Abstract

Latar belakang: Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP) sangat dianjurkan oleh pemerintah sebagai salah satu upaya efektif mencegah kehamilan. MKJP memiliki tingkat efisiensi yang tinggi untuk Pasangan Usia Subur (PUS) dalam mengatur kehamilan. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan MKJP, faktor tersebut antara lain berasal dari ketersediaan layanan, peran orang-orang terdekat dan media edukasi. Tujuan : Penelitin ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran suami dalam pengambilan keputusan penggunaan MKJP IUD dan Implant. Metode: Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan total informan 5 orang, dengan menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan observasi. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September – Oktober 2023 di BPM Istri Yuliani Gentan Sardonoharjo Sleman. Teknik pengambilan data dengan wawancara mendalam. Analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil: Berdasarkan hasil wawancara seluruh informan utama menyampaikan bahwa pengambilan keputusan untuk penggunaan alat kontrsepsi IUD dan Implant diserahkan sepenuhnya pada istri. Pernyataan tersebut senada dengan hasil wawancara dengan informan kunci, bahwa suami mendukung penuh keputusan istri dalam pemilihan alat kontrasepsi IUD maupun Implant. Hasil observasi suami menemani istri dalam pemasangan IUD/ Implant. Hasil triangulasi sumber : Bidan mengatakan manyoritas akseptor KB IUD dan Impalnt dapat pendampingan dari suami, khususnya untuk informan penelitian. Kesimpulan: Para suami menyerahkan sepenuhnya pengambilan keputusan penggunaan MKJP IUD/ Implant pada istri dan ikut mendampingi pada saat pemasangan alat kontrsepsi

Abstract

Kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap kesehatan lingkungan menyebabkan masih adanya praktik pengelolaan sampah dengan cara-cara yang kurang tepat. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat Desa Somowinangun Kecamatan Karangbinangun Kabupaten Lamongan mengenai pengelolaan sampah berbasis 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) dengan harapan tumbuhnya kesadaran dalam diri masyarakat terkait kesehatan lingkungan utamanya dalam hal pengelolaan sampah. Sasaran dari kegiatan sosialisasi ini adalah perangkat desa, ibu-ibu PKK, dan pemuda Karang Taruna desa Somowinangun. Data diambil menggunakan angket dan diberikan kepada peserta kegiatan sebanyak 33 responden. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta tentang 3R yang diikuti dengan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat untuk menerapkan 3R. Respon peserta terhadap kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan tergolong sangat baik.

Abstract

The Abu Daiman Islamic boarding school adopts a takhassus learning system that deepens a discipline intensely in a relatively shorter time compared to learning programs in general because it has focused on certain fields of science which automatically have greater intensity in certain disciplines. The purpose of this study is to determine curriculum planning, implementation of curriculum management and the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the Takhassus program at the Abu Daiman Islamic Boarding School. To answer this problem, a qualitative approach was conducted. Data was collected using non-participant observation methods, in-depth interviews, and documentation methods from several related sources. Data analysis was carried out during and after the research took place and used an interactive analysis model. The results of the study indicate that curriculum planning uses the local curriculum and the curriculum in general, related to the takhassus program, which leads to the local curriculum where in addition to several plans designed by Islamic boarding schools, it is also guided by the book that has been formulated by the mambaul ulum bata-bata pesantren which is guided by the book. Nubdat Bayan. implementation of curriculum management starts from joint nadzoman, material provision, memorization deposit, demonstration, and evaluation, there are three divisions of evaluation, namely evaluation every day, every week, and every year. Some of the success factors are the strong desire of the caregivers, the full support of community leaders, and the mutual support of teachers and administrators.

Abstract

PONV is nausea and vomiting that occurs after surgery and before the patient goes home from the hospital. Efforts to reduce the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting can be done by using several strategies for preventing and treating nausea and vomiting, either with pharmacological or non-pharmacological therapy (aromatherapy, acupuncture, acupressure, relaxation therapy, hypnotic therapy, and music therapy). Objective: The PKM activity aims to implement peppermint aromatherapy to reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting in post-operative patients under general anesthesia. Method: This PKM method is carried out by providing peppermint aromatherapy by using 3 drops of peppermint aromatherapy oil on a cotton ball and then asking the respondent to inhale it for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, respondents were asked to take another nausea scale measurement. After that, the patient is invited to take anti-nausea medication if the nausea does not decrease. Result: The results obtained from this activity are that peppermint aromatherapy can reduce the intensity of the patient's nausea and vomiting and reduce the use of pharmacological therapy by switching them to non-pharmacological therapy, namely peppermint aromatherapy. Conclusion: The output obtained from this PKM activity is that partners can develop non-pharmacological therapeutic health services using peppermint aromatherapy as an intervention in reducing the intensity of nausea and vomiting in post-operative patients under general anesthesia. It is hoped that this PKM activity can become a reference for the community in dealing with nausea and vomiting using non-pharmacological therapy

