Abstract

Kegiatan workshop “Penentuan dan Perumusan Kompetensi Dasar, Tujuan Pembelajaran dan Indikator Ketercapaian Kompetensi dalam K-13 versi Revisi” telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 14 September 2019 di Pondok Pesantren Haramain Putra Narmada pukul 08:00 – 16:00 WITA. Kegiatan tersebut diikuti oleh 31 orang guru. Kegiatan worshop ini dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan metode pelatihan dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan berupa: a) Terlaksana dengan lancar dan sesuai rencana, bahkan peserta melampui target; b) Mendapat respon yang sangat tinggi dari masyarakat luas; c) Mereka memeroleh manfaat yang tidak ternilai dari kegiatan ini; d) Timbulnya semangat yang tinggi dari peserta untuk lebih dalam memahami dan lebih intensif menyusun perangkat pembelajaran, terutama RPP K-13 Versi Revisi; e) Mereka sangat antusias mengikuti seluruh rangkaian kegiatan, bahkan mereka mengusulkan agar kegiatan berlanjut terus. Kegiatan ini berlangsung dengan lancar dan sukses; f) Seluruh peserta secara aktif mengikuti kegiatan serius dan memperlihatkan hasil yang sangat baik. Keberhasilan ini berkat kerja sama semua pihak, termasuk dukungan dari FKIP Universitas Mataram dan program pascasarjana Universitas Mataram; g) Tampak ada keinginan yang kuat dari peserta untuk terus melanjutkan kegiatan serupa dalam waktu yang lebih lama lagi. Tidak ditemukan hambatan yang berarti karena pihak pondok sangat kooperatif dan menyediakan fasilitas yang cukup memadai. Untuk jangka pendek, perlu kegiatan pendampingan yang berlanjut dan lebih intensif, dan untuk jangka panjang diperlukan kerja sama yang lebih intensif antara FKIP dan khususnya PSMP Bahasa Inggris Universitas Mataram dengan stake holders dan sekolah dalam berbagai kegiatan.

Abstract

An electronic medical record information system is a system that provides information on patient data reports and medical records during treatment and storage of all patient data. The filing management system at the Medical Record Laboratory of Husada Borneo Institute of Health Sciences has not been computerized. The patients’ data input still uses paper, while the recording and storage of medical records are performed manually. This study aimed to create an application related to the electronic medical record information system at the laboratory of Husada Borneo Institute of Health Sciences. This descriptive study used a qualitative approach. It was conducted on the person in charge of the medical record laboratory. Based on the study results using questionnaires and observation, the data related to the recording of outpatient medical records (e.g., medical record numbers, patient data, and disease data) were required in designing an electronic medical record information system application.

Abstract

Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Classroom Action Research) dengan menggunakan metode diskusi tutor sebaya yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan metode diskusi tutor sebaya pada kelas V mata pelajaran PKn. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru wali kelas V dan siswa kelas V SD Negeri 49 Lappoase yang berjumlah 11 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data yaitu mereduksi data, mendeskripsikan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siklus I sebanyak 54,54% atau 6 siswa memperoleh nilai berada pada kategori cukup (C) dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II sebanyak 90,91% atau 10 siswa dengan berada pada kategori baik (B). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah metode pembelajaran diskusi tutor sebaya  dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas V SD Negeri 49 Lappoase Kecamatan Awangpone Kabupaten Bone.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena hasil belajar Pkn siswa rendah dan ingin menemukan alternatif pemecahan masalahnya yaitu dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran quantum learning. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen desain penelitian pre-experimental design yang bertujuan untuk : 1) mengetahui gambaran hasil belajar Pkn siswa kelas V SD Inpres 5/81 Passippo Kecamatan Palakka Kabupaten Bone sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan model pembelajaran quantum learning, 2) mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan penggunaan model pembelajaran quantum learning terhadap hasil belajar Pkn siswa kelas V SD Inpres 5/81 Passippo Kecamatan Palakka Kabupaten Bone. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Inpres 5/81 Passippo Kecamatan Palakka Kabupaten Bone sebanyak 25 siswa, sedangkan sampel penelitian diambil dari anggota populasi. Data hasil penelitian diperoleh dengan memberikan tes hasil belajar Pkn berupa Pretest dan Posttest. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan teknik analisis statistik inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik deskriptif diperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil pretest 47,40 berada pada kategori sangat kurang sedangkan rata-rata hasil posttest 78,20 berada pada kategori sangat baik. Kemudian berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik inferensial diperoleh nilai thitung (12,184) lebih besar (>) dari ttabel(2,06390) dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran quantum learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar Pkn siswa kelas V SD Inpres 5/81 Passippo Kecamatan Palakka Kabupaten Bone.

Abstract

The elderly often experience high blood glucose levels and high blood pressure. Based on a preliminary study conducted with 30 elderly people at UPT PSTW Bondowoso (73%) elderly who have high blood pressure. One effort to control blood pressure is to control several factors that affect blood pressure, one of which is blood glucose levels. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between blood glucose levels and blood pressure in the elderly at UPT PSTW Bondowoso. Analytical survey research methods with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study were 60 elderly using probability sampling techniques with a simple random sampling approach. Data analysis used Pearson correlation and 95% confidence level (α ≤ 0.05) with a significance level of 0.00. The results showed that there was a relationship between blood glucose levels and blood pressure. The conclusion of this study is that when a person has high blood glucose levels, that person will tend to have high blood pressure and it can be concluded that there is a relationship between blood glucose levels and blood pressure in the elderly in UPT PSTW Bondowoso. It is recommended to the elderly to control blood glucose levels so that it does not negatively impact blood pressure, especially in the elderly

