The Railway Station is an essential thing in the operation of the train. Passenger trains will raise and lower passengers, both the initial destination of passengers and transit. Kotabumi Railway Station is a station whose activities are to raise and lower passengers; in this case, the train station must have excellent and effective service performance for passengers. So, it is necessary to research the level of passenger satisfaction with the benchmarks for the service performance of train stations regulated in the Minister of Transportation Regulation No. 63 of 2019 concerning Minimum Service Standards. These benchmarks are then submitted as questions to the passengers, which are then processed using the kano method to determine the level of passenger needs and satisfaction. The kano method on the level of passenger satisfaction at the Kotabumi Railway Station results in that 19 attributes are one-dimensional where service performance if fulfilled, will experience the pleasure that is balanced with the existing version, and six characteristics of satisfaction levels are in the indifferent category, namely service performance must remain maintained. Furthermore, the highest CS and DS values were obtained for information on train arrivals and station operating schedules. If this service performance is fulfilled, the passenger satisfaction level is 0.77. If the service performance is not fulfilled, passenger disappointment is at -0.82, so this attribute must be a top priority.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji tentang peranan investasi asing dalam percepatan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan sifat penelitian deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer, sekunder dan tersier. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Peranan Investasi asing memberikan kontribusi yang nyata bagi perekonomian, perkembangan teknologi, perbaikan infarstruktur serta menciptakan lapangan pekerjaan dan menghasilkan penerimaan Negara. Kendala yang muncul yakni regulasi berbelit, akuisisi lahan yang sulit, infrastruktur publik yang belum merata, pajak dan insentif nonfiskal lain tidak mendukung investasi dan tenaga kerja terampil yang belum memadai. Upaya menarik investasi asing dalam mempercepat pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional diantaranya Inftrastruktur, tenaga kerja terampil, kemudahan perizinan, insentif dari pemerintah, jaminan hukum dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) CRAY-OON bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan minyak jelantah (Waste Cooking Oil, WCO) sebagai bahan dasar pembuatan krayon ramah lingkungan melalui pendekatan kolaboratif di Yayasan Al Kahfi Medan Amplas. Minyak jelantah yang dikumpulkan dari dapur dan lokasi sekitar yayasan diolah melalui proses penyaringan, pencampuran dengan pewarna makanan, dan pencetakan menjadi krayon dengan alat CRAY-OON. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya memberikan solusi bagi masalah lingkungan akibat pembuangan minyak jelantah secara sembarangan, tetapi juga membekali anak-anak dengan keterampilan daur ulang dan wirausaha. Kegiatan PKM CRAY-OON menekankan pentingnya keterlibatan komunitas lokal dalam menjaga lingkungan dan menjadi contoh penerapan ekonomi sirkular. Tantangan utama dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah kualitas minyak yang tidak seragam dan keterbatasan sistem pengumpulan minyak jelantah. Ke depan, perluasan cakupan pengumpulan dan peningkatan kualitas produksi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan dampak program ini. Model CRAY-OON berpotensi diadopsi oleh komunitas lain sebagai kegiatan yang mengintegrasikan aspek lingkungan, pendidikan, dan ekonomi.

Permasalahan limbah serbuk kayu yang melimpah di Desa Tadukan Raga, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, membuka peluang untuk pengembangan energi terbarukan melalui produksi Wood PELLET (Productive Energy From Low-Cost Lumber Extraction Techniques). Limbah serbuk kayu yang selama ini tidak memiliki nilai jual optimal diolah menjadi bahan bakar alternatif berkalori tinggi menggunakan teknologi inovatif. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat sekaligus mendukung efisiensi energi. Solusi yang ditawarkan mencakup pemberdayaan masyarakat, pengembangan teknologi Wood PELLET, serta penyediaan prototipe tungku Fuel Wood yang mendukung efisiensi pembakaran. Hasil kegiatan mencakup survei awal untuk mengidentifikasi potensi biomassa dan kebutuhan masyarakat, serta Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan perangkat desa. Sosialisasi dan pelatihan diberikan kepada 20 warga Desa Tadukan Raga. Pelatihan ini melibatkan praktik langsung pembuatan Wood PELLET dan demonstrasi prototipe tungku Fuel Wood yang didesain untuk efisiensi pembakaran. Prototipe ini memiliki keunggulan dalam efisiensi panas, kemudahan penggunaan, dan kesinambungan operasi. Keberlanjutan program diwujudkan melalui pelatihan dan pengawasan berkelanjutan oleh tim Universitas Sumatera Utara, memastikan transfer teknologi dan peningkatan kapasitas masyarakat. Program ini tidak hanya meningkatkan nilai ekonomis limbah serbuk kayu tetapi juga mendukung transisi energi berkelanjutan di tingkat lokal.

