Abstract

Pelatihan Aplikasi Pendataan Penduduk untuk Pengurus RT Kota Samarinda merupakan program pelatihan yang ditujukan kepada para pengurus Rukun Tetangga (RT) di Kota Samarinda untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mereka dalam mengelola data penduduk secara efisien. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan dan memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta mengenai penggunaan aplikasi pendataan penduduk yang dapat mempermudah proses pengumpulan, pengolahan, dan pemeliharaan data penduduk di tingkat RT.Selama pelatihan, peserta akan diberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dasar dalam penggunaan aplikasi pendataan penduduk yang mencakup pendaftaran penduduk baru, pemutakhiran data penduduk, pencatatan perubahan status penduduk, dan manajemen data penduduk secara keseluruhan. Pelatihan juga akan melibatkan sesi praktik langsung menggunakan aplikasi, sehingga peserta dapat mengaplikasikan pengetahuan yang telah mereka peroleh. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini, diharapkan para pengurus RT di Kota Samarinda akan mampu menjalankan tugas mereka dengan lebih efektif dan efisien dalam mengelola data penduduk. Aplikasi pendataan penduduk akan membantu mengurangi risiko kesalahan data, meningkatkan akurasi informasi penduduk, dan mempercepat proses pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan data yang valid. Dalam jangka panjang, hal ini diharapkan dapat berdampak positif terhadap pembangunan dan perencanaan kota Samarinda, serta pelayanan publik yang lebih baik kepada warga masyarakat.

Abstract

Fine motor skills in children that involve movements using small muscles in the hands and wrists need to be trained through writing, eating, dressing, and playing activities. These skills develop gradually from birth to adulthood and require regular practice. One of the play activities to train fine motor skills in early childhood is assembling robots. This activity can improve children's fine motor skills, improve hand-eye coordination, dexterity, accuracy, strength, creativity, problem solving, and spatial awareness. The robot used in this activity is a line follower robot. There are 3 types of robots used in this activity. This activity was carried out with students of Kartika V-16 Samarinda Kindergarten which began with interviews with teachers, preparing activity materials, and presenting materials while practicing them with students and parents. The results of this activity show that assembling robots from used goods is not only fun, but also educational and improves the relationship between parents and children. This activity can also be an effective and fun way to introduce children to the world of technology and support the development of their essential skills.

Abstract

The development of computer technology has undergone a significant evolution from the outset as a mechanical tool for calculating and storing data into systems capable of performing tasks with artificial intelligence. Digitization of data and processes has driven efficiency in various aspects of life, while the development of artificial intelligence enables machines to learn, adapt, and perform tasks that normally require human intelligence. The research method in this research is the study of literature by finding the theory in accordance with the context of penalty. The results of this research reveal that the development of computer technology has driven major innovations in a variety of fields, including industrial automation, development of autonomous cars, and the application of artificial intelligence in health. However, while these developments bring positive benefits such as improved efficiency and ease of access to information, there are also new challenges such as concerns about privacy and the impact of artificial intelligence on everyday life. The development of computer technology continues, and in the future we will probably see more innovations that will affect the way we live and work. It is therefore important to ensure that these developments are managed wisely, considering their impact on society and finding the right balance between technological progress and the general interest.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Nurse Performance at Mitra Sejati General Hospital Medan. The population in this study amounted to 113 permanent nurses and used probability sampling as many as 88 respondents. Data processing using SPSS 22 for Windows. Based on the results of the study partially showed that there was a Positive and Significant influence of Emotional Intelligence Variables on Nurse Performance at Mitra Sejati General Hospital Medan by 37.2%. There is a Positive and Significant Influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Variables on Nurse Performance at Mitra Sejati General Hospital Medan by 38%. Based on the results of the research with the Determination test, it shows that the Variables of Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) simultaneously have an effect on Nurse Performance. This can be seen from the results of the Determination Coefficient Test which shows a value of 0.359 which means that Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) affects the performance of nurses by 35.9% while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the macro structure of a composite material mixed with rice husk and polyurethane. Determine the material with the best composition to apply to the cooler or fish storage area. The urgency of this research is the application of appropriate technological concepts to support the cold chain system so that the quality of fishermen's catches can be maintained. One of the efforts made is to make composite materials for insulation from a mixture of rice husks and polyurethane with various composition ratios ranging from 1:0.5 to 1:2 polyurethane-rice husks. The results of the research show that each composition obtains different results. From the macro photo test resultsed it shows that the lowest maximum area is in the 1:2 composition, namely 1:2A 14393, 1:2B 5232, 1:2C 4013. From all the test results, the composition is 1:2 is the most feasible material for making fish cooler box insulation because, this composition does not affect the expansion of the polyol and issocianate reaction

Abstract

Continuou Settling Tank (CST) is one of the units located at the clarification station where the CST works to separate oil and mud based on differences in specific gravity where the lighter density will go up, namely oil, while the heavy type will settle to the bottom, namely mud. The language here is how to make the construction of the agitator transmission in the Continuou Settling Tank (CST) unit and how the agitator blade influences the oil content contained in the sludge in the Continuou Settling Tank (CST) unit. The method is carried out with variations in the number of blades that open 2, 4 and 6 pieces. The specifications of the equipment data obtained are primary data resulting from the design of the Continuou Settling Tank (CST) tool. Based on the blade obtained two results the percentage of oil content of 10.85%. This shows that there is still oil content in the mud. Likewise, the blade that found four pieces was 8.678%. While on the blade that got six pieces, the average percentage of oil was 7.652%. This shows that the blades that have been opened six pieces have met the desired percentage of oil standards.

