Abstract

The disparity in employee productivity among organizations within the same industry has necessitated advancements in human resource management. Consequently, Islamic Human Capital management emerges as a practical approach to enhance staff productivity. This research, conducted at Istana Laundry Samarinda, aims to provide insights into how Islamic Human Capital management and remuneration influence staff productivity, offering valuable guidance for HR strategies. The study employed quantitative methodologies with a sample of 65 employees. A Likert-scale questionnaire was used as the instrument. Multiple linear regression analysis was utilized as one of the analytical strategies. The findings suggest that Islamic Human Capital management enhances employee productivity, whereas remuneration does not. Based on these results, it is recommended that Istana Laundry improve its Islamic Human Capital management and evaluate its compensation system to boost employee productivity.

Abstract

This study examines Bruce Wayne’s psychological dynamics in The Batman (2022) using Sigmund Freud’s psychoanalytic theory, with a focus on the ego’s role in mediating trauma and moral conflict. This study analyzes how Wayne’s unresolved childhood trauma and dual identity as a vigilante reflect the interplay between the id, ego, and superego. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, this study analyzes purposively selected scenes and dialogues from The Batman using close textual analysis. Audience reception data further support the interpretation of Wayne’s character as a psychologically complex figure. The findings reveal that Wayne’s ego adapts to internal and external pressures through ethical compromises, illustrating Freud’s theory of ego functioning. This study contributes to contemporary literary and film criticism by offering a psychoanalytic perspective on trauma and identity in modern superhero narratives.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to empower female heads of households in the Bunda Sehati Community of Palangka Raya by enhancing their vocational skills and promoting sustainable waste management through the creative reuse of textile scraps. The service was implemented using a participatory community empowerment approach, emphasizing active engagement in each phase, including planning, implementation, and evaluation. Activities included technical training in sewing and crafting mascot dolls inspired by Central Kalimantan culture, financial literacy sessions, and digital marketing workshops. A Joint Business Group (Kelompok Usaha Bersama/KUB) was formed to sustain production and marketing efforts beyond the program. The evaluation combined quantitative and qualitative methods through pre- and post-program questionnaires, observations, focus group discussions, and income tracking. The results showed significant improvements in participants’ technical skills and entrepreneurial knowledge. Over 90% of participants completed all training modules, and more than 30% reported an increase in household income from product sales. Additionally, participants demonstrated greater awareness of the environmental impact of textile waste. The establishment of a functioning KUB enabled collaboration and continuity of the initiative. The program proved effective in achieving its goals by empowering economically vulnerable women, fostering sustainable micro-business development, and encouraging environmentally responsible practices. This model of community engagement can be adapted and scaled in other regions facing similar socio-economic and environmental challenges.

Abstract

Civic education plays a strategic role in shaping students' character, especially in terms of tolerance as a manifestation of diversity values since elementary school. The challenges of social diversity, the spread of digital information that often gives rise to stereotypes, and the tendency for intolerant attitudes to emerge at an early age make it necessary to systematically internalize tolerance education through the learning process at school. This study aims to describe how students' attitudes of tolerance are strengthened through diversity-based Civic Education in Islamic Elementary Schools. The research used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation of learning activities, interviews with teachers and students, and documentation of learning tools. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing with validation through triangulation of techniques and sources. The results of the study show that teachers integrate diversity values through group discussions, inspirational stories of national figures, collaborative games, and social habits in classroom interactions. Students' tolerance attitudes are demonstrated through behaviors such as respecting opinions, accepting differences, and the ability to work together in heterogeneous groups. However, time constraints and variations in methods pose obstacles to implementation. This study concludes that tolerance can be strengthened optimally if citizenship education is designed to be experience-based, collaborative, and contextual to students' lives.

Abstract

This study aims to describe students’ difficulties in reading and writing literacy, the inhibiting factors, and teachers’ efforts to overcome reading and writing literacy difficulties among first-grade students at SD Negeri 186/I Sridadi. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, while data analysis consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, with triangulation techniques used to ensure data validity. The results showed that reading literacy difficulties included letter recognition, distinguishing letters with similar shapes and sounds, blending syllables, and reading fluency, while writing literacy difficulties included inaccurate letter formation, inappropriate use of capital letters, irregular spacing between letters and words, and untidy handwriting. The inhibiting factors of reading and writing literacy difficulties originated from students’ internal factors, family environment, and lack of practice at home. Teachers’ efforts to address these difficulties included step-by-step instruction, the use of instructional media, individual guidance, providing correct reading and writing models, and the implementation of school literacy programs.

Abstract

This study aims to describe efforts to improve Indonesian vocabulary mastery through the use of Interacty Education Games for second-grade students at SDN 112/I Perumnas. This research employed a mixed-method approach with Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, each consisting of two meetings. The subjects of the study were 18 second-grade students. Data collection techniques included observation and tests, while data analysis involved the stages of data presentation and conclusion drawing, using triangulation techniques to ensure data validity. The results showed that the application of Interacty Education Games was able to improve students' Indonesian vocabulary mastery gradually and sustainably. In the pre-action stage, the classical vocabulary mastery score was at 51.6% (Category D). After the action in Cycle I, the classical score increased to 56.8% in the first meeting and rose further to 61.1% in the second meeting. A more significant improvement occurred in Cycle II, where the classical score reached 65.4% in the first meeting and increased optimally to 77.9% in the second meeting. This improvement indicates that Interacty Education Games are effective in enhancing students' engagement, learning motivation, and understanding of Indonesian vocabulary.

