Abstract

Everyone will experience the process of mutual inheritance. During the distribution of inheritance, sometimes there are many disputes or disputes between heirs. Problems arise because they feel that there is no justice or because there is a lack of understanding of this problem. In Indonesia, there are three types of inheritance law systems, namely Islamic inheritance law, customary inheritance law and burgerlijk wetboek (BW) civil inheritance law. This research aims to find out how the Qur'an and Hadith view the inheritance law system prevailing in Indonesia and the importance of Muslims to take a system that is in accordance with the Qur'an and Hadith. This research method uses a qualitative approach with the type of literature research (liberary research). Qualitative research is research that is descriptive and tends to use analysis. The analyses used are inductive analysis, deductive analysis and comparative analysis. The results of this research are very important for implementing Islamic inheritance law, because it is obedience to Allah in the Qur'an and Hadith. The Islamic inheritance system that applies in Indonesia is based on the Islamic Law Compilation (KHI) guidebook which has been adapted to the Qur'an and Hadith and the fiqh book of scholars. Settlement of inheritance disputes for Muslims can only be resolved at the Religious Court in accordance with Law Number 3 of 2006 as amended by Law Number 7 of 1989. The civil inheritance legal system in Indonesia is only intended for non-Muslim citizens.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, pengalaman, dan keterampilan digital marketing mahasiswa Univeritas Terbuka yang memiliki Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Lokasi pelaksanaan program pengabdian berada di Desa Dawuan Tengah, Kecamatan Cikampek, Kabupaten Karawang, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pelatihan digital marketing menggunakan Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang dimulai dari tahap observasi, refleksi, kemudian dilanjut dengan rencana aksi dan tahap tindakan atau pelaksanaan program. Hasilnya, setelah menjalani pelatihan pembuatan website untuk pemasaran digital, mahasiswa memperoleh keunggulan dalam memasarkan produk melalui platform digital. Mereka memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang pembuatan website, konsep pemasaran digital, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), strategi konten, dan analisis web. Pelatihan ini telah mempersiapkan mahasiswa untuk menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat dan mencapai kesuksesan dalam memasarkan produk melalui platform digital. Evaluasi program pengabdian di akhir kegiatan telah menunjukkan hasil yang positif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi mahasiswa dalam pemasaran digital.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of promotions and prices on repeat purchase intention of consumers on the Gofood application. The study population consists of active undergraduate students from the 2021-2023 cohort of the Social Studies Education Department at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau, who have made at least three purchases on the Gofood application, with a sample of 59 students. The sample was selected using proportional random sampling and the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results show that promotions on the Gofood application are categorized as excellent, prices are affordable, and the repeat purchase intention of consumers is high. Both promotion and price have a simultaneous effect on repeat purchase intention. Individually, promotion has a positive and significant effect, as does price. The contribution of promotion and price to repeat purchase intention is 40.5%, while the remaining 59.5% is influenced by other variables not included in the regression, such as product ratings, app usability, service quality, website quality, brand image, and product quality.

Abstract

Abstract. Academic procrastination behavior is the behavior of procrastinating to do academic tasks that is done intentionally and repeatedly. Academic procrastination behavior can also adversely affect student achievement. This study aims to determine the level of academic procrastination behavior of class X Mipa students at SMAN 1 Bae Kudus. This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study consisted of 250 students and the samples taken were 214 students. Data analysis in this study was obtained through a student academic procrastination questionnaire consisting of 35 closed statement items with 4 alternative answers. The results obtained in this study indicate that the level of academic procrastination behavior of class X Mipa students at SMAN 1 Bae Kudus is "low" with an average of 74.39.Keywords: Academic Behavior Level Procrastination Abstrak. Perilaku prokrastinasi akademik merupakan perilaku menunda-nunda untuk mengerjakan tugas akademik yang dilakukan secara sengaja dan berulang-ulang. Perilaku prokrastinasi akademik juga dapat berpengaruh buruk terhadap prestasi siswa.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat perilaku prokrastinasi akademik siswa kelas X Mipa SMAN 1 Bae Kudus. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 250 siswa dan sampel yang diambil yaitu sebanyak 214 siswa. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner prokrastinasi akademik siswa yang terdiri dari 35 butir pernyataan tertutup dengan 4 alternatif jawaban. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat perilaku prokrastinasi akademik siswa kelas X Mipa SMAN 1 Bae Kudus adalah “rendah” dengan rata-rata 74,39.Kata kunci: Akademik Perilaku Prokrastinasi Tingkat

Abstract

Selection of outstanding students is an essential process in education to ensure that students with high achievements receive appropriate recognition and guidance. However, this process often suffers from subjectivity and the absence of a structured decision-making system. This study aims to develop an objective and accountable decision support model by integrating the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. The AHP method is used to determine the weight of each selection criterion, while the TOPSIS method is used to rank students based on their proximity to the ideal solution. The study involved 10 student candidates and assessed them based on 6 criteria, including academic performance, discipline, extracurricular activities, and religious values. The results show that the integrated AHP-TOPSIS model successfully identifies students with the highest preference values as the most outstanding, while those with lower values are recommended for further coaching. The model demonstrates its effectiveness in supporting accurate, data-driven student selection at MIMA 37 Sunan Kalijogo Ambulu.

