Abstract

The study's objective is to investigate common difficulties experienced by 8th-grade students when solving non-routine mathematics problems. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, and the research participants were eighth-graders students at one of the private middle schools in Jakarta. The researchers used a convenience sample to obtain a group of six students available for an in-depth interview session and willing to solve two non-routine problems related to algebra topic. The study showed that the participants experienced difficulties when solving non-routine mathematics problems. They could not read the problem comprehensively; they had trouble converting the word problems into mathematical sentences. They also had difficulty in carrying out their plans. In other words, students did not have the strategy to solve the problem. They had errors in the calculation and had incorrect formulations when solving the given problems. It is suggested that the teacher provide students with guiding instructions to assist students in going through the problem-solving phases step by step. Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kemampuan hukum pidana di Indonesia mengenai kejahatan kebocroan data dan jual beli data pribadi terkait undang undang pelindungan data pribadi dan jabatan notaris dan kendala apa saja yang menjadi faktor dalam menanggulangi kejahatan kebocoran data dan jual beli data. Tujuan penelitian ini fokus yaitu kemampuan hukum pidana terhadap kejahatan jual beli informasi data pengguna jasa noatris dan melindungi jabatan notaris dalam menjalankan jabatannya sebagai pejabat yang berkerja di lindungi oleh undang undang yang di atur oleh Negara Republik Indonesia. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan normatif, yaitu metode penelitian hukum yang mengkaji hukum tertulis dan kepustakaan atau penelitian hukum dari beragam perspektif, bahan hukum yang digunakan ialah bahan hukum primer dan bahan hukum sekunder. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif yaitu mengumpulkan semua data dan menghubungkan permasalahan dengan analisis berdasarkan teori hukum yang disusun sistematis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa informasi pengguna jasa notaris dengan konsep intergrasi Undang Undang pelindungan data pribadi dan jabatan notaris memberikan perlindungan terhadap kedua belah pihak dengan payung hukum kedua belah pihak menjalankan kerjasama dengan perjanjian kerahasiaan yang dapat melindungi kedua belah pihak.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan activity book berbasis STEAM sebagai media pembelajaran kelas 1 sekolah dasar pada tema “Diriku” serta mengevaluasi kelayakanya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Research and Development Model ADDIE, yaitu analysis, design, development, implementation dan evaluation. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 13 siswa kelas 1 di sekolah dasar negeri yang ada di Kabupaten Ciamis. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan mengolah data respon validator maupun pengguna dengan menggunakan rating scale dengan skala 5, kemudian dikonversi menjadi data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil validasi ahli menunjukan media activity book berbasis STEAM layak digunakan. Selain itu hasil persepsi peserta didik terhadap media ini menunjukan nilai yang tinggi.Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa activity book berbasis STEAM yang dikembangkan layak digunakan sebagai sumber belajar pendukung dalam pembelajaran tema “Diriku” pada jenjang kelas 1 SD.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) Untuk mengetahui usahatani karet intensif dan karet non intensif di Kecamatan Muara Bulian Kabupaten Batanghari 2) Untuk menganalisis perbedaan pendapatan usahatani karet intensif dan karet non intensif di Kecamatan Muara Bulian Kabupaten Batanghari. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada tanggal 22 Juni 2019 sampai dengan 20 Juli 2019. Penentuan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara purposive dan penentuan responden dilakukan menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif deskriptif untuk menjawab tujuan pertama, analisis pendapatan digunakan untuk menjawab permasalahan dan tujuan tentang besarnya biaya dan pendapatan petani karet intensif dan non intensif, analisis statistic uji beda rata-rata digunakan untuk membandingkan pendapatan usahatani karet intensif dan non intensif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perlakuan pada karet intensif berupa penyiangan dan pemupukan dan tidak ada perlakuan yang sama terhadap karet non intensif. Rata-rata pendapatan usahatani karet intensif berdasarkan biaya dibayarkan yaitu sebesar Rp.16.923.327/ha/tahun dan pendapatan berdasarkan biaya diperhitungkan yaitu sebesar Rp.6.773.013/ha/tahun. Rata-rata pendapatan karet non intensif berdasarkan biaya dibayarkan yaitu sebesar Rp.8.956.639/ha/tahun dan pendapatan berdasarkan biaya diperhitungkan yaitu sebesar Rp.2.068.789/ha/tahun. Hasil uji t menunjukkan nilai sig. (2 tailed).000 < α = 5% 0,05.

