This study aims to examine how the process of transferring BMN through online auctions is carried out by close bidding and deletion of BMN using the SAKTI application system (central integrated) to replace SIMAK-BMN which is located at the research site of the Pompengan Jeneberang-South Sulawesi River Basin Research Center (BBWS). places of internship activities) which will be carried out in September 2022-December 2022 which will be continued with an extension of observations at the end of March 2023 on 3,385 Registration Serial Numbers (NUP) which include State Property (BMN) including fixed assets which are included in the category of equipment and machine. The results of the transfer in the form of online auction sales obtained a positive impact in the form of a deposit to the state treasury Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP) which was included in the sale of the equipment and machinery category in the amount of IDR 22,300,000.00 also with an auction fee of 2% (2 percent) of IDR 446,000.00. The position of the Planned Need for State Property (BMN) in 2023 shows streamlining for maintenance spending in the data. The use of an application that makes it easier to detail research object data in the form of BMN which is included in the deletion process in the form of SIMAK-BMN but migrating to SAKTI as a new system that still needs to be adaptive in use and coordinate between parties so that it can run smoothly.

This research aims to describe the methods and impacts of implementing Islamic religious education based on multicultural values in shaping the character of students at the Hamzar Bayan Health Vocational School. This research is a type of qualitative research, namely a research approach that produces descriptive data in the form of data from observations, interviews and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The emergence of the idea of a multicultural-based Islamic religious education program in shaping the character of students is highly desired, because so far it has been felt that the educational process has not been successful in developing people with character. It could be that one of the reasons is because education currently focuses more on intellectual or cognitive development alone. Therefore, to realize religious character education for students, schools are needed that do not only pay attention to intellectual or cognitive aspects alone, but also include aspects of soft skills or non-academic as one of the main elements of moral education. Hamzar Bayan Health Vocational School as a vocational high school which is under the auspices of the Marakitta'limat Foundation is considered to be the right place to shape the character of students, through familiarizing students with religious activities which are implemented through daily habits as well as in extra or intra-school activities. This can be seen from multicultural values such as the values of togetherness, diversity and democracy which can be seen in teaching methods, so that it can form students who are not only skilled at working in the health sector but also excel in religious achievements and have good morals.

This research aims to describe the development of an animated video tool for listening materials in teaching Arabic language in the tenth grade at Al-Jihad High School in Buanjin, and to describe the effectiveness of the animated video tool for listening materials in teaching Arabic language in the tenth grade at Al-Jihad High School in Buanjin. This research relies on the ADDIE model, which consists of (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. This research was conducted at Al-Jihad High School in Northern Buanjin by involving 9 respondents from August to September 2022 to determine the feasibility level of the learning tool. The results of this developmental research are: (1) Animated video products that contain educational materials and animations for students and teachers, attractive presentations, and training questions; (2) The feasibility level of the multimedia learning tool based on audiovisual Arabic language for tenth-grade students was rated by media experts with an overall average of 74% in the "Effective" category, by subject matter experts with an overall average of 90% in the "Very Effective" category, individual testing with an overall average of 80% in the "Effective" category, and tests conducted by students with an overall average of 93% in the "Very Effective" category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the animated video tool for learning audiovisual Arabic language that was developed is highly feasible for use with an overall average of 85%. هذا البحث يهدف إلى وصف تطوير وسيلة فيديو الرسوم المتحركة المواد الاستماع في تعليم اللغة العربية في الصف العاشر بالمدرسة العالية الجهاد بوانجين، و وصف فعالية وسيلة فيديو الرسوم المتحركة المواد الاستماع في تعليم اللغة العربية في الصف العاشر بالمدرسة العالية الجهاد بوانجين. يعتمد هذا البحث على نموذج ADDIE وهي عبارة عن (1) التحليل، (2) التصميم، (3) الطوير، (4) التطبيق، و (5) التقييم. تم إجراء هذا البحث في المدرسة العالية الجهاد بوانجين لووو الشمالية من خلال إشراك 9 المدعى عليه في أغسطس إلى سبتمبر 2022 لتحديد مستوى جدوى وسيلة التعلم. نتائج هذا البحث التنموي هي: (1) منتجات فيديو متحركة تجتوي على مواد تعليمية ورسوم متحركة للطلاب والمعلمين و عروص جذابة وأسئلة تدريب (2) حصل مستوى جدو تعلم الوسيلة المتعددة على أساس اللغة العربية السمعي البصري لطلاب الصف عشر بو اسطة خبراء الإعلام على متوسط إجمالي قدره 74% في فئة "فعال"، من قبل خبراء المواد الذين حصلوا على متوسط إجمالي قدره 90% مع "فعال جدا"،" والاختبار من الفردية على متوسط إجمالي قدره 80 وهي " فعال"، وحصلت الاختبارات التي أجراها الطلاب على متوسط إجمالي قدره 93% في فئة " فعال جدا"، لذلك يمكن استنتاج أن وسيلة الفيديو المتحركة لتعلم اللغة العربية السمعية والبصرية التي تم تطويرها مجدية جدًا للاستخدام على متوسط إجمالي قدره 85%

