Abstract

Tujuan umum penelitian: meningkatkan keterampilan membaca lancar aksara Jawa siswa kelas VA SDN Purwoyoso 03 Semarang. Tujuan khusus penelitian: meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa, dan keterampilan membaca lancar aksara Jawa siswa kelas VA SDN Purwoyoso 03 dengan menggunakan model Word Square. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilaksanakan selama 3 siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah guru dan siswa kelas VA. Hasil penelitian ini adalah model Word Square dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa, dan keterampilan membaca lancar aksara Jawa siswa kelas VA. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu model Word Square dapat meningkatkan keterampilan guru, aktivitas siswa, dan keterampilan membaca lancar aksara Jawa siswa kelas VA SDN Purwoyoso 03 Semarang. Saran peneliti sebaiknya guru dapat mengembangkan penerapan model Word Square pada pelajaran lainnya.The general purpose of research: improve the skill of reading Javanese script fluently in VA grade of Purwoyoso 03 elementary school Semarang. Specific purpose of research: improve the teacher’s skill, student activities, and skill of reading Javanese script fluently in VA grade of Purwoyoso 03 elementary school with Word Square model. Classroom Action Research was conducted in 3 cycles. The subjects of this research is the teacher and VA grade’s student of Purwoyoso 03 elementary school Semarang. The results is Word Square model can improve teacher’s skill, student activities, and skill of reading Javanese script fluently in VA grade. The conclusions on of this research is the Word Square model can improving the teacher’s skill, student activities, and skill of reading Javanese script fluently in VA grade of Purwoyoso 03 elementary school Semarang. Researchers suggest that the teachers can develop the implementation of Word Square model to the other lessons.

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the low price of coconut commodity. The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the price of coconut has on the income of coconut farmers. The population in this study were farmers in Tanah Merah Village consisting of 100 farmers who selected samples using the Slovin formula so that they produced 50 samples. In collecting data, namely by interviewing and distributing questionnaires with research instruments. Furthermore, to analyze the data using the chi-square test. When viewed from the results of statistical analysis with the chi-square test, it can be seen that the Asymp. Sig. (2-sided) 0.027. This value is less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of the price of superior coconut plantation commodities on the income of farmers in Tanah Merah Village, Tanah Merah District, Indragiri Hilir Regency. it can be concluded that there is an effect of coconut commodity prices on farmers' income.Key Words: Coconut Prices, Chi-Square Test, Farmers' Income

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of members' knowledge about cooperatives and service quality on member participation in Koopersi Tahu Tempe Indonesia (KOPTTI) Sari Jaya Kota Pekanbaru. This research is a research based on the philosophy of quantitative positivism, the population of this study is 35 respondents and the population is taken as a saturated sample (census technique). Data collection techniques using documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that members' knowledge has an effect on member participation, service quality has an effect on member participation and member knowledge and service quality has an effect on member participation.Keywords: Member Knowledge, Quality of Service, Member Participation

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine whether there is an impact of implementing the TPS (Think Pair Share) type of cooperative learning model through the Google Meet application on student learning outcomes. This type of research is experimental research. The population of this study was the grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Pangkalan Kerinci in the academic year 2020/2021, totaling 174 students. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques used tests and data analysis techniques used data analysis using independent samples t test. The result of this research is the TPS (Think Pair Share) cooperative learning model through the google meet application can provide a significant increase in student learning outcomes. The suggestion of this research is that in applying the cooperative learning model type TPS (Think Pair Share) through the google meet application on social studies subjects can improve learning outcomes of students and in the division of discussion groups teachers should pay attention to the level of ability of students so that in one group each member can help each other share understanding.Key Words: TPS (Think Pair Share), Google Meet, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of member participation on the cooperative management's performance. The population in this study were members of KUD Kampar, Kampa district, Kampar district. Numbering 725 people, the total sample of 88 people was taken using the formula (Slovin). The sampling technique used wastechnique proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that member participation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the KUD Kampar management, Kampa District, Kampar Regency.Key Words: Member Participation, Management Performance

