Abstract

Pola hidup yang terus berkembang di zaman modern membuat setiap orang memperhatikan penampilan yang baik, terlebih wanita yang saat ini selalu menginginkan penampilan yang cantik dan menarik untuk menunjang setiap aktifitasnya. Perkembangan produk kosmetik memberikan peluang bisnis bagi para produsen kosmetik atau produk yang masuk secara legal maupun ilegal, sehingga konsumen dapat memilih produk kosmetik yang terbaik bagi dirinya, dan produk tersebut dapat diperoleh dengan mudah di pusat-pusat perbelanjaa Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Promosi Di Media Sosial Dan Word Of Mouth Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Skincare Luxury Glow .Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, dengan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 responden menggunakan metode Purposiv sampling pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan beberapa pertimbangan tertentu sesuai dengan kriteria. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Teknik pengumpulan data dilapangan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan SPSS 23.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil perhitungan secara parsial (t) bahwa Promosi Di Media Sosial Dan Word Of Mouth berpengaruh Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Skincare Luxury Glow). Sedangkan hasil perhitungan secara simultan (f) Promosi Di Media Sosial Dan Word Of Mouth berpengaruh secara signifikan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Skincare Luxury Glow.

Abstract

The Direct Regional Head Election (Direct Regional Election) which will be held on November 27, 2024 is the embodiment of democratic values. The election of regional heads is an orientation of people's sovereignty which is a concept of a state that uses a democratic system like Indonesia. The people as holders of State sovereignty as stated in Article 1 paragraph 2 of the 1945 Constitution that the Sovereignty is in the hands of the people and is carried out according to the Constitution. The election of Regional Heads in Indonesia is a long political journey with various dynamics that occur between the interests of the political elite and the will of the people, the interests of the central and regional and the interests of businessmen and candidate pairs. In carrying out the Regional Head Election, it is carried out by an Independent Institution, namely the General Election Commission (KPU) which is the organizer in distributing people's sovereignty through Direct Regional Elections. The 2024 Regional Head Election will be held simultaneously throughout Indonesia, even though the regional elections have been completed, but some regions still have legal problems regarding the process or results of the simultaneous regional elections that have been carried out. Banjarbaru City, South Kalimantan Province is one of the areas that is the main issue of legal problems that result in alleged injustice and non-neutrality of the Banjarbaru City General Election Commission. This research is carried out by the Normative Juridical method, namely by examining the theories, concepts and legal principles and related regulations regarding the election of regional heads. From this study, it can be concluded that there have been legal problems regarding the rules for disqualification and re-printing of ballots regarding the Regional Head Election that occurred in Banjarbaru City.

Abstract

Image is a combination of planes, points, lines and colors to create a physical or human object. Images can be in the form of 2-dimensional images, such as photographs and paintings. 3-dimensional image like a statue. The use of image media information has several weaknesses, one of which is the ease with which it can be manipulated by certain parties with the help of increasingly developing technology. In this study, the Rail Fence Cipher and Merkle Hellman methods were applied which aimed to obtain a stronger cipher by utilizing two key levels where an asymmetric algorithm was used to protect the symmetric key. The asymmetric algorithm used is Merkle Hellman and the symmetrical algorithm used is Rail Fence Cipher. The results of this study indicate that applying the Rail Fence Cipher and Merkle Hellman algorithms can secure image files and secure keys for data integrity. Encryption and description processing time is affected by the size and resolution of the image file.

Abstract

Teachers are professional educators who have an important role in teaching, guiding, directing, training and assessing. In line with the development of the meaning of learning from teacher-oriented learning to student-oriented learning, the role of a teacher in the learning process has also shifted, one of the teacher's roles is as a motivator. Thus, the role of the teacher apart from being an educator and teacher also plays a role as a motivator for his students. Because in this way, students will not experience a saturation point and in the end students' interest and motivation in learning will continue to increase. Motivation can be said to be the overall driving force within students which creates, ensures continuity and provides direction to learning activities, so that it is hoped that goals can be achieved. This research will examine the efforts made by teachers in the field of Islamic religion to increase student learning motivation. This research is field research using descriptive analytical research methods, namely by describing and interpreting objects. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews with teachers, and documentation. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been carried out, the author concludes that the way to increase student learning motivation at MTs Al-Hikmah Sidang is to give advice, provide opportunities to show themselves, create an atmosphere of healthy competition.

