Abstract

Kata kunci: tuberkulosis balita; edukasi kesehatan; Ibu; home visit; leaflet AbstractTuberculosis (TB) in infants remains a public health issue with a continuing upward trend in cases, including in the working area of the Martapura 2 Community Health Center, Banjar Regency. The role of mothers is crucial in the prevention and successful treatment of infant TB, so family-based health education is needed. This community service activity aims to enhance mothers' knowledge about preventing TB transmission, treatment adherence, and maintaining a healthy home environment. The target audience consists of 21 mothers with infants diagnosed with pulmonary TB, selected through purposive sampling. The activity was conducted in July 2025 using the home visit method with educational leaflets as the medium. The implementation stages included preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Education began with a pre-test, followed by interactive counseling using leaflets, and concluded with a post-test. The results showed that the average knowledge score increased from 77.14 in the pre-test to 88.57 in the post-test (an increase of 14.82%). The Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test yielded a p-value of 0.0001, indicating a significant difference. These results indicate that the educational session using the leaflet was effective in improving the respondents' knowledge. Keywords: tuberculosis in infants; health education; mother; home visits; leaflets

Abstract

This study originates from the underdeveloped management of tourist attractions in Aceh, which has not been optimized to its full potential. Aceh currently requires a marketable tourism model that leaves a lasting impression on visitors. One promising alternative is ecosport tourism, an integration of sports activities and tourism that fosters interaction between tourists and local destinations. The objective of this study is to develop a tourism model that addresses the needs of the sports sector in Aceh. This research employs a qualitative research and development (R&D) approach, using interviews, documentation, and field observations as data collection methods. The data were analysed through the identification and description of tourism sites, as well as the formulation of appropriate ecosport models. The study findings reveal three potential ecosport tourism models based on regional characteristics: (1) walking or trekking in Banda Aceh, with six tourism stops featuring tsunami heritage sites; (2) cycling in Aceh Besar, covering seven cultural and natural destinations; and (3) a mixed-sport model in Central Aceh, which includes swimming, paragliding, rafting, and horseback riding. Expert validation results indicated a content validity score of 92%, categorized as "very valid," while media validation achieved a score of 96%. Response data showed high approval from students (86.6%), lecturers (81.6%), and tourism practitioners (85.8%). These results confirm that the developed ecosport tourism model falls within the 81%–100% range, qualifying it as very valid or very practical for implementation in real-world conditions.

Abstract

The teaching and learning process that is happening right now really needs more attention from teachers and parents considering the COVID-19 pandemic which requires students to study at home. All of that certainly cannot be separated from the involvement of teachers in Islamic religious education. The objectives of this research are: 1) How is the existence of Islamic religious education teachers in the learning process for students facing the covid 19 pandemic in Lhokseumawe City?. 2) What is the pattern of Islamic Religious Education teachers in providing the learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic in Lhokseumawe City?. The research approach used is qualitative with the type of field study (field research), while the data collection method uses observation, interviews, and documentation. As for the data analysis technique using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. From the results of this study, it was found that: 1) The existence of Islamic religious education teachers in improving the learning process for students facing the covid 19 pandemic in Lhokseumawe City was not carried out properly, because existing facilities and learning media for Islamic religious education were incomplete, making the learning process only takes place in a few weeks and even then outside of the role of a teacher that should be done, because teachers do not use schedules, syllabus or lesson plans during the covid period, only revolve around sending modules in the form of learning materials and assignments. 2) The pattern of teachers providing an understanding of Islamic religious education learning for children facing the COVID-19 pandemic in Lhokseumawe City is carried out in two ways, namely through direct visits to students' homes and providing an understanding of the learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic for teachers in Lhokseumawe City by using an online pattern (in the network). With this pattern the learning process can be carried out without face to face even though there are obstacles such as the internet network.
