Abstract

Fuzzy Naive Bayes Classifier method has been widely applied for classification. The Fuzzy Naive Bayes method which consists of a combination of two methods including fuzzy logic and Naive Bayes is used to create a new system that is expected to be better. This research aim to find out the society's sentiments about COVID-19 in Indonesia and the use of the results of the Fuzzy Naive Bayes Classifier. The data of this research is obtained by scraping on Twitter in the period from January 1, 2020 to April 30, 2020. The classification method used in this research is the Fuzzy Naive Bayes Classifier method by applying the fuzzy membership function. In this research, sentiment analysis uses input data whose source is taken from tweets and the output data consists of sentiment data which is classified into three classes, namely positive class, negative class, and neutral class. In the distribution of training and testing data of 70%: 30%, the accuracy of the classification model using the confusion matrix is 83.1% based on 1199 tweet data consisting of 360 testing data and 839 training data. Also the presentation of each sentiment class was obtained which was dominated by positive sentiments, namely the positive class by 36.7%, the negative class by 35.0%, and the neutral class by 28.3%. Based on the results of the presentation, it can be concluded that there are still many people who have positive opinions or give positive responses to the presence of COVID-19 in Indonesia.

This study aimed to 1) understand the youth perception on agricultural sector, 2) identify the level of intention of the youth to agripreneurship, 3) analyze the determinant factors of the intention to agripreneurship. This study conducted online by asking 211 undergraduate students from several universities in Java and outer Java to fulfill online structured questionnaire. Descriptive analysis and structural equation model were employed in the research analysis. The results showed 1) the youth saw that agricultural sector was still interesting and had a good opportunity to develop their carrier in the future, 2) the intention of the youth to be an agripreneur was strong, and 3) the capital (financial and social capital) and perception to agricultural sector positively determined the intention to be agripreneur, meanwhile there were no statistical evidence that the social background of the youth determined the level of intention.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the panai tradition of Islamic law is reviewed in the marriage traditions of the Bugis tribe of Makassar in Bima. This research uses descriptive qualitative research with a normative sociological approach to field studies. The collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis processing techniques use reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this research show that first, the Bugis Community in Makassar has two elements that cannot be separated in the marriage process, namely the man not only gives the dowry but also gives panai. If one of the parties commits a violation after the application and cash payment process has been carried out, then one of them will be subject to a fine. Second, judging from Islamic law, marriage is subject to the application of panai as one of the mandatory requirements in traditional marriages of the Bugis tribe which does not violate the pillars and conditions of marriage in Islamic law, because the tradition of giving panai is by the principles of Islamic marriage law because it contains the principle of consent and agreement between the groom and the bride in determining the value of the panai.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus (DM) is one of the most common comorbidities found in patients infected with Covid-19 with severity and death. To obtain an overview of Covid-19 patients with and without comorbid DM. A retrospective cohort study, taking subjective data on Covid-19 patients with and without DM at Surabaya Hajj general hospital for the period of March 2020 to June 2021. Data analysis using the Chi-square test was to determine differences in both test variables. The death of Covid-19 patients with comorbid DM was found with the condition in which the average random blood glucose (RBG) increased by >150 mg/dl (286 mg/dl), as well as in recovered patients (197 mg/dl); meanwhile, patients without comorbid DM died with also an increase in the RBG value (166 mg/dl). Male patients were found to be more prone to get infected with Covid-19 than female patients. It can be concluded that there was no significant difference in the severity of cases in Covid-19 patients with comorbid DM and without comorbid DM. Deaths due to Covid-19 in patients with comorbid DM or without comorbid DM occurs due to the increasing blood glucose value by >150 mg/dl.

Abstract

Burns can cause disruption of skin integrity which makes patients susceptible to infection. It has been reported that morbidity and mortality in this population are almost 61% caused by infection. One of the best and optimal treatments in this problem is to use complementary therapy that accelerates the healing of burns, namely by administering petai cina leaves topically. The source of the article used was obtained from a search through PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar from 2015 to 2018. After being obtained, an article assessment was carried out until the stage of making a literature review. Based on the literature review that has been carried out, it was found that the use of petai cina leaves topically can accelerate the healing time of burns. This is also supported by the results of statistical tests from several studies which show that petai cina leaves are effective in accelerating the healing of burns with p 0.05. Petai cina leaves have the potential as a complementary nursing intervention for healing burns that supports the performance of the main pharmacological therapy for burns, although clinical trials have not been carried out on humans.

Abstract

Petai Cina leaves (leucaena leucocephala) contain flavonoids, saponins and tannins. Based on previous research, it has been proven that this group of compounds has activity as a burn wound healer. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a dosage form from petai cina leaves as a medicine for burns in the form of a gel dosage form. The aim of this research was to determine the physical quality of petai cina leaf extract. In this study, the extract was obtained using the maceration method with 70% ethanol solvent. Next, the extract was made into a gel preparation using a hydrophilic base with an extract concentration of 15% and 30%. The gel preparation was then evaluated for physical properties including organoleptic test, homogeneity test, pH test, adhesion test. The test results show that the physical test results obtained are in accordance with the requirements for the physical properties of the gel preparation

Abstract

Auditors hold a critical role in providing objective assessments of financial statement accuracy and fairness. However, audit integrity faces challenges, notably premature sign-off, which risks compromising audit validity and potentially leading to inaccurate financial statements that affect stakeholders. This study examines factors influencing premature sign-off, specifically external locus of control, professional commitment, and a tendency to readily accept client explanations, with time budget pressure as a moderating variable. Using survey data from 72 auditors in Semarang public accounting firms, hypotheses were tested through multiple regression and moderation analysis. Findings reveal that external locus of control and readily accepting client explanations positively influence premature sign-off, while professional commitment has a significant negative effect. Time budget pressure significantly moderates the relationships between external locus of control and professional commitment with premature sign-off, though it does not significantly affect the relationship with readily accepting client explanations. These insights enhance understanding of auditor behavior and audit quality.