Abstract

SMK Karya Guna Jaya sebagai institusi pendidikan menengah kejuruan memiliki tugas untuk mempersiapkan siswa tidak hanya dalam bidang kejuruan, tetapi juga dalam menghadapi tantangan teknologi digital. Siswa SMK, sebagai generasi yang tumbuh di tengah arus informasi digital, dihadapkan pada risiko dan ancaman yang berkaitan dengan penggunaan internet. Tujuan program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran internet sehat dan aman di kalangan siswa SMK Karya Guna Jaya melalui implementasi program sosialisasi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode tindakan sosial dengan melibatkan 60 siswa secara purposive sampling. Program melibatkan penyelenggaraan seminar, lokakarya, dan distribusi materi edukatif untuk membentuk pemahaman yang lebih baik terkait risiko dan perilaku internet yang bijak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam kesadaran dan perubahan perilaku online siswa. Dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan berbasis pengalaman, siswa mampu mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi risiko internet dengan bijak. Partisipasi siswa yang tinggi juga mencerminkan keberhasilan program. Kesimpulannya, program sosialisasi efektif dalam meningkatkan kesadaran internet sehat dan aman di kalangan siswa SMK, memberikan dasar bagi pengembangan inisiatif serupa, dan menekankan pentingnya pendekatan partisipatif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pengalaman belajar siswa.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan melatih penggunaan ChatGPT sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) di SMK Bina Jaya Palembang. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dengan memanfaatkan teknologi AI guna mendukung siswa dan guru dalam proses belajar mengajar yang lebih interaktif dan efektif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi, simulasi, dan praktik langsung, yang diikuti oleh evaluasi untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dari guru dan siswa dalam memanfaatkan ChatGPT, dengan peningkatan signifikan pada keterampilan literasi digital dan kemampuan merancang media pembelajaran. Namun, keterbatasan seperti waktu praktik yang kurang dan tingkat literasi digital yang bervariasi menjadi tantangan yang perlu diatasi. Implikasi dari kegiatan ini adalah perlunya pelatihan lanjutan untuk mendukung penerapan teknologi AI secara berkelanjutan dalam dunia pendidikan, terutama di lingkungan sekolah menengah kejuruan.

Abstract

This study analyzes the social influence on the adoption of Microsoft Teams using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) framework. The method employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), examining 51 relevant articles that discuss social influence and technology adoption. The results show that social support, interpersonal communication, and network size significantly affect an individual's decision to use Microsoft Teams. The article selection process follows the PRISMA methodology, with articles indexed in Q1 and Q2 Scopus journals. The findings indicate that social influences, such as recommendations from friends or colleagues, can enhance an individual's intention to adopt technology. These results provide guidance for policymakers to leverage social influence in promoting the adoption of collaborative technologies, contributing to productivity and collaboration in the education and economic sectors.

Abstract

Pandemic Covid 19 has impacted every business operation worldwide and increased business risk. Auditors' responsibility to provide audit quality has become more prevalent. This study aims to get empirical evidence of auditor experience, auditor industry specialisation, and audit risk on audit quality during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research methods used quantitative with a survey approach; data gathered by a survey of Auditor. The result finds that during turbulent economic situations, the need for auditor experience and auditor's industry specialists has increased to mitigate the audit risk. Auditor experience and auditor industry specialists were needed to promote audit quality with low audit risk. The study has proved that auditor experience, industry specialisation, and audit risk impact audit quality. Assessing the auditor and public accounting firm using quality control standards from risk-based perspectives is urgently required. Other studies may investigate the issues using qualitative methods to get a deeper understanding.

Abstract

Library management is a crucial aspect to ensure efficient and effective access to information resources for users. It involves planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the library's information resources, including collections, staff, budget, and information technology. The main objective of library management is to support and enhance learning, research, and knowledge development by providing high-quality and relevant information services. The principles of library management include planning, organizing, leadership, control, collection development, user services, and technology utilization. Libraries play a significant role in supporting the learning process in schools and madrasas by providing various learning resources, facilitating independent learning, enhancing information literacy, supporting student research and projects, promoting a reading culture, collaborating with teachers, providing access to digital resources, and offering reference and consultation services. Collection development is a critical aspect of library management, involving the systematic selection and acquisition of library materials based on user needs, curriculum relevance, and the latest developments in various fields of knowledge. The maintenance and preservation of library collections are also essential to ensure their longevity and accessibility. Effective library management strategies, including the development, maintenance, and preservation of collections, are vital to providing diverse and high-quality resources that support learning, research, and knowledge development in educational environments.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of schedules, fares and passenger complaints on consumer decisions to use the PT. ALS. The method used in this research is quantitative. The population in this study is ALS bus passengers with a total of 11,655 people using the ALS bus fleet for the last 3 months starting from December 2021 - February 2022. In this study, samples were taken using the Slovin formula, and using a probability sampling technique, namely proportionate stratified random sampling. The total number of respondents in this study were 101 consumers. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression method using SPSS Version 25.00 program. The results obtained from the coefficient value of 0.293, where the value of t-count > t-table (3.637 > 1.6602) and a significant value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, meaning that the schedule has a significant effect on consumer decisions, then Ha1 is accepted. The calculated F value is 70.779. With = 5%, dk of numerator: 4, dk of denominator: 101-3-1 (5%; 2; 97; Ftable 2.47) obtained F table value of 2.47. From this description it can be seen that F arithmetic (70,779) > F table (3,15), and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Schedule Variable (X1 ) , Tariff ( X2 ) and Passenger Complaints (X 3 ) have a simultaneous (simultaneous) effect on the Consumer Decision Variable (Y).
