Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effects of feeding golden apple snails (Pomacea canaliculata) on the growth and gonad development of prospective broodstock of Asian Redtail Catfish (Mystus nemurus). The background of the research is based on the declining population of Asian Redtail Catfish in the wild due to overexploitation, necessitating effective aquaculture efforts with attention to broodstock nutrition. Golden apple snails were chosen as an alternative feed due to their high protein and nutrient content, as well as their abundant availability and cost-effectiveness. The research method was experimental, comparing two treatment groups: the first group was fed golden apple snails, and the second group was given commercial pellets as a control. The observed parameters included egg diameter, fecundity, fertilization rate (FR), hatching rate (HR), survival rate (SR), and water quality. The fish were reared for three months in aquaculture ponds with periodic water quality monitoring. The results showed that feeding golden apple snails had a significantly positive impact on the reproductive performance of Asian Redtail Catfish. The snail-fed group exhibited higher fecundity (averaging 130,678 eggs) compared to the pellet-fed group (91,025 eggs). Additionally, the snail-fed group had superior FR (92%), HR (87%), and SR (79%) compared to the pellet-fed group (FR 88%, HR 81%, SR 76%). The egg diameter from snail-fed broodstock was larger (2.01 ± 0.14 mm) than that of the pellet-fed group (1.61 ± 0.04 mm), indicating better egg quality. Based on these findings, it was concluded that golden apple snails are effective as an alternative feed for enhancing the reproductive productivity of Asian Redtail Catfish. The nutrients in the snails, particularly protein, fats, and essential amino acids, play a crucial role in supporting gonad development and egg quality. This study recommends the use of golden apple snails in Asian Redtail Catfish aquaculture, with the suggestion that further research be conducted to determine the optimal dosage and feeding strategy. The implementation of these findings is expected to support sustainable Asian Redtail Catfish farming and improve the availability of high-quality fry.

Abstract

Democracy, as a system of governance, emphasizes the participation of the people through their representatives, reflecting values of equality and justice. In the Islamic context, governance principles include justice, consultation, and trustworthiness, all aimed at achieving societal welfare. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method to analyze the similarities between the principles of democracy and Islamic governance based on the Qur'an. The findings indicate that the recognition and protection of human rights, as well as obedience to leaders, are essential aspects of both systems. Thus, democracy and Islamic governance can complement each other in creating a just and prosperous society.

Abstract

Waste is a serious problem that is often faced in today's population. This KKN activity was carried out at RT 07 RW 04 Keluahan Pematang Governor,. The knowledge of the community in RT 07 about waste and its management is still minimal. Lack of supporting facilities also worsened the condition. Therefore, it is important to foster citizens' concern so that they do not arbitrarily throw away waste and educate how to sort waste. Starting from these problems, this community service activity aims to provide solutions through education on the importance of maintaining cleanliness, choosing and differentiating organic and inorganic waste and utilizing processed waste so that it has economic value. The real form of this activity is in the form of socialization and practicing how to select organic and non-organic waste. The method used in the implementation of this KKN-T activity is education through the stages of socialization, licensing, preparation, implementation and evaluation. As a result of this service activity, community members become concerned about the importance of maintaining cleanliness, an increase in understanding of independent waste sorting and knowledge of its benefits. In addition, the people of RT 07 can also find out the benefits of waste processing in the 3R way, namely: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh resiliensi terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Kewirausahaan di SMK Negeri 6 Pekanbaru. Resiliensi sebagai kemampuan individu dalam menghadapi tekanan dan tantangan, dipandang sebagai faktor penting yang dapat memengaruhi pencapaian akademik, khususnya dalam mata pelajaran yang menuntut kreativitas dan ketekunan seperti kewirausahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 6 Pekanbaru, dengan sampel sebanyak 213 siswa yang diambil secara random sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket untuk mengukur tingkat resiliensi siswa dan dokumentasi nilai untuk mengetahui hasil belajar. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara resiliensi terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Dengan demikian, semakin tinggi tingkat resiliensi siswa, maka semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar yang dicapai. Penelitian ini menyarankan pentingnya penguatan aspek resiliensi dalam proses pembelajaran guna meningkatkan pencapaian akademik siswa.

