Abstract

This study aims to conceptually examine the influence of the utilisation of the Village Information System (SID) and human resource capacity on the accountability of village financial management. Increased village fund allocations require transparent and accountable governance, but the implementation of information technology and the readiness of village officials still face various challenges. This study uses a library research approach with content analysis techniques on scientific literature, regulations, and relevant previous research results. This study is theoretical in nature and does not involve statistical data processing. The results of this study are expected to produce a framework that explains the functional relationship between the utilisation of SID and HR capacity in realising village financial accountability. The utilisation of SID is considered effective if it is supported by adequate human resource capacity as technical implementers. This study is expected to provide a theoretical basis for developing hypotheses in subsequent empirical research and to serve as a reference for village governments in formulating policies to strengthen the transparency and accountability of village financial management based on information technology.

Abstract

The development of internet technology and social media has driven the increasing use of sentiment analysis to understand public opinion. This study aims to improve the classification performance of sentiment analysis by proposing a hybrid model that combines FastText-BLSTM and BERT. The dataset used consists of 900 Indonesian-language Netflix app user reviews obtained through crawling using Google Play Scraper. The research stages include text preprocessing, feature extraction using FastText and BERT, and classification using BLSTM, which are then combined in a concatenation layer to produce a richer feature representation. Experimental results show that the FastText-BLSTM-BERT hybrid model provides the best performance with an accuracy of 94.22%, a precision of 95.98%, a recall of 95.68%, and an F1-score of 95.83%. This achievement is superior to the single models of FastText-BLSTM and BERT. The main novelty of this research lies in the integration of contextual embeddings from BERT with subword-level semantic and sequential representations from FastText-BLSTM, which has not been extensively explored in prior studies on Indonesian sentiment analysis. This hybridization demonstrates significant improvement in model generalization and robustness for low-resource language texts

Abstract

Scholarship programs in Islamic religious education are generally positioned as instruments for expanding access and strengthening human resource capacity; however, the micro-ethical dimension of how funding and its accountability mechanisms shape recipients’ intellectual orientation and academic autonomy remains relatively understudied, particularly among Islamic religious education scholarship holders. This study aims to empirically test the “ethical invasion” hypothesis, namely the assumption that scholarship funding is related to the configuration of recipients’ academic autonomy. Using an explanatory quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design, the study involves 30 purposively selected scholarship recipients (N = 30). Data were collected through a closed-ended Likert-scale questionnaire measuring Funding Influence (X) and Academic Autonomy (Y) as composite scores (thought orientation and academic independence), covering aspects of dependence, freedom of expression, privacy and data use, values and ideology, pressure to comply, and future expectations. Data analysis employed descriptive statistics, assumption testing (Kolmogorov–Smirnov residual normality and linearity), and simple linear regression using IBM SPSS 27. The results indicate a significant regression model (F = 21.752; p < 0.001) with a relationship strength of R = 0.661 and R² = 0.437 (Adjusted R² = 0.417), showing that scholarship funding predicts meaningful variation in academic autonomy among respondents. These findings support the relevance of the “ethical invasion” hypothesis and imply the need for scholarship governance that balances accountability with the protection of academic freedom, particularly through clear limits on monitoring indicators, transparency in data approval, and secure feedback channels for recipients to safeguard autonomy in Islamic religious education contexts.

Abstract

Teachers play a central role as role models who demand mastery of knowledge as well as moral, emotional, and spiritual maturity within the framework of the philosophy of science and the professional code of ethics. This study aims to analyze the management of teacher behavior at SDN Arjasari 03 to reflect personal and professional integrity according to ethical standards. Through a descriptive qualitative approach with intensive observation methods for three weeks in November 2025, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies, real behavioral patterns were found that align with teaching ethics. Field findings show strong indicators of moral maturity, specifically evidenced by the discipline of attendance of all teachers before 06.30 WIB and the application of the principle of objectivity in student assessment. In the emotional aspect, teachers demonstrate good self-regulation skills through self-calming techniques and a persuasive approach before giving reprimands, which impacts a conducive classroom climate. Spiritual maturity is reflected through the habit of consistent prayer at the beginning of learning throughout the class as a form of transcendental responsibility. This study concludes that the implementation of the five principles of the code of ethics—integrity, role model, emotional regulation, humanism, and spirituality—has been effective and has become a crucial foundation of school culture in shaping students' character, confirming that teacher behavior is a philosophical manifestation of dignified education.

Abstract

Abstract

The implementation of the Project to Strengthen the Pancasila Student Profile and the Rahmatan lil’alamin Profile (P5-PPRA) in State Islamic Senior High Schools (Madrasah Aliyah Negeri) faces persistent managerial challenges despite its strategic role in strengthening student character. This study examined how P5-PPRA has been strategically planned, implemented, and evaluated in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri in Gorontalo Province, with particular attention to supporting and inhibiting factors within an educational management framework. Using a qualitative case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews with leaders, teachers, students, and stakeholders from the madrasah, supported by observations and document analysis. The validity was ensured by triangulation of sources, methods, and time. The findings demonstrated that P5-PPRA contributed positively to the awareness and enactment of Pancasila values by students and the Islamic principle of Rahmatan lil ‘alamin when embedded in institutional strategic management, curriculum integration, commitment to leadership and teacher facilitation. However, its effectiveness was constrained by limited human resources, inadequate infrastructure, resistance to organizational change, weak inter-institutional collaboration, and the absence of systematic evaluation mechanisms. The study offers a management-oriented paradigm for incorporating civic and religious values in Islamic secondary education by redefining character education as an organizational and managerial process as opposed to a strictly normative or pedagogical aim.
