Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand effective strategies in the implementation of Supply Chain Management (SCM) and identify challenges that may be faced by companies during its implementation. The research method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) to evaluate previous research results related to research questions about SCM. This research aims to analyze the influences, challenges, and strategies for effective and efficient SCM implementation in improving the company's operational performance and to provide recommendations that can support successful SCM implementation. The results of this study indicate that Big Data-based marketing in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 needs to pay attention to aspects of business ethics. Supply Chain Management (SCM) analysis shows the importance of SCM implementation in improving the company's operational performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the role of customer trust and satisfaction in the context of e-commerce business and to explore how these two factors influence customer loyalty and online purchase decisions. The benefit of the results of this study for companies is that they can improve their marketing strategies and e-commerce services to strengthen customer trust and satisfaction. The research method used is a qualitative approach using literature studies to gain a deeper understanding of the factors that influence the variables under study. The results show that both satisfaction and trust have a significant impact in the context of e-commerce business.

Abstract

Workshop Penerapan STEM di Sekolah Menengah di SMA Istiqamah Muhammadiyah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman siswa terhadap STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) melalui metode interaktif. Kegiatan ini menargetkan 33 siswa kelas 3 yang dipilih secara acak. Metode yang digunakan meliputi presentasi, diskusi, dan aktivitas praktis, dirancang untuk memotivasi siswa agar lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran. Hasil survei menunjukkan peningkatan minat dari 45% menjadi 85%, pemahaman konsep dari 40% menjadi 80%, dan kepercayaan diri dari 30% menjadi 75%. Selain itu, siswa juga lebih mampu melihat relevansi STEM dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, meningkat dari 35% menjadi 78%. Keberhasilan ini menegaskan bahwa pendekatan yang mengintegrasikan teori dan praktik dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa. Pengabdian ini tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan tetapi juga mempersiapkan siswa untuk masa depan dengan keterampilan STEM yang esensial. Dengan demikian, program ini dapat menjadi model bagi sekolah lain dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran STEM di Indonesia.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate students' sustainability awareness and engagement and to analyze students' perception of the ESD Project in Biology lessons at an Indonesian Senior High School. This study uses a Mixed Method research design combining quantitative and qualitative research methods. The participants were Year X students of a Senior High School in Jakarta in the 2022/2023 academic year. Survey, journal of reflection, semi-structured interview, observations, and documentation, were used to collect data. Finding: This research found that ESD Project in biology lessons develops Indonesian students' sustainability awareness and engagement. Students change their mindset from being unconscious to become more concerned with environmental issues. Several evidence of the consciousness in this research includes applying sustainability in the daily practice, doing real action by creating campaign videos. The awareness is also shown by their beliefs, values, and judgments in their reflective journal, including developing environmental literacy, changing into pro-environment, and positive attitude to protect the environment. Secondly, PjBL learning model in Biology lessons is meaningful for students by stimulating their cognitive and behavioral engagement. The most popular activity of the ESD Project is creating the design of clothes from waste. The implementation of ESD Projects has some challenges such as time consuming, and low self-regulation among Indonesian high school students. Implications for research, practice, and policy are discussed.

Abstract

Education in the era of digital technology has become a challenge for teachers and lecturers in how this technology can develop comprehensive knowledge and global insight. The purpose of this study is to improve learning achievement through the cognitive process of students in cell metabolism lectures using Interactive Digital Teaching Material (IDTM). The study involved 40 Biology Education students who were taking the third semester at one of the Private Universities in Bandung, West Java. The implementation of lectures and instruments to measure students' cognitive processes is based on the framework of the 1992 Marzano Learning Dimension. The results of the analysis showed that the N-gain value of Acquire and Integrate Knowledge and Extend and Refine Knowledge obtained a percentage of (28%-26%) on low criteria. While Using knowledge with a percentage of N-gain value (32%) on medium criteria. These results illustrate that IDTM facilitates students to train their cognitive processes toward better learning achievement

Abstract

Creativity skills are one of the essential skills to face the VUCA World. Improving creativity skills is hampered by the large number of students and learning conditions that are less demanding of the creative process in the class. This research aims to measure the effectiveness of the Botanical Eco-gamification program to improve creativity skills. The ADDIE research approach was used to redesign the Botanical Eco-gamification program so that it can improve creativity skills. This research produced test instruments, e-LAD and questionnaires to measure creativity skills in the program. The instrument developed has been proven valid and reliable for measuring originality, divergent thinking, convergent thinking and mental flexibility skills. The results of program implementation show that students' creativity skills have increased from before treatment in the sufficient category (54.2) to the good category (71.16) with the N-Gain achievement being categorized as medium (0.37). The majority of students (55.71%) reached mastery level after being given treatment. Almost all students (76.29%) stated that the program was good for improving creativity skills. Further research is needed to examine other 4cs competencies, ESD competencies, mastery learning and student's engagement in the Botanical Eco-gamification program

