Abstract

The main objective of this study is to examine relationship between electricity consumption from 4 sectors which are household, commercial, industrial, transportation toward economic growth using data from 2001 to 2023 by applying the autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) model. Other variables such as capital and labor that affect economic growth are also added. Data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, World Bank. To see the relationship between variables, a Granger causality test is carried out. Modeling using the ARDL method is used to see long-term and short-term relationships. Furthermore, forecasting is also carried out to see the achievement of economic growth targets. The findings that commercial electricity consumption, industrial electricity consumption, transportation electricity consumption have a one-way causal relationship with economic growth or the growth hypothesis accepted. While household electricity consumption does not have a causal relationship with economic growth. Based on the ARDL method, there is a long-term relationship. Electricity consumption scenario of each sector can achieve the economic growth target with the household sector 20.4%, commercial 8.9%, industry 40% and transportation 28.3%. and constant capital growth of 2% per year, average increase in the number of workers of 2% per year.

Abstract

This study aims to determine partially or simultaneously the effect of job placement and job training on the work productivity of employees in the Central Preparation Production section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. The research sample consisted of 78 respondents. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously, job placement and training significantly affect the work productivity of employees in the Central Preparation Production section at PT. Adis Dimension Footwear, Tangerang Regency. This finding indicates the importance of job placement and training in the company, because it will greatly determine whether or not the employee is suitable for the work given by the company.

Abstract

The role of the majelis taklim as a means of community development and a space for social interaction in Baruka Village, Bungin District, which has unique religious dynamics. The purpose of this study is to identify strategies for community development through majelis taklim, analyze congregational participation, and evaluate supporting and inhibiting factors in its implementation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study type, because it is considered relevant to explore socio-religious phenomena in depth and contextually. The technique for determining informants was carried out using purposive sampling, including religious leaders, majelis taklim managers, ustaz/ustazah, and active congregations from various age groups and genders, with the aim of obtaining rich, relevant, and diverse data. Data collection was carried out through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of activities, while data analysis used the interactive model of Miles and Huberman which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, accompanied by triangulation techniques to maintain data validity. The research findings indicate that the religious study groups (Majelis Taklim) in Baruka Village play a significant role in fostering the community through lectures, religious studies, interactive discussions, and the exemplary behavior of religious teachers (Ustaz/Ustazah). This has resulted in increased religious understanding, consistent worship, and strengthened social values ​​and community solidarity. Mothers are the most consistent and productive group, while fathers and adolescents require more adaptive development strategies. Barriers such as limited facilities, varied methods, and fluctuations in congregational attendance still need to be addressed to maximize the role of the religious study groups. This research provides benefits for the development of non-formal education, religious development, and strengthening communities based on Islamic values.

Abstract

This research focused on the religious behavior of science and biology education students at the State Islamic University (UIN) Sunan Kalijaga. To answer this, Max Weber's theory was used through affective action. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the religious behavior of biology education students at the State Islamic University (UIN) Sunan Kalijaga. This research was expected to make a new contribution to all students in general, and in particular to the State Islamic University (UIN) Sunan Kalijaga as a place used by researchers in conducting research. This type of research was a qualitative descriptive form of phenomena that occurred in the field, the research sample was 50 people from 261 populations. The sampling technique was purposive sampling, the sampling technique was based on the existence of certain objectives with consideration. The data obtained through this study were observation, interviews, and documentation which were then analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and verification. Based on the results of the study, found answers, that some biology education students have religious behavior with a fairly good category, this can be seen from their attitudes namely faith and preaching, good morals, attitudes toward religious activities, attitudes of responsibility and positive dependence, al- The Qur'an raises human consciousness, despicable moods and behavior. In addition there are driving factors in religion, namely family education, institutional education and community education.

Abstract

The 21st century revolution demands individuals enhance their quality to thrive in a globalized world. Consequently, mastering critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication (4C) skills has become a necessity for success in this context. This study aims to analyze students’ activities during the Make a Match learning process assisted by question cards and the improvement of students’ 4C skills at each stage of the process. A mixed-method approach was employed, combining qualitative and quantitative methods. The qualitative approach described student activities using observation sheets, while the quantitative approach applied a pre-experimental one-shot case study design. The participants were 26 science class XI students from SMA Darussalam Wanaraja Garut. Instruments included learning descriptions, observation sheets, student worksheets, and post-test questions. The results indicated that overall, student activity reached 96.75%, categorized as very good, with an average activity score of 3.87. The highest and lowest average activity scores were 4 and 3.5, respectively. The average 4C skills score, derived from activities and worksheets, was 91.125, also categorized as very good. Creative skills achieved the highest average score of 97.5 (very good), while critical thinking scored 87 (good). Hypothesis testing showed a significant positive influence of the Make-a-Match method on students’ 4C skills. The findings underscore the effectiveness of the Make-a-Match method in fostering 4C skills, offering valuable insights for innovative learning strategies in chemistry education.