The purpose of this study is to find out which sectors are the leading sectors in North Kalimantan Province in 2017 – 2021, What economic sectors have fast growth rates in shifting economic sectors in North Kalimantan Province in 2017 – 2021, Which economic sectors have the power strong competitiveness in shifting economic sectors in North Kalimantan Province in 2017 - 2021. What economic sectors are included in the criteria as prime, potential, developing and underdeveloped sectors in North Kalimantan Province in 2017 - 2021. Quantitative analysis methods used in processing this data is Location quotient (LQ), Shift Share, Growth Ratio Model (MRP) and Overlay Analysis processed using Microsoft Office Excel. The results of the study show that the economic sectors which are categorized as basic sectors in North Kalimantan Province in 2017 – 2021 are the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries sectors; Mining and excavation; Construction; Transportation and Warehousing; Administration of Government, Defense and mandatory social security; Education Services.

The increase in the number of vehicles in Indonesia, particularly in Bandar Lampung, has led to higher traffic flow, which potentially causes various transportation issues, one of which is noise pollution. ZA. Pagar Alam Street, a primary arterial road in Bandar Lampung, is one of the main routes with heavy traffic, especially in educational areas. One of the schools located along this road is SD Negeri 1 Labuhan Ratu, which is likely to be affected by noise pollution from the high traffic volume. This study aims to analyze the impact of traffic flow and vehicle speed on noise levels in the school environment and compare the measurement results with the noise threshold set by the Minister of Environment Decree No. KEP-48/MENLH/1996, which is 55 dB for educational areas. Measurements were conducted using a Sound Level Meter over three days—Monday, Thursday, and Saturday—from 07:30 to 12:30, representing traffic conditions on regular school days and weekends.The findings of this study are expected to provide an overview of noise levels in educational areas and serve as a reference for mitigating the impact of noise pollution in schools located near major roads.

Abstract: Birth defects are inherited physical or genetic conditions that cause health complications and significant developmental delays such as intellectual functioning and adaptive behavior. The purpose of this study was to look at the types of disability, disability categories and causes of disability in boys and girls. Cross-sectional is the method used in this study. The sampling technique used in this study was convenience sampling by distributing questionnaires to parents who were willing to become respondents at special schools in South Sumatra. The results of this study involved a total of 96 respondents with 53 male and 43 female. There was no significant difference in the type of disability (0.49) suffered by boys and girls, no correlation was found between the severity of disability (0.91) and gender and there was no significant difference in the causes of disability (0.35) between boys and girls. men and women. Intellectual disability (62.5%) and mild disability (54.2%) were the most common disabilities. The main cause of disability is a deficiency of folic acid and multivitamins during pregnancy, which is 49%.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) is an infectious disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 which has a shape and behavior resembling the SARS virus. The national mortality percentage is 4.23, which is above the national average. The purpose of the study was to determine what factors were associated with the deaths of Covid-19 patients at the Bengkulu Government Hospital. With the aim of knowing the sociodemographic relationship with the clinical outcomes of Covid-19 patients in Bengkulu. Methods A retrospective cohort study was conducted in this study. This study only involved patients with confirmed Covid-19, with a total sample of 127 patients who were hospitalized during April, May, and June 2021. + oseltamivir + vitamins as treatment. The outcome of Covid-19 infection had several significant correlation factors: age (0.0001), occupation (0.0001) and comorbidities (0.0001). In conclusion, the worst clinical outcomes were mostly found in patients with diabetes and those who were over 50 years old.

D-dimer is a degradation of soluble fibrin which is the result of systematic degradation of vascular thrombus through a fibrinolytic mechanism. The purpose of this study was to look at sociodemographic factors and other diseases that affect the d-dimer value of COVID-19 patients. This study uses a retrospective cohort method with the collection of sampling is convenience sampling. There were 137 patients who met the study criteria. Age, BMI, blood pressure and respiration rate are sociodemographics that affect the D-dimer lab value. For comorbidities that affect the D-dimer lab value, there are CKD, anemia, hypertension and heart disease. A high D-dimer value also has a significant relationship with the severity of the COVID-19 infection. In addition, patients who died were found to have high D-dimer values. By this research, patients with high age, BMI, blood pressure and respiration rate can increase patient mortality and for comorbidities that have an important role in increasing mortality in Covid-19 patients are CKD, anemia, hypertension and heart disease.

Abstract: In reducing the risk of transmission to health workers, the Government has given the 3rd Booster Covid-19 Vaccination since August 2021. This study uses the Astra Zeneca Vaccine, Moderna Vaccine and Pfizer Vaccine. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the 3rd Booster vaccine and the clinical outcomes of post-vaccination health workers at West Kalimantan Hospital. Research method Observational Cross-sectional Prospective by conducting questionnaires and interviewing health workers. Samples were taken by convenience sampling and statistical analysis of chis-square. The research instrument used a questionnaire distributed in the hospital. In the study, it was found that as many as 12.60% (14 out of 118 health workers) were infected with Covid-19. The habit that influenced the effectiveness of the 3rd booster vaccination was sunbathing (p <0.05). The low severity of health workers infected with Covid-19 after the 3rd booster vaccine can be seen from the place of treatment, namely 97% independent isolation, 60% without using antivirals and 77% without using antibiotics. The type of vitamin that is most widely used is vitamin C. Hence with this booster vaccination aims to prevent and reduce the severity of patients who contract Covid-19 after vaccination.
