Challenges of living and dynamics modern society has spawned complex problems experienced by individuals. Counseling process with a variety formats attempt to develop the optimization of the individual. The development of the counseling process format formed a variety of alternative media that are capable to accommodating the communication process between the counselor and the client. The Media creates an atmosphere of counseling in long-distance (distance) condition has some advantages as well as disadvantages. One of the distance counseling forms is counseling online. With one form of service with fairly new developments, online counseling has had a significant positive impact on easing the client's problems. But on the other hand, this service also has some weaknesses that must be understood and controlled, especially for a counselor. This manuscript uses a documentary study approach on ethical conditions, counseling issues in Indonesia and discusses some of the ethical issues that must be understood by counselors during the process of online counseling in keeping some of the important principles in the counseling process.

This study aimed to identify the effectiveness of layanan informasi using blended learning methods to improve students' motivation. The study used a quasi-experimental design types of non equivalent control group. Sampling using purposive sampling with sample 22 in the experimental group and 23 control group. The instrument uses Pengukuran Motivasi Belajar Scale (SPMB). The study findings revealed that 1) the level of student motivation experimental group in the pretest middle category while, at posttest at the high category, 2) the level of student motivation control group at pretest and posttest same which are in the moderate category, 3) there is a difference significant student motivation experimental group before and after treatment of information services using blended learning methods, 4) there is a significant difference in students' motivation experimental group treated with the information service blended learning method with the control group. Based on these results it can be concluded that the service information using blended learning methods effectively improve students' motivation.

Siswa yang mengalami stres akademik memiliki persepsi yang maladaptif terhadap tuntutan akademik. Stres akademik adalah persepsi subjektif terhadap suatu kondisi akademik atau respon yang dialami siswa berupa reaksi fisik, perilaku, pikiran, dan emosi negatif yang muncul akibat adanya tuntutan sekolah atau akademik. Hal ini menunjukkan perlu adanya upaya guru Bimbingan dan Konseling atau konselor untuk melakukan pengembangan pada praktik pelayanan Binbingan dan konseling untuk meningkatkan kualitas atau potensi siswa dalam mengantisipasi muculnya stres akademik siswa dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi munculnya stres akademik. Naskah ini akan mengenalkan konsep dasar stres akademik siswa meliputi; konsep stres, konsep stres akademik, faktor yang mempengaruhi stres akademik, gejala-gejala stres akademik, respon stres akademik. Semoga ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu rujukan.

Technological developments in recent decades have brought a positive impact for human activities. Various applications of technology that grows along with its case bore a lot of ease and problem solving. Counseling as one of efforts to develop an independent human being also requires varied approaches in the performance of its services. One of such approach is counseling online. Various forms and types of service in counseling can be applied by utilizing internet technology, such as Email, Chat Program, Videoconferencing Program dan Webcam. The development of online counseling approach it self in recent years showed significant increases and gets serious attention among professionals. In addition, the application of counseling online also carries a variety of positive impact to the creation of effective-daily-living conditions.

Adolescence is the period of interest due to their properties and its role in determining the life of society. The one that affects its development is self-esteem. Self-esteem is formed through the interaction of individuals with their environment. One family environment, if the environment providing something fun, self-esteem would be positive, but if its not fun and self-esteem will be negative, further support parents, parental control, and relationship to each other between the parents give a direct influence on the development of adolescent self-esteem. This article will expose further the importance of the role of the family in developing the self-esteem of teenage.