Abstract

Stick to the STIKES goals and mission dr. Soebandi, Jember Regency, it is natural that human resource management gets serious attention from the leadership of STIKES. Moreover, the human element is also the key to success in providing maximum service and satisfaction to the company and the society. This can be seen in policy programs relating to human resource management, STIKES employees, dr. Soebandi, Jember Regency. The placement aspect of employees in filling positions in STIKES dr. Soebandi, Jember Regency is the main thing too. This is closely related to the performance of employees (preformance) in providing the best service to students and the people who need help.The development of the government apparatus is also directed at improving the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of all STIKES administrative structures, dr. Soebandi, Jember Regency, including capacity building, discipline, devotion, role models and the welfare of its officials so that as a whole are increasingly able to carry out tasks in STIKES dr. Soebandi, Jember Regency as well as possible.This study uses a Likert scale, a sample of 20 STIKES employees dr. Soebandi, Jember Regency. The variables used are knowledge suitability (X1), attitude suitability (X2), skill suitability (X3) and work performance (Y). To find out how much influence the independent variable has on work performance, multiple linear regression analysis is used. The multiple linear regression analysis technique used is the F test to simultaneously test the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable and the t test to find out which independent variables have the greatest effect on the dependent variable. besides that classic test assumptions are also used.The results of the analysis found that the calculated F value of 19.7752 with a significance level of less than 5%, so that the suitability of knowledge (X1), suitability of attitude (X2), suitability of skills (X3) and work performance (Y). The simultaneous influence of all independent variables on work performance was 78.76%. Partially, each independent variable significantly influences work performance. The dominant influence in this study is the attitude suitability variable (X3) to work performance by 76.17%. This study did not violate the classical multicollinear assumptions and heteroscedasticity assumptions

Abstract

Hypertension is a non-communicable disease which is the main concern in the world. WHO in 2012 stated that the incidence of hypertension reached 50% of the total population in the world. The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia in 2013 stated that there was an increase in the prevalence of hypertension in Indonesia starting from 7.6% in 2007 to 9.5% in 2013. One of the factors that cause hypertension is age so that hypertension is often found in the elderly. Measures to overcome hypertension can use pharmacological therapy and non-pharmacological therapy. Pharmacological therapy in addition to providing therapeutic effects can also provide side effects that can harm the body while non-pharmacological therapies do not provide side effects on the body. Non-pharmacological therapies include slow deep breath and warm feet soak. This study aims to determine the differences in the effectiveness of the warm water foot soak technique and the Slow Deep Breath technique to reduce blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension in the elderly Dahlia Arjasa Jember. The design of this study used a quasi experimental design with the Nonequivalent Control Group Design approach, there were 2 groups, a group treated with SDB and a group treated with warm water foot baths. The population in this study were 20 populations who have high blood pressure (hypertension) in the elderly Posyandu Dahlia Arjasa Jember and a sample of 20 respondents with sampling techniques using simple random sampling. The results of this study indicate that there is a difference in the effectiveness of SDB technique and warm water foot bath technique with the results of bivariate analysis with mannwhitney test obtained p value systole after SDB treatment and foot bath water warm up to 0.017 (<0.05) and p value diastole after treatment SDB and warm water foot bath was 0.001 (<0.05) where from the mean of the two treatments it was found that warm foot bath water was more effective in lowering blood pressure

Abstract

The process of aging in humans occurs changes throughout the system in the body one of which cardiovascular system whose manifestations are hypertension. Hypetension is a chronic condition in which blood pressure in artery walls (clean blood vessels) increases. Treatment of hypertension can be done by non-pharmacological means of electric massage therapy. This study aims to determine changes in blood pressure in hypertensive elderly based on an electric foot reflexology massage tool at Tresna Werdha Jember Social Home. The design of this study was quasy one group pretest posttest experiment. Population 32 elderly with samples using total sampling technique. The instrument used in this study was an electric massage tool using an observation checklist, while to measure blood pressure, researchers used a sphygmomanometer. Paired t-test statistical test with a significance level a <0.05, the results of the study showed a reduced systolic and diastolic mean. There is a change in blood pressure before and after an electric massage is given for a better decrease in pressure changes. For nursing staff this method can be used as a treatment for high blood pressure with more precise supervision

Abstract

This research dealt with the analysis of teaching challenges faced by English teacher in teaching disabled students. The objectives of the research were to describe problem faced by English teachers, factors caused the problems and solutions taken to face the problems. Descriptive qualitative method was applied in conducting this study. The data were taken from the English teachers who taught English at the VIII grade at SMPLB Negeri 1 Lombok Barat, province of West Nusa Tenggara, based on the observation, documentation and interview from August 9 until September 5, 2021. It was found that the challenges faced by the teacher in teaching there are of management class, Lack of communication between teachers and students, and Lack of reading and writing skills. It was also found the factors of causing the problems such as students have intellectual disability and teacher's education background and physical. The solutions were found as using TPR method, double assistances and private assistant. Finally, this research finding could be useful for English teachers to teach English for mild intellectual disability in a better way despite the many challenges that probably appeared.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penjualan melalui minat beli ulang dengan menggunakan kualitas layanan, promosi penjualan dan kepercayaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat DKI Jakarta yang telah menggunakan jasa pelayanan pada PT BCA Multifinance Cabang Cideng dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 135 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan metode puposive sampling. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner dan olah data dilakukan dengan teknik analisis SEMPLS menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS dan SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini mendapati bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang, promosi penjualan positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulang, dan kepercayaan positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli ulangKata Kunci: Kepercayaan, Kualitas Layanan, Minat Beli Ulang, Promosi Penjualan , SEM-PLS
