Abstract

Indonesia’s travel industry has undergone rapid digital transformation, with online travel agents  emerging as key platforms due to increasing internet penetration, improved digital infrastructure, and rising consumer demand for fast and convenient travel services. This shift has intensified competition, making service quality and effective recovery mechanisms critical for maintaining customer loyalty. This study aims to empirically analyze the effect of e-recovery service quality on e-loyalty, mediated by e-service recovery satisfaction and e-trust among online travel agent customers in Indonesia. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, the study employed SEM-PLS with SmartPLS 3.0 and SPSS 23, involving 150 purposively sampled respondents. The results reveal that e-recovery service quality positively affects e-loyalty, e-service recovery satisfaction, and e-trust. Additionally, e-service recovery satisfaction positively influences e-trust, and e-trust positively impacts e-loyalty. However, e-service recovery satisfaction does not directly affect e-loyalty. In terms of mediation, e-trust partially mediates the relationship between e-recovery service quality and e-loyalty, while e-service recovery satisfaction does not mediate this relationship. Managerially, the study suggests that online travel agent managers should improve compensation policies, such as providing vouchers or points, and enhance service recovery features to ensure quick, user-friendly, and informative problem resolution.

Abstract

This study examines the application of Product Life Cycle (PLC) in transportation management and product design of Speed Boat Ambulance as an innovative medical transportation solution in the Indonesian archipelago. By adopting a descriptive approach and literature study, this study highlights the importance of innovation in medical transportation services to improve access to health, especially in remote areas. The speed boat ambulance is considered capable of reducing response time by up to 60% compared to conventional sea transportation modes, while also addressing Indonesia's geographical challenges. The analysis also highlights the importance of ergonomic product design, the use of digital technology (such as IoT and navigation systems), and its contribution to achieving Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 3: Good Health and Well-Being. This study recommends cross-sector collaboration and policy development that supports service sustainability to strengthen the national medical transportation system.

Abstract

This study evaluates customer satisfaction with the service facilities of PT Kereta Commuter Indonesia (KCI) in Area VI Yogyakarta. As the number of Commuter Line (KRL) users continues to grow, understanding customer needs and expectations is crucial for improving service quality. A quantitative survey approach was employed using a Likert scale and multiple customer satisfaction measurement tools, including the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Net Promoter Score (NPS), and Importance–Performance Analysis (IPA). The findings reveal that the CSI score reached 86.50%, indicating a high level of customer satisfaction, although several service dimensions particularly schedule punctuality and facilities for persons with disabilities still require improvement. To the best of the authors' knowledge, this is one of the first studies focusing on customer satisfaction in Area VI Yogyakarta that integrates CSI, NPS, and IPA simultaneously. The results provide valuable insights for PT KCI in formulating customer-centric service improvement strategies to further enhance overall satisfaction and service performance.

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka merupakan kebijakan baru Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi yang menekankan fleksibilitas pembelajaran, diferensiasi, serta penguatan karakter dan kompetensi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah negeri, mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambat, serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap proses pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Sumber data meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, dan dokumen pembelajaran. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi pada Jumat, 21 November 2025, wawancara, serta analisis dokumen. Data dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka telah mengubah orientasi pembelajaran dari teacher-centered menjadi student-centered. Guru berperan sebagai fasilitator yang mendorong siswa aktif bertanya, berdiskusi, mengerjakan proyek, dan mengekspresikan ide secara mandiri. Faktor pendukung implementasi meliputi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kesiapan guru, ketersediaan sumber belajar digital, kolaborasi antar guru, pelatihan berkelanjutan, dukungan orang tua dan masyarakat, serta fleksibilitas pengelolaan waktu. Adapun hambatan yang ditemui antara lain pemahaman guru yang belum merata, kolaborasi komunitas belajar yang belum optimal, keterbatasan kompetensi media digital, keterbatasan waktu membuat media, serta minimnya pelatihan teknologi. Dampak penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka terlihat pada meningkatnya keaktifan dan kemandirian siswa, serta pengalaman belajar yang lebih kontekstual, autentik, dan relevan dengan kehidupan nyata, sekaligus memperkuat karakter dan keterampilan abad ke-21 sesuai Profil Pelajar Pancasila.

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum provides educators with flexibility in designing learning that focuses on developing students' competencies and strengthening their character. However, its implementation in various educational units, including MTs Negeri 1 Merangin, still faces challenges, particularly in increasing teacher capacity to implement learning that fosters students' soft skills. This Community Service activity aims to improve teachers' pedagogical and professional competencies through the implementation of project-based learning in accordance with the principles of the Independent Curriculum. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR) with stages of training, mentoring, and evaluation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires, then analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The activity was packaged in an extracurricular performance involving OSIM, ROHIS, UKS, PMR, PIK-R, and Pramuka. The results showed an increase in teacher understanding, a collaborative culture, and strengthening of students' character and soft skills.

