Abstract

In essence, employees are trusted colleagues and are expected to be able to provide new ideas and ideas that are needed by the company. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the leadership of the PT. Fajar Makassar Television (FAJAR TV). To achieve this goal, the researcher determined 5 (five) informants with the type of research and the approach used was descriptive qualitative. Collecting data through interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The results showed that, the leadership of PT. Fajar Makassar Televisi (FAJAR TV) has implemented its situational leadership well, with the involvement of the leader in determining and assigning tasks to employees that have been running optimally, implementing relationship behavior with employees well, and the attitude of the leadership in responding to the readiness of followers effectively. So the application of the leadership of the PT. Fajar Makassar Televisi (FAJAR TV) has been running effectively.

Abstract

As human social beings in everyday life always want to relate to other humans. He wants to know the surrounding environment, even wants to know what is happening in him. This curiosity forces humans to communicate. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of interpersonal communication among employees at Vocational High School YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar. Therefore, to achieve these objectives researchers used data collection techniques with observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation with a population of 24 people. And the data is processed using the quantitative descriptive analysis to determine the extent of the effectiveness of interpersonal communication among employees at the Vocational High School YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar. The results of this study indicate that the Effectiveness of Interpersonal Communication among Vocational High School YPLP PGRI 1 Makassar  staff with indicators namely: openness with a percentage reaching 90.83 percent, empathy with a percentage reaching 90.56 percent, supportiveness with a percentage of 83.13 percent, positiveness with a percentage reaching 89.44 percent and equality with a percentage reaching 92.08 percent of all the indicators are in the very good category. This is demonstrated through overall data analysis which shows the percentage reached 89.08 percent, the value is in line with related observations made by researchers in the field.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the motivation of employees at the Office Kesyahbandaran Utama Makassar. The type of research is descriptive, with population of all employees at Kesyahbandaran Utama Makassar Office amounting to 265 people / employees. Determination of samples as much as 20 percent with the technique of sampling by Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, as many as 53 people. Data collection was done through observation technique, questionnaire, interview and documentation, while data analysis was done by percentage technique then interpreted descriptively. The result of the research shows that employee work motivation at Kesyahbandaran Utama Makassar Office is in high category, seen from maintenance factor and satisfaction factor with sub indicator of organization policy, good supervision, adequate compensation, work environment, job satisfaction, job performance, and responsibility.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis Fasilitas Perpustakaan dalam menignkatkan Minat Baca Siswa di SMK Negeri 4 Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menunjukkan pengaruh variabel X terhadap varibel Y. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 206 peserta didik, dengan sampel sebesar 41 peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik angket, dokumentasi, observasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan untuk teknik analisis datanya menggunakana statistik deskriptif serta teknik analisis statistik infrensial Analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas perpustakaan di SMK Negeri 4 Makassar dan Minat baca siswa di SMK Negeri 4 Makassar, berada dalam kategori baik. Hal ini dapat ditinjau dari hasil Analisis Regresi Linear sebesar 23,6 %. Dalam mendukung minat baca siswa maka dibutuhkan fasilitas perpustakaan seperti peran guru, pustakawan, fasilitas internet, penyediaan ebook, ejournal dan fasilitas lainnya.ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the analysis of library facilities in improving student reading interest in SMK Negeri 4. This research is a quantitative study that shows the effect of variable X on Y variables. The population were 206 students, with a sample of 41 students. The data were gathered through questionnaire techniques, documentation, observation and interviews. The descriptive statistics and infrential statistical analysis techniques, and simple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The study indicated that the SMK Negeri 4 Makassar’s library facilites and the reading interest of SMK Negeri 4 Makassar students were in good category. It was reviewed from the results of Linear Regression Analysis of 23.6%. In supporting students' reading interest, library facilities such as the role of teachers, librarians, internet facilities, the provision of ebooks, ejournal and other facilities are needed.

