Sosialisasi Alat Peraga Jarimatika ini meningkatkan keterampilan matematika anak melalui metode yang menyenangkan. Metode yang kami gunakan adalah Metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) adalah pendekatan penelitian yang melibatkan kolaborasi aktif antara peneliti dan peserta penelitian dalam proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi penelitian. Metode ini bertujuan untuk memecahkan masalah konkret dan mendorong perubahan sosial melalui partisipasi aktif semua pihak yang terlibat. Permasalahan yang terjadi bahwa pemberlajarn kurang variatif dengan alat peraga Matematika. Sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang sosialisasi alat peraga jarimatika sebagai metode yang efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan matematika anak-anak Di SD 066650 Medan Kota yang terletak di Jl.Bahagia Bayy Pass. Yang terlibat dalam kegiatan ini adalah siswa kelas tiga dari sekolah SD 066650 Medan Kota.Sosialisasi ini dihadiri peserta didik sebanyak 11 siswa dari SD 066650 Medan Kota.Sosialisasi ini dilaksanakan pada hari Kamis,22 Juni 2023 dimulai Pukul 08.00 WIB s/d 11.00 WIB.Sosialisasi ini dilaksanakan hanya sekali pertemuan dengan media pembelajaran matematika.yang akan mempermudah peserta didik untuk memahami pembelajaran matematika dan juga mempermudah guru dalam menjelaskan materi.

Matematika adalah mata pelajaran yang melatih peserta didik untuk berpikir secara rasional, logis, cermat, dan sistematis.Pemikiran yang sedemikan rupa menjadi sesuatu yang wajib dimiliki peserta didik sebagai pegangan dalam kehidupannya sehari-hari. Matematika dalam sudut pandang Andi Hakim Nasution dalam Saiful (2017 : 35) bahwa istilah matematika berasal dari kata Yunani,Mathe in atau manthenein yang berarti mempelajari, kata ini memiliki hubungan erat dengan kata sansekerta, medha atau widya yang memiliki arti kepandaian, ketahuan, atau intelegensia.Pelajaran matematika kerap sekali dipandang sebagai alat komunikasi antara ilmu dan ilmuwan serta merupakan alat analisi.Maka guru diharapkan dapat mengerti dan bijak dalam hal memeragakan media papan simetri tersebut. Dalam proses pembelajaran matematika mengenai simetri putar dengan menggunakan alat peraga untuk mempernudah peserta didik memahami pelajaran tersebut.Dengan adanya alat bantu media maka guru akan semakin mudah untuk menjelaskan materi tersebut kepada peserta didik.Demonstrasi ini merupakan demonstrasi yang berbasis PAR (Participatory Action Research).Penelitian ini dilakukan oleh mahasiswa UNIKA ST Thomas Medan di SDN 067244. Media ini dirancang unutk membantu siswa memahami materi simetri putar.Seperti yang sudah dijelaskan diatas tentang media, dalam pengaplikasiannya, media ini cukup mudah dan sederhana.Kami menjelaskan langkah demi langkah penggunaan media papan simetri putar tersebut.Dari demonstrasi yang telah kami lakukan dan berdasarkan hasil angket yang di paparkan dapat kami beri kesimpulan bahwa media papan simetri putar ini praktis dan dapat memprmudah kegiatan proses belajar mengajar.

This paper explains the effect of parents’ parenting style on natural science students’ motivation. The research was conducted in class IV at SD Negeri Medan Johor. The researchers used associative quantitative research methods. The population used was 36 fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 060938 Medan Johor. Sampling used total sampling (saturated sampling). The research results indicate that the results obtained from the correlation test can be seen in the correlation coefficient of rcount 0.97 ≥ rtable 0.329, hence it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, it means that there is an effect of parents’ parenting style on students’ learning motivation at SD Negeri 060938 Medan Johor. It can also be seen from the t-test results where tcount 25.73 ≥ ttable 2.030, hence the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. It shows that there is a positive significant effect between the effect of parents’ parenting style and natural science students' learning motivation in class IV at SD Negeri Medan Johor in the academic year 2022/2023.

This paper discusses the relationship between teacher communication skills and students’ learning interest in social science learning subjects. The research was conducted in class IV at SD Negeri Medan Johor. Researchers used associative quantitative research methods. The population used was 36 students at class IV SD Negeri 060938 Medan Johor. Sampling used saturated sampling. The research results indicate that the results obtained from the correlation test can be seen in the correlation coefficient, rcount 0.946 ≥ rtable 0.329. Hence, it can be concluded that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted where there is a significant relationship between communication skills and students' learning interests at SD Negeri 060938 Medan Johor. In addition, it can be seen from the results of the t-test where tcount 17.052 ≥ ttable 2.030, hence the hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. It shows that there is a positive significant relationship between teacher communication skills and students’ learning interests in social science learning subjects in class IV at SD Negeri Medan Johor in the academic year 2022/2023.