Abstract

The development of learning in the digital era requires instructional media that are not only engaging but also capable of enhancing students’ logical thinking skills at the elementary school level. However, classroom observations in Grade II revealed that students’ logical thinking abilities remain limited, particularly in understanding and using simple vocabulary, as well as teachers’ constraints in utilizing appropriate digital learning media. This study aimed to develop an educational game oriented toward logical thinking skills for Grade II elementary school students and to determine the validity and practicality of the developed product. This research employed a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, which consists of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The developed product is a web-based educational game created using the Interacty platform, featuring Indonesian language vocabulary related to the school environment and game activities designed based on logical thinking indicators. Data were collected through expert validation sheets (content, language, and media experts) and response questionnaires from teachers and students. The results indicate that the developed educational game achieved a very high level of validity and was categorized as practical for classroom use. Therefore, the educational game is feasible to be implemented as a learning medium to support the development of logical thinking skills among Grade II elementary school students.

Abstract

Abstrak Pertandingan Bola Basket semakin bertambah dan terus mengalami peningkatan baik di Kebumen sampai wilayah eks-Karesidenan Kedu dan Banyumas. Permasalahan yang muncul pada sebuah pertandingan bola basket resmi maupun lokal yaitu penyediaan wasit di wilayah kebumen yang masih kurang. Hal ini mengakibatkan kualitas pertandingan dan pengembangan atlet bola basket terhambat dan terhenti. Penataran dan penyegaran wasit bola basket lisensi C dan B2 ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional para SDM klub bola basket dan Lembaga Pendidikan Kebumen yang difokuskan pada pemahaman peserta mengenai aturan pertandingan yang berlaku dalam konteks perwasitan. Penataran dan Penyegaran “Wasit Bola Basket Lisensi C dan B2” ini akan sangat bermanfaat bagi klub bola basket dan Lembaga Pendidikan di Kebumen kedepannya karena erat kaitanya dengan keberhasilan suatu pertandingan. Pelaksanaan Penataran dan penyegaran bola basket lisensi C dan B2  dilaksanakan pada Kamis-Minggu, 31 Juli - 3 Agustus 2025 dengan pemateri yang berasal dari Dosen-Dosen Program Studi POR Universitas Ma’arif Nahdlatul Ulama Kebumen dan Satu Narasumber dari luar. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini adalah ceramah mengenai peraturan permainan bola basket, tips untuk wasit dan hakim servis, pakaian pemain internasional dan pakaian pemain PERBASI, simulasi pengisian scoresheet, materi kosa kata dan study kasus. Selain ceramah juga praktik lapangan, ujian teori dan evaluasi teori. Hasil penataran dan penyegaran wasit bola basket lisensi C dan B2 di Kampus Ma’arif Nahdlatul Ulama Kebumen dan di Gor Gembira ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman peserta terhadap peraturan permainan, teknik pencatatan skor, serta instruksi teknis bagi pejabat lapangan. Kata kunci: Wasit Bolabasket, Penataran, Penyegaran, Peraturan, PERBASI Abstract The rapid growth of basketball competitions in Kebumen and the surrounding regions of the former Kedu and Banyumas residencies has highlighted a critical shortage of qualified referees. This limitation has adversely affected the quality of match implementation and hindered the development of local basketball athletes. This study reports the implementation of a training and refresher program for C and B2 license basketball referees aimed at strengthening the professional competence of human resources from basketball clubs and educational institutions in Kebumen. The program, conducted from 31 July to 3 August 2025, involved experts from the Physical Education Study Program of Universitas Ma’arif Nahdlatul Ulama Kebumen alongside an external specialist. Utilizing a combination of lectures, case-based discussions, vocabulary reinforcement, scoresheet simulations, field practicums, theoretical assessments, and evaluative procedures, the program emphasized mastery of current officiating regulations and technical protocols. The findings demonstrate a substantial improvement in participants' understanding of game rules, scorekeeping accuracy, and on-court technical procedures. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran Teaching Game terhadap peningkatan kemampuan kerja sama dan pengambilan keputusan siswa dalam permainan bola basket di kelas VIII MTs Ma’arif Jatilawang Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain one group pretest-posttest. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 13 siswa yang ditentukan melalui teknik total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi kinerja permainan yang menilai aspek kerja sama dan pengambilan keputusan dalam situasi bermain. Analisis data diawali dengan uji prasyarat normalitas dan homogenitas, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan uji paired sample t-test serta perhitungan effect size Cohen’s d. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa data berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara skor pretest dan posttest (p < 0,05), yang mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan model Teaching Game berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kemampuan siswa. Nilai effect size yang berada pada kategori besar menunjukkan bahwa model ini memiliki dampak praktis yang kuat. Dengan demikian, model Teaching Game efektif digunakan dalam pembelajaran bola basket untuk meningkatkan kerja sama dan ketepatan pengambilan keputusan siswa secara simultan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas model pembelajaran Teaching Game terhadap peningkatan kemampuan kerja sama dan pengambilan keputusan siswa dalam pembelajaran bola basket di SMP Negeri 2 Wanayasa. Latar belakang penelitian didasarkan pada rendahnya keterlibatan siswa dalam kerja sama tim dan pengambilan keputusan akibat pendekatan pembelajaran konvensional yang lebih berfokus pada latihan teknik dasar secara individual. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen semu one group pretest-posttest. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 19 siswa kelas VIII yang ditentukan melalui teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar observasi terstruktur untuk mengukur aspek kerja sama dan pengambilan keputusan. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test melalui bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh siswa mengalami peningkatan skor pada kedua variabel, dengan nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) < 0,001, yang menandakan adanya perbedaan signifikan antara pretest dan posttest. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa penerapan model Teaching Game berkaitan dengan peningkatan kemampuan sosial dan kognitif siswa dalam konteks permainan. Namun demikian, karena penelitian tidak melibatkan kelompok kontrol, interpretasi hasil perlu dilakukan secara hati-hati dan terbatas pada konteks subjek penelitian.
