Abstract

Gubuk Klakah Village as one of the developing tourism villages in Malang Regency still has difficulties in managing and utilizing the BUMDes institution to optimize the increase of BUMDes PAD in Gubuk Klakah Village, namely a) human resource management that is still not optimal because the majority of BUMDes administrators are board members in other village tourism institutions so that there is overlapping in authority and division of tasks and b) there is still an unhealthy tourism organization culture such as distrust between members and financial smuggling for personal interests. Based on this background, the proposing team took three problem formulations, namely a) regarding the status quo of BUMDes management, b) the perception of the government and other institutional members towards BUMDes performance, and c) strategies to improve the performance of BUMDes Shack Klakah. The theories and concepts used in this research are change leadership, social perception theory, and asset-based community development. This research will be conducted in three stages, namely the preparation stage, the field study implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The results of the discussion regarding Human Assets, Social Assets, Natural and Physical Assets, and Financial Assets, can be concluded that BUMDes Amanah Tourism Business Unit of Gubugklakah Village is reorganizing policies and bylaws. BUMDes Amanah Tourism Business Unit has optimized Natural and Physical Assets by packaging these assets into innovative and creative tour packages to attract tourist visits.

Abstract

Alpinia monopleura is one of the endemic plants of Sulawesi, and it has an extensive distribution in the region. Research on chemical compounds and biological activities of A. monopleura is essential to continue as an effort to support the utilization of native plants for medicine. The extract was obtained using the maceration method. The chemical compounds in the extract were identified using Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry (LCMS). Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) and molecular docking methods were used to evaluate the anti-inflammatory activity. Ten compounds contained in the extract were successfully identified, E-para-coumaric acid (1), trans-ferulaldehyde (2), 3,5,6-trihydroxy-4',7-dimethoxyflavone (3), nevadensin (4), malvalic acid (5), ent-16α,17-hydroxy-19-kauranoic acid (6), 3′,5-dihydroxy-7,4'-dimethoxy flavone (7), saurufuran B (8), 5-hydroxy-7,8,2'-trimethoxyflavanone (9) and dehydroabietic acid (10). The anti-inflammatory activity of extracts from rhizomes and stems of A. monopleura were 8.62 and 10.59 mg/L, respectively. Some flavonoids (9 and 7) can bind strongly to specific residues around the COX-2 active site, such as Ser530, thereby interfering with the function of the COX-2 enzyme and reducing the production of pro-inflammatory prostaglandins. Thus, A. monopleura extract has the potential to inhibit inflammatory responses through molecular regulation of the COX-2 enzyme.

Kata kunci: pendampingan, pendapatan, produktivitas, usahan makanan   The COVID-19 pandemic for 2 years has had an economic and social impact from the laying off of industrial workers to become completely uncertain, the work done by some of them has returned to being farmers, casual daily laborers, by being laid off employees have lost their livelihoods which also has an impact on the income they receive. In terms of financial income, it is unstable after being laid off, even though some have severance pay, it is enough to meet consumption needs. At first they were used to having a certain income every month which became unstable and uncertain, but this did not discourage the mothers who were members of the "SSG 117" MSME because after not working they started to think about how to survive despite the situation. The researcher use pre-experimental to carry out their research. The population in this study were all students eight class of SMPN 22 Barru for academic year 2021-2022. The researcher took one class of the second grade students at SMPN 22 Barru as the sample. It was class VIII-1 consisted of 32 students. The researcher used a oral test as the instrument to get the data. To collect the data, the researcher gave students twice test, there are pre-test and post-test. The researcher gave directions to students namely describing picture in the class with a minimum speaking duration of 5 minutes for the pre-test. The researcher asked the students to describe norally the picture which given by the researcher for the post-test.The results of the data analysis of the students average scores obtained by researchers during the study were 38.3 in pre-test and 83.92 in post-test. The speaking ability of class VIII-1 students at UPTD SMPN 22 Barru improved after being taught using describing picture strategy. This is reinforced by the results of the t-test where H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Abstract

This paper explores the challenges faced by Muslims in responding to the rise of the metaverse, derived from secondary data sources such as journals and articles. The discussion begins with the background of the growing discourse surrounding the development of the metaverse, particularly driven by technology leaders who aggressively promote this new digital realm. The metaverse refers to an immersive, 3D internet world that is set to revolutionize digital interaction and socialization. As this new virtual space takes shape, it promises to bring significant innovations in communication, education, and business. However, it also raises concerns about the emergence of new forms of immoral behavior, such as addiction, cybercrime, and exploitation, which can affect individuals and societies at large, including the Muslim community. The paper argues that the metaverse's impact on Muslims will be profound, and it is crucial for Muslims to confront these challenges in a way that aligns with Islamic values. By understanding the metaverse’s potential and pitfalls, Muslims can navigate this technological shift wisely, ensuring they harness its benefits while safeguarding their moral and spiritual integrity. The paper suggests that a balanced approach, grounded in Islamic teachings, will enable Muslims to make the best use of the metaverse while minimizing its negative consequences.