Abstract

Saat ini komunikasi antar individual atau kelompok mampu dilakukan secara real time walaupun jarak jauh. Maka dari itu di era modern ini digital dan manusia memiliki hubungan yang sangat erat. Sosial media seperti instagram facebook, whatsapps dan berbagai market place merupakan beberapa wadah pemasaran digital. Pelatihan ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk pengenalan pemasaran digital bagi para produsen agar produk lokal kasoami dan modifikasi kasoami mampu bersaing dengan pasar modern dan mendunia.  Proses pelatihan ini dibagi menjadi bebrapa tahap yakni tahap persiapan, pengenalan system pemasaran digital, pelatihan pemasran digital serta pengenalan dan tester produk. Pada pengabdian ini sudah dilakukan pembuatan kasoami yang mengaplikasikan teknologi untuk pemasarannya. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penggunaan teknologi adalah meningkatkan pemasaran yang ada pada produk kasoami.

Abstract

Purpose: This study explores the strategic role of Human Resource Management (HRM) practices training and development, performance management, and organizational innovation in improving transportation performance and safety in Indonesia, while examining the moderating effect of employee welfare amid growing digital transformation and rising safety standard demands. Methodology: A quantitative approach was employed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data were collected from 360 respondents working in the land transportation sector across Indonesia through structured questionnaires. Results: The findings confirm that training and development, as well as performance management, significantly influence both organizational innovation and transportation safety. Organizational innovation also positively affects transportation performance, which in turn enhances safety. However, the moderating effect of employee welfare on the innovation–performance relationship was found to be statistically insignifican. Conclusions: High-quality HRM practices in training and performance management enhance operational performance and safety in Indonesia’s transportation sector. However, innovation’s full benefits require stronger welfare systems and integrated safety training, performance tracking, and inclusive innovation within HR strategies for workforce resilience. Limitations: This study finds employee welfare has not significantly moderated transportation performance through innovation. Most welfare initiatives remain basic and unaligned with strategic agendas, revealing a gap between employee well-being and organizational goals that may hinder long-term innovation sustainability. Contribution: This study validates the impact of training and performance management on transportation innovation and safety in developing countries, offering a framework for aligning HR strategies with digitalization and safety goals while emphasizing welfare policies that actively support innovation and performance excellence.

Abstract

Background: Digital transformation in Indonesia's pawnshop industry has driven significant changes in financial service patterns, ranging from accelerated transaction processes to expanded service inclusion through platforms such as Pegadaian Digital Service and Pegadaian Syariah Digital Service. However, this acceleration has also been accompanied by challenges in the form of regulatory uncertainty, increased digital risks, and variability in public trust influenced by system quality and data protection. This study aims to analyze the interaction between the digitization of pawnshop services, the dynamics of public trust, and the effectiveness of regulations by reviewing previous research developments that show a gap between technological innovation and governance readiness. Methods: This study applies a systematic literature review method with structured searches on a number of national and international academic databases, article selection using identification, screening, and eligibility stages, and thematic analysis to formulate conceptual patterns related to digital service quality, user behavior, and regulatory effectiveness. Findings: The synthesis results show that the reliability of digital systems is the strongest determinant in driving adoption and shaping user trust, while digital literacy acts as a moderating variable that explains differences in acceptance levels between demographic groups. In addition, the current regulatory framework does not adequately regulate remote appraisal practices, data security, guarantee delivery mechanisms, and digital operational standards, resulting in legal uncertainty and weak consumer protection. These findings confirm that the success of digital pawnbroking services is highly dependent on the harmonization of technology quality, user readiness, and regulatory capacity. Conclusion: This study concludes that strengthening digital governance, modernizing regulations, and improving digital literacy are key prerequisites for creating a secure, inclusive, and sustainable digital pawnbroking ecosystem. Novelty/Originality of this article: The uniqueness of this research lies in the development of an integrative conceptual model that combines digitization, public trust, and regulatory effectiveness in a holistic analytical framework, thereby enriching the literature and supporting evidence-based policy formulation in the digital pawnbroking sector.

Abstract

The scarcity of data and oversight concerning the implementation of food safety systems presents significant challenges in ensuring the quality and safety of cane sugar products in Indonesia, particularly within Bombana Regency. The Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system, a preventive strategy, has demonstrated efficacy in managing potential hazards throughout the food production chain. However, the extent to which the HACCP system has been effectively implemented in cane sugar processing companies in this region remains uncertain. This study seeks to evaluate the implementation of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) system within cane sugar production systems in Bombana Regency. A descriptive methodology was employed, integrating both qualitative and quantitative techniques. Data were collected through structured observations utilizing an assessment sheet with a binary scoring system (1 = "Yes," 0 = "No") across five primary divisions: production, laboratory, milling, maintenance, and warehousing. The findings revealed that the average level of HACCP implementation was 71.19%, indicating a reasonably good execution of the system. Nonetheless, there remain critical areas requiring enhancement to achieve higher and more sustainable food safety standards.