Abstract

Stunting tetap menjadi salah satu tantangan paling mendasar yang harus diatasi dalam pembangunan manusia. Stunting dikaitkan dengan perkembangan otak yang kurang optimal, yang memiliki konsekuensi jangka panjang. Faktor penyebab stunting bersifat multidimensional, melibatkan aspek maternal, kondisi lingkungan, dan aspek balita. Dalam aspek maternal, karakterisistik ibu seperti tingkat pendidikan, usia ibu saat hamil, kondisi sosial ekonomi, status gizi ibu hamil, dan riwayat penyakit infeksi selama masa kehamilan dianggap sebagai salah satu fase krusial yang perlu diperhatikan dalam upaya pencegahan stunting. Tujuan penelitian:untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik ibu terhadap kejadian stunting pada balita. Metode: Desain penelitian adalah case-control dengan pendekatan retrospective. Penelitian diambil di 3 lokasi di 3 provinsi: DIY (Ngemplak), Tasikmalaya (Cikunir) dan Jakarta (Tanjung Priok). Sampel penelitian : kasus (balita stunting) dan Kontrol (balita dengan status gizi baik) ratio 119: 119 sehingga total 238 responden. Analisis analisis univariate, analisis bivariate dengan uji Chi-square. Hasil penelitian : usia ibu tidak berpengaruh terhadap kejadian stunting (P-value:0,288>0,05). Tingkat Pendidikan menunjukkan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kejadian stunting (P-value:0,073>0,05). Sedangkan status pekerjaan berpengaruh terhadap kejadian stunting (P-value=0,010 0,05). Kesimpulan : Tidak ada pengaruh karakteristik ibu seperti usia, tingkat pendidikan, kebiasaan merokok dan minum alcohol terhadap kejadian stunting, tetapi untuk status pekerjaan berpengaruh terhadap kejadian stunting pada balita. Abstract

Background: Long-Term Contraceptive Method (LTC) is one of the effective efforts to space pregnancies. There is a psychological impact in prospective Intra Uterine Device (IUD) acceptors regarding the side effects that may appear after installation. One of the obstacles that causes women of childbearing age to use the IUD method is because of the level of anxiety, worry, and fear. Objectives: To analyze the characteristics and determine the level of anxiety of mothers who accept IUD and Implant KB. Methods: This research was a descriptive research type. conducted in August-December 2023 at the Isti Yuliani Independent Midwife Practice (PMB). The sample technique in this study used total sampling with 56 respondents. The research instrument with a questionnaire measuring anxiety levels with HRSA with the results of the Cronbach's Alpha test was 0.793 with the number of items 14 items greater than 0.6. The analysis used univariate.. Results: The characteristics of respondents in this study were 100% in the range of Women of Childbearing Age (WCA), the majority completed secondary education as much as 87.5%, had a parity of more than one 80.4%, respondents were unemployed 83.9%, chose the most LTC was IUD 53.6% and the reason respondents came / visited was to remove and at the same time reinstall LTC IUD & Implant. The anxiety in LTC IUD and Implant acceptors before the installation procedure had a mild anxiety level of 42 people (75%) and with a moderate anxiety level of 12 people (21.4%). Conclusion: The characteristics of respondents were the age of respondents in the range of WCA, the majority had secondary education, parity of more than one, the majority were unemployed, the most LTC was IUD and the reason respondents came / visited was to remove and at the same time reinstall LTC IUD & Implant. The majority experienced mild anxiety.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the fundamental factors that contribute to PT. X's competitive advantage. Utilizing Multi-ple Linear Regression Analysis, the data collected from 135 indi-viduals who participated in the survey at PT. X revealed significant conclusions. According to the findings of the study, the culture of an organization demonstrated a positive and considerable influence on the competitive advantage of the organization. Knowledge Shar-ing, on the other hand, was shown to be an essential contributor, demonstrating a positive and significant influence on Competitive Advantage at PT. X. Furthermore, the research revealed that Or-ganizational Innovation is still another crucial component, demon-strating that it has a positive and significant impact on Competitive Advantage. It is important to note that when taken into account as a whole, the three factors of Organizational Culture, Knowledge Sharing, and Organizational Innovation all showed a positive and significant impact on Competitive Advantage at PT. X. PT. X's competitive advantage can be improved through the synergistic in-fluence of culture, information exchange, and innovation, as high-lighted by these studies, which shed light on the subtle interplay of organizational factors.

