This research uses a qualitative approach which aims to understand a phenomenon in a natural social context by prioritizing the process of in-depth communication interaction between the researcher and the phenomenon being studied. To find out the development strategy method, namely by analyzing external factors in the form of opportunities and threats as well as internal factors in the form of strengths and weaknesses by using SWOT analysis. From the results of the research, it shows that in realizing managerial strategies, there are processes that need tlo ble impllemented tlo incrlease tealcher wolrk prodluctivity bly melans olf strlategy formlulation, straltegy implelmentation alnd strlategy evalluation. Abstract

The implementation of school-based management is expected to enhance the independence of schools in allocating available resources. This study used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The subjects were determined using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the interactive model by Milles and Huberman. Techniques for checking data validity included source triangulation, technical triangulation, time triangulation, and member checks. The research results are as follows: (1) school-based management planning is carried out by formulating, establishing, and developing the school’s vision, mission, and goals, identifying school needs, and creating a work program, (2) implementation is done by creating an organizational structure, carrying out various school activities according to the school’s work program, and following the principles of independence, partnership, transparency, and accountability, (3) evaluation is conducted by monitoring programs, carrying out school self-evaluation, and assessing the achievement of work programs, (4) supporting factors include complete and adequate facilities and infrastructure, qualified teachers and educational staff, good partnerships with various parties, a unique school culture, and a strong sense of nationalism, (5) inhibiting factors include the lack of water sources in the school environment and the suboptimal empowerment of teachers and educational staff. In conclusion, the implementation of school-based management has improved the quality of education at Senior High School 1 Sungai Kakap, Kubu Raya Regency

Abstract

This study aims to examine the Transformational Leadership of the Principal in Implementing the Strengthening of Pancasila Student Profile Project at SMP Santo Fransiskus Asisi Sungai Pinyuh. The research adopts a qualitative approach. The study participants consist of 10 individuals, including 3 males and 7 females, selected using purposive sampling criteria. The participants include the principal, vice principals for curriculum and student affairs, administrative staff, teachers, and students aged 13–55 years. This descriptive research employs observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The data collection instruments include observation guidelines, interview protocols, and document analysis. The data analysis process involves three stages: data collection, data reduction, and conclusion drawing. The main findings of this study indicate that the principal implements transformational leadership through idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration. The primary challenges faced include human resource readiness, limited facilities and infrastructure, and a lack of support from parents and external parties.The strategies to overcome these challenges include enhancing teacher capacity through training and mentoring, optimizing local resources, increasing student motivation through appreciation and personalized approaches, and strengthening communication with parents and the community. In conclusion, the effective implementation of transformational leadership supports the execution of the Strengthening of Pancasila Student Profile Project, although additional support from all stakeholders is required. The implications of this study contribute to the body of knowledge on transformational school leadership, particularly in the implementation of the Strengthening of Pancasila Student Profile Project, as well as the challenges and strategies involved in its implementation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relevance and applicability of Ki Hajar Dewantara's educational philosophy in facing the increasingly developing digital era. Ki Hajar Dewantara, as an Indonesian education figure, has rich and deep pedagogical principles. However, in facing significant challenges and changes in the world of education caused by digital technology, the relevance of this traditional approach needs to be evaluated. This article examines Ki Hajar Dewantara's educational principles, such as "ing ngarsa sung tulada, ing madya mangun karsa, tut wuri handayani," and how these principles can be integrated into education in the digital era. The results of this research provide valuable insight into how technology-based education can still respect the values and principles espoused by Ki Hajar Dewantara.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media pembelajaran Sea and Land meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung permulaan anak. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 31 dengan tipe anak Kelompok B usia 5-6 tahun yang terdiri dari 15 anak laki-laki dan 16 anak perempuan. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi yang terstruktur. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Wilcoxon Singned Ranks Test. Temuan utama dalam penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa media yang digunakan guru belum efektif dalam pelaksanaannya, sehingga kemampuan berhitung permulaan anak belum berkembang dengan baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kemampuan berhitung permulaan anak Kelompok B Kelas B1 TK Negeri Pembina Sungai Kakap mengalami peningkatan dari nilai rata-rata 14,9 dengan kategori mulai berkembang (MB) menjadi 27,7 dengan kategori berkembang sesuai harapan (BSH). Terbukti dari hasil uji efektivitas N-gain menunjukkan bahwa media pembelajaran Sean and Land efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung permulaan anak dengan nilai taksiran sebesar 0,7685 atau 76,85%. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sea and land berpangaruh bagi hasil belajar.

Abstract

Background Related to business, including introducing products and services to the world community. Quality refers to a dynamic condition related to products, services, individuals, processes, and environments that meet or exceed established expectations. The main focus is on continuous improvement to create products and services that have competitive quality at the global level. Purpose The purpose of this study is to explore and understand the concept of ISO (International Organization for Standardization), including its history, types, and significance, particularly in the context of educational institutions. Design/method/approach This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, focusing on literature study as the primary method. The data were collected through the review and analysis of various sources such as scientific journals, books, and credible internet articles related to ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001, and their implementation in educational institutions. Results The results of this study indicate that ISO, particularly ISO 9001, plays a vital role in enhancing the quality management systems within educational institutions. Schools that implement ISO standards show improved organizational structure, clearer documentation processes, and increased stakeholder satisfaction. The study also finds that ISO certification encourages continuous improvement and helps schools gain greater credibility and competitiveness on both national and global levels. Contribution/value This research contributes to the understanding of how ISO 9001 certification impacts the quality management systems in educational institutions. The study provides valuable insights into how schools can align their internal quality assurance systems with international standards, thereby enhancing educational service delivery.

