Abstract

Program PKM "Pustaka Pintar: Pendampingan Pendirian Perpustakaan Desa untuk Meningkatkan Literasi Anak di Desa Mekar Sari" bertujuan meningkatkan akses dan minat baca anak di pedesaan. Keterbatasan bahan bacaan dan sarana pendidikan menghambat budaya membaca. Menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR), program ini melibatkan masyarakat dalam setiap tahap pelaksanaan. Survei awal menunjukkan minat baca tinggi pada anak, namun akses terbatas. Program ini mendirikan perpustakaan desa dengan koleksi buku dan fasilitas membaca yang nyaman. Kegiatan literasi seperti bimbingan membaca dan mendongeng meningkatkan kunjungan perpustakaan. Tantangan seperti koleksi buku terbatas, kurangnya staf, dan keberlanjutan operasional masih ada. Rekomendasi program adalah kerja sama dengan komunitas literasi dan lembaga pendidikan untuk meningkatkan koleksi buku dan mengembangkan program literasi yang inovatif.

Abstract

The global economy increasingly emphasizes development in terms of the economy that must be able to improve people's standard of living to achieve progress. Labor force participation is one of the important factors influencing economic growth, where the role of women in the workforce is often hampered by gender inequality that still exists in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the relationship between the level of male and female participation in the workforce to the Indonesian economy. This study uses secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) to analyze the differences in labor participation between men and women, and their impact on macroeconomic indicators. Using the panel data regression analysis method, this study compares the effect of male and female labor force participation on economic growth in various provinces in Indonesia. The results of the study show that there is an effect on male LFPR and female LFPR, although male participation in the workforce is higher than women, increasing female participation can make a significant contribution to the Indonesian economy, especially in sectors that require skilled workers. This study can help the Indonesian government in making the right policies.

Abstract

Abstrak Kinerja guru dapat dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, diantaranya yaitu pendidikan, pelatihan dan komunikasi organisasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pendidikan dan pelatihan serta komunikasi organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri 1 Tahunan Jepara. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian explanatory. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP Negeri 1 Tahunan Jepara yang berjumlah 33 guru. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah metode sensus yaitu mengambil seluruh anggota populasi sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan pelatihan dan komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.Kata kunci: Pendidikan Pelatihan, Komunikasi Organisasi, Kinerja.  AbstractTeacher performance can be influenced by various factors, including education, training and organizational communication. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of education and training and organizational communication on the performance of teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Tahunan Jepara. The type of this research is explanatory research. The population of this study is all teachers of SMP Negeri 1 Tahunan Jepara, amounting to 33 teachers. The sampling technique used is the census method that takes all members of the population as a sample of research. Methods of data collection in this study using questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple regression analysis. The results showed that education training and organizational communication have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.Keyword: Education Training, Organizational Communication, Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of role-playing methods on the development of children's social behavior at Mekar Mekarti Kindergarten in Pasangkayu Regency. Social behavior is an important skill that needs to be developed from an early age, including caring, cooperation, and mutual assistance. This study used a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest design, involving 15 children as research subjects. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis was performed statistically using a t-test through the SPSS program. The results showed a significant increase in children's social behavior after being given treatment in the form of role-playing methods. The pretest average score of 4.93 increased to 8.13 on the posttest. In addition, the Not Yet Developed (BB) category, which previously dominated, decreased dramatically to 0% after the treatment, while the Developing as Expected (BSH) and Developing Very Well (BSB) categories increased significantly. The t-test showed a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, so it can be concluded that the role-playing method has a significant effect on children's social behavior. Thus, the role-playing method can be used as an effective learning strategy in developing the social aspects of early childhood.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) plays a strategic role in shaping the character of students to be faithful, pious, and noble. However, its implementation in elementary schools, especially in areas with limited resources, still faces various obstacles. This study aims to analyze the problems of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) learning at SDN 2 Gebang Sidoarjo, which is classified as a school in the 3T (remote, outermost, disadvantaged) category. The research focuses on identifying problems in PAI learning in terms of teacher human resources, learning facilities and infrastructure, learning methods, and student interest and participation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was carried out through participant observation, in-depth interviews with the principal, IRE teachers, and students, as well as analysis of learning documents. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, which includes the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that PAI learning at SDN 2 Gebang Sidoarjo faces various interrelated problems, including the limited number and competence of PAI teachers who must also serve as classroom teachers, the lack of learning support facilities and infrastructure, the dominance of conventional learning methods due to the multi-grade system, and low student interest and participation influenced by a lack of learning variety and family support. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that improving the quality of PAI learning requires comprehensive improvement efforts through strengthening teacher competence, providing adequate facilities and infrastructure, applying contextual and innovative learning methods, and strengthening collaboration between schools, parents, and the community. ABSTRAK Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik yang beriman, bertakwa, dan berakhlak mulia. Namun, pelaksanaannya di sekolah dasar, khususnya di daerah dengan keterbatasan sumber daya, masih menghadapi berbagai kendala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis problematika pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SDN 2 Gebang Sidoarjo yang tergolong sebagai sekolah dengan kategori 3T (terpencil, terluar, tertinggal). Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada identifikasi permasalahan pembelajaran PAI yang ditinjau dari aspek sumber daya manusia (SDM) guru, sarana dan prasarana pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, serta minat dan partisipasi peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipan, wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru PAI, dan peserta didik, serta analisis dokumen pembelajaran. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran PAI di SDN 2 Gebang Sidoarjo menghadapi berbagai problematika yang saling berkaitan, antara lain keterbatasan jumlah dan kompetensi guru PAI yang harus merangkap sebagai guru kelas, minimnya sarana dan prasarana pendukung pembelajaran, dominasi metode pembelajaran konvensional akibat sistem kelas rangkap, serta rendahnya minat dan partisipasi siswa yang dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya variasi pembelajaran dan dukungan lingkungan keluarga. Simpulan penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran PAI memerlukan upaya perbaikan yang komprehensif melalui penguatan kompetensi guru, penyediaan sarana prasarana yang memadai, penerapan metode pembelajaran yang kontekstual dan inovatif, serta penguatan kolaborasi antara sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat.

