Abstract

DIGITAL-BASED EDUCATION FUND GOVERNANCE TRANSFORMATION: OPPORTUNITIES, RISKS, AND STRATEGIES FOR STRENGTHENING TRANSPARENCY IN INDONESIA This study aims to examine the opportunities and challenges of transparency in the management of digital-based education funds in Indonesia and compare them with international practices in order to formulate innovative policy recommendations. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach through targeted literature studies and case studies using secondary data in the form of articles and journals indexed by Google Scholar for the period 2020-2025, BOS Fund regulations, and ARKAS system implementation documents and the SIPLah procurement platform. The analysis was conducted in terms of content and comparatively to identify digital mechanisms that promote transparency and factors that hinder its effectiveness. The results show that the digitization of education fund management increases procedural transparency through the standardization of planning and reporting, the traceability of transactions and procurement, and the ease of auditing and monitoring across actors, which has an impact on increasing accountability and reducing non-procedural spending practices at the school level. However, public transparency is not yet fully optimal due to differences in human resource capacity, digital literacy, and infrastructure quality, as well as the emergence of data manipulation risks at the input stage and information security issues. A comparison with international practices shows that e-procurement and contract transparency effectively increase accountability when supported by strong governance, while blockchain technology.

Abstract

The intention to engage in entrepreneurship among students needs to be examined starting from now to understand students' careers after graduating from school. This research aims to analyze and identify the influence of entrepreneurship education, peer influence through self-efficacy on students' entrepreneurial intentions. The research method employs a quantitative approach with data collection through distributing questionnaires via Google Forms, measuring four variables: entrepreneurship education, peer influence, self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial intentions. The population in this research consists of students majoring in Financial Accounting at State Vocational High School 1 Surakarta, and the research sample is obtained using purposive sampling with a total of 100 students from class X1 Financial Accounting as respondents. Hypotheses are tested using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS 4.0 software. This research yields results indicating that entrepreneurship education, mediated by self-efficacy, significantly influences students' entrepreneurial intentions. However, peer influence does not have a significant effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

The implementation of the independent curriculum at the elementary school level through the implementation of the project of strengthening the profile of Pancasila students (P-5) requires schools to apply character values as they should. However, elementary schools do not yet fully understand the concept of character values conveyed by Muslim figures and their implementation in schools. This research aims to describe character education according to Al-Ghazali and the implementation of character education in schools. This research method is done qualitatively by means of literature study and descriptive study through learning observation at school and interviews with teachers. The collected data was then analyzed qualitatively with the stages of reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results show that the character education carried out at Semai Elementary School is in accordance with the moral values conveyed by Al-Ghazali in the aspects of moral education, methods of moral formation, and character values that emerge such as having faith and good character, independence, critical reasoning, creative, mutual cooperation and global diversity.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of organizational culture in shaping a supportive work environment for teachers in secondary schools. Using a quantitative, descriptive-explanatory design, the research surveyed 52 teachers from a public junior high school in Sukoharjo, Indonesia. Data were collected using validated instruments measuring shared values, norms and expectations, communication practices, and emotional support, then analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS). The results show that shared values (? = 0.422), norms and expectations (? = 0.386), and communication practices (? = 0.401) have a significant, positive influence on emotional support, which, in turn, directly affects the supportive work environment (? = 0.477). These findings demonstrate that organizational culture is not merely symbolic but functions as a strategic determinant of teachers’ psychological well-being and job satisfaction. The study addresses the research problem by providing empirical evidence that organizational culture significantly influences educators' emotional climate and professional sustainability. It contributes to educational management theory by integrating cultural constructs into a practical framework for policy development. Future research is recommended to include variables such as leadership style, workload, and reward systems to broaden the understanding of how internal school dynamics influence teacher well-being.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the significant correlation of leadership style (X1), and school environment (X2) to teacher performance (Z) mediated by motivation (Y). The sample methodology is saturated with the Smart PLS 3.0 statistical test with results; 1) X1 has a significant effect on Y with a p-value of 0.000 with an outer loading value of 0.400. 2) X2 has a significant effect on Y with an outer loading value of 0.690. 3) X1 has a significant negative effect on Z with a p-value of 0.013, and an outer loading value of -0.289. 4) X2 has a significant negative effect on Z with a p-value of 0.025, and an outer loading value of -0.321. 5) Y has a significant effect on Z with a p-value of 0.000 and an outer loading value of 0.926. As for the indirect hypothesis 6) (X1) the p-Value obtained is 0.000 and the outer loading value is 0.371/37.1% and 7) (X2) the p-Value is 0.000 and the outer loading value is 0.639/63.9%. All hypotheses have a significant positive effect because all of them fulfill the p-value <0.05. The outer loading value of 63.9% means that the school environment is significant > X1. Its meaning must be improved such as infrastructure, communication relations, etc. The final result of the Independent Variable has a significant positive influence and a strong correlation to the dependent variable.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the influence of emotional intelligence and hedonistic lifestyle on financial management, with self-control as a mediating variable in these relationships.Method: This research employs a quantitative approach. Data were collected through online questionnaires distributed to students at the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta who have experience managing personal finances. A purposive sampling technique was used, resulting in a sample of 151 respondents. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 3 software.Result: The findings show that emotional intelligence positively and significantly affects financial management, while hedonistic lifestyle has no significant impact. Additionally, self-control mediates the relationship between emotional intelligence and financial management, but does not mediate the effect of hedonistic lifestyle.Practical Implications for Economic Growth and Development: The results emphasize the importance of psychological capacity building in financial education. By enhancing students' emotional intelligence and self-control, educational institutions can encourage more responsible financial behaviors that contribute to economic stability, reduce overconsumption, and foster sustainable growth among younger generations.Originality/Value: This research introduces a new model that demonstrates how self-control serves as a critical link between emotional intelligence and lifestyle factors affecting students' financial management. The study offers a fresh approach by examining the interaction of two opposing forces through a common mediating factor. The proposed model provides both theoretical insights and practical strategies for developing financial education programs grounded in psychological principles.