The high level of student anxiety when facing exams causes negative effects that come from internal and external factors. Anxiety is an emotional state that is not soothing, such as feeling depressed in the face of adversity or before it occurs, which is characterized by feelings of worry, tension, and fear in certain situations. This study aims to describe the anxiety of vocational high school students in terms of cognitive, affective, and behavioral aspects. This research is quantitative research with descriptive methods. With a sample of 115 students using a proportional random sampling technique. The data were obtained by providing anxiety instruments in the face of vocational practice exams. Data were analyzed descriptively by determining the mean, standard deviation, and percentage. The results of the study reveal that the first, the level of anxiety of students majoring in Computer and Network Engineering in facing vocational practice exams is generally in the low category. Second, the level of anxiety of students majoring in Computer and Network Engineering in facing vocational practice exams seen from the cognitive aspect is generally in the medium category. Third, the level of anxiety of students majoring in Computer and Network Engineering in facing vocational practice exams seen from the affective aspect is generally in the medium category. Fourth, the level of anxiety of students majoring in Computer and Network Engineering in facing vocational practice exams seen from the aspect of behavior is generally in the medium category.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan persepsi siswa tentang proses peminatan, mendeskripsikan aspirasi karir siswa, dan menguji hubungan persepsi siswa tentang proses peminatan dengan aspirasi karir siswa. Penelitian ini berbentuk deskriptif korelasional dengan sampel 85 orang siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen persepsi siswa tentang proses peminatan dan instrumen aspirasi karir siswa yang dikembangkan oleh Afriyadi Sofyan (2013). Dari hasil penelitian diketahui sebagian besar persepsi siswa tentang proses peminatan berada pada kategori cukup baik, namun memiliki kecenderungan baik, sebagian besar aspirasi karir siswa berada pada kategori sedang, namun memiliki kecenderungan tinggi, serta terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara persepsi siswa tentang proses peminatan dengan aspirasi karir siswa. Perlu upaya guru BK untuk lebih meningkatkan pemberian layanan bimbingan dan konseling, agar pelaksanaan proses peminatan dapat berjalan dengan baik sehingga dapat meningkatkan persepsi siswa tentang proses peminatan dan dapat meningkatkan aspirasi karir siswa.

Marriage is a bond between the outer and inner man as a husband who has not aged 25 years and women 21 years old wife is not with the purpose of achieving happiness. Marriage and family counseling is a profession that will be developed in Indonesia. Counseling emphasizes on changes contained in the family system. Stages counseling, theory and dynamics as well as the use of counseling skills in marriage and family counseling has similarities with individual counseling and group counseling.

The condition of sexual disorientation behavior is a condition that develops from various and interrelated factors. This behavior is not the result of a single major factor, its formation occurs throughout the individual life span instead. The sexual behavior disorientation is a phenomenon that is always happening almost in all communities in various countries, which in the modern world popular with the term LGBTQ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer). Another condition related to this community is that in recent years human rights related to this matter have been straightforwardly defended in some countries. This condition brings many problems and polemics in various dimensions of life. This study focuses on the trend of student attitudes toward LGBTQ phenomena that in the society. Data were collected through a student's attitude scale on the LGBTQ phenomenon adapted from "Worthen's (2012) Attitudes toward LGBT People Survey" and involving 213 respondents. Students in West Sumatera generally have an unfavorable attitude towards the LGBTQ phenomenon. But in one aspect, students have a moderate attitude towards the transgender phenomenon. This has become an important concern for counselors as social workers who deal directly with this issue. Counseling and psychotherapist services are one of the important points in problem solving. Related conditions that need attention are the paradigm and attitude of the students themselves against the LGBTQ phenomenon.

This research conduct base from increasing the National Examination standards from recent years, and overload student’s learning activity in Senior High School (SMA). These conditions as triggers stress students, from a long time, its influence on their learning. Based that, the research is to identify level of student academic stress, and differences base gender, and school location. This research use Cluster Random Sampling. Samples are grouped into 3 (three), that’s school is located in downtown, midtown and the Suburbs. Research findings show that there are 15% of student’s stress academic at low levels of, 71,8% experiencing stress academic at medium level, and 13.2% of students experiencing stress academic at high level. There was no significant difference between the academic stress Student SMAN in Padang by location and gender. These research findings can then be an important basic need for guidance and counseling services in order to decrease the level of stress of academic students in Padang city, so that they can learn by making every effort that is optimal.