Abstract

Pengelolaan surat dan Surat Perintah Perjalanan Dinas (SPPD) di institusi pendidikan masih banyak dilakukan secara manual. Ini mengakibatkan inefisiensi, kesulitan pencarian arsip, dan risiko kehilangan dokumen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat solusi yang berpusat pada kebutuhan pengguna dengan menggunakan pendekatan Design Thinking untuk membangun Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Surat dan SPPD untuk tenaga pendidik. Metode Design Thinking termasuk empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pembacaan literatur, observasi, dan wawancara dengan karyawan administrasi dan guru. Hasil perancangan dituangkan dalam bentuk prototype sistem berbasis web dan model pemodelan (UML). Model ini mencakup fitur pembuatan program kegiatan, unggah bukti transportasi, SPPD dan biodata. Untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas dan kemudahan penggunaan prototype, pengujian kegunaan dilakukan dengan instrumen standar (misalnya SUS/UEQ) dan pengamatan tugas.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a manufacturing company that has facilities to produce a variety of specialized chemicals that are used in various industries. Employees of the Logistics Department at PT. XYZ often have difficulties in completing their tasks according to the scheduled schedule. This situation often makes them work overtime to finish the work that's stacked. The requirement to ensure timely delivery and effective coordination with customers adds to their mental workload. In an attempt to determine the level of mental workload of the logistics department employees, a measurement of the mental labor load was carried out using the NASA TLX method. Based on the results of the measurements obtained, the result of the calculation of the average score of the total staff of the Logistics Department of 66.22 indicates that the classification of the overall mental work load of the employees included in the high level. The most influential indicators of mental workload in this study are mental demand, physical demand, and own performance.

Abstract

Using lightweight materials as construction materials reduces the weight of the structure, thereby reducing earthquake loads. Pumice sand is a light local material which is quite abundant on Tidore Island and has been used as a substitute for sand in making lightweight cement bricks (tela). To minimize the weight of lightweight concrete that uses pumice sand as fine aggregate, full substitution of the coarse aggregate with aggregate from EPS waste (white cork) is carried out. This effort is also made to reduce waste generation which damages the environment. The use of EPS waste to replace some or all of the aggregate in the concrete mixture reduces the weight significantly, but also causes a very large reduction in quality. To improve the quality of lightweight concrete using pumice sand and EPS waste, the EPS aggregate is modified by heating. Heating EPS aggregate aims to increase its density. This research aims to improve the quality of lightweight concrete using pumice sand and aggregate from EPS waste. EPS waste aggregate heating is carried out at varying temperatures of 100oc, 110oc, 120oc, 130oc, 140oc. The concrete mixture is made in volume measurements with a composition of 1 part cement, 2 parts pumice sand and 3 parts modified EPS aggregate with a cement water factor of 0.45. The quality tests carried out include compressive strength tests, tensile strength tests and collapse modulus tests. The test results show that the effect of heating in the process of making modified EPS aggregates increases the density value which has an impact on increasing the compressive strength value of the resulting concrete.

Abstract

Jembatan merupakan sarana transportasi yang penting bagi kehidupan karena dapat menghubungkan satu daerah dengan daerah lainnya yang dipisah oleh sungai, jurang, laut atau halangan lainnya. Salah satu jembatan rangka baja adalah jembatan Panel Bailey, dimana jembatan diklasifikasikan sebagai jembatan darurat atau sementara.Studi kasus yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah jembatan Bailey yang diproduksi oleh PT. Wiratama Globalindo Jaya. Karena jembatan ini telah banyak digunakan di ruas-ruas jalan Provinsi Maluku Utara, khususnya pada ruas jalan Matuting Rangga-rangga. Penelitian ini analisis kapasitas struktur jembatan dilakukan secara eksperimental yaitu dengan uji beban statik (static loading test) skala 1 : 1. Dari hasil pengolahan data hasil pengujian, diperoleh lendutan maksimum di Tengah bentang akibat beban Truck AASHTO HS20-44 (setara beban truck 32 ton) sebesar 46 mm lebih besar dari lendutan ijin (L/800) yaitu 34 mm. Tegangan yang terjadi pada batang kritis (Strain 2) akibat beban truck AASHTO HS20-44, uji beban statik adalah sebesar 159.69 N/mm2 lebih kecil dari tegangan material yang dipersyaratkan sebesar 400 N/mm2 (fy-min). Dengan demikian struktur jembatan dengan beban truck HS20-44 atau setara beban truck 32 ton masih aman, dimana angka aman (safety factor) tersedia adalah sebesar 2.5. Sedangkan bila dilitinjau dari persyaratan lendutan, lendutan jembatan Bailey yang terjadi tidak memenuhi, namun demikian, jembatan Bailey pada dasarnya adalah jembatan semi permanen atau jembatan darurat, sehingga persyaratan lendutan dapat diabaikan asalkan secara kekuatan jembatan masih mampu menahan beban,
