Abstract

The research objective was to determine the impact of digital disruption and transformation on the business performance of the Pos Indonesia case study. The research method used is quantitative with a survey method by sending questionnaires to the central office and regional offices of Pos Indonesia with 20 respondents. The collected data were analyzed using Smart Partial Least Square version 3.0. Digital disruption and transformation have an impact on business performance. Abstract

This research is a Pre-Experimental research which aims to find out whether there is or not a significant influence of the implementation of Smart Box media on students' science learning outcomes. The variables in this research are Smart Box media (independent variable) and science and science learning outcomes (dependent variable). The population of this study was all of the fourth grade students at SD Negeri 216 Talungeng with a sample of 23 students selected based on a saturated sampling technique. The data collection technique used was a test technique with data analysis techniques using descriptive and inferential statistics. Based on the results of descriptive statistical analysis, the pretest average was of 43.04 (in the poor category) and the pottest average was 78.04 (in the good category). Meanwhile, based on inferential analysis it was obtained: the sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05 and H1 is accepted. Conclusion: because the posttest average is greater than the pretest average and H1 was accepted, which means there was a significant difference between science learning outcomes before and after using Smart Box media, it can be concluded that there was a significant influence between the implementation of Smart Box learning media on IPAS learning outcomes for the 4th Grade students at SD Negeri 216 Talungeng, Barebbo District, Bone Regency

Abstract

Silaturrahmi secara virtual (E-Silaturrahmi) atau bisa juga disebut komunikasi pada zaman sekarang sudah banyak dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan personality seseorang terlebih para pekerja di bidang akademik seperti para guru dan dosen. Untuk menambah referensi media komunikasi yang melibatkan pembagian data atau pun berita antar sesama dosen maka kami merancang prototype E-Silaturrahmi dengan Objek para Dosen dan karyawan Fakultas sebagai salah satu media penyebaran informasi yang lebih aman dari pada menggunakan media komunikasi digital yang selama ini tersedia. Prototype ini dirancang dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai database nya.

Abstract

The Qur'an is the sacred text of Muslims that serves as a guide in life. Therefore, in reciting the Qur'an, it is necessary to understand from the letters to the reading rules. In the process of learning to read the Qur'an, teaching methods have a very crucial role, and there are several approaches that have been implemented to facilitate learning. The method is chosen as a means and tool of teaching transformation to achieve the desired goal. The goal of qiroah training is to facilitate students in improving their skills in reading the Qur'an, especially among TPQ AL-HALIM students. In addition, qiroah training aims to instil students' appreciation of Islamic cultural arts, develop students' talents and interests in the field of reciting the Qur'an, and promote a sense of independence.

Abstract

Asthma is a chronic inflammatory respiratory condition caused by various inflammatory mediators, including those from the arachidonic acid pathway, which serves as a precursor for leukotrienes and prostaglandins. Leukotriene receptor antagonists (LTRAs) have been approved since 1998 as a treatment for asthma. Montelukast is one of the LTRAs that is useful for asthma control, including cases that accompanied by allergic rhinitis. A daily dose of 5-10 mg is recommended for persistent asthma as the preferred controller. LTRAs are not recommended for acute asthma exacerbation due to their relatively slow onset, but they are beneficial in preventing exacerbations. They are also indicated for exercise-induced asthma (EIA), and can be taken 2 hours prior to exercise. Montelukast can be administered as monotherapy or added to LABA-ICS therapy. It is suitable for adults, children, and infants over 1 year of age, preferably taken at night to prevent symptoms in the early morning. Possible side effects include respiratory tract infections, abdominal pain, diarrhea, and neuropsychiatric disorders. Montelukast is considered safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Physicians should provide comprehensive education for patients regarding medication compliance and the potential risks of side effects. Regular daily use of montelukast is beneficial in preventing acute exacerbations in asthma patients.

