Abstract

Kota Baru Parahyangan is located between Cimahi City and Padalarang. As an area designed as a satellite city, Kota Baru Parahyangan has various facilities including a business centre. In the present study, PM10 and PM2.5 will be measured at three business centres and one residential location located at the southernmost point for comparison. Data collection was carried out on 2 weekdays, namely Monday and Tuesday, and 2 weekends, namely Saturday and Sunday. The data collection time is from 08:00 to 15:30, where data collection is carried out every 30 minutes. Based on these measurements, PM10 and PM2.5 concentrations in three business centre locations and 1 residential location are still under the PPRI No. 22 of 2021 standards. Meanwhile, when evaluated using Kepmen LHK No. 14 of 2020, the API level for PM10 in three business centre locations and 1 residential location is in the "Good" category. However, the API level for PM2.5 in three business centre locations and 1 residential has reached the "Moderate" category. This means that the concentration of PM2.5 in business centre and residential in Kota Baru Parahyangan should be seriously considered by developer and local government. Because it is confirmed that PM2.5 concentrations will continue to increase over time with increasing activity and an increase in the number of vehicles passing through a region.

Abstract

COVID-19 causes a wide spectrum of symptoms, such as mild upper respiratory infection or life-threatening sepsis. From 20.2% of cases of COVID-19 progressed to severe disease with a mortality rate of 3.1% where 60%-90% of patients with comorbidities were hospitalized. The purpose of this study was to find out that cluster analysis using K-Medoids can distinguish COVID-19 patients at various age levels which analytical method has sensitivity and specificity values in analyzing clustering in COVID-19 patients. This study uses a cohort retrospective design conducted at five hospitals in Yogyakarta Province. The study used patient medical record data from March 2020 – September 2021 with a total of 916 patient data that met the inclusion criteria. Cluster analysis will be carried out using Google Colaboratory with the Python programming language. The clustering results are divided into 2 cluster groups where cluster 1 consists of 558 patients and cluster 2 consists of 358 patients with various age levels. The test resulted in 2 clusters with a DBI value of 5,191631. The results of statistical tests showed that there was a significant relationship (p-value = 0,023) between age, recovery rate, and patient mortality. From the test results, it can be seen that ages 50 to 59 years are suspected of COVID-19

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui Pengaruh Etika Kerja dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Prestasi Kerja Karyawan baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT. Kaliraya Indah Manufacturing Ltd Cikokol Kota Tangerang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, sampel yang di dapat sebanyak 85 responden dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan uji f. hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Etika Kerja (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja yang dibuktikan dari hasil persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y=3,111+0,898 X1 dan nilai Thitung ≥ Ttabel (7,905 ≥ 1,989) dengan nilai signifikan ≤ 0,05 (0,000 ≤ 0,05) dan nilai koefisien determinasinya sebesar 63%. Pengalaman Kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja yang dibuktikan dari hasil persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y=15,609 + 0,883 X2 dan nilai Thitung ≥ Ttabel (5,222 ≥ 1,989) dengan nilai signifikan ≤ 0,05 (0,000 ≤ 0,05 ) dan nilai koefisiennya sebesar 51,1% . Etika Kerja (X1) dan Pengalaman Kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prestasi Kerja yang dibuktikan dari hasil persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 0,199 + 0,646 X1+ 0,465 X2 dan nilai Fhitung ≥ Ftabel (106,825 ≥ 3,110) dengan nilai signifikan ≤ 0,05 (0,000 ≤ 0,05) dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 72,3%. Kata Kunci: Etika Kerja, Pengalaman Kerja dan Prestasi Kerja Karyawan  ABSTRACT This study aims to determine "The Influence of Work Ethics and Work Experience on Employee Work Performance" either partially or simultaneously at PT. Kaliraya Indah Manufacturing Ltd. Cikokol Tangerang City. The research method used in this research is the quantitative method, the sample obtained is 85 respondents using a saturated sample. The data analysis method used in this research is simple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t test, and f test. The results of the study show that Work Ethics (X1) has a positive and significant effect on work performance as evidenced by the results of a simple linear regression equation Y = 3.111 + 0.898 X1 and the value of Tcount ≥ T table (7.905 ≥ 1.989) with a significant value  ≤  0.05 (0.000  â‰¤  0.05) and the coefficient of determination is 63%. Work Experience (X2) has a positive and significant effect on work performance as evidenced by the results of a simple linear regression equation Y = 15.609 + 0.883 X2 and the value of Tcount  â‰¥  Ttable (5.222  â‰¥  1.989) with a significant value of  â‰¤  0.05 (0.000  â‰¤  0.05 ) and the coefficient value is 51.1%. Work Ethics (X1) and Work Experience (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Work Performance as evidenced by the results of the multiple linear regression equation Y=0.1990.646 X1 + 0.465 X2 and the value of Fcount ≥ Ftable (106.825 ≥ 3. 110) with significant value ≤ 0.05 (0.000 ≤  0.05) with a coefficient of determination of 0.723, which means that the influence of work ethics and work experience on employee performance at PT. Kaliraya Indah Manufacturing Ltd. Cikokol Tangerang City by 72.3% while the remaining 27.7%. Keywords: Work Ethics, Work Experience and Employee Performance

