Abstract

As a result of technological advances, especially in the world of informatics and the increasing number of emerging software created to overcome the problem of human error. In life, the system plays an important role so that what is needed should be obtained quickly, accurately and easily. Writing and the desire to design this attendance application so that the attendance process is all done in a computerized system. Therefore the researcher got the idea to solve the problem by creating an Android-based system that can connect directly to the school's server. This system is equipped with a QR Code to reduce abuse and manipulation of attendance by teachers and staff. In this study, researchers used Kodular to create an Android-based presence system, and presence reports can be printed from Google Spreadsheet. The hope of this research is that an Android-based attendance system with the QR Code feature can run well and meet the needs of the AN NUR Vocational School.

Abstract

Slum settlements are one of the problems that the government in Indonesia needs to pay more attention to, one of which is the city of Palembang. To manage slum settlements, the first thing that needs to be considered is the infrastructure. Because infrastructure is the first step to support the smooth activities of the surrounding community. This can be seen if the infrastructure does not meet the requirements, such as the physical condition seen from the buildings which are very close together with low construction quality, the roads are damaged and have potholes, the public sanitation and drainage are not functioning as well as the large amount of rubbish which is not managed properly. This could all happen due to government limitations in the monitoring and checking process. To make it easier for the community and government, the author developed an Application for Mapping Locations and Infrastructure of Slum Settlement Areas in Palembang City Using Mobile-Based GIS. GIS is an organized collection of computer hardware, software, geographic data and personnel designed to efficiently acquire, store, update and display all forms of geographically referenced information. In this research, the research methodology used is the Extreme Programming method. In making this application the author used a mobile programming base as a system development application. Research results show that this application can make it easier for the public to make complaints regarding slum conditions and help the government monitor and handle problems more effectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis mengenai dampak Beban Kerja dan Stres Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai yang dihubungkan oleh variabel Mediasi Kepuasan Kerja. Studi empiris ini dilakukan pada Pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Provinsi Kalimantan Timur, suatu topik yang memiliki relevansi yang signifikan dalam ranah manajemen sumber daya manusia. Metodologi yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner menggunakan metode sampling jenuh pada 69 responden. Data yang terhimpun kemudian dianalisis dengan menerapkan metode Persamaan Struktural Partial Least Squares (SEM PLS). Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa Beban Kerja dan Stres Kerja memberikan dampak negatif terhadap Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Pegawai. Selain itu, Kepuasan Kerja teridentifikasi sebagai mediator yang mampu menghubungkan antara Beban Kerja dan Stres Kerja dengan Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

This article aims to introduce and implement a Web-Based Information System at SMK Bina Sriwijaya, Palembang. Through socialization and training activities, participants from various backgrounds, including teachers, students, operators, administrators, school principals, and parents, were invited to understand and use this system. The implementation method of the activities includes preparation, execution, and evaluation stages. The results showed that participants demonstrated enthusiasm in understanding and using this system. With the presence of a web-based information system, it is expected that the effectiveness and efficiency of academic and administrative data management in schools can be improved, providing faster and more accurate information, and minimizing possible errors. In conclusion, this activity successfully introduced and implemented a Web-Based Information System at SMK Bina Sriwijaya, which is expected to make a positive contribution to the management of academic and administrative data in the school.

Abstract

Community service at Klontong UMKM in Surabaya started activities with digital marketing outreach. Next, the Klontong shop will practice marketing strategies through optimizing digital marketing through the marketplace. The aim of this service focuses on assisting the digitalization of marketing based on websites and applications for Klontong UMKM in Surabaya. The expected benefits are that partners are able to adapt and master the applications implemented in service. There are several stages in the implementation method for this service, namely the preparation and socialization stage, training and implementation, and application of technology. Next, a mentoring and evaluation pattern is carried out with the desired service program. The result of dedication is to increase economic independence for Klontong UMKM with marketing techniques that are in line with technological developments. Digital marketing applications make it easier for UMKM grocery stores to reach customers more effectively and widely. The integration between the Warung Kelontong.id website and applications via e-commerce not only increases operational efficiency, but also helps UMKM in analyzing customer data. Abstract