Abstract

The learning process that occurs in the classroom so far still has many deficiencies that must and need to be addressed in the framework of improvement through quality. Educators are one of the most important factors in the success or failure of the educational goals that have been wanted to be achieved. The success of education lies in the competencies that must be mastered by teachers, one of which is professional competence. Teacher quality also needs to be continuously improved through various teacher professional development programs as a form of effort to improve the quality of learning which has so far not been optimal enough. In this study, researchers used library research which used library sources including literature books, e-book scientific journal articles, and report notes which included undergraduate theses, theses, dissertations, and other relevant documents. Learning quality management is very important to make learning quality/quality in optimizing the professionalism of education staff in schools/madrasas. As a group of professional educational staff, they can be optimized through several components such as planning the quality of learning and implementing the quality of learning to evaluation. In Islam, the attitude of professionalism has been found through His words, and His words as the people must be able to emulate what has been implemented by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Thus, it can also be a solution to solve educational problems in this era.   Abstrak: Proses pembelajaran yang terjadi didalam kelas selama ini masih banyak kekurangan yang harus dan perlu dibenahi dalam rangka penyempurnaan melalui mutu. Tenaga pendidik menjadi salah satu faktor terpenting berhasil atau tidaknya tujuan pendidikan yang selama ini ingin diraih. Keberhasilan pendidikan terletak pada kompetensi yang harus dikuasai guru salah satunya kompetensi profesionalisme. Kualitas guru juga perlu dibenahi berkelanjutan melalui berbagai program pengembangan keprofesionalisme keguruan sebagai bentuk upaya meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran yang selama ini belum cukup optimal. penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan penelitian pustaka (library research) yang menggunakan sumber kepustakaan meliputi buku literatur, artikel jurnal ilmiah ebook, catatan laporan yang meliputi skripsi, tesis, disertasi serta dokumen lain yang relevan. Manajemen mutu pembelajaran sangat penting untuk menjadikan pembelajaran bermutu/berkualitas dalam optimalisasi keprofesionalisme tenaga kependidikan di sekolah/madrasah. Sebagai tenaga kependidikan keprofesionalannya dapat dioptimalkan melalui beberapa komponen seperti perencanaan mutu pembelajaran, pelaksanaan mutu pembelajaran hingga evaluasi. Dalam Islam sikap keprofesionalan sudah ditemukan melalui firman-Nya maupun sabda-Nya sebagai umatnya harus dapat meneladani yang sudah diimplementasikan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the management of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) curriculum in the Early Childhood Education Study Program (PIAUD) at IAIN Pontianak. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. The participants in this study consisted of 5 individuals, including dean, lecture and college student, with ages ranging from 23 to 58 years old. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and document analysis related to the management of the MBKM curriculum. The findings of this study reveal the following: First, the PIAUD program at IAIN Pontianak plans its curriculum with a focus on the Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL). Second, the MBKM curriculum provides flexibility for students in selecting courses and activities, with assignments that link theory and practice. Third, lecturers provide guidance and constructive feedback to develop students' skills. Fourth, an intensive monitoring system is implemented to ensure students' progress. The conclusion of this study is that the MBKM curriculum in the PIAUD program at IAIN Pontianak focuses on direct practical experience to enhance students' pedagogical skills. The implication of this study is the need for increased collaboration with industry partners and the strengthening of technology in learning to prepare students for challenges in the workforce.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain objective information and describe the implementation of the Strategic Plan at the Panca Bhakti Pontianak College of Health Sciences, which includes: The process of preparing the Strategic Plan, Implementing the Strategic Plan, evaluating the Strategic Plan, as well as supporting and inhibiting the implementation of the Strategic Plan. The form of research used is qualitative, with descriptive methods. The research subjects were 6 people consisting of: (1) Deputy Head 1, 38 years old, female, and leadership elements. (2) Deputy Deputy 2, 49 years old, female, and a leadership element. (3) Personnel field, 29 years old, female, waket 3 staff. (4) Head of Midwifery Study Program, 29 years old, female, lecturer. (5) Head of LPPM and PKM, 48 years old, male, lecturer. (6) Head of HRD, 59 years old, male, lecturer. The data collection method in this research was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis and triangulation. The main finding in this research is that the institutional Strategic Plan focuses more on implementing the Tri Dharma in higher education, while the emphasis is more on lecturers as implementers of the Tri Dharma. This is reflected in the results of interviews and institutional performance accountability reports, where the implementation shows results in the good category. The research results concluded that the process of preparing the Strategic Plan had been carried out through a series of systematic and participatory stages. The implementation of the Strategic Plan is more directed at implementing the Tri Dharma, with more emphasis on lecturers as implementers of the Tri Dharma. The supporting factor lies in the leadership, and all obstacles are always discussed. The implication is that previous research on strategic plans found that institutional strategic plans were only a dead book, but the strategic plan at STIKES Panca Bhakti Pontianak was the main guide in implementing the institution's Tri Dharma.