Abstract

Burns are a condition of damage or loss of tissue in the body caused by fire touching the body, hot water, contact with hot objects, chemicals, and sunburn. There are many incidents where emergency patients experience serious illness or even die due to errors or ignorance in providing first aid. Knowledge about treating burns is an important factor that can influence a person's knowledge, attitudes and behavior. Knowledge is the provision of health education with a pocket book. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of health education using pocket books on increasing knowledge of burn wound management among health cadres. This research uses an experimental research design using a Pre-Test-Post Test one group with control design. With a sample size of 40 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The results of the Wilcoxon test for the treatment group using a pocket book showed a P value of 0.001, which means there was a significant difference between before and after health education with a pocket book. The results of the Mann-Whitney test obtained a P value of 0.001, which means there is a significant difference between the level of knowledge of health education using pocket books and the level of knowledge of health education using the lecture method.

Abstract

Kelangkaan bahan bakar dan tingginya emisi gas buang karbon monoksida merupakan masalah yang sering terjadi di Negara Indonesia sebagai akibat dari tingginya kebutuhan sarana transportasi. Dibutuhkan pencarian sumber energi alternatif baru yang dapat diproduksi secara massal sebagai solusi pengganti tingginya penggunaan bahan bakar fosil untuk bahan bakar kendaraan bermotor. Salah satu usaha yang dapat dilakukan yaitu pengolahan limbah sampah organik menjadi bioethanol. Pengolahan limbah sampah organik menjadi bioethanol sebagai bahan bakar sepeda motor adalah solusi tepat yang bisa dilakukan mengingat pengolahannya bisa dilakukan pada skala rumah tangga. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah metode eksperimen. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu: 1) menyelidiki apakah ada pengaruh penggunaan bioethanol dari pengolahan limbah sampah organik terhadap kinerja mesin pada Sepeda Motor Honda Vario 150; 2) Menyelidiki seberapa besar pengaruh penggunaan bioethanol dari pengolahan limbah sampah organik terhadap kinerja mesin pada Sepeda Motor Honda Vario 150. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi penurunan emisi gas buang karbon monoksida (CO) dengan menggunakan bahan bakar bioethanol dari sampah organik sebesar 0,04. Terjadi kenaikan daya dengan menggunakan bahan bakar bioethanol dari sampah organik sebesar 0,03. Terjadi penurunan konsumsi bahan bakar dengan menggunakan bahan bakar bioethanol dari sampah organik sebesar 0,038.

