Abstract

The aim of this article is to clarify the minimum requirements for regional head candidates referred to in the decision of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia No. 23 P/HUM/2024 and to find out the judge's considerations in resolving cases from the Fiqh Siyasah perspective. The writing method uses a normative approach and the data collection technique uses library research. This research is descriptive and aims at problem-solution. Based on the analysis of this article, it was found that the Supreme Court Decision No. 23 P/HUM/2024 has the potential for injustice and legal uncertainty in regional elections because it is likely not fulfilled at the time of nomination. Based on the legal implications, the decision has the potential to increase disputes in regional head elections.

Abstract

The AdaKami application is an online loan platform that attempts to give millions of people in Indonesia high-quality financial access without the need for collateral. Ten million downloads of the Adakami app have been made through the Google Playstore. The issue in this study is how well the Adakami application reviews are classified using the Naive Bayes method, specifically how many of the reviews have positive or negative values. How to use the Naive Bayes method for the Adakami application review is the goal of this study. The knowledge of the accuracy of the Naive Bayes approach in examining Google Playstore evaluations is the advantage of this research. The investigation produced a classification assessment of the naive Bayes algorithm in Google evaluations of the Adakami application.

Abstract

User management is a systematic process that regulates how users perform tasks within an information system. This process includes the creation of user profiles, the assignment of user roles, the determination of access rights, and the control of user activities. Cloud computing, as a technology that utilizes internet-based servers for data storage and processing, has become increasingly important in supporting data accuracy, speed, and efficiency in various organizational environments. However, many educational institutions still lack an optimal understanding and implementation of this technology. This study aims to design and implement a cloud computing–based user management system for the computer laboratory at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang. The proposed system utilizes private cloud storage through OwnCloud running on the Linux Ubuntu operating system. The implementation is intended to address issues related to data security, misuse of laboratory facilities, and data loss caused by shared storage media. The results demonstrate that the implemented cloud-based user management system enhances data security through authentication mechanisms, improves the efficiency of data management, and reduces operational costs related to software and hardware maintenance.

Abstract

This study analyzes the social influence on the adoption of Microsoft Teams using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) framework. The method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), examining 51 relevant articles that discuss social influence and technology adoption. The results show that social support, interpersonal communication, and network size significantly affect an individual's decision to use Microsoft Teams. The article selection process follows the PRISMA methodology, with articles indexed in Q1 and Q2 Scopus journals. The findings indicate that social influences, such as recommendations from friends or colleagues, can enhance an individual's intention to adopt technology. These results provide guidance for policymakers to leverage social influence in promoting the adoption of collaborative technologies, contributing to productivity and collaboration in the education and economic sectors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami bagaimana pengelola BAZNAS Kabupaten Berau memaknai akuntabilitas pengelolaan zakat, infaq, dan shadaqah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan paradigma interpretif dan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 5 Informan yang  merupakan pihak BAZNAS yang berkaitan langsung berhubungan dengan proses pengambilan keputusan dan memiliki pengalaman berinteraksi dengan stakeholders (pemerintah/ DPRD, muzakki dan mustahiq). Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Tah  apan analisis data terdiri dari epoche, reduksi fenomenologi, variasi imajinasi dan sintesis makna dan esensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fakta akuntabilitas pengelolaan ZIS di BAZNAS Kabupaten Berau merupakan suatu pemberian informasi dan pertanggungjawaban dalam perspektif internal dan eksternal organisasi. Pengelola BAZNAS Kabupaten Berau memaknai akuntabilitas sebagai bentuk membingkai amanah wal amilin, merajut ukhuwah islamiyah dengan penyalur dana, sikap profesional dalam program yang digulirkan, dan transparansi dalam pelaporan pengelolaan ZIS. Makna yang dirasakan pengelola BAZNAS Kabupaten Berau merupakan sebuah wisata hati dan “kehati-hatian” dalam pengelolaan dana umat. Pertanggungjawaban yang dilakukan merupakan suatu bentuk “menyelamatkan diri secara dunia dan akhirat”. Secara dunia adalah dengan patuh pada hukum dan perundang-undangan, dan secara akhirat adalah taat atas perintah Allah SWT