Abstract: This study aims to: 1) determine the relationship between the success of the cooperative and the participation of members of the Jaya Bersama Cooperative Ikatan Keluarga Kuantan Singingi (IKKS) Tanah Merah Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency; and 2) knowing the relationship between organizational management and the participation of members of the Jaya Bersama Ikatan Keluarga Kuantan Singingi (IKKS) in Tanah Merah Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency; 3) knowing the relationship between the success of cooperatives and the organizational management of the Jaya Cooperative Together with the Ikatan Keluarga Kuantan Singingi (IKKS) Tanah Merah Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency; and 4) knowing the relationship between the success of cooperatives and organizational management with the participation of members of the Cooperative Jaya Together with the Ikatan Keluarga Kuantan Singingi (IKKS) Tanah Merah Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency. The population in this study were all members of the cooperative with a total of 97 people. The sampling technique used a saturated sample so that the entire population of 97 people was the research sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple correlation. The results of the study indicate that the success of cooperatives and cooperative management has a positive and significant relationship to the participation of members of the Jaya Bersama Cooperative Ikatan Keluarga Kuantan Singingi (IKKS) Tanah Merah Subdistrict, Indragiri Hilir Regency.Keywords: Cooperative Success, Organizational Management, and Member Participation

Abstract

Coconut plant is the important estate plant to produce brown sugar from neera. Current condition, the neera production is low especially in dry season. The aim of this research was to study the effect of foliar liquid organic fertilizer to increase the coconut neera production in Kebumen Regency. This research was conducted in Coconut People’s Plantation Karanggadung Village PetanahanKebumen from Juli till October 2016. Randomized Completely block design with factorial treatments was used with 3 replications. The first factors was the dosage of liquid foliar fertilizer solution ie 250 mL plant-1 (d1), 500 mL plant-1 (d2), 750 mL plant-1 (d3), and 1000 mL plant-1 (d4). The second factor is interval time of application ie. 1 week (f1), 2 weeks (f2), 3 weeks (f3), and 4 weeks (f4). The observed variables were volume of neera production, pH of neera, sucrosa content, and leaf chlorophyll contents. The result showed that Application of foliar liquid organic fertilizer increase the leaf greenness at 80.55 SPAD unit at three weeks time interval, as reflected the total chlorophyll content. Fertilization of coconut plant with foliar liquid organic fertilizer increase the neera production about 15,32%, and the highest volume of neera was achieved at the dosage of foliar liquid organic fertilizer 750 mL plant-1 with the frequency of application three weeks.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor dividend payout ratio, earning per share dan kurs dollar terhadap harga saham perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2016 sampai 2018. Populasi semua perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016 sampai 2018. Sampel perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2016 sampai 2018. Dengan kriteria pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis yang diajukan uji t dan uji f. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat dinyatakan simpulan sebagai berikut: Ha1 ditolak, hal ini berarti DPR tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Ha2 diterima, hal ini berarti variabel EPS mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham. Ha3 diterima, hal ini berarti variabel kurs dollar mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap harga saham. Hasil analisis uji F disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari DPR, EPS dan kurs dollar secara bersama-sama terhadap harga saham yang terdaftar di BEI.Kata Kunci:  dividend payout ratio (DPR), earning per share (EPS), kurs dollar, harga saham ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of the dividend payout ratio, earnings per share and dollar exchange rate on the stock prices of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX from 2016 to 2018. The population of all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018. Sample listed manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2018. With the sampling criteria with purposive sampling. The method used to test the hypothesis proposed by the t test and f test. Based on the results of data analysis, the following conclusions can be stated: Ha1 is rejected, this means that the DPR does not have a significant effect on stock prices. Ha2 is accepted, this means that the EPS variable has a significant effect on stock prices. Ha3 is accepted, this means that the dollar exchange rate variable has a significant effect on stock prices. The results of the F test analysis concluded that there is a significant effect of the DPR, EPS and the dollar exchange rate simultaneously on stock prices listed on the IDX.Keywords:  dividend payout ratio (DPR), earning per share (EPS), dollar exchange rate, stock prices