Abstract

From the results of direct observations carried out on March 6, 2022, it was found that the teacher still taught students only by using the lecture, question and answer, and assignment methods. Then the learning environment that only takes place in the classroom makes learning boring. These methods tend to make students unable to make connections between what is learned and how that knowledge is used. This can be seen from the learning outcomes of social studies subject matter that need to be improved. To improve social studies learning outcomes through the application of visual learning models to students of class V A even Semester at MI Tarbiyatul Islam. This study aims to improve social studies learning outcomes through the application of visual media-assisted contextual learning models for even semester V A grade students at MI Tarbiyatul Islam Kandang Jati Kulon in the 2021/2022 academic year. This research is classroom action research which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The research subjects were students of class V A MI Tarbiyatul Islam Kandang Jati Kulon totaling 35 students consisting of 12 male students and 23 female students. Data collection in this study was carried out by the test method. The data collected were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the average social studies learning outcomes in the first cycle was 75.45 in the medium category and in the second cycle increased to 87.23 in the high category. The increase that occurs if it is calculated using the Gn formula, the score score is 0.48 which if converted to the criteria table for improving learning outcomes is in the medium category. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the contextual learning model assisted by visual media can improve social studies learning outcomes for class V A MI Tarbiyatul Islam Kandang Jati Kulon academic year 2021/2022

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of the validation test and describe the appearance of the chemical literacy-oriented Speed Cruiser multimedia on the developed reaction rate material. The novelty aspect of this research lies in the delivery of chemical content in the multimedia developed, not only discussing chemical concepts thoroughly, but also integrating the four aspects of chemical literacy, namely content, context, scientific process, and scientific attitude, in one application that can be accessed through various devices. This research uses the Design-Based Research (DBR) method with the stages of analysis, design, and development. The types of data used are quantitative and qualitative data. Quantitative data was obtained through validation tests and feasibility tests. The validation test was carried out by material experts and media experts, while the feasibility test was carried out by high school students in class XI IPA who participated in IT extracurricular activities. The qualitative data is obtained from suggestions for improvement from validators and respondents. The validation test results for this study obtained an average rcount of 0.89 for all aspects, and the percentage of feasibility test results obtained a value of 86%. This shows that the Speed Cruiser multimedia is declared valid and feasible to use in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat pentingnya pelestarian budaya lokal, khususnya tradisi Babarit di DesaKarangjaya, sebagai bagian dari upaya memperkuat nilai-nilai budaya kewargaan dalam kehidupansehari-hari. Di tengah arus globalisasi yang sangat cepat, budaya lokal seperti Babarit—ungkapansyukur atas hasil pertanian—mengalami ancaman kepunahan karena semakin terpinggirkan dan kurangmendapat perhatian. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan makna budaya Babarit sertaperannya dalam mempererat identitas dan kebersamaan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodekualitatif deskriptif dengan langkah-langkah berupa observasi langsung di lokasi penelitian, yaitu DesaKarangjaya, serta wawancara dengan warga setempat. Melalui pendekatan ini, diharapkan penelitiandapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang budaya lokal Babarit dan berkontribusi nyataterhadap upaya pelestariannya. Selain itu, temuan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi inspirasibagi masyarakat lokal untuk terus menjaga dan merawat budaya mereka di tengah tantangan globalisasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kinerja keuangan perusahaan menggunakan Analisis Rasio Profitabilitas yang diukur dengan Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Gross Profit Margin (GPM) dan Likuiditas yang diukur dengan Current Ratio (CR), Quick Ratio (QR), Cash Ratio (CR). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan pada PT Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Tbk periode 2013-2023 yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan analisis Rasio Profitabilitas dan Rasio Likuiditas dengan melakukan perhitungan rumus dari rasio-rasio yang digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja keuangan PT Wilmar Cahaya Indonesia Tbk periode 2013-2023, pada Rasio Profitabilitas (ROA, ROE dan GPM) dalam posisi kurang baik, nilai yang dihasilkan positif cenderung berfluktuatif atau ketidakstabilan pada setiap tahunnya, sedangkan Rasio Likuiditas (CR, QR, CR) dalam posisi baik. Berdasarkan standar rasio industri perusahaan masih dibawah rata-rata, dengan rata-rata ROA 9,88% dari 30%, ROE sebesar 14,24% dari 40%, GPM sebesar 8,1% dari 30%, CR sebesar 415% dari 200%, QR sebesar 289% dari 150% dan CR sebesar 71,45% dari 50%.

Abstract

Legalitas mushola dan kekosongan pengurusan masjid di Kelurahan Selat Utara Kabupaten Kapuas merupakan permasalahan yang terjadi dilokasi PKM yang sedang dilaksanakan. Padahal legalitas ini sangat diperlukan untuk menghindari hal-hal yang tidak di inginkan dikemudian hari. Berdasarkan hal tersebut kami selaku mahasiswa IAIN Palangka Raya yang sedang melaksanakan KKN di kelurahan tersebut berinisiatif untuk memperjuangkan legalitas mushola tersebut dan pembentukan pengurus msuhola atau takmir untuk menunjang aktifitas beragama di kelurahan tersebut berjalan dengan baik. Metode pemecahan masalah yang kami gunakan yaitu dengan menjalin kerjasama dengan pemerintah kelurahan serta masyarakat setempat untuk mendapatkan legalitas tersebut. Kerjasama tersebut kami jalin dengan saling bertukar pendapat dan gagasan sehingga menghasilkan suatu cara pemecahan masalah yang efektif. Dari kerjasama yang kami lakukan membuahkan hasil yaitu berupa legalitas mushola serta terbentuknya kepengurusan masjid dilokasi PKM tersebut. Tujuan dari legalitas ini yaitu untuk menghindari masalah-masalah yang mungkin akan muncul dikemudian haru. Harapan kami dengan adanya legalitas serta kepengurusan masjid yang terbentuk dapat membantu masyarakat sekitar dalam melakukan kegiatan beragama dengan nyaman dan aman tanpa khawatir akan adanya masalah terkait legalitas dikemudian hari.