Abstract

Principal leadership plays a crucial role in improving the quality of national education, but is often hampered by a purely administrative approach. This study focuses on an in-depth analysis of the principal's strategic role in improving teacher professionalism at SMPN 2 Jabon by identifying various indicators of effective and adaptive leadership. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research was systematically implemented, including data collection through field observations, in-depth interviews with school stakeholders, and documentation studies, which were then analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. The results revealed that leadership effectiveness in this institution is realized through the systematic integration of transformational, instructional, and participatory styles. Key findings indicate a significant improvement in the aspects of sustainable teacher competency development, stable work motivation, and the implementation of a more transparent and constructive performance evaluation system. A humanistic leadership style oriented towards empowering human resources has been proven to create a conducive work climate and accelerate pedagogical innovation among educators. The main conclusion of the study confirms that the figure of a principal who is able to adapt various leadership styles according to the unique context of the school makes a major contribution to strengthening teacher professionalism and improving the quality of school education in order to create a superior generation that has character, is intelligent, competitive, and is ready to face all the dynamics of the global era. ABSTRAK Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berperan krusial dalam mendongkrak mutu pendidikan nasional, namun sering kali masih terkendala oleh pendekatan yang bersifat administratif semata. Penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis mendalam mengenai peran strategis kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan profesionalisme guru di SMPN 2 Jabon melalui identifikasi berbagai indikator kepemimpinan yang efektif dan adaptif. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, tahapan penelitian dilaksanakan secara sistematis meliputi pengumpulan data melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam dengan pemangku kepentingan sekolah, serta studi dokumentasi yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana. Hasil penelitian mengungkap bahwa efektivitas kepemimpinan di institusi ini terwujud melalui integrasi gaya transformasional, instruksional, serta partisipatif secara sistematis. Temuan utama menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nyata dalam aspek pengembangan kompetensi guru yang berkelanjutan, motivasi kerja yang stabil, serta implementasi sistem evaluasi kinerja yang lebih transparan dan konstruktif. Gaya kepemimpinan yang humanis serta berorientasi pada pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia terbukti mampu menciptakan iklim kerja yang kondusif sekaligus memicu akselerasi inovasi pedagogik para pendidik. Simpulan utama penelitian menegaskan bahwa figur kepala sekolah yang mampu mengadaptasi berbagai gaya kepemimpinan sesuai konteks unik sekolah memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap penguatan profesionalisme guru dan perbaikan mutu pendidikan sekolah demi terciptanya generasi unggul yang berkarakter, cerdas, kompetitif, dan siap menghadapi seluruh dinamika zaman global.