Abstract

Background: Patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) and cardiovascular disorders who suffer from COVID-19 may have an increased risk of death.  Objective: This study aims to analyze the time of death and influencing factors in patients with DM and cardiovascular disorders with COVID-19. Methods: We used a retrospective observational cohort study using medical records of COVID-19 patients treated at Dr Soeradji and Penembahan Senopati hospitals from March 2020 to June 2022. There were 2,959 participants: patients without comorbidities, with DM, and with cardiovascular problems. We extracted sociodemographic and clinical data on patient characteristics using medical records. Data analysis used Kaplan-Meier and Cox regression analysis to estimate survival probability and investigate predictors of death with a 5% significance level. Results: The median survival time was highest in the group without comorbidities (70.00) and lowest in the DM+others group (21.75). Years of treatment, age, presence of comorbidities, and type of hospital were related to the survival rate of COVID-19 patients (p<0.05). Diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular system disorders are significantly associated with survival of COVID-19 patients (p<0.001). There were significant differences between patients without cardiovascular disorders and patients with cardiovascular disorders (Non-Hypertension, Hypertension, and Hypertension + Others) adjusted by year, gender, age, and hospital type (p<0.001). There were significant differences between patients without DM and patients with DM (DM only, DM+Hypertension, and DM+Others) adjusted by year, gender, age, and hospital type(p<0.001). Conclusion: Years of treatment, age, gender, comorbid DM, and cardiovascular problems are associated with the survival rate of COVID-19 patients. Older age, DM patients who have comorbidities other than hypertension, and patients with cardiovascular issues other than hypertension show a greater risk of death than other groups. Abstract

One of the important problems in educational development in almost every country in the world is education financing. Education financing is an activity related to obtaining the funds received and how these funds are used to finance all educational programs that have been determined. This research aims to determine the sources of education financing and how elementary school education financing is managed in Blora Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The research was conducted in three elementary schools in Blora Regency. The data collection method in this research was carried out in three ways, namely: interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results are: (1) Fulfillment of funding sources for primary school education in Blora Regency comes from three main sources, namely: central government, regional government, and the community; (2) Management of primary school education financing in Blora Regency has been carried out in three stages, namely: planning education financing, implementing education financing and evaluating education financing.

Abstract

Learning needs to be considered internal factors of students, such as problem-solving ability that are very important for students and their future. The result of the test of the students of grade X IPA 4 SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta on Biology subject matter of environmental pollution, problem solving ability is low. This is limited to the results of learning is still product-oriented, which is limited to the application of conceptual learning with rote. Learning model used in overcoming the problem is model Problem Based Learning accompanied by Dialog Soctares (PBLDS). This study aims to determine the influence and interaction of PBLDS in terms of problem solving to affective, cognitive and psychomotor student’ achievement. Subjects in this study were students of class x SMA Negeri 8 Surakarta. This study was included in a quasi experiment using a post-test control design. The data generated in this study were analyzed using anava test. The research instruments used were observation sheets and multiple choice tests. The results showed that the influence and model model of PBLDS viewed from the results of problem solving ability affective, cognitive and psychomotor learning results. This can be seen from the results of the anova test shows a significance value of less than 0.05.

Abstract

ABSTRACT From year to year, the number of students at SMK Dwi Putra has stagnated in increasing the number of students and does not show enthusiasm to work for teachers and staff. Even though the location of this school is very strategic, which is in front of Jalan Raya Aria Putra, Serua Ciputat, South Tangerang City, Banten Province. Our team sees this problem as a result of unstructured communication patterns between the foundation, teachers and staff. The foundation's work program was created without coordination with teachers, which made teachers not motivated to run the program. Building solid teamwork with edutainment learning is a solution for creating teacher motivation at work. Educational and entertainment contents are harmoniously combined to create enjoyable learning. The results of this activity are expected to provide a comfortable working atmosphere that can increase the motivation of teachers, which in turn will have an impact on the progress of schools and foundations. Keywords: Motivation, Edutainment Learning, and Teamwork ABSTRAK Dari tahun ke tahun, jumlah siswa SMK Dwi Putra mengalami stagnansi pertambahan jumlah muridny serta tidak menampakkan kegairahan bekerja pada guru dan stafnya. Padahal letak sekolah ini sangat strategis yaitu di depan jalan Raya Aria Putra, Serua Ciputat Kota Tangerang Selatan Provinsi Banten. Tim kami melihat persoalan ini sebagai akibat pola komunikasi yang tidak terstruktur antara yayasan, guru dan staf. Program kerja yayasan dibuat tanpa koordinasi dengan guru yang membuat para guru tidak termotivasi dalam menjalankan program tersebut. Membangun teamwork yang solid dengan pembelajaran edutainment merupakan solusi bagi terciptanya motivasi para guru dalam bekerja. Muatan pendidikan dan hiburan dikombinasikan secara harmonis untuk menciptakan pembelajaran yang menyenangkan. Hasil kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberi nuansa kerja yang nyaman yang dapat meningkatkan motivasi para guru, yang mana selanjutnya akan berakibat pada kemajuan sekolah dan yayasan. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Pembelajaran Edutainment, dan Teamwork