Abstract

The Sebuku River has an important role for the life of flora, fauna, and local communities in Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan Province. Mining activities in this area raise concerns about potential water pollution. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of mining activities on the water quality of the Sebuku River. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling at five observation stations between ST-1 and ST-5 based on predetermined coordinate points. The parameters tested included temperature, TSS, pH, DO, BOD, COD, NO₃, PO₄, CN⁻, and fecal coliform. The analysis method referred to SNI and the results are compared with class II river water quality standards in Appendix VI of Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2021. The results of the analysis showed that the TSS level of all stations exceeded the quality standard as the majority of respondents who stated that it was cloudy, but the level tended to decrease downstream. The highest COD parameters were detected in ST-2. This is supported by the value of the Pollution Index (PI) that indicated it as the primary pollution source from mining activities. The rest of the parameters are still within the permissible limits. Overall, the water quality of the Sebuku River is still classified as moderate based on the value of the Water Quality Index (WQI).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk seberapa efektif pembelajaran Blended Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi di SMAN 3 Mandau. Penelitian ini mencakup tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran ekonomi, di mana terdapat ketidakmerataan tingkat pemahaman dan hasil belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 141 siswa, Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 58 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier sederhana dan uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS 26.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Dimana 0,000 0,05. Sedangkan nilai t-hitung t-tabel (6,404 2,663). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variable Blended Learning efektif terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Dengan demikian penelitian ini dapat dikatakan signifikan dan disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the use of the SIAKU marketplace in increasing sales of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Riau Province. The SIAKU Marketplace is a digital platform developed to help MSMEs market their products more widely. This study uses a quantitative approach with a time series method based on secondary data on the number of products and transactions registered in the SIAKU marketplace during 2023 to 2024. The results of the study show an increasing trend in the number of products and transactions in certain periods, especially in the middle and end of the year, which is influenced by seasonal factors, promotions, and support from government programs such as routine provision of MSME products through LKPP. However, there are still fluctuations in certain months which indicate the need for a more consistent promotional strategy and continued support for MSMEs. Overall, SIAKU has proven to have the potential to be an effective means of supporting the growth of MSME sales in the Riau region.

Abstract

This study aims to find out a student who has learning difficulties in the perspective of the Koran. As a basis for the analysis are verses originating from the Koran. Learning difficulties can be influenced by various factors, ranging from learning styles, learning concentration problems, having unique learning preferences, different learning methods, health problems, lack of student motivation, environmental problems and emotional problems and learning interest. If the learning method used does not suit a person's learning style, they may have difficulty understanding and remembering information. Therefore, it is important for individuals to know their own learning style in order to be able to adopt appropriate learning strategies. This research is literature-based using qualitative methods with data sources from journal articles, books or observations of phenomena that occur in the world of education today.

Abstract

The issue of feed has a large proportion of the sustainability of livestock businesses. On the other hand, palm fronds as post-harvest agricultural waste and bran as post-processing waste have not been utilized optimally. Even though the nutritional content contained in it is quite high. Agricultural and plantation waste by-products have good potential for use as animal feed. In order to guarantee safety and suitability, further processing and analysis is needed. Processing of raw materials is carried out in a combination (physical, chemical and biological). Preparation of feed formulations using Pearson's Quadrilateral Method. Testing is carried out in laboratories that consistently apply ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 from the National Accreditation Committee (KAN), namely the East Java Province Animal Husbandry Service. The standard test results refer to SNI 3148-2:2017 concerning Concentrate Feed for Fattening Beef Cattle. Ruminant animal feed that meets SNI 3148-2:2017 includes levels of ash, crude fat, phosphorus, TDN, aflatoxin and crude fiber. Meanwhile, the nutritional content that is close to SNI is crude protein and aNDF. The test results also showed that the content did not meet SNI, including water and calcium content. Meanwhile, fish feed (pellets) that meet SNI 01-4087-2006 contain 3 types of content including ash, crude fat and aflatoxin. The types of content that do not meet SNI are crude protein, crude fiber, phosphorus, buoyancy and pellet diameter. The estimated cost of making ruminant feed is IDR 5,986 per kilogram. Cost analysis is relevant to feed quality and daily requirements without reducing nutritional value. Further research is needed to ensure that artificial feed is more cost efficient than conventional feed.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh rakitan teknologi budidaya kubis organik berbasis POC danpestisida nabati yang berproduksi tinggi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Serang Kec. Karangreja Purbalingga daribulan Maret sampai Juli 2014. Penelitianmenggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompk (RAK) dengan enam perlakuanrakitan teknologi budidaya kubis organik dan empat ulangan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh dua rakitan budidayakubis organik berbasis Pupuk Organik Cair (POC) dan pestisida nabati yang paling baik adalah: 1). pupuk kandang(10 ton/ha) + POC tanah (4 ml/l) + POC daun (4 ml/l) + agens hayati Trichoderma harzianum + Mikorhiza, 2).Pupuk kandang (10 ton/ha) + POC tanah (4 ml/l) + dolomit + kombinasi POC daun (4 ml/l) dan fosfat nabati (6%)+ pestisida nabati ( maja gadung).Kata Kunci: rakitan teknologi budidaya, kubis, pupuk organik cair, pestisida nabatiABSTRACTThe objective of this research was to assembly organic cabbage culture based on liquid organic fertilizer(LOF) and botanical pesticide with high yield.