Abstract

This study aims to determine how users respond to the use of social media during online learning after the COVID-19 pandemic from the perspective of uncertainty reduction theory. This study uses a phenomenological research method, where data collection is carried out by means of Focus Group Discussion (FGD), which was conducted twice on 15 users of online learning applications. Through this research, it is known that the user's response from the compulsion in using the online learning model is that the subject tends to feel mostly bored, difficult to discipline, tendency to be lazy, and has the proclivity to be dishonest. In addition, in terms of emotional connection, teachers and students do not have a good bond, which is far different when using the offline learning modality. The majority of users prefer to utilize the offline learning system when the pandemic ends. One person prefers to use a hybrid system which is a combination of online and offline learning method.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui perwujudan bentuk gaya dan makna simbolik karya mahasiswa, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi proses penciptaan karya mahasiswa, dan pola hubungan lingkungan akademik,  sosial,  dan kultural  dalam kaitan proses penciptaan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa seni rupa  FBS Unnes dalam rangka pencarian jati diri estetik dengan kondisi  adanya wacana identitas yang paradoks antara universalisme dan pluralisme. Pendekatan penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah  deskriptif kualitatif dengan lebih mengutamakan eksplanasi pada temuan emprik sehingga dihasilkan kesimpulan yang valid. Teknik pengumpulan data yang melalui teknik observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan pendokumentasian. Teknis analisis data dilakukan secara induktif dengan model siklus interaktif melalui proses reduksi, penyajian, verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa  karya mahasiswa lebih bersubject matter persoalan keseharian, subjek representatif, simbolik dengan pertimbangan  formalistik,  Pluralisme atau posmodern  hanya dimaknai dengan lokalitas bukan mempertanyakan lokalitas itu sendiri sehingga akhirnya  terjebak kepada  pengungkapan atau merayakan gaya modern. Faktor-faktor apa yang mempengaruhi mahasiswa seni rupa FBS Unnes dalam menemukan identitas jati diri estetik dalam situasi berkembangnya identitas yang paradoks antara  universalisme dan pluralisme pada konteks peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran seni lukis meliputi faktor internal dan eksternal. Internal mahasiswa  meliputi keterbatasan pengetahuan, keterbatasan teknik yang dimiliki, berkaya beracuan hanya pada katalog, tingkat  kepekaan estetik, mengejar efisiensi waktu, dan mengejar identitas estetik. Eksternal  eksternal mahasiswa meliputi akses minimnya galeri di Semarang yang secara kontinu melakukan pameran, lesunya pasar seni lukis, dan teknologi yang telah berkembang.Pola hubungan lingkungan akademik,  sosial,  dan kultural   dalam kaitan proses penciptaan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa seni rupa  FBS Unnes dalam rangka pencarian jati diri estetik  adalah saling mempengaruhiThe purpose of this study was to find out the embodiment form of style and symbolic meaning by students, the factors that affect the process of creating works of students, and the pattern of relationships academic environment, social, and cultural in terms of the creation process is done by art students of the Faculty Language and Art Semarang State University in the framework of the search for identity aesthetic discourse conditions the paradoxical identity between universalism and pluralism. The research approach used is a qualitative descriptive with more emphasis on finding emprik explanation so that the resulting conclusions are valid. The technique of collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Technical analysis of the data conducted inductive model interactive cycle through the reduction process, presentation, verification. The results showed that students work more ber the subject matter of daily issues, the subject representative, symbolic with formalistic considerations, postmodern pluralism or locality not only meant to question the locality itself so that finally stuck to the disclosure or celebrate a modern style. What factors are affecting the art students of the Faculty of Language and Art Semarang State University in discovering the identity of an aesthetic identity in the paradoxical situation of the development of identity between universalism and pluralism in the context of improving the quality of teaching art include internal and external factors. Internal students include lack of knowledge, the limitations of the techniques that are owned, guided work only on the catalog, aesthetic sensitivity level, the pursuit of efficiency of time, and the pursuit of aesthetic identity. External students include lack of access gallery in Semarang who continuously do exhibitions, sluggish art market, and the technology has evolved. Patterns of relationships academic environment, social, and cultural in terms of the creation process is done by art students of the Faculty of Language and Arts Semarang State University in the framework of the search for identity is the aesthetic interplay.
