Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan vokasi di BBPVP Bekasi guna menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0. Pemerintah mulai memperioritaskan atas pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM). Balai Besar Pengembangan Latihan Kerja (BBPLK) Bekasi merupakan Unit Pelaksana Teknis Pusat bidang pelatihan yang telah melaksanakan vocational training guna menjawab tantangan yang ada. Melalui program link and match antara dunia pelatihan dengan kebutuhan industri. Hal ini untuk memastikan agar kompetensi yang dimiliki SDM Indonesia sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan industri berbasis digital, seperti halnya revolusi industri 4.0. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskripsi kualitatif dengan mengambil model CIPP Stufflebeam untuk evaluasinya. Peneliti melakukan observasi di lokasi pelatihan dan mengadakan wawancara dengan partisipan. Partisipan terdiri dari 3 orang instruktur dan 10 orang peserta dengan instrument berupa kuesioner dan penilaian dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil yang didapat untuk tahapan outputnya adalah tingkat keterserapan lulusan pada dunia kerja dan duna industri masih tergolong minim, karena baru 40 % yang bekerja pada instansi / perusahaan. Sedangkan 60 % lulusan berwiraswasta. AbstractThis study aims to evaluate the implementation of vocational training at BBPVP Bekasi to face the industrial revolution 4.0. The government began to prioritize the development of human resources (HR). The Bekasi Center for the Development of Job Training (BBPLK) is a Central Technical Implementation Unit in the field of training that has carried out vocational training to answer existing challenges. Through a link and match program between the world of training and industry needs. This is to ensure that the competencies of Indonesian human resources are in accordance with the needs of digital- based industries, such as the industrial revolution 4.0. This study used qualitative description method by taking the CIPP Stufflebeam model for its evaluation. Researchers conducted observations at the training site and conducted interviews with participants. Participants consisted of 3 instructors and 10 participants with instruments in the form of questionnaires and assessments using Likert scales. The results obtained for the output stage are the level of absorption of graduates in the world of work and industry is still relatively minimal, because only 40% work in agencies / companies. While 60% of graduates are self-employed.

Abstract

Penilaian kesiapan siswa dalam matematika membutuhkan alat ukur yang kuat berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip psikometrik yang baik. Studi ini meneliti penerapan Teori Tes Klasik (CTT) dalam menganalisis tes kesiapan matematika melalui platform perangkat lunak ANATES. Data dikumpulkan dari 214 siswa sekolah dasar yang menyelesaikan penilaian pilihan ganda 15-item. Analisis tersebut mengungkapkan koefisien reliabilitas sedang (0,68, 95% CI [0,60, 0,76]), dengan indeks diskriminasi berkisar antara 20% hingga 84,48%. Tingkat kesulitan item menunjukkan konsentrasi yang signifikan dalam kisaran sedang (73,3% item), sementara analisis pengalih menunjukkan kinerja yang luar biasa dengan 86,7% opsi dinilai sebagai "Sangat Baik." Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa meskipun tes tersebut menunjukkan sifat-sifat psikometrik yang dapat diterima untuk penggunaan di kelas, peningkatan yang ditargetkan dalam reliabilitas dan distribusi kesulitan dapat meningkatkan efektivitasnya sebagai alat penilaian. ABSTRACTThe assessment of student readiness in mathematics demands robust measurement tools based on sound psychometric principles. This study examines the application of Classical Test Theory (CTT) in analyzing a mathematics readiness test through the ANATES software platform. Data were collected from 214 elementary school students completing a 15-item multiple-choice assessment. The analysis revealed a moderate reliability coefficient (0.68, 95% CI [0.60, 0.76]), with discrimination indices ranging from 20% to 84.48%. Item difficulty levels showed significant concentration in the moderate range (73.3% of items), while distractor analysis indicated exceptional performance with 86.7% of options rated as "Very Good." These findings suggest that while the test demonstrates acceptable psychometric properties for classroom use, targeted improvements in reliability and difficulty distribution could enhance its effectiveness as an assessment tool.

Abstract

21st century skills, often referred to as 6C, are not only learning objectives but also the foundation for creating individuals who can compete globally. In response to these needs, various innovative learning approaches have begun to be applied in the education system. One of them is Project Based Learning (PjBL). Based on these reasons, this study aims to analyze the trend of project based learning models in improving 6C skills. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA method. Data collection was carried out by analyzing 500 related articles found on Google Scholar. After the selection process is complete, the data collected will be presented in narrative form. The results of this study underline that Project-Based Learning (PjBL) is an effective learning method to support skill development, both in academic and non-academic aspects. Although there are a number of challenges in its implementation, the advantages of PjBL in encouraging motivation, increasing engagement, and shaping student character make it a feasible approach to be implemented widely at various levels of education. The implication of this finding is the need for integration of PjBL into the education curriculum with adequate training support for educators so that this method can be applied optimally and have a positive impact on the quality of learning.

Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of digital learning media in improving numeracy literacy using a meta-analytic approach. A total of 21 relevant studies were analyzed to determine the effect sizes of various digital media, including augmented reality, website-based learning, and gamification, across different educational levels. The findings indicate that digital learning media significantly enhance students' numeracy skills, with an average effect size of 0.845. Factors such as instructional methods, material complexity, intervention duration, and types of digital media influenced the level of effectiveness. Website-based media exhibited the highest effectiveness (d = 1.48), while audiovisual and gamified media contributed positively to non-cognitive learning outcomes. This study underscores the importance of integrating digital media to advance students' numeracy literacy in the era of technology.