Kunci rumah atau kunci ruangan pribadi merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang perlu diperhatikan terutama menyangkut faktor keamanan yang digunakan untuk membuka dan menutup pintu ruangan. Penggunaan kunci konvensional masih sangat banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat termasuk di ruangan perkantoran, ruangan pemerintahan dan ruangan sekolah untuk mengamankan ruangan. SMA Negeri 2 Banyuasin 1 merupakan salah satu sekolah yang masih menggunakan kunci konvensional diseluruh ruangnnya. Teknologi mikrokontroler berbasis Arduino Uno saat ini membawa perubahan yang baik tentang keamanan pada ruangan sebagai solusi pengamanan secara konvesional agar ruangan lebih terjamin keamanannya dan memiliki catatan akses masuk dan keluar. Menggunakan RFID mifare dengan multi access berbasis mikrokontroler salah satu solusi yang bisa diberikan untuk pembuatan sistem penguncian pintu yang tersistematis bagi SMA Negeri 2 Banyuasin 1. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah alat buka tutup pintu otomatis yang dirancang dan dibangun berfungsi dengan baik setelah dilakukan pengujian. Jarak sensor dengan E-KTP maksimal 5cm.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the quality of human resources on the quality of financial reports, the influence of the use of information technology on the quality of financial reports, the influence of accounting information systems on the quality of financial reports, the influence of the quality of human resources on the quality of financial reports mediated by accounting information systems and to test the influence utilization of information technology on the quality of financial reports mediated by the accounting information system at the DPRD Secretariat of East Kalimantan Province. The sample in this study was 40 employees of the finance section of the DPRD Secretariat of East Kalimantan Province taken by census. The data analysis method in this research is based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the research show that the quality of human resources has a significant influence on the quality of financial reports with a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, the use of information technology has a significant influence on the quality of financial reports with a p-value of 0.022 < 0.05, the system Accounting information has a significant influence on the quality of financial reports with a p-value of 0.031 < 0.05, and the quality of human resources has a significant influence on the quality of financial reports moderated by the accounting information system with a p-value of 0.0026 < 0, 05 and the use of information technology has a significant influence on the quality of financial reports, moderated by the accounting information system with a p-value of 0.042 < 0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengungkapan emisi karbon dan inovasi hijau terhadap nilai perusahaan serta pengaruh kinerja lingkungan dalam memoderasi hubungan antara pengungkapan emisi karbon dan inovasi hijau terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia periode 2018-2022. Teknik penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan didapatkan sejumlah 19 perusahaan sebagai sampel penelitian. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data skunder serta metode pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan teknik Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel pengungkapan emisi karbon dan inovasi hijau berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dan variabel kinerja lingkungan tidak dapat memoderasi hubungan antara variabel pengungkapan emisi karbon dan inovasi hijau terhadap nilai perusahaan, justru memperlemah hubungan antar kedua variabel.

Abstract

Fitur Cash On Delivery (COD) merupakan metode pembayaran dimana pembeli membayar pesanan secara tunai saat barang diterima. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui penyebab penggunaan fitur cod shope meningkatkan minat belanja Masyarakat desa Gerung Selatan . Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif Deskriptif. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah pengguna fitur cash on delivery (cod) pada e-commerce Shopee di desa Gerung Selatan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah penggunaan Shopee digunakan untuk membeli kebutuhan seperti memenuhi kebutuhan prabotan rumah tngga dan pakaian. Faktor penyebab penggunaan Fitur COD Shopee meningkatkan minat belanja adalah dikarena ada 3 diantaranya faktor Terjamin dan Kepercayaan, faktor kemudahan dan faktor Fleksibilitas Pembayaran. Dari ketiga faktor itulah yang menjadikan kunci dari meningkatkan minat belanja masyarakat Desa Gerung Selatan

Abstract

Live streaming is becoming a global trend that is popularly used in many sectors, including e-commerce. Lazada, as one of the largest app-based e-commerce in Southeast Asia, also utilizes the use of live streaming by initiating LazLive (Lazada Live Streaming) as one of the featured features in their mobile application. Unlike most e-commerce such as Tokopedia and Shopee, Lazada as a brand also creates official live stream content from the company through a series of special programs, which are actual features as well as customized marketing messages. This study aims to examine Lazada's strategy of creating a new live streaming method in its mobile application (LazLive). Based on the view of the social construction theory of technology, this study analyzed 23 Lazada live streams held from March 23 to April 24, 2023, during sahoor time. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, this study used content analysis techniques. The results found that (1) Lazada personalized several of its live streaming features to match the feel of the program, and (2) Lazada continues to update its features according to customer needs and feedback. (3) LazLive received a positive response from Lazada app users and contributed to the number of reviews received by the Lazada mobile app in the Google Play Store. All the innovations that Lazada provides through LazLive are expected to increase application consumers and the welfare of sellers.