Abstract

The objectives of the research were to find out the types of instructional media used by teachers to teach English for young learners, to explore the teachers’ strategies in using those media, and to discover the students' perceptions about instructional media application in their classes. This research used a qualitative case study design with the triangulation analysis method. The participants of this research were English teachers and students of SDIT Alizzah Sorong, Southwest Papua. Data collection was carried out through classroom observation, semi-structured interviews and documentation. The results of the research showed that: (1). The types of instructional media used by English teachers were (a) Audio, such as: Song., (b) Visual, such as: Realia, Picture, Course Book, and Board; and (c) Audio Visual, such as: Computer Based Technology and videos; (2). When using instructional media, teachers used three different strategies in three different stages: (a) Preparation; having routine activities in creating instructional media called KKG (Kelompok Kerja Guru), paying attention to the suitability of the material and student characteristics, and paying attention to the costs incurred in creating instructional media (b) Classroom implementation: using teaching methods such as paying attention to students' seating positions and the situation in the classroom during the learning process. (c) Evaluation; evaluating instructional media together with co-teachers in KKG activities and by giving tests to students. Detailed findings will be presented and their implications discussed.

Abstract

Chemical literacy is an essential competency that includes understanding chemical concepts, critical thinking skills, and scientific-based decision-making in dealing with relevant social issues. Based on this urgency, this study aims to develop an e-module based on Socioscientific Issues (SSI) on addictive substances as an effort to develop chemical literacy. This study uses the R&D method with the ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implement, and Evaluation) model up to the Development stage to develop an e-module based on sociosatific issues. The research sample includes two material experts, one media expert, and 15 Chemistry Education students of UIN Sunan Gunung Djati Bandung as respondents for the acceptability test. Data were collected using validation sheets and questionnaires, then analyzed descriptively to determine the validity and feasibility of the e-module. The validation results of two material experts and one media expert showed an average score of the material aspect of 0.90, language 0.89, and appearance 0.87 (very valid). The student feasibility test showed a score of the material aspect of 92.22%, language 89.33%, and appearance 88.22% (very feasible). This e-module is feasible to be used as an innovative and contextual learning media and the basis for further development of the implementation and evaluation stages. This study presents a novelty in the form of an interactive e-module based on socio-scientific issues (SSI) for addictive substances material in Android format (.apk). This e-module is relevant for digital learning and is designed to improve students' chemical literacy by linking chemical concepts to real problems and training critical thinking and science-based decision making.

Abstract

Kesadaran hukum yang rendah terhadap kepemilikan sertifikat tanah mengakibatkan berbagai permasalahan yang cukup rumit bagi masyarakat, salah satunya yaitu sengketa yang akan terjadi di kemudian hari akibat pengetahuan yang minim akan pentingnya kepemilikan sertifikat tanah,sehingga diperlukan penguatan civic knowledge untuk membentuk kesadaran hukum masyarakat terhadap kepemilikan sertifikat tanah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pemahaman masyarakat terhadap kepemilikan sertifikat tanah, faktor-faktor yang kondusif terhadap keasadaran hukum kepemilkan sertifikat tanah, program yang dilakukan dalam upaya memberikan penguatan civic knowledge untuk membentuk kesadaran hukum kepemilikan sertifikat tanah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif, untuk memahami dan menjelaskan secara mendalam pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan studi observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bagaimana pandangan tentang pengetahuan kewargaanegaaran pada masyarakat Nagari Pasia Laweh terhadap pendaftaran tanah untuk kepemilikan sertifikat hak atas tanah, yang masih didapati bahwa banyak masyarakat Nagari Pasia Laweh yang tidak mengetahui dan memahami bagaimana tata cara pendaftaran tanah kepada Badan Pertanahan Nasional, sehingga kesadaran hukum masyarakat dalam mendaftarkan tanahnya masih tergolong rendah.

Abstract

The Islamic finance sector in Indonesia has continued to grow and has demonstrated significant development in recent years. This growth has created numerous opportunities within society, one of which is career opportunities. This study aims to identify the factors that influence students’ interest in pursuing a career in the Islamic finance sector using a quantitative approach. The method employed in this research is a survey conducted through an online questionnaire distributed via Google Forms. The sample consists of sixth- and eighth-semester students majoring in Islamic Economics and Islamic Banking in the cities of Duri and Tembilahan. The results indicate that understanding of Islamic finance, religiosity, career perception, and financial expectations have both partial and simultaneous effects on students' interest in pursuing a career in the Islamic finance sector. This study contributes to the theoretical discourse on career interest in the Islamic finance sector by integrating key influencing factors such as knowledge of Islamic finance, religiosity, perception, and financial expectations.