Abstract

Artikel ini difokuskan pada kajian sejarah pemikiran al-Quran periode klasik yang meliputi sejarah pembukuan al-Quran, sejarah penafsiran al-Quran, sejarah ‘ulumul Quran, dan sejarah sosial al-Quran. Sejarah pembukuan al-Quran telah berlangsung sejak masa penurunan al-Quran itu sendiri melalui para kuttab al-wahyi, dibukukan menjadi satu mushaf pada era Abu Bakar atas saran dari Umar, dan diseragamkan cara membacanya pada era Utsman ibn ‘Affan melalui kepanitiaan Zaid ibn Tsabit, serta disempurnakan tanda bacanya oleh Abu al-Aswad, Nashr ibn ‘Ashim, dan Yahya ibn ‘Amir. Penafsiran al-Quran bermula sejak era nabi, diteruskan oleh para shahabat, dan dilembagakan melalui madrasah tafsir oleh para Tabi’in. Dari segi ‘ulumul quran, cabang kajian yang terlembaga pada periode klasik adalah qiraat al-Quran atau ragam cara baca al-Quran. Sementara secara sosial, respon masyarakat terhadap al-Quran pada era klasik dapat dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu golongan yang menolak otentisitas al-Quran, golongan yang mengakui keindahan dan kemukjizatan al-Quran, serta golongan yang sangat mencintai dan menghormati al-Quran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Housing Loans (KPR) and People's Business Loans (KUR) on Return on Assets (ROA) at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Matoangin Branch Office. KPR and KUR were chosen because of their strategic role in supporting the housing sector and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The data used is secondary data from the bank's financial statements for the period 2017-2022. The research method used is a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis in SPSS. The results of the analysis show that both KPR and KUR have a positive and significant influence on bank ROA. The regression coefficient shows that each unit of increase in the mortgage will increase the ROA by 152,912, while the KUR will increase the ROA by 110,033, assuming the other variables are constant. The determination coefficient test showed that the regression model was able to account for about 96.5% of the variation in ROA, showing a good match between the model and the existing data. These results make a theoretical and practical contribution in understanding the effectiveness of KPR and KUR as instruments to improve bank financial performance. This research is expected to be a reference for bank management in optimizing credit distribution policies to support economic growth and increase company profitability. These findings also have the potential to provide input for further research in the context of the use of microcredit and housing in Indonesia.

Abstract

The legal consequences of bank secrecy in money laundering crimes in Indonesia are examined in this research. While bank secrecy is an important tool for maintaining consumer trust, efforts to reduce money laundering may face resistance. By using normative research techniques as well as conceptual and legislative approaches, this research assesses the effectiveness and impact of bank secrecy laws in money laundering crimes. The findings of this study indicate that although bank secrecy is critical to maintaining public confidence in the banking system, this importance must be balanced with the need for strong law enforcement measures to combat money laundering.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is first to describe the implementation of law enforcement against child victims of intercourse accompanied by violence in the Bima Kota Police PPA Unit; second, to describe the obstacles in law enforcement against child victims of violent intercourse at the Bima Kota Police PPA Unit. Empirical legal research methods (non-doctrinal), case and policy approaches, using data collection, documentation, observation and interviews and integrating with literature review of legal documents relevant to the object under study, and analyzed descriptively. The results of the study show, First, the implementation of law enforcement against child victims of violent intercourse at the Bima City Police Unit PPA is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations using the Criminal Procedure Code and the SPPA, where at the investigation level it is carried out starting with an initial examination or interrogation of witnesses who can provide clues to the incident. Then a post mortem et review was carried out on the victim's child to identify injuries to physical violence. Then the crime scene was processed at the scene to confirm other clues. Second, obstacles in law enforcement against child victims of sexual intercourse, (1) Witnesses who are still children and find it difficult to communicate during the examination process. Especially if the key witness is a child who is still traumatized by the events he witnessed. (2) There were no witnesses who saw them directly and the witnesses did not want to come to provide information. (3) There were difficulties in uncovering the cause of death of the victim's child because in the jurisdiction of the Bima City Police there were no forensic experts so they had to carry out an autopsy at the Bayangkara Hospital in Mataram. (4) There is no expert psychologist witness accompanying the child witness in proving the quality of the testimony given by the child witness.

Abstract

Elektonik Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) adalah sebuah strategi penjualan, pemasaran, dan pelayanan dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi melalui filosofi dan budaya bisnis yang berpusat pada pelanggan, sehingga proses-proses bisnis tersebut menjadi lebih efektif. Adapun yang terjadi pada Kaka Projek masih menggunakan sistem konvensional, sehingga konsumen harus datang ke lokasi yang beralamat di Siumbut Baru Kisaran untuk mengetahui informasi promo-promo yang ada di studio, pembayaran dan laporan. Metode yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, yaitu metode yang menuju pemahaman secara mendalam, dengan memperoleh data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu Kaka Projek dalam membangun sistem yang dapat mempromosikan usaha dan menghubungkan antara pemilik dengan para pelanggan sehingga mempermudah saat berbelanja.
