Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam mengelola komunitas belajar sehingga dapat meningkatkan komptensi pedagogik pendidik dilingkungan SMA Gabungan. Data diperoleh melalui angket, observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data meliputi analisis hasil angket yang diisi oleh 19 pendidik dilingkungan SMA Gabungan, uji normatif untuk setiap variabel, dan uji korelasi untuk variabel peran komunitas dan kompetensi pedagogik menggunakan tools SPSS 25. Peran kepala sekolah dianalisis melalui dokumen laporan pelaksanaan komunitas belajar. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh melalui Uji Korelasi menghasilkan nilai r = 0,707 mendekati 100%, hasil analisis ini dapat diartikan bahwa hubungan antara komunitas belajar dan peningkatan kompetensi pedagogik cukup kuat. Komunitas belajar dan kompetensi pedagogik memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kepala sekolah mampu mengelola komunitas belajar sehingga menjadi wadah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik.

Abstract

Abstrak. Pendidikan karakter merupakan pembelajaran yang bertujuan untuk membentuk nilai-nilai positif dalam diri individu, sehingga dapat membantu individu dalam menghadapi berbagai situasi kehidupan dan membangun kepribadian yang baik. Tujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi Lima Bunga Rampai Pendidikan Karakter Purwakarta terhadap pembentukan pribadi unggul dan terwujudnya Profil Pelajar Pancasila. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian Implementasi lima bunga rampai pendidikan karakter Purwakarta sudah berjalan dan diterapkan di sekolah dasar dan menengah di Kabupaten Purwakarta, masing-masing program memberikan kontribusi dalam membentuk pribadi yang unggul dan mewujudkan profil Pancasila, Dalam upaya mewujudkan profil pelajar Pancasila, penting untuk mengedepankan pembentukan karakter yang baik, karena karakter yang baik menjadi dasar bagi pelajar untuk berperilaku positif, membangun hubungan sosial yang baik, dan berkontribusi dalam masyarakat. Selain itu, pembentukan karakter yang baik juga merupakan kunci dalam menciptakan generasi yang memiliki keberanian, kejujuran, dan sikap kritis yang dibutuhkan untuk menghadapi tantangan masa depan. Hambatan yang dihadapi adalah aspek guru yang masih kesulitan dalam penerapan, hambatan waktu dan keadaan sekolah yang berbeda-beda. Implikasi dari penelitian tersebut adalah Pendidikan karakter harus diterapkan secara konsisten dan terintegrasi dalam semua aspek pendidikan. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter tidak hanya harus diajarkan dalam pelajaran yang khusus, tetapi juga harus terintegrasi dalam setiap aspek pendidikan, mulai dari kurikulum hingga kegiatan ekstrakurikuler. Pendidikan karakter harus melibatkan seluruh pemangku kepentingan pendidikan, termasuk guru, siswa, orang tua, dan masyarakat. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter akan lebih efektif jika melibatkan semua pemangku kepentingan, sehingga dapat menciptakan budaya sekolah yang mendukung pembentukan karakter yang baik.

Abstract

Mahasiswa Universitas Terbuka ketika masa pandemic covid 19 melakukan pembelajaran melalui tutorial webinar (Tuweb) menggunakan microsoft teams sebagai pengganti tutorial tatap muka (TTM). Tujuan penelitian yaitu analisis konsep pembelajaran andragogi melalui Tuweb. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran sekuensi ekplanatori. Hasil dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa konsep pembelajaran andragogi dapat diterapkan karena ditinjau dari aspek konsep diri dengan kepemilikan pribadi yang stabil. Dari aspek kognitif, mahasiswa dikategorikan sebagai orang dewasa, karena usia dan perkembangannya telah matang. Berdasarkan aspek pengalaman, mahasiswa telah mengajar di sekolah minimal satu tahun dengan memperoleh surat keputusan, kesiapan belajar mahasiswa, perspektif waktu dan orientasi belajar. Adapun kemampuan dari pembelajar andragogi mahasiswa PGSD dan PGPAUD dalam kategori tinggi dengan skor 84.8. Manfaat dari hasil penelitian adalah 1) memberikan bimbingan belajar ketika masa pandemic covid 19, 2) adanya kesempatan kepada mahasiswa saling berinteraksi antara mahasiswa dengan tutor, 3) Mahasiswa dapat memecahkan masalah, menguasai materi pada modul dan termotivasi untuk lebih aktif dalam kegiatan tutorial. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah kegiatan tutorial dengan tuweb melalui microsoft teams tetap dapat dilakukan dimasa pasca covid 19 hingga sekarang sebagai pengganti tutorial tatap muka.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pembelajaran berpusat kepada siswa yang berkualitas belum berjalan optimal dan merata antar daerah satu dengan daerah lainnya. Asesmen yang dilakukan, didapatkan bahwa proporsi siswa yang berada di atas standar minimum kompetensi matematika, sains, dan literasi sangat minim. Berbagai jenis pelatihan yang dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah sampai saat ini belum menjawab permasalahan untuk solusi atas rendahnya literasi numerasi dalam rapor pendidikan hasil asesmen nasional. Adanya Guru Penggerak dapat mewujudkan Merdeka Belajar, dimana guru harus mandiri, berpihak pada murid, menguasai manajemen pembelajara, mampu mengembangkan sekolah dengan inovasi dan kolaborasi dengan steakholder sekolah. Disamping itu, harus mempunyai kemampuan moral, emosi, spiritual sehingga dapat berperilaku sesuai dengan kode etik yang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap calon Guru Penggerak adalah untuk mengetahui pentingnya literasi dan numerasi. Disamping itu, untuk mengetahui keberadaan metarai literasi dan numerasi pada program Guru Penggerak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi dan survey pada calon Guru Penggerak Angkatan 6 dari berbagai Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Tengah. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian adalah sebanyak 97.29 % literasi sangat penting dan penting. Adapun untuk numerasi 96.65% sangat penting dan penting. Implikasi dari hasil penelitian adalah pentingnya literasi dan numerasi bagi calon Guru Penggerak. Disamping itu, materi literasi dan numerasi perlu dimasukkan dalam program Pendidikan Guru Penggerak.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 crisis, traditional learning has suddenly turned into digital learning, which ultimately poses challenges for students and teachers. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the influence of personality factors on students' social networks appears to be a neglected area of ​​research. In this study, we aimed to explore the relationship between proactive personality and social capital through underlying mechanisms (such as internet self-efficacy and online interaction quality), particularly to obtain data during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, this study also aims to examine the moderating role of perceived social support in the relationship between proactive personality and internet self-efficacy and the relationship between proactive personality and online interaction quality. Similarly, the moderating effect of perceived social support also investigated the mediating effect of Internet self-efficacy & online interaction quality. This study used a survey tool to collect data from 332 respondents, including students and teachers from Wonosobo, an area in Central Java. In this study, we found that students' proactive personalities strengthened their social capital through the quality of online interactions during the COVID-19 pandemic. Similarly, perceived social support amplifies the mediating effect of online interaction quality in the relationship between proactive personality and social capital during the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, the implications and directions of future research are also discussed.