Abstract

This article focuses on sharifah marriage with non sayyid man in village Patokan, Kraksaan, Probolinggo within the perspective of Imam Malik and Imam Shafi’i. In this village, there are two cases of marriage between sharifah and non sayyid. First, the marriage between sharifah and non sayyid implemented with the consent and approval of her guardian. Second, the marriage between sharifah and non sayyid conducted without the permission and consent of her guardian, the sharifah is married by a judge guardian. Imam Malik and Imam Shafi’i view that the sharifah marriage with non sayyid man which carried out on the guardian’s permission is valid. The marriage conducted without the consent of the sharifah’s guardian, according to Imam Malik, is legitimate. Meanwhile, according to Imam Shafi’i, the marriage is null and void for lack of willingness of the guardian. Apart from the Priest’s opinions, in practice, the marriage between sharifah and non sayyid is being happy. [Artikel ini membahas tentang pernikahan syarifah dengan laki laki non sayyid di Desa Patokan Kecamatan Kraksaan Kabupaten Probolinggo perspektif Imam Malik dan Imam Syafi’i. Di Desa Patokan terjadi dua pernikahan antara syarifah dengan laki-laki non sayyid. Pertama, pernikahan seorang syarifah dengan laki-laki non sayyid yang dilaksanakan atas izin dan restu dari walinya. Kedua, pernikahan seorang syarifah yang dilaksanakan tanpa izin dan restu dari walinya, syarifah tersebut dinikahkan oleh wali hakim. Imam Malik dan Imam Syafi’i sepakat menyatakan bahwa pernikahan syarifah dengan laki-laki non sayyid yang dilaksanakan atas izin walinya adalah sah. Adapun pernikahan yang dilaksanakan tanpa restu wali dari syarifah, menurut Imam Malik pernikahan tersebut sah. Sedangkan menurut Imam Syafi’i, pernikahan tersebut batal karena tidak mendapat kerelaan dari wali. Terlepas dari pendapat kedua Imam tersebut, dalam prakteknya para syarifah yang menikah dengan laki-laki non sayyid tetap bisa bahagia dalam pernikahannya.]

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem still challenging in various rural areas of Indonesia, including Trosono Village in Lamongan. Efforts to prevent stunting require appropriate nutritional interventions, including introducing innovative and nutritious local food products. The purpose of this community service is expected to increase the knowledge of the Trosono Village community regarding the importance of balanced nutrition through innovative products such as corn and green bean pudding. The method of community service is divided into four stages, namely: First: Nutrition survey, Second: Recipe development, third: counseling and stage four, distribution and monitoring. The results after the implementation of the counseling program showed an increase in nutritional status in 17 children who experienced a significant increase in weight and height growth as indicators.

Abstract

Understanding mathematical concepts can make a person's understanding of mathematics more complex. However, in reality, students memorize mathematics without developing a strong understanding of the concept. On the other hand, learning style is a student's way of processing the information obtained to build an understanding of mathematical concepts. Based on these two things, this research analyzes students' ability to understand mathematical concepts in solving calculus-related problems by considering learning styles, such as visual, auditory, or kinesthetic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research subjects were students in the first semester of the Informatics Engineering Department at Universitas Islam Lamongan. Data was collected by using questionnaires, tests, and interviews. The research results show that students with auditory, visual, and kinesthetic learning styles are categorized as very good on the indicator of restating concepts, with an average of 84%, 92%, and 81%. Students with an auditory learning style are categorized as very good in presenting examples and non-examples, averaging 72%. Visual and kinesthetic are categorized as good, averaging 64% and 67%. For indicators connecting various concepts, students with auditory and visual learning styles are categorized as poor, with an average of 38% and 36%. In contrast, kinesthetics are categorized as good, with an average of 55%.