Sulaeman No. 1 RT 01, RW 16 Tugu Sawangan, led by a school principal, namely Nining Nurningsih M. Pd. SMK SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY AND BUSINEES (STB) has 35 teachers, 750 students. The problem currently faced is the lack of change in schools. The principal as a leader is required to have the right alternative solutions to improve the existing school conditions. However, to make changes requires consideration and the right way. If a principal makes changes to the school in an inappropriate manner, this is most likely the result of unstructured communication patterns between the foundation, teachers and staff. Many work programs are made without coordination between the Foundation and teachers. So that school development looks stagnant, because all activities covering the 8 national education standards (SNP) are not fulfilled. This is due to a lack of motivation, so that the teamwork that is built is less solid in carrying out the school work program, the lecturers of the D-III Secretariat of Pamulang University feel called to help the foundation, teachers, and staff in solving the problems they face. Leadership requires the active use of the ability to influence other parties and within a certain time can achieve the organizational goals that have been set. Leadership is the power to influence someone, whether doing something or not doing something, subordinates are led from not by telling or pushing from behind. The problem that always exists in discussing the leadership function is the institutionalized relationship between the leader and those who are led according to mutually agreed rules of the game. Keywords: Organization and Leadership. ABSTRAK Salah satu unsur Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi adalah Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dalam pelaksanaannya merupakan satu kesatuan dengan dua dharma lainnya. Pelaksanaannya pun harus melibatkan segenap civitas akademika, yaitu: dosen, tenaga kependidikan, mahasiswa serta alumni. SMK SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY AND BUSINEES (STB) yang beralamat di Jln. H. Sulaeman No. 1 RT 01, RW 16 Tugu Sawangan, yang dipimpin oleh seorang Kepala Sekolah yaitu Nining Nurningsih M. Pd. SMK SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY AND BUSINEES (STB) mempunyai guru sejumlah 35, siswa 750. Persoalan yang dihadapi pada saat ini adalah kurangnya perubahan di sekolah. Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin dituntut memiliki alternatif solusi yang tepat untuk memperbaiki kondisi sekolah yang ada. Namun demikian, untuk melakukan perubahan memerlukan pertimbangan dan cara yang tepat. Jika seorang kepala sekolah melakukan perubahan di sekolah dengan cara yang tidak tepat,  Hal ini kemungkinan besar diakibatkan oleh pola komunikasi yang tidak terstruktur antara yayasan, guru dan staff. Banyak program kerja yang dibuat tanpa adanya koordinasi antara Yayasan dengan guru. Sehingga perkembangan sekolah terlihat stagnan, Karena semua kegiatan yang mencakup 8 standar nasional pendidikan (SNP) tidak terpenuhi. Hal tersebut disebabkan kurangnya motivasi, sehingga teamwork yang dibangunpun kurang solid dalam menjalankan program kerja sekolah, dosen Prodi D-III Sekretari Universitas Pamulang merasa terpanggil membantu yayasan, guru, dan staf dalam memecahkan persoalan yang mereka hadapi. Kepemimpinan membutuhkan penggunaan kemampuan secara aktif untuk mempengaruhi pihak lain dan dalam waktu tertentu dapat  mewujudkan tujuan organisasi yang telah ditetapkan. Kepemimpinan merupakan kekuasaan untuk mempengaruhi seseorang, baik dalam mengerjakan sesuatu atau tidak mengerjakan sesuatu, bawahan dipimpin dari bukan dengan jalan menyuruh atau mondorong dari belakang. Masalah yang selalu terdapat dalam membahas fungsi kepemimpinan adalah hubungan yang melembaga antara pemimpin dengan yang dipimpin menurut rules of the game yang telah disepakati bersama. Kata Kunci: Organisasi dan Kepemimpinan.
