Abstract

Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang peneliti lakukan di Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Islam Syekh Yusuf Tangerang maka terdapat pengaruh yang kuat antara Pemanfaatan Perpustakaan Digital terhadap daya baca intelektual mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Fakultas Agama Islam. Hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi yaitu rxy = 0,84 merupakan korelasi yang besarnya berkisar antara 0,80 – 1,000. Antara variabel Pemanfaatan Perpustakaan Digital dan variabel daya baca intelektual mahasiswa terdapat korelasi yang kuat dan diperkuat dengan didapatnya hasil tingkat signifikan yang dilakukan pengujian hipotesis yang menggunakan ( uji t) antara Pemanfaatan Perpustakaan Digital dengan daya baca intelektual mahasiswa, yaitu dengan membandingkan hasil perhitungan thitung dengan ttable  distribusi nilai pada taraf signifikan 5%. Hasil yang didapat dari thitung adalah 10,04 dan dari ttable adalah 1,682. Jadi dapat diketahui nilai thitung lebih besar dari pada ttable (10,04 > 1,682). Dengan demikian Ha yang menyatakan bahwa Pemanfaatan Perpustakaan Digital memiliki pengaruh terhadap daya baca intelektual mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam Fakultas Agama Islam diterima dan hipotesis Ho ditolak. Demikian juga dengan perhitungan koefisien determinasi dengan kontribusi sebesar 71% daya baca intelektual mahasiswa terpengaruh karena adanya Pemanfaatan Perpustakaan Digital dan 29% daya baca intelektual mahasiswa dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the strategic management planning for improving the quality of madrasah education during the Covid-19 pandemic and the development of the learning curriculum at Madrasah Aliyah 2 Nagreg. The approach used in this research is qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used include: observation, interviews, survey, and documentation studies. The results of the research show that planning for improving the quality of education during the Covid-19 pandemic is developing a learning curriculum at Madrasah Aliyah 2 Nagreg, namely formulating madrasah vision and mission, setting educational goals in accordance with national education goals and forming a curriculum development team by involving relevant stakeholders in improving the quality of education. The SWOT analysis result of the survey shows the results of the Total analysis score Strength = 19.0 Weakness analysis score = 13.4 Opportunity analysis score = 4.0 and Threat analysis score = 1.8 for the analysis score Organization position graph X = 5.66 and Y = 2.23 is in quadrant I with steps to support aggressive strategies. The curriculum developed during the Covid-19 pandemic was developed with the emergency curriculum standard of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion.

Abstract

Balanced fertilization is the key factor to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of fertilization.The dosage of inorganic fertilizers applied can be determined based on the nutrient status of P, K and rice productivity. The research aims to improve balance fertilization that combines inorganic fertilizers, which is set up based on soil nutrient status, and organic fertilizers. The research was conducted in Karang Tanjung Village, Padang Ratu District, Central Lampung, in the dry season of 2009 until 2012. An experimental plot of one hectare was set up in the farmer’s paddy fields. Generally, the plot for every treatment was owned by two or more farmers. The treatments consisted of the dose of fertilizer applications for lowland rice, namely (1) dose of fertilizers based on farmer practice, (2) dose of fertilizers proposed by Petrokimia, (3) 75% of fertilizer dose that was set up based on soil analysis plus straw compost, and (4) 75% of inorganic fertilizer combined with manure and biofertilizer. At the fourth growing season, each plot was applied with 100% inorganic fertilizer (NPK fertilizer). The results showed that the limiting factor of the soil used in the current study is the content of organic-C, N, K, and CEC. The compost of rice straw used as organic matter in the current study contains higher organic-C and total-N in comparison to manure. Organic matter application in the form of straw compost or manure can reduce 25% of NPK application, while the production of rice remains high. Fertilization on paddy soils based on soil nutrient status can improve fertilization efficiency. Rice production in the treatment of 100% NPK is similar to that in the fertilization treatments based on farmer practice and Petrokima rate. Keywords: Nutrient management, acid soil, fertilization efficiency

Abstract

This study aims to find out the effect of Commercial Bank credit on Economic Growth and Labour Absorption in Indonesia. The data source used was secondary data obtained through the publication of the Central Bureau of Statistics, Bank Indonesia, and the Financial Services Authority. The method of data collection is the periodic report data (time series) for the years 2007-2017. The analytical tool used quantitative analysis. The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results show that: 1) Commercial bank credit has a direct and significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia; 2) Commercial bank credit has a direct and significant effect on labour absorption in Indonesia; 3) Commercial bank credit does not have a significant effect on labour absorption through economic growth in Indonesia; 4) Economic growth does not have a direct and significant effect on labour absorption in Indonesia