Abstract

Natural disasters in Indonesia have the potential to cause sustainable systemic impacts if they are not addressed proportionally. Boyolali Regency as one of the regencies in Central Java Province has the potential for volcanic eruptions to occur in the Merapi slope area. The stronger mythology of the people who inhabit Merapi Lerang, compared to the eruption pattern that occurred in the Merapi area, is an interesting phenomenon. The planting of disaster education based on the Merapi eruption is needed in planting awareness from an early age in the form of disaster education. The formulation of this research problem is identified in five research questions, namely: How is the relationship between the role of local wisdom in the Merapi eruption area as a disaster education landscape to the development of education? How is the learning model that can be developed in the Merapi disaster-prone area in Boyolali district? How is the educational learning model in the context of developing the Merapi eruption response area as part of Indonesia? How to fulfill the educative rights of students in social studies learning as the embodiment of good citizens? This study uses a phenomenological qualitative approach, has an actual setting, researchers are the key instruments, the data are descriptive, emphasizes the process, sustainable disaster education is very important considering the complexity of regions in Indonesia that have various disaster potentials.

Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum as one part of the Merdeka Belajar program is a must and requires support from various sides. Among them is strengthening digital literacy, which is inseparable from fostering a culture of literacy. This research aims to determine the motivation of teachers to participate in digital literacy training and the completeness of participants in terms of those who take part in further training until the end of the activity. In addition, it can find out literacy's understanding of digital literacy. The methodology used was research and development with data collection techniques of documentation, observation, and questionnaires. A total of 1,130 participants self-registered online and attended the opening. A total of 677 participants continued the training activities both online and offline. Participants were divided into 28 classes, consisting of 26 online classes and 2 offline classes. After attending the advanced training for 3 days, 584 participants passed. The community-based training model is very useful to facilitate the improvement of teacher competencies, especially in the field of digital literacy, voluntarily and free of charge. Respondents consisted of 44 male participants and 155 female participants. In addition, the online model had 162 participants, the offline model had 10 participants, and the offline and online models had 27 participants. As a result, general literacy understanding reached 83%, knowledge of types of literacy 84%, literacy competence 84%, knowledge of the school literacy movement 84%, the importance of literacy 85%, literacy habituation 82%, literacy integration 81%, and digital literacy knowledge 84%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve students' higher order thinking skills (HOTS). The formulation of the problem is to design a prototype and examine the effectiveness of using instructional media. The method used is quantitative. Research results: 1) According to media theory, the application of learning media is new media in the world of education. The Sociology.Q learning media apk is specially designed according to the learning needs of students. 2) The use of this learning media has advantages and disadvantages. 3) The effectiveness of learning media is very effective in learning. The end result is that using smartphone- based learning media at this time can improve students' higher-order thinking skills (HOTS).

Abstract

The implementation of an independent curriculum is identified as an educational strategy that can improve the quality of learning and student independence. His approach gives students the freedom to organize and direct their education. A strong organizational culture and psychological empowerment are essential in achieving optimal job satisfaction and successfully implementing the Merdeka Curriculum. This paper reviews the concept of school culture and how it can affect organizational performance. Psychological empowerment is crucial in creating a conducive work climate and encouraging students' active participation in the Merdeka Curriculum. The relationship between job satisfaction and implementing the Merdeka Curriculum is explored, emphasizing how job satisfaction can affect student engagement in independent learning. The method used is a literature study that combines findings from various relevant sources. In addition to interviews and direct observations at several schools implementing the Independent Curriculum. The results showed that an organizational culture that supports and strengthens psychological empowerment contributes to higher job satisfaction among educators and students. In addition, increasing job satisfaction also positively impacts the effective implementation of the Independent Curriculum because students who are satisfied with their learning experience will be more motivated and actively involved in the learning process. This paper presents the importance of building an organizational culture that supports psychological empowerment and job satisfaction so that the Independent Curriculum is successful.

Abstract

Innovation in education is an important thing to do by all stakeholders in education. Education dynamics are always changing rapidly, so a series of innovations are also carried out in human resources, infrastructure, financing, curriculum and others. The Covid-19 pandemic has left tasks that must be completed, but not all lines can accept the changes that have occurred. This article aims to see how innovation is implemented from the perspective of educational organizations after the Covid-19 pandemic.