Abstract

This study explores the optimization of User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) in e-learning platforms to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Using a qualitative case study approach, observations and interviews were conducted to identify user challenges. The findings reveal that an intuitive UI and positive UX significantly improve the efficiency of online learning. However, issues such as server reliability and accessibility barriers for students with disabilities remain challenges. This study highlights the need for inclusive and responsive UI/UX design to foster an effective online learning ecosystem. Recommendations are provided for platform developers to address these shortcomings, ensuring a more accessible and seamless experience for students, educators, and administrators, particularly in higher education. The results serve as a foundation for further improvements in e-learning platform design and implementation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk seberapa efektif pembelajaran Blended Learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi di SMAN 3 Mandau. Penelitian ini mencakup tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pembelajaran ekonomi, di mana terdapat ketidakmerataan tingkat pemahaman dan hasil belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 141 siswa, Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 58 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji regresi linier sederhana dan uji hipotesis menggunakan SPSS 26.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Dimana 0,000 0,05. Sedangkan nilai t-hitung t-tabel (6,404 2,663). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variable Blended Learning efektif terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Dengan demikian penelitian ini dapat dikatakan signifikan dan disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan usaha bisnis Suka Sari Coffee menggunakan Business Model Canvas. Selaras dengan amanah Undang-undang No. 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa Pasal 87 ayat 2, maka metode yang digunakan adalah partisipatif yang melibatkan para pemangku kepentingan di desa, mulai dari pengelola unit usaha, BUM Desa, pemerintahan desa, dan perwakilan petani. Hasil dari penelitian diperoleh sembilan isian elemen Business Model Canvas, diantaranya dengan contoh; (1) segmentasi konsumen; warung kopi, dan eksportir, (2) nilai produk; kadar air maksimal 2,5 % dan kopi dataran tinggi  di atas 1000 m dpl, (3) jalur distribusi; promosi di media sosial dan market place (4) hubungan konsumen; layanan via media sosial, dan diskon, (5) aliran pendapatan; robusta bubuk dan roast bean, (6) sumberdaya kunci; kebun kopi + 600 ha dan tenaga kerja terampil, (7) aktivitas kunci; pelatihan pengolahan dan pendampingan mitra, (8) mitra kunci; 14 kelompok tani dan perguruan tinggi, dan (9) struktur biaya; pembelian bahan baku dan pengolahan. Kesembilan komponen tersebut merupakan solusi sekaligus bentuk penyederhanaan atas masalah Suka Sari Coffee secara terstuktur, terukur dan dinamis.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate both the successes and weaknesses of the implementation of Character Education Strengthening (Penguatan Pendidikan Karakter/PPK) in elementary schools in building students' character. The research method used is meta-analysis through a systematic literature review. This method was chosen because the primary studies reviewed in this research employed a qualitative approach. The study concludes that: (1) PPK is clearly defined in terms of its legal basis, concepts, objectives, and implementation strategies; (2) teachers and education personnel in elementary schools tend to have a limited understanding of the concept and implementation strategies of PPK; (3) elementary schools' readiness to implement PPK is generally still at the planning stage; and (4) the implementation of PPK has not yet produced the expected outcomes. Abstract

The reform of juvenile justice systems has become a central concern in global legal discourse, particularly in aligning legal practices with the universally recognized principle of the best interests of the child. This study provides a comparative legal analysis of juvenile justice reforms across various jurisdictions, evaluating the extent to which domestic legal frameworks integrate and operationalize this principle in both legislation and judicial practice. Utilizing a normative-qualitative approach, the research examines international legal instruments—such as the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC)—and their influence on national juvenile justice policies in both developed and developing countries. The findings reveal significant disparities in implementation, with some systems emphasizing rehabilitation and diversion, while others retain punitive models that compromise children's rights. The study concludes that effective juvenile justice reform requires not only legal alignment with international standards but also the establishment of child-sensitive institutions, specialized training for legal professionals, and a holistic approach that considers the child’s social context. This research underscores the imperative of embedding the best interests of the child as a guiding norm in both procedural and substantive aspects of juvenile justice worldwide.