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan perspektif teori pragmatisme Dewey terhadap pengembangan kurikulum di SDIT Miftahul Ulum Subang. Penelitian ini termasuk ke dalam jenis kualitatif dengan pendekatan yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik kepustakaan. Kemudian analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik deskriptif-kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam perspektif teori pragmatisme yang dikembangkan oleh John Dewey, pengembangan kurikulum SDIT Miftahul Ulum dipandang sebagai kegiatan merumuskan serangkaian acuan operasional yang dapat memberikan manfaat praktis bagi penyelenggaraan pembelajaran di sekolah. Berdasarkan temuan yang diperoleh, struktur kurikulum yang telah berhasil dirumuskan sebagai bagian dari aspek pengembangan kurikulum berdasarkan teori pragmatisme Dewey terlihat masih konseptual dan belum sepenuhnya bersifat praktis yang secara signifikan bermanfaat bagi acuan pembelajaran di sekolah.

Abstract

Education is an effort specifically by  goverments  to provide the generation with appropriate academic potentials through which the successors attain the required capabilities to survive the natiions. .The process this transfer of information is carried out in school. But still, every thing does not run as smoothly as expected. The purpose of this research is to identify the problems serving as barrcades affecting the students to achieve the goals of learning.For a solution, the writer suggests the use of algorithm ELECTRE II as calculation to  discover  the best alternative. This method is implemented  into an application of  Vb Net 2010. The  result obtined is A03 having best alternative while the biggest average is friend.Keywords: Decision Support System, Electre ii, Vb Net, Concentration, Students.

Abstract

In the current era of bureaucratic reform, the State Civil Apparatus must have positive competitiveness and is required to innovate and develop their competencies in carrying out their duties and responsibilities in order to achieve the best performance for the organization. This requires the full effort and support of the organization by utilizing the organization's internal resources. Therefore, this study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture and perceived organizational support on innovative work behavior through the mediating role of knowledge sharing at the Supreme Audit Board (BPK) Representative of Central Kalimantan Province. This study uses quantitative methods with data collection through the distribution of questionnaires with a sample of 103 respondents. Data analysis using SEM-PLS with Smart Pls 3.0 tools. The results showed that organizational culture had no significant effect on innovative work behavior, but showed significant results when knowledge sharing mediated the relationship. In addition, the perceived organizational support has a significant effect on innovative work behavior but knowledge sharing cannot mediate the relationship.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian artikel ini untuk mendeskripsikan management program pembiasaan baiat santri dan latihan dakwah sebagai upaya pengembangan keberagamaan peserta didik. metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat studi kasus Dimana penelitiannya lebih memfokuskan pada kasus-kasus tertentu untuk dianalaisis secara tuntas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa program pembiasaan baiat santri membentuk karakter religious dan meningkatkan keberagamaan peserta didik yang mana substansinya meyakini keesaan Allah, memperkuat iman, memperkuat tauhid, meyakini bahwa Allah maha segalanya and bersedia mempertanggung jawabkan apa yang dilakukannya. program Latihan dakwah tujuan dilakukan Latihan dakwah adalah upaya untuk mendidik pemahaman, sikap dan perilakupeserta didik sebagai mad’u ke arah yang sesuai dengan pesan dakwah dalam rangka memperoleh ridha Allah. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keberagamaan peserta didik dan menjadi lulusan yang siap untuk berjihad dijalan Allah melalui berdakwah.

Abstract

This study uses statistical analysis and trends to see the development of the Degree of Fiscal Decentralization, Ratio of Regional Original Income to Total Regional Revenue, Degree of Fiscal Autonomy and Regional Fiscal Capacity of Palangka Raya City during the period 2008-2017 showing positive developments. Meanwhile, for the degree of Fiscal Decentralization, the Ratio between Tax and Non-Tax Revenue Sharing, the Contribution of Regional Assistance to Total Regional Revenue and Fiscal Needs for the City of Palangka Raya for the period 2008-2017 showed negative results. This situation shows that the regional financial capacity of Palangka Raya City in supporting development independently tends to be lacking.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of Return On Assets (ROA), Inflation Rate, Earning Per Share (EPS) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) on Underpricing of shares in manufacturing companies during the initial public offering (IPO) on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2017-2021 years. This research design is quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies that experienced stock underpricing in 2017 – 2021, while the samples used in this study were 53 manufacturing companies that met certain criteria in the study period. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant negative effect on underpricing and the Inflation Rate has a significant positive effect on underpricing, while Return On Assets (ROA) and Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR) have no effect on underpricing. The high or low value of Return on Assets and debt to asset ratio does not significantly affect stock underpricing during the initial public offering. The value of earnings per share and inflation greatly affects the underpricing of shares in manufacturing companies during the initial public offering