Abstract

This article was prepared to determine the role of communication in crowdfunding on online platforms in the last three years. In answering this research problem, a research based on a systematic literature review was carried out. The research was conducted using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA). The results of the research found that communication contributed significantly to crowdfunding in the last three years. This research has several findings. First, the use of social media or media networks will be more effective when communicators are able to provide information about campaign development. Narrative and message persuasion are important to pay attention to for the success of crowdfunding. Second, trust is critical for success in the online marketplace, especially in crowdfunding. Thus, social media engagement and information sharing on social media are very important for the success of crowdfunding. This is also supported by good comments from consumers on social media. Third, companies that carry out crowdfunding campaigns on a basis other than donations must be able to provide reciprocity that attracts people to take part in the crowdfunding carried out. In these three findings, effective communication has a significant contribution to the success of crowdfunding. The conclusion of this research, looking at the contribution of communication in crowdfunding, further research and direction is needed regarding communication in crowdfunding.

Abstract

Distillation is a technique for extracting Atsiri oils from various plants, one notable example being the Serai Wangi plant (Cymbopogon nardus), a type of herb commonly used in medicine, beauty products, and even as an additive to fuel. Atsiri oils from Serai Wangi can be produced through various methods, such as extraction. The advantage of this method is that it does not require high temperatures, thereby preventing the oil from degrading easily. Consequently, this distillation equipment design was developed to assist farming communities in acquiring an efficient distillation machine. The design process began with a literature study related to the design of distillation equipment. It involved calculating the design of the device and testing the functionality of the distillation equipment. The parameters observed were the effective capacity of the device, its performance, and the yield results. The outcome of this Serai Wangi oil distillation equipment design, featuring an evaporation tank, is that the evaporation process, where the burning furnace heats the water in the tank and steam is directed to the condenser through a connecting pipe, operates efficiently and can produce Atsiri oils of high quality and quantity.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi: 1. Untuk mengidentifikasi strategi guru fikih dalam meningkatkan Self efficacy siswa pada pembelajaran fikih di MTs Adolina Perbaungan. 2. Untuk mengidentifikasi dampak penerapan strategi guru Fikih terhadap self-efficacy siswa pada pembelajaran Fikih di MTs Adolina Perbaungan. 3. Untuk mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan kendala penerapan strategi guru Fikih terhadap self-efficacy siswa pada pembelajaran Fikih di MTs Adolina.. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kulitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Strategi guru fikih dalam meningkatkan Self efficacy siswa pada pembelajaran fikih di MTs Adolina Perbaungan adalah menggunakan metode pembelajaran yang interaktif dan berjenjang, pemberian penguatan positif, serta pendekatan personal bagi siswa yang mengalami kesulitan. Guru juga berperan dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung dengan memberikan motivasi, kesempatan untuk bertanya, dan memberikan contoh nyata yang relevan dengan kehidupan sehari-hari. Semua ini membantu siswa merasa lebih percaya diri dalam mengerjakan tugas dan memahami materi Fikih. 2. Dampak penerapan strategi guru Fikih terhadap self-efficacy siswa pada pembelajaran Fikih di MTs Adolina Perbaungan sangat positif. Hal ini terlihat dari siswa merasa lebih percaya diri dalam mengerjakan tugas, berani untuk mencoba menyelesaikan soal-soal yang lebih sulit, serta tidak ragu untuk bertanya atau berdiskusi di kelas. 3. Faktor pendukung penerapan strategi guru Fikih terhadap self-efficacy siswa pada pembelajaran Fikih di MTs Adolina adalah adanya dukungan penuh dari sekolah, suasana kelas yang kondusif, keterlibatan siswa yang tinggi, dan dukungan teman sebaya. Guru yang memberikan motivasi, tugas yang bertahap, serta metode pengajaran yang variatif juga sangat membantu meningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa dalam memahami materi. Sedangkan kendala yang menghambat proses ini, seperti perbedaan latar belakang akademik dan motivasi siswa, keterbatasan waktu belajar di kelas, serta akses yang tidak merata terhadap teknologi dan bahan belajar di rumah The purpose of this study is to identify: 1. To identify the fiqh teacher strategy in improving students' self-efficacy in fiqh learning at MTs Adolina Perbaungan. 2. To identify the impact of implementing the fiqh teacher strategy on students' self-efficacy in fiqh learning at MTs Adolina Perbaungan. 3. To identify supporting factors and obstacles to implementing the fiqh teacher strategy on students' self-efficacy in fiqh learning at MTs Adolina. This type of research is qualitative. Research data were obtained from observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that: 1. The strategy of the fiqh teacher in improving students' self-efficacy in fiqh learning at MTs Adolina Perbaungan is to use interactive and tiered learning methods, provide positive reinforcement, and a personal approach for students who experience difficulties. The teacher also plays a role in creating a supportive learning environment by providing motivation, opportunities to ask questions, and providing real examples that are relevant to everyday life. All of this helps students feel more confident in doing assignments and understanding fiqh material. 2. The impact of implementing the fiqh teacher's strategy on students' self-efficacy in fiqh learning at MTs Adolina Perbaungan is very positive. This can be seen from students feeling more confident in doing assignments, daring to try to solve more difficult questions, and not hesitating to ask or discuss in class. 3. Supporting factors for implementing the fiqh teacher's strategy on students' self-efficacy in fiqh learning at MTs Adolina are full support from the school, a conducive classroom atmosphere, high student involvement, and peer support. Teachers who provide motivation, gradual assignments, and varied teaching methods also greatly help increase students' self-confidence in understanding the material.