Abstract

In mass communication, one of the most influential media in forming public opinion is television.  This study aims to determine and analyze: the form of political broadcasts on local television and network station systems in Makassar City; and the application of P3SPS in political broadcasts on local television and network systems in Makassar City.  The assessment approach uses media studies, research studies focus more on the phenomenon of online media with a focus on the application of values and ethics of journalists, also related to the process of making news, disseminating news and performance, access to news and practice in dismissing hoax news. Informants involved in this study, such as: Television Media workers in Makassar City; Experts or Media Practitioners in Makassar City; and government authorities such as the KPID of Makassar City.  The form of political broadcasts on local television and the network station system in Makassar City consists of three, namely political news, political dialogue and political advertising.  The application of P3SPS in political broadcasts on local television and network systems in Makassar City is carried out according to procedure. During the open campaign process in broadcasting, there were violations that were violated by broadcasters.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan pengawasan dalam meningkatkan kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Kantor Kelurahan Sepee Kabupaten Barru, disamping itu untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat.          Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, dengan pengambilan sampel secara simple random sampling dengan unit analisis (responden) adalah Pegawai Negeri Sipil yang ada pada Kelurahan Sepee Kabupaten Barru sebanyak 29 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket, observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, sedangkan rancangan analisis data yang digunakan adalah persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peranan pengawasan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai negeri sipil di Kantor Kelurahan Sepee Kabupaten Barru pencapaian skor sebesar 74,63 % berada dalam kategori cukup berperan. Faktor yang menjadi pendukung peranan pengawasan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai negeri sipil pada Kantor Kelurahan Sepee Kabupaten Barru yaitu kemampuan sumber daya yang mantap, keinginan yang tinggi dari atasan untuk mengetahui kinerja para pegawai, terciptanya suasana harmonis antara bawahan dengan atasan, dan pengawasan dilakukan secara kontinyu, serta kondisi iklim kerja yang baik. Faktor penghambat dalam peranan pegawasan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai negeri sipil adalah kurangnya motivasi internal untuk melakukan pengawasan, tata ruang kantor yang kurang baik, serta kesadaran dari para pegawai yang kurang.Kata Kunci: Pengawasan, Kinerja pegawai

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas kinerja pegawai di kantor Kelurahan Lanrisang Kecamatan Lanrisang Kabupaten Pinrang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif, populasi penelitian sebanyak delapan orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Kemudian analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Kelurahan Lanrisang Kecamatan Lanrisang Kabupaten Pinrang berdasarkan indikator sasaran kerja pegawai (SKP) dengan sub indikator kuantitas, kualitas, waktu dan biaya sebesar 73,66 % termasuk dalam kategori cukup efektif dan indikator perilaku kerja dengan sub indikator orientasi pelayanan, integritas, komitmen, disiplin, kerja sama dan kepemimpinan sebesar 86,30 % termasuk dalam kataegori efektif. Dengan demikian efektivitas kinerja pegawai di Kantor Kelurahan Lanrisang Kecamatan Lanrisang Kabupaten Pinrang sebesar 81,88 % termasuk dalam kategori efektif. Kata kunci: Efektivitas, Kinerja, Pegawai

Abstract

The zoning system is a system for regulating the admission process of new students according to the area of residence. This research aims (i) To study and describe the implementation of the government's zoning system policy in Bulukumba Regency in the process of admitting new students. (ii) To identify and analyze the determinant factors that support and inhibit the implementation of the zoning system policy in Bulukumba Regency in the process of admitting new students. The informants in the study were 5 people. The results of this study indicate that (i) the implementation of the zoning system policy in Bulukumba Regency has not been effective. (Ii) Internal and external supporting factors are external supporting factors for the Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 1884/2285 / VI / 2020. As for the inhibiting factor, namely the lack of classroom facilities and infrastructure. There are still many parents of students who do not understand PPDB online because of the different levels of education and proportions from the parents of students, the parents are not directly involved in socializing PPDB online because of Covid 19 and less PPDB online budget.

Abstract

This research was conducted for the Makassar City Manpower Office. This study aims to determine 1) transformational and transactional leadership styles, 2) employee commitment levels, 3) employee performance levels, 4) the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance, 5) the effect of transactional leadership on employee performance, 6) the effect of transactional leadership on performance. employees. organizational commitment to employee performance. employee performance, 7) The relationship and influence of transformational leadership and organizational commitment to employee performance, 8) Relationship and influence of transactional leadership and organizational commitment to employee performance. The research method used is quantitative research with a population of 120 people and a sample of 70 respondents. The research instrument used questionnaires and documentary methods, while the data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that transformational leadership is highly rated based on employee observations, the level of organizational commitment, and employee performance has high scores, even though transactional leadership is rated below average. In conclusion, points four to six have a low positive effect, while points seven and points eight also have a low positive effect and the relationship of the two independent variables has a low value

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peranan Kepala Sekolah Sebagai Leader di SMA Negeri 8 Kabupaten . Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif Kuantitatif merupakan penelitian populasi sebanyak 53 orang. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi, angket, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis statistik persentase untuk menggambarkan dan menjelaskan peran kepala sekolah sebagai leader dalam bentuk tabel frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa,  Peran Kepala Sekolah Sebagai Leader di SMA Negeri 8 Kabupaten Bulukumba berada pada kategori Baik, ditinjau dari indikator sebagai pelaksana,  perencana, seorang ahli, mengawasi hubungan antara anggota-anggotanya dan pemegang tanggung jawab.Kata Kunci: Peran, Kepala Sekolah, Leader