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris tentang pengaruh kepemilikan institusional, free cash flow, collateral assets, dan return on assets terhadap kebijakan dividen melalui kebijakan hutang sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sektor industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2019. Sampel penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menggunakan purposiv sampling dan 15 perusahaan yang ditentukan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikan institusional dan collateral assets berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang. Selanjutnya kepemilikan institusional, collateral assets dan roa berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Sedangkan free cash flow berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan hutang dan kebijakan dividen. Setelah itu roa berpengaruh negatif dan signfikan terhadap kebijakan dividen, dan juga kebijakan hutang berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kepemilikan institusional, free cash flow, collateral assets dan roa tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen melalui kebijakan hutang.

Abstract

Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation is the first legal product in Indonesia that uses the omnibus law method. This study aims to analyze the juridical aspects of the formation of the Job Creation Law and the application of the omnibus law concept in the perspective of siyāsah dustūriyyah (Islamic constitutional law). The research method used is normative legal with a statute approach, conceptual approach, and comparative approach. Secondary data was obtained through a literature study of primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials, then analyzed qualitatively using descriptive-analytical techniques. The results of the study show that, legally, the formation of the Job Creation Law encountered various procedural problems that conflicted with Law Number 12 of 2011 concerning the Formation of Legislation, particularly regarding public participation, clarity of academic texts, and substance harmonization. From a constitutional perspective, the concept of omnibus law is acceptable as long as it is in accordance with the principles of maslahah mursalah (public interest), justice (al-'adalah), deliberation (asy-syura), and does not conflict with maqashid syariah (sharia objectives).

Abstract

This study explores the multifaceted relationship between school principal leadership and school quality improvement at SMP integrated Islam Islamic Tarbiyah Education Foundation Lubuk Cemara School.  Employing a phenomenological approach, this research investigates the lived experiences of teachers and staff to understand how the principal’s leadership style, particularly as it relates to fostering a positive work culture, impacts various aspects of school quality. Data was collected through in-depth semi-structured interviews and document analysis, focusing on themes related to leadership practices, teacher morale, instructional strategies, and student outcomes.  The findings reveal nuanced insights into the ways in which the principal’s leadership, both directly and indirectly, shapes the school environment and contributes to overall school effectiveness.  The study contributes to a richer understanding of the complex interplay between leadership, work culture, and school quality, offering valuable implications for school improvement initiatives at SMP integrated Islam Islamic Tarbiyah Education Foundation Lubuk Cemara School  and similar institutions

Abstract

This journal article explains the government's inability to mitigate the adaptive response of coastal communities to climate change, which involves marrying off their daughters at a young age due to environmental injustice. This journal article will explain various government policies and programs regarding child marriage, such as including child marriage in the 2020- 2024 Long-Term Development Plan (RPJMN), revising the minimum age limit for marriage, the National Strategy for Preventing Child Marriage, and the Women and Children Friendly Village Program. However, the number of child marriages has decreased at a slow rate in the last decade. Thus, this study aims to answer why government intervention programs have not been able to overcome the phenomenon of child marriage triggered by climate change in Cilincing, North Jakarta. This study will examine it through four factors of Environmental Justice by Scholsberg (2007), namely recognition, participation, capability, and fair distribution. This study was conducted using qualitative approach through primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from the interview process with the North Jakarta Women's Empowerment, Child Protection and Population Control Department, KIARA, Rumah KitaB and the Cilincing community. Meanwhile, secondary data were obtained from previous research, journal articles, and other sources. Based on the results of data collection, this study found that environmental and political injustice of Cilincing women was caused by the government failure to fulfill the factors of recognition, participation, capability, and fair distribution towards the Cilincing community in designing development programs and projects that were planned not based on the interests of the community