Abstract

The development of creative thinking in learning Pancasila education is still not optimal due to the limited availability of books in schools. The books used are student books which still do not provide enough stimulus for students to think creatively. This research aims to develop Wordless Picture Book teaching materials to improve the creative thinking abilities of 5th-grade students at the UNJ PGSD Laboratory Elementary School. The research uses the Rn D method based on the initial stages of the ADDIE model, namely Analysis by Borg and Gall. The instrument used is a questionnaire sheet with descriptive quantitative data type. The research data results show that there is not enough open material in storybooks to improve creative thinking skills. Students and teachers need interesting and challenging storybooks to develop creative thinking skills. One alternative open material is a wordless picture book.

Abstract

The Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) is a strategic initiative that aims to improvethe nutritional quality and learning motivation of students in Indonesia. The programis based on data showing that 41% of students in Indonesia experience hunger whilestudying, which negatively impacts their concentration and academic performance.The MBG not only targets school children, but has also been expanded to includetoddlers, pregnant women, and nursing mothers. The government has allocated abudget of IDR71 trillion in the 2025 Draft State Budget for the initial phase of thisprogram, which is planned to begin on January 2, 2025. Interest is a tendency orgreat desire for something, evidenced through giving attention to the subject ofinterest. The Free Nutritious Meal Program (MBG) is one of the flagship initiativeslaunched by President Prabowo Subianto's administration. The main objective ofthe program is to address nutrition issues as well as improve the quality of humanresources in Indonesia, with a special focus on children and pregnant women. It isalso a school meal distribution plan that is expected to provide equity in educationas all students have the opportunity to eat nutritious meals for free. Since itsannouncement, the implementation plan of this program has undergone variousdevelopments. Of course, this will later have an impact on student learningoutcomes. Abstract

Pembentukan karakter sangat ditekankan dalam pendidikan di Indonesia, termasuk pembentukan sikap peduli sosial. Permasalahan yang masih ditemukan di sekolah dasar yaitu rendahnya sikap peduli sosial siswa. Hal tersebut dapat memberikan dampak buruk dalam kehidupan sosial siswa, sehingga sangat penting menanamkan sikap peduli sosial siswa salah satunya melalui ekstrakurikuler pramuka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sikap peduli sosial siswa kelas V SD dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka di SDN Pegangsaan Dua 06 Pagi. Pada penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan yang dilakukan di dalam ekstrakurikuler pramuka dapat membentuk sikap peduli sosial siswa kelas V di SDN Pegangsaan Dua 06 Pagi, salah satunya melalui kegiatan membuat miniatur tandu. Penanaman sikap peduli sosial siswa dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor penghambat seperti keterbatasan pelatih pramuka dan fasilitas di sekolah. Faktor pendukung yang menunjang penanaman sikap peduli sosial siswa diantaranya yaitu tingginya partisipasi siswa dan dukungan dari warga sekolah.

Abstract

This class action research was conducted to improve students' collaboration skills in learning Mathematics through the application of the Cooperative Learning Type Quick On The Draw model for grade V students. This class action research was conducted at SDN Kramat Pela 07 Kebayoran Baru. The subjects of this study were class V-A students totaling 23 students. The classroom action research model used in this study is the Kemmis and Mc. Taggart model. Data on students' collaboration skills in learning Mathematics in cycle I reached 65.2%, then in cycle II it increased to 82.6%. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the Cooperative Learning Type Quick On The Draw model can improve collaboration skills in learning Mathematics in class V-A students of SDN Kramat Pela 07 Kebayoran Baru, so that teachers can use the Cooperative Learning Type Quick On The Draw model as an alternative to improve student collaboration skills in learning Mathematics.

Abstract

This study aimed to improve the interpersonal skills of fifth-grade students at SDN Kampung Bulak 03 through the implementation of the cooperative learning model type group investigation. This research was a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, each consisting of three meetings. The subjects of this study were 17 students from class V-B. The results showed that in Cycle I, 58.82% of students achieved a score of ≥75, which increased to 88.24% in Cycle II, surpassing the predetermined success indicator of 80%. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the group investigation model can enhance students’ interpersonal skills, particularly in the aspects of social sensitivity, self-awareness, and social communication through a structured and participatory group work process.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students’ social skills in Social Studies learning through the implementation of the Round Robin cooperative learning model. The background of this research is the low level of students’ social skills, such as lack of cooperation, empathy, assertiveness, and self-control during group discussions. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles involving fifth-grade students of SDN Kebon Jeruk 04, West Jakarta. Data were collected through observation, questionnaires, field notes, and documentation, and analyzed using both quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results showed that the Round Robin model was effective in improving students’ social skills. The number of students who scored ≥70 increased from 55.56% in Cycle I to 85.19% in Cycle II. Furthermore, students became more active in expressing opinions, cooperating, and demonstrating mutual respect without dominating the discussion. Based on these findings, the Round Robin model is proven to be suitable for use in Social Studies learning as a means of developing elementary school students’ social skills.