Students who have difficulty learning in mathematics lessons get unsatisfactory learning results and incomplete grades with KKM. Students who have difficulty learning in mathematics lessons get unsatisfactory learning results and incomplete grades with KKM. Quantitative research method is a research method based on positive philosophy used to research on research instruments, quantitative / statistical data analysis, with the aim of testing hypotheses that have been set. This research used is an experimental method researcher. The results of students' mathematics learning before being given treatment obtained an average value of 50.80 The results of the normality test were 0.128, so it can be concluded that the results of the pretest learning are normally distributed. The results of learning mathematics students after being given treatment obtained an average score of 72.69. The normality test result is 0.117, so it can be concluded that the posttest learning results are normally distributed. It can be proven that with a correlation coefficient value of 0.846 which is in very strong interspension. The results of the T-test calculation to find out whether the hypothesis is accepted or rejected, the ttable ≥ is 9,118 ≥ 1,692 which means that there is an influence of Joyful Learning on student learning outcomes. Thus Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected

Education is one of the important pillars in nation development. The quality of education is largely determined by the quality of teachers. Quality teachers are able to create an effective and enjoyable learning process for students. One of the factors that supports the quality of learning is the use of interesting and interactive learning media. Scramble learning media is an interesting and interactive learning media. This socialization aims to provide knowledge and skills to SD Negeri 1 Kualasimpang teachers in creating interesting and interactive Scramble learning media. The results of the activity showed that the teachers were very enthusiastic in participating in the socialization and gaining new knowledge and skills in creating Scramble learning media. It is hoped that with this activity, SD Negeri 1 Kualasimpang teachers can apply Scramble learning media in the classroom learning process, so that they can improve the quality of learning and student motivation.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah dengan mengunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada Tema 1 Indahnya Kebersamaan di kelas IV SD Negeri 091626 Bandar Maratur Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV yang berjumlah 21 siswa, terdiri dari 12 siswa laki-laki dan 9 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada tema Indahnya Kebersamaan di kelas IV SD SD Negeri 091626 Bandar Maratur. Pada siklus II hasil observasi guru meningkat menjadi 90% (baik sekali) dan hasil observasi terhadap kegiatan siswa juga meningkat menjadi 80 (baik sekali). Dengan demikian diperoleh simpulan bahwa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning terjadi peningkatan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada tema Indahnya Kebersamaan di kelas IV SD Negeri 091626 Bandar Maratur Tahun Pembelajaran 2020/2021

Problems in learning mathematics, especially FPB and KPK material, are caused by many factors, one of which is the characteristics of mathematics. This research aims to determine student learning outcomes on KPK and FPB material in class IV of SDN Krueng Baung using the Problem Based Learning model. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with a quantitative approach. The results of the research showed that there was an increase in student learning outcomes in KPK and FPB material in class IV of SDN Krueng Baung. This is proven by the results of research conducted on the pretest, 4 students (28.57%) received a passing score, while 10 students (71.42%) did not complete it, with an average score of 74.07. In the posttest, students' learning outcomes increased to 12 students (85.71%) and 2 students (14.28%) did not complete them, with an average learning outcome score of 79.21.

The learning motivation of grade 2 students at SD Negeri 1 Kualasimpang is still relatively low. This is shown by the lack of enthusiasm of students in participating in learning. This research aims to determine the effect of the Scramble learning model on the learning motivation of grade 2 students at SD Negeri 1 Kualasimpang. This research uses a quasi-experimental research design with a pre-test and post-test design approach. The research sample was 25 grade 2 students at SD Negeri 1 Kualasimpang. The research instrument used was a student learning motivation questionnaire sheet. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence between the Scramble learning model on the learning motivation of grade 2 students at SD Negeri 1 Kualasimpang. This is proven by the sig (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05. This research concludes that the Scramble learning model can increase the learning motivation of grade 2 elementary school students. The Scramble learning model can be an alternative learning model that can be applied by teachers to increase student learning motivation.

Educational psychology plays an important role in the context of learning in primary schools. Educational psychology helps teachers understand the basics of educational psychology, learning theories in psychology, and various learning methods that can be used. Educational psychology also contributes to the development of educational curriculum, student character building, and evaluation of learning outcomes.One of the relevant learning theories is cybernetic learning theory. This theory considers learning as information processing, where the information system processed and learned by students becomes more important than the learning process itself. In the context of learning in primary schools, educational psychology has several important roles. First, educational psychology helps in the development of educational curriculum. In curriculum development, educational psychology considers students' affective, cognitive, and psychomotor aspects. Educational psychology also plays a role in shaping students' character through the implementation of culture and disciplinary rules in schools.
