method in this training consists of Lecture Method, Question and Answer, Discussions, used to describe the material, encouraging active participation of teachers, selecting material to be designed with steps of VCT model matrix. Recitation Method for training teachers to designing RPP with VCT matrix. Simulation Method to train teachers to implement Civics and Social Science learning with VCT model matrix. The results are teachers in Talawi can understand, design-implement, improve their skills in implementing Civics and Social Science with VCT matrix model that can influence the improvement of student’s character values.

This research generally aims to improve learning outcomes in social studies learning by using the Cooperative Learning model Course Review Horay type in class IV SDN 01 Benteng Pasar Atas Bukittinggi. This research is a classroom action research using qualitative and quantitative approaches. In the implementation, this research consists of two cycles, namely cycle I two meetings and cycle II one meeting. Includes four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were 36 teachers and grade IV students. The results showed an increase in the RPP in the first cycle was 72.77% with good qualifications increased in the second cycle to 97.22% with very good qualifications. Assessment of the implementation of learning in the aspects of the first cycle of teachers was 78.36% with good qualifications increased in the second cycle to 97.22% with very good qualifications, and from the aspects of the first cycle students was 73.88% with good qualifications increasing in the second cycle to 94 , 44% with very good qualifications

This research was conducted based on the facts indicating that the integrated thematic learning was not run as it was expected. The teacher seemed to ignore the involvement of the learners in making correlation between the laerning materials and their real life. The purpose of this research was to describe the application of PBL model in integrated thematic learning process. The technique used is observation. This research is a class action. This research was conducted at SDN 15 Ulu Gadut Kota Padang. The subject of the research was the teacher and the learners of class IV totaling 24 people . The result of the research revealed that the quality of integrated thematic learning increased. The first cycle of meetings one aspect of RPP 81,25%, teacher aspects 75,00%, and students 75,00%, meeting 2 aspects of observation RPP 87,5%, teacher aspects 85,72%, and aspects of learners 85,72%. Cycle 2 observes RPP 93,75%, teacher aspects 92,86%, and learners aspects 92,86%. This proves that the PBL model can improve the learning process of student.

The purpose of this study was to describe and increase in student learning outcomes in social studies learning by using the Co-op Co-op Cooperative Learning an Methode in the fifth grade of elementary school. Types of this research was classroom action research with qualitative and quantitative approach. The research subject was 29 grade V students consisting of 16 men and 13woman. The research procedure consistend of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The result of the study showed and increase in aspects: a) RPP cycle I with an average of 71,42% and cycle II 92,85%, b) implementation on the aspect of the teacher cycle I with an average of 77,27% and the second cycle 95,45%, while for the implemenetation of aspect of the students of the first cycle with an average 74,99% and cycle II 93,18%, c) learning outcomes in the first cycle with an average of 71,76 and cycle II 86,18. The conclusions from the result of the research conducted are using the Co-op Co-opCooperative Learning anMethode improve student learning outcomes in social stundent learning in class V SDN 17 Bungo Pasang City of Padang. This research is motivated not optimal implementation based learning characters in primary schools. The purpose of this study isdescribes improving student learning outcomes in an integrated thematic learning using Matrix Model VCT approach in primary schools. This study uses qualitative and quantitative approaches. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects were students of class VB SDN 36 Cengkeh of Padang. The experiment was conducted in two cycles. The study design includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection.The results showed: a) RPP first cycle 81% Cycle II 94% b) Implementation of the aspects of the teachers 'first cycle of 83%, the second cycle 94% c) Implementation of the aspects of the students' first cycle of 77% and Cycle II 94% d) the results of student learning the first cycle of obtaining an average value of 76, the second cycle 86. thus Matrix Model VCT approach can improve student learning outcomes in an integrated thematic learning in class VB SDN 36 Cengkeh of Padang.Keywords: Matrix Model VCT approach, learning outcomes.