The use of educational tools plays a crucial role in the learning process and must be appropriately selected and adapted to students' needs. One such tool is the pop-up book, which can enhance students' interest in learning Arabic by providing unique and engaging visuals. This research aims to: 1) understand the development process of an educational tool based on pop-up books to support Arabic language teaching for tenth-grade students at SMA Negeri 7 Luwu Timur, and 2) determine the effectiveness of this pop-up book-based educational tool. Utilizing an R&D research type with a 4D model, the study found that expert validation scores were 98.18% for content (very valid), 96.92% for media (very valid), and 94% for educational aspects (very valid). Small group trials scored 91.2% (highly satisfactory), and large group trials scored 90.12% (highly satisfactory). Thus, the pop-up book is deemed highly effective for teaching Arabic to tenth-grade students. ملخص استخدام الأدوات التعليمية يلعب دورًا حاسمًا في عملية التعلم ويجب اختيارها وتعديلها بشكل مناسب لتلبية احتياجات الطلاب. إحدى هذه الأدوات هي كتاب البوب أب، الذي يمكن أن يعزز اهتمام الطلاب بتعلم اللغة العربية من خلال توفير صور فريدة وجذابة. يهدف هذا البحث إلى: 1) فهم عملية تطوير أداة تعليمية قائمة على كتب البوب أب لدعم تدريس اللغة العربية لطلاب الصف العاشر في المدرسة الثانوية الحكومية 7 لووو الشرقية، و 2) تحديد فعالية هذه الأداة التعليمية القائمة على كتب البوب أب. باستخدام نوع البحث R&D مع نموذج 4D، وجدت الدراسة أن درجات التحقق من الخبراء كانت 98.18% للمحتوى (صحيح جدًا)، 96.92% للوسائط (صحيح جدًا)، و94% للجوانب التعليمية (صحيح جدًا). تجارب المجموعة الصغيرة حصلت على 91.2% (ممتاز جدًا)، وتجارب المجموعة الكبيرة حصلت على 90.12% (ممتاز جدًا). وبالتالي، يعتبر كتاب البوب أب فعالًا للغاية لتدريس اللغة العربية لطلاب الصف العاشر

Abstract This research aims to determine the development process and level of validity of the product being developed. This type of research is research and development (R&D) by adapting the 4D development model which consists of four stages, namely definition, design, development and dissemination. The subjects of this research were class X students at MAN Palopo. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, validation sheets, student response questionnaires, and documentation. Data was analyzed using qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of this development research are al-hiwayah teaching materials using Instagram based on the Capcut application for class X students at MAN Palopo. The product validation test results show that: 1) material expert validation obtained a score of 98.18%; 2) media expert validation obtained a score of 93.33%; 3) and learning expert validation obtained a score of 92.94%. Based on the results of product validation tests by three expert validators, it shows that al-hiwayah teaching materials using Instagram based on the Capcut application are very valid to be applied in Arabic language learning. الملخص يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد عملية التطوير ومستوى صلاحية المنتج المطور. نوع البحث هو البحث والتطوير (R&D) باستخدام نموذج تطوير D4 الذي يتكون من أربع مراحل وهي مرحلة التحديد، والتصميم، والتطوير، والانتشار. وحدات البحث هم طلبة الصف العاشر بالمدرسة العالية الحكومية فالوفو. وأساليب جمع البيانات المستخدمة هي الملاحظة والمقابلة وأوراق التحقق من الصحة واستبانات استجابة الطلبة والوثائق. وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام أساليب تحليل البيانات الكيفية والكمية. نتيجة هذا البحث والتطوير هي مادة التعليم على أساس تطبيق CapCut بإستخدام إنستغرام في مادة الهواية لطلبة الصف العاشر بالمدرسة العالية الحكومية فالوفو. نتائج التحقق من صحة المنتج:1) التحقق من الصحة من قبل خبير المادة حصل على درجة 98،18%؛ 2) وخبير الوسيلة حصل على 93،33%؛ 3) وخبير التعليم حصل على 92،94%. بناءً على النتائج، يمكن استنتاج أن وسيلة التعليم المطورة صالحة جداً للتطبيق في تعليم اللغة العربية.

Mathematical representation skills are essential for students, as they serve as the foundational ability to develop mathematical thinking and are key to deep conceptual understanding and effective problem solving. However, these skills are often underdeveloped due to the lack of test instruments specifically designed to measure aspects of representation within a particular material context. This study aims to develop test instruments that are valid, reliable, and have appropriate levels of difficulty and discrimination, in order to assess students' mathematical representation skills in relational and functional topics. The research employs a development approach with preliminary and formative evaluation stages adapted from the Tessmer model. The instruments were systematically developed through expert validation, student responses, and field trials involving 31 respondents. The validation process resulted in 14 valid items, with a reliability coefficient of 0.68. The final instrument consists of 3 easy and 11 medium-difficulty questions, with discrimination indices ranging from adequate to very good. These results indicate that the instrument meets the criteria for validity, reliability, appropriate difficulty level, and discrimination power.

Efforts to control Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) require complete and accurate information. The spread of the virus can be seen from the perspective of spatial information (geospatial), one of the main components is a picture of the earth both in whole or in part made in analog or digital format. Darul Imarah districtis one of the endemic districts of DHF with 32 cases in 2017. The distribution of cases is made in the form of spatial mapping.The aim of this research is to map the existence of Aedesaegypti breeding place based on geographic information system (GIS) in DarulImarahDistrict. This research method is descriptive observational survey using geographic information system modeling through spatial analysis. The research subject is the data of dengue hemorrhagic fever cases in 2017 and Aedesaegypti breeding places in the case home environment. Data analysis was performed descriptively, then presented with spatial analysis.The results of the analysis note that the existence of breeding places and dense housing has the potential for DHF. The home environment of DHF patients found less than 100 meters in the presence of breeding places. Blockchains are typically named as democratisation technologies, however ever, their relationship with the law and general democratic establishments remains uncertain. First, it compares blockchain technology with the broader theory of transparency. Second, it examines the link between transparency and democracy, and asks how blockchain technology mediates these relationships. Finally, it studies blockchain however technology affects specific manifestations of transparency and freedom of information. The conclusion of this text is that the relationship between transparency and democratic ideals is complex, controversial, and extremely contextual; the “democratized” technical transparency embedded within the blockchain will simply be evidenced in its application. It's undemocratic. while not considering the political gatekeepers and also the legal, social, and cultural desires that support these goals, blockchain technology cannot bring home the bacon the broader goals of transparency.

E-filing is a tax reporting system using an Annual Tax Return (SPT) that is conducted electronically. This study aims to test and analyze the success of the e-Filing system using the Information System Success Model approach by DeLone & McLean (2003). The data used in this study is primary data collected through questionnaires, with a total sample of 70 individual taxpayers registered as employees at the Bulukumba Tax Office. The measurement variables used include system quality, information quality, service quality, and user satisfaction. The results show that information quality has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction, and service quality also has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction. This research can contribute to tax authorities in developing electronic systems to facilitate taxpayers in filing their tax returns. It also highlights the importance of information quality and service quality in the use of the e-filing system to ensure that taxpayers feel satisfied in fulfilling their tax obligations.

Environmental issues, particularly organic waste management, are an urgent global problem that needs to be introduced from an early age. This service activity aims to introduce simple biotechnology through composting to the 5th-grade students of SDN 005 Tarakan City as part of the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) in the Independent Curriculum. The methods used include a school needs survey, facilitator training, socialisation, and hands-on practice in making compost using organic materials easily found in the school environment. The results of the activity show that students were enthusiastic about participating in the entire series of activities and were able to understand the concept of recycling and the benefits of compost for the environment. Additionally, this activity raises students' awareness of the importance of maintaining environmental cleanliness and provides contextual experiences that support meaningful learning. Composting has proven to be an effective educational medium for fostering environmental awareness, practical skills, and collaborative and socially responsible attitudes in elementary school students.
